Completely satisfying experience. The birthday party was fun, lit, and exciting for all ages!! Management took extremely good care of us AND the kids. The arcade section was a hit especially when waiting on your turn to bowl. Highly recommend, 2 thumbs up. We'll be back. Thank you staff for making this a memorable night!! ??
I've come here twice with big groups of coworkers, and both times were really fantastic. It seemed pretty busy for a Monday but all of our orders came out timely and the staff was very friendly. Music was also a lot of fun. I spoke to Charisma, the manager, on the way out. She was very helpful and gave our group great service earlier in the night.
Went here with my family off the humble for the first time, nice chill spot, nice arcade and delicious food. To be recommended for family and friend gatherings.
Very nice experience. Glad to say things are getting better. Thank for trying harder.
I hosted a large party for my birthday, and our server, Lika, was absolutely incredible. Despite our group constantly making requests, she handled everything with grace and a smile?never missing a single order or showing any frustration. Her outstanding service truly made the night special. I'd come back again just because of her!
The place is a very good place. Highly recommended. The stuff was good and the manager help us a lot. What's your name?john was so nice
Bad Service !!!!!! we get the worst bad service from this bartender This lady Was so Mean to my friiends and i , She was ignoring us, very hostile, we asked her for a soda 4 times and she ignored us the whole time, and just when her friends were sitting next to us and asked for a soda she gave it to them instantly And we had already paid for that. We felt a racist attitude towards us. It was a very obvious racist attitude. The food is fine but the poor service of this lady is not.
We had our school group staying at the Holiday Inn across the street. The staff at Bowlero were extremely friendly and accommodating. The students loved the food and have a blast! It will be an amazing memory for them to bring back to VT with them!!
Bowlero College Park accommodated our group of 30 at the last minute after an unexpected hotel change and we are so grateful. John helped us have a great experience and the servers excellent. The kids had an awesome time. Thank you Bowlero!!!!
We went there for class trip and they were very accommodating. Very friendly staff. The place was very clean! Food was excellent too! Highly recommend going!
The bowling alley doesn't look too great but my group and I had a great time yesterday because of Charisma! Even though she's a manager, she was very respectful and quick to solve any issues that came up. The food is pretty good too so I think we'll be coming back in the future!
I wanted to give them a three, but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. Reserving the lane was easy. This price was reasonable. I would totally go back, but my issue was customer service. The time it took to get our food, how they had it set up, was just asinine. Maybe the girl being young. But she needs to learn how to work and react under pressure. But other than that, everything was so simple and cool. Id go back!
Took almost 1 hr to receive our food. The bartender/server was attentive. Bathrooms did not have hand soap Employees were very friendly Kid and family friendly environment. My 3 year old handled the size 6 bowling ball like a pro. $20 (unlimited games and free shoe rental) after 7pm on weekdays
Took Alllllll the kids we had a very good night. The staff was accommodating and welcoming towards us. Kids had fun and dinks were good. I definitely would recommend
Great Experience !!! Food was fresh and well cooked . Drinks was top shelf , even though I ordered top shelf lol . Great place to vibe with kids and friends . Staff was professional and it was affordable !!!!
I had a groupon for 6 people and paid only $52... It was a family thing for my sons birthday and I didn't know my grandson would be able to come.. So since he was there I said I'd pay for him... They charged me $32 for him and he's 7... Yet they said 2 hours of bowling is $7.99 each and shoe rental was $5.99 ... But two of my 6 didn't even use their shoes because they bought their own. Yet I was still charged... And instead of charging me the regular price they said they did a Groupon for him which cost mo
My wife had a surprised party for me on February 15. It was wonderful. The staff was nice( they were unstaffed). The manager was working the front, running food and working the bar. The staff were working hard. Location was clean and fun.
Good atmosphere and vibes. The customer service would good as well. The food was a little slow to come out. And a little sooner would have nice. I would give them another try for sure.
