Completely satisfying experience. The birthday party was fun, lit, and exciting for all ages!! Management took extremely good care of us AND the kids. The arcade section was a hit especially when waiting on your turn to bowl. Highly recommend, 2 thumbs up. We'll be back. Thank you staff for making this a memorable night!! ??

I've come here twice with big groups of coworkers, and both times were really fantastic. It seemed pretty busy for a Monday but all of our orders came out timely and the staff was very friendly. Music was also a lot of fun. I spoke to Charisma, the manager, on the way out. She was very helpful and gave our group great service earlier in the night.

Went here with my family off the humble for the first time, nice chill spot, nice arcade and delicious food. To be recommended for family and friend gatherings.

I hosted a large party for my birthday, and our server, Lika, was absolutely incredible. Despite our group constantly making requests, she handled everything with grace and a smile?never missing a single order or showing any frustration. Her outstanding service truly made the night special. I'd come back again just because of her!

Bad Service !!!!!! we get the worst bad service from this bartender This lady Was so Mean to my friiends and i , She was ignoring us, very hostile, we asked her for a soda 4 times and she ignored us the whole time, and just when her friends were sitting next to us and asked for a soda she gave it to them instantly And we had already paid for that. We felt a racist attitude towards us. It was a very obvious racist attitude. The food is fine but the poor service of this lady is not.

We had our school group staying at the Holiday Inn across the street. The staff at Bowlero were extremely friendly and accommodating. The students loved the food and have a blast! It will be an amazing memory for them to bring back to VT with them!!

Bowlero College Park accommodated our group of 30 at the last minute after an unexpected hotel change and we are so grateful. John helped us have a great experience and the servers excellent. The kids had an awesome time. Thank you Bowlero!!!!

The bowling alley doesn't look too great but my group and I had a great time yesterday because of Charisma! Even though she's a manager, she was very respectful and quick to solve any issues that came up. The food is pretty good too so I think we'll be coming back in the future!

I wanted to give them a three, but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. Reserving the lane was easy. This price was reasonable. I would totally go back, but my issue was customer service. The time it took to get our food, how they had it set up, was just asinine. Maybe the girl being young. But she needs to learn how to work and react under pressure. But other than that, everything was so simple and cool. Id go back!

My wife had a surprised party for me on February 15. It was wonderful. The staff was nice( they were unstaffed). The manager was working the front, running food and working the bar. The staff were working hard. Location was clean and fun.

As a company event we were treated extremely well with excellent service and prompt attention to clean up. The food was surprisingly good for a bar food type menu. We were treated to bbq wings, pulled pork sliders, pizza and tenders. All were fresh tasting and not frozen. There was corn muffins. Cesar salad and corn on the cob as sides. This place is very low budget. The keyboards were not working, the order screen froze, music was terrible. The bartender was very rude and didn't acknowledge anyone. It was also Monday so it was barely anyone in there. They had Cameron doing double the work he is a great worker and should honestly bring his good customer service somewhere else. the wings also was cold as soon as they got on the table. Terrible time.

I've never left a review before but this place is a huge scam and money pit. $5.49 for a single glass of Pepsi. No free refills and the staff looks at you like you're from Mars to ask. There's no reason for this. Won't be returning.

This place was cool. The food was good and the drinks were nice. Recommend going with a large group of people. The only thing we don't like is the shoe options. The cashier working the counter gave freshly sprayed wet shoes for us to play in. It could be time to update how shoes are distributed at the bowling alley.

Service for food and drinks are very slow. Im here on a Sunday at 8pm. Arrived at 7 ordered my food at 720 and nothing has came. Ordered my glass of wine still nothing for some time. Seems they are under staffed and should probably put a pause on unlimited bowling until they can fix the service.