The atmosphere is perfect, the employees are friendly, the food is tasty, they serve alcohol for the adults and they have the large TV's with videos, sports and it's clean!
Was visiting my Alma mater last week. A friend and I went bowling. We sat at the bar as there was a waitlist. We waited for an hour with no issue. BUT there was one female bartender who had the most atrocious attitude and body language. Never said hello, leaned against the back bar with her arms crossed looking at us dead in the face. Asked for water, she was reluctant to do anything and any words out of her mouth were combative. For the sake of my friend, I held my tongue but refused to have her service us
Just yesturday we celebrated my son?s 12th birthday at?Bowlero in College Park, MD, and I just had to share what an amazing experience we had. We walked in with?no reservation?and a big group of 30! From the moment we arrived, the?entire staff was so welcoming and beyond accommodating. I truly mean?everyone. To make sure our group could enjoy the evening together, they generously gave us?four lanes?side by side. The?$19.99 unlimited bowling deal?was perfect for everyone. We stayed from?6 PM until almost cl
0/5, horrible service and horrible manager. We ordered food before our first game and we didn't get it till first couple rounds of the second game. My friend asked the server once, i asked and also asked on the ordering system. It still took so long, we had 3 lanes and one our lanes were able to get theres mid first game. I spoke to our server and told him we didnt recieve one of our drinks and also that our food took over 40 minutes. He said he could refund the drink, but asked for the manager for the othe
Service was horrible, didn't like the drink taste like no alcohol and just 2% milk in it. Bisrat who was the service have a dirty attitude. They were also using the broom to sweep the dinning tables and the floor without sanitizing??????????.Drinks and food came out no napkins cups was dirty.
As a company event we were treated extremely well with excellent service and prompt attention to clean up. The food was surprisingly good for a bar food type menu. We were treated to bbq wings, pulled pork sliders, pizza and tenders. All were fresh tasting and not frozen. There was corn muffins. Cesar salad and corn on the cob as sides. Again all were fresh and delicious. The bowling was a blast with our company taking 20 lanes there was room for another large group. Drinks were on point and not weak
This definitely the spot to go to, the vibes was crazy fun and it was full which is even better, the music selection was spot on and honestly we enjoyed being here because we literally were being ourselves and having fun, we will be returning very soon ??
We brought a group of students to Washington DC. Bowlero was able to accommodate our group with little notice . Would highly recommend to anyone looking for something to do. Food was good also
I had a great night with family the past weekend during my visit in Maryland. We got a voucher from Groupon and the staff was really helpful.
Worst experience ever ? her customer service is stink .. and the Manger that was used the dirty broom to sweep the dine in tables ?
This place is very low budget. The keyboards were not working, the order screen froze, music was terrible. The bartender was very rude and didn't acknowledge anyone. It was also Monday so it was barely anyone in there. They had Cameron doing double the work he is a great worker and should honestly bring his good customer service somewhere else. the wings also was cold as soon as they got on the table. Terrible time.
Customer service was poor in specific one girl that was rude she is dark skinned and a male that was cleaning the area it was so unsanitary a dark male he was also otherwise a I like the bowling aspect of the of my experience There where some also kind servers that assisted excellent kudos to them in helping out marking my first experience better due to them I would recommend but a few of the workers need to be talked to and shown how to demonstrate proper customer service and how to be a bit more sanitary
I've never left a review before but this place is a huge scam and money pit. $5.49 for a single glass of Pepsi. No free refills and the staff looks at you like you're from Mars to ask. There's no reason for this. Won't be returning.
Our server Lika made our experience AMAZING!!! She was very attentive and polite! I would come see her on my next visit
This was a horrible experience. Server was rude. When wanted to change our drink because it tasted horrible and instead of accommodating us politely she came and slam down our replacement drinks on the table. This is unacceptable
Hello I recently went to Bowlero in College Park, Maryland where I experienced an unwelcoming employees there. I made a reservation for me and my sons who are 4 and 6 years old I put a note in my reservation and tried to call multiple times to to no avail see if they could accommodate us. When I arrived at the business my reservation could not be found by Taylor H she did end up finding the reservation in a timely matter when met with a lane we had to wait around 30 minutes for one of the staff members to a
Bowlero College Park - Disappointing Experience Compared to Other Locations** Unfortunately, I can't leave an overly positive review for the Bowlero in College Park, MD. We normally bowl at the Bowlero locations in Manassas and Sterling, VA, but had to find a place in Maryland this time, so we chose College Park. Upon arrival, we were caught off guard by the requirement to go through a metal detector. While safety is understandable, it felt excessive and unexpected for a bowling alley. At the front desk,
This place was cool. The food was good and the drinks were nice. Recommend going with a large group of people. The only thing we don't like is the shoe options. The cashier working the counter gave freshly sprayed wet shoes for us to play in. It could be time to update how shoes are distributed at the bowling alley.
Service for food and drinks are very slow. Im here on a Sunday at 8pm. Arrived at 7 ordered my food at 720 and nothing has came. Ordered my glass of wine still nothing for some time. Seems they are under staffed and should probably put a pause on unlimited bowling until they can fix the service.
The worst customer service ever. I called at 3:30pm to verify is they honor Groupon Voucher and the lady at the front desk said ?Yes, as long as you use it before 6pm?. I arrived at 5:20pm and was told I cannot use the $30 voucher because it was a waiting list ?..but this info would have been good to know since they are always booked and busy on the weekends. And even if you get there 3 hours before 6 it's still busy ?..why have ppl waste their money ? Poor communication and a lack of understanding. Go to A
Ty was beyond professional and efficient. She was on point all night for our party of 29 and I highly recommend. We are leaving when she clocks out. I will defn return if Ms Ty is on the clock. Thank you so very much
$120 well spent and well worth it. Five thumbs up. Family enjoyed themselves. Food was great
I'm never going back.. I visited Bowlero last night with 10 friends and the experience from start to end was terrible. The 'security' checked my ID and asked me if I intended to drink alcohol, and then gave me a wristband - all for the bartender to ask me for my ID again. The bar, took over 25 minutes to make drinks for me and the other 12 people waiting for drinks.. the bartenders seemed overwhelmed and weren't very friendly or customer service oriented.. The food was meh.. the pizza is lower quality
I'd never come here again. The bartenders were rude asf. Very hostile and wasn't very welcoming. For this to be Bowlero, it didn't feel like it. I was hoping this would be a great experience since this is my first time at this location.
Lika was the best server I had in some time,a great smile goes a long way. Great time and great service.
The service at this place SUCKS. I've been multiple times and the servers are always MIA for long periods of time. The last time I went, I placed an order online using the QR code and it took AN HOUR for it to come. I order boneless wings, fries and a pizza. No reason it should have taken that long. My friends ordered online and it came a lot quicker. Also, they don't give cups of water anymore - you have to buy a bottle of nasty Aquafina water for $3. The price is fine for those that want bottled water but
I usually never leave a google review, but this time I felt inclined to. Where do I even start. The service was horrible. Our waiter was not attentive as he should have been. I ordered an appetizer and the entree came out before the appetizer. Not to mention we had to wait over 40 minutes for food and by the time the food got to us it was cold. Additionally, I asked the waiter if I could take an entree off our bill that wasn't even eaten and he responded ?there will be a fee to take this entree off your tab
Incompetent and cannot provide through communication at point of check in. Moreso a gossip counter at check-in then providing customers service. Not clean and rude
We had a great first time! Wings were delicious..it was clean, not all worn down. Staff was friendly. It was a nice family friendly atmosphere, full bar..we got there around 6pm and it was not crowded but good amount of people there. Games are not timed, but it is nice to be mindful of other guests if it's a wait for lanes. However, by time we were leaving the line was out the door....on a Tuesday! We will definitely be back.