The worst customer service ever. I called at 3:30pm to verify is they honor Groupon Voucher and the lady at the front desk said ?Yes, as long as you use it before 6pm?. I'm never going back.. I visited Bowlero last night with 10 friends and the experience from start to end was terrible. The 'security' checked my ID and asked me if I intended to drink alcohol, and then gave me a wristband - all for the bartender to ask me for my ID again. The bar, took over 25 minutes to make drinks for me and the other 12 people waiting for drinks.. the bartenders seemed overwhelmed and weren't very friendly or customer service oriented.. The food was meh.. the pizza is lower quality

The service at this place SUCKS. I've been multiple times and the servers are always MIA for long periods of time. The last time I went, I placed an order online using the QR code and it took AN HOUR for it to come. I order boneless wings, fries and a pizza. No reason it should have taken that long. I usually never leave a google review, but this time I felt inclined to. Where do I even start. The service was horrible. Our waiter was not attentive as he should have been. I ordered an appetizer and the entree came out before the appetizer. Not to mention we had to wait over 40 minutes for food and by the time the food got to us it was cold. We had a great first time! Wings were delicious..it was clean, not all worn down. Staff was friendly. It was a nice family friendly atmosphere, full bar..we got there around 6pm and it was not crowded but good amount of people there. Games are not timed, but it is nice to be mindful of other guests if it's a wait for lanes. However, by time we were leaving the line was out the door....on a Tuesday! We will definitely be back.

I rarely leave reviews but this place is a 0/10 I was quoted a 2 hour wait and was seated within 20 mins. Front desk has an attitude every time you go there. They ?close at 1:00 am? however they were playing clean up music by 12:15 am and shut everyone?s lanes by 12:45 am. I was there with a bunch of kids and adults. Everyone had a great time. The kids loved the chicken fingers and the arcade! Some of the adults had such a good time, that they decided to come back one night to enjoying bowling and the bar... They too had a great time, stated all the service and food was good especially the firecracker shrimp and that the drinks were on point. All in all it a great place for family fun and adults hang out fun.

Female desk attendant was very short and uninspired to help when I requested, although she seemed to be the only staff member at that position so she may have been irritated altogether. Not the tidiest Bowling alley but one of the better looking interiors. Arcade is very underwhelming but not the main attraction, very ideal for children.

Nice spot! Great ambiance . Little overpriced with the drinks, but you can expect that from anywhere. The pizza was decent and the facility itself was pretty clean minus the Restrooms. If they tighten up on that, I would definitely give it a 10/10 facility wise. You will get checked by Security as soon as you walk in and go through a metal detector . Lanes were clean. Front desk was pretty quick getting us set up. Food service was slow, however, and the order wasn't right. Had lots of fun for the time I spent there. Great cocktail vodka mixture I've ever tasted very different and classy. My organization threw a party here for nurses week and I had a great time. I think they had reasonable pricing for bowling and food. The food was good and the wait staff were very attentive. Alley conditions have gone down hill in the past couple years. They oil one a week and lane 4 chipped the hell out of freshly cleaned an pollished balls today. Left after one game when I usally throw 6 to 10. The front desk offered me the chanse to use house balls....

The lanes are super dry. The atmosphere was good, and there were lanes available. It's hard to bowl on dry lanes for people who don't bowl straight.

pins have strings attached, which affects the way they drop, so even the regular bowlers could not perform as well as in other bowling places. lanes are poorly waxed.

Fun experience for kids who were first time bowlers. Metal detectors weren't working and there was a government notice on the doors that started part of the building was not up to code and couldn't be occupied with no other information. We as a Family 24 with three lanes had to me moved after waiting over a period of 30 to 45 minutes. Our lane number 9 was not resetting after every bowler so we were switched to lane 6 which in turn did the same thing several times. We had to ask for help resetting the lanes at least six times doing our visit. This is a okay place would have been great if the racks worked properly staff stands around talking and you practically have to chase them down to get some assistance.

Customer service could be better, seemed understaffed as well which sucks for those working there. Bathrooms need to be cleaned. It was ok for a quick game. Tried the food, wings and fries, wasn't great. Neither were crispy, the lemon pepper wings tasted like salt and the garlic parm flavor was just oil.