It's a really cool spot. Strong drinks, good food, and a great vibe. Our server was such a sweetheart. Her name was Johana and she was awesome- she made it such a great night for our group!
Really good place I love it
I rarely leave reviews but this place is a 0/10 I was quoted a 2 hour wait and was seated within 20 mins. Front desk has an attitude every time you go there. They ?close at 1:00 am? however they were playing clean up music by 12:15 am and shut everyone?s lanes by 12:45 am. How embarrassing when you bring your family from out of town for them to experience this. Why would they suggest to us 2 hours of bowling if we could only do one hour. Lastly I've never been to a spot that forced you to close your tab eve
Nice spot to go bowling. Decent food and service was great. But make sure you reserve a lane in advance because the wait is long on the weekend.
Lika was an amazing server she treated us well and made our experience enjoyable
Great time with great people!
The establishment was fine, the wait staff was very helpful. The College Park location's main difference is the clientele.
$15 pitcher of soda Bathrooms weren't clean. Didn't stay too long. Visited with a Groupon.
Had a great time here with my teens. Low key, fun and not obnoxiously loud which is was perfect for my daughter who is on the spectrum
Ty the Bartender was amazing. She had great energy and made our drinks the way we wanted. Great customer service.
Came in on a Sunday night with 5 family members and had a great time. Besides the bowling, service was great. Our server Kaitlyn was very attentive and accommodating. We definitely recommend this location.
Great customer service! We had a ball (excuse the pun ??). All jokes aside, but our family really enjoyed Bowlero. My sister was celebrating her birthday and they took care of her. I will recommend to others. Only caveat - the milkshake machine was down.
The staff was very patient and helpful for a 7yr old bday party we attended. Very clean and attentive. It looks great in here too!!
I was there with a bunch of kids and adults. Everyone had a great time. The kids loved the chicken fingers and the arcade! Some of the adults had such a good time, that they decided to come back one night to enjoying bowling and the bar... They too had a great time, stated all the service and food was good especially the firecracker shrimp and that the drinks were on point. All in all it a great place for family fun and adults hang out fun.
Female desk attendant was very short and uninspired to help when I requested, although she seemed to be the only staff member at that position so she may have been irritated altogether. Not the tidiest Bowling alley but one of the better looking interiors. Arcade is very underwhelming but not the main attraction, very ideal for children.
The place is small, dirty bathroom, food is okay. The other locations are much better. The arcade section is tiny. I do not recommend this location.
Ok so the bowling experience was great. Unlimited bowling for $20. Family friendly and it was pretty clean. Food was a 5/10. Not great but not horrible. Good service!
Nice spot! Great ambiance . Little overpriced with the drinks, but you can expect that from anywhere. The pizza was decent and the facility itself was pretty clean minus the Restrooms. If they tighten up on that, I would definitely give it a 10/10 facility wise. You will get checked by Security as soon as you walk in and go through a metal detector . That caught me off guard, however, I understood. Customer was good as well. Overall, on the place is nice for weekend fun . I am going to check out the weekday
Food is decent, service is great! I went when there wasn't a crowd and was able to enjoy it! Great for family time or time with the friends.
Can you say BAD? I'm traveling and for a little r&r decide to stop here to bowl. First thing I'm met with is an armed guard. The guy is so soft spoken you can't hear him over the music asking you to empty your pockets; and he gets frustrated that no one can hear what he's saying. The two employees at the desk were not friendly. It was as if I was disturbing them on their break. There are lane helpers or something like that. They were good. The lane we were on had bumpers up so I went to the desk asking
It's great place to visit when you're ready to bowl.
Lanes were clean. Front desk was pretty quick getting us set up. Food service was slow, however, and the order wasn't right. We didn't get our drinks until we were almost ready to go and then the drinks weren't what we asked for. Ugh! They are too expensive to get it wrong. Also bring back the previous mozzarella sticks. The mini bites are not flavorful at all!!
Had lots of fun for the time I spent there. Great cocktail vodka mixture I've ever tasted very different and classy. Customer service satisfaction 200% Female bathroom short of tissue but sure was replaced later on. I could say my shoulder and arm muscles were worked out perfectly lol. Music too was cool I had to dance while bowling it was real fun filled with lots of other people celebrating birthday, family times, grp of friends etc. I will certainly visit the place again most definitely.
My organization threw a party here for nurses week and I had a great time. I think they had reasonable pricing for bowling and food. The food was good and the wait staff were very attentive. The bartenders were good. Even though the drinks were pricey she made up for it by making them strong. It added to the fun while we bowled. There is plenty of parking. Family friendly, spacious couches.
What an experience......I booked a party a few weeks back and from there the customer service was immaculate. A team member reached out to me even though I had not finalized my reservation online. Now normally this would have been annoying but she offered 20% off so it was really nice. When we got to ur reservation it started off rocky because there had been a slight storm and the system was down. But the manager was something like a super hero.....although I started off a bit irritated he made sure we wer
I came for a birthday event maybe a group of 20-30 people service was great Unfortunately I lost my wallet it went missing for over a hour. Fortunately the staff found it and returned it. I want to thank Jarid,Kaylah and the security in the front for returning my wallet. I'm very grateful and can't thank them enough.
Alley conditions have gone down hill in the past couple years. They oil one a week and lane 4 chipped the hell out of freshly cleaned an pollished balls today. Left after one game when I usally throw 6 to 10. The front desk offered me the chanse to use house balls....
Really fun place for the whole family. It is clean and friendly, and you feel secure cause they have security checking you in at the door.
Nice ample parking space & also had fun ?? & drinks.
Said There was no wait time I live 5 min away then boom 5 min later a whole wait list just better off going to another one don't call and ask cause they lie at the desk
The lanes are super dry. The atmosphere was good, and there were lanes available. It's hard to bowl on dry lanes for people who don't bowl straight.
pins have strings attached, which affects the way they drop, so even the regular bowlers could not perform as well as in other bowling places. lanes are poorly waxed.
Nice place good vibe.. don't have a lot of offers/deals after 9pm.. its just $19.25 for unlimited play time which is too much
Fun experience for kids who were first time bowlers. Metal detectors weren't working and there was a government notice on the doors that started part of the building was not up to code and couldn't be occupied with no other information. Bathrooms were somewhat clean but only one sink had soap. The motion sensor faucet sprayed for literally one second, and there were lots of large dead and live ants in one stall and the sinks. Music and videos weren't always kid appropriate. Staff was friendly and the childr
We as a Family 24 with three lanes had to me moved after waiting over a period of 30 to 45 minutes. Our lane number 9 was not resetting after every bowler so we were switched to lane 6 which in turn did the same thing several times. We had to ask for help resetting the lanes at least six times doing our visit. This is a okay place would have been great if the racks worked properly staff stands around talking and you practically have to chase them down to get some assistance.
Service horrible the waiter never came but the bowling was fun then i git charged twice on my card
Customer service could be better, seemed understaffed as well which sucks for those working there. Bathrooms need to be cleaned. It was ok for a quick game. Tried the food, wings and fries, wasn't great. Neither were crispy, the lemon pepper wings tasted like salt and the garlic parm flavor was just oil.
Always come here with the kids they have a little arcade as well!!
Always a fun time. Bartender ms always on point
Great location, great staff, make sure to check calendar for events.
We had such an amazing night, the manager John was wonderful and checked in on us, I appreciated the atmosphere, great music, it's clean, you can enjoy a great drinks and bar food and classic American bowling, so glad we came:) we stayed till it closed and we're sad to leave!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
