Cool place but they told me $7.50 a game(4:20pm). Played 2 games, 4 players. went to pay. They charged me 120. I'm like how much is it a game? They say $11. I'm like I was told 7.50. They said prime time cost more. I'm like when does prime time start. They said it varies. Some times 530. It's 537. I'm like we played before 530. They said since we checking out this time. They charging us prime. So dumb. Should have told us we had to check out before 530. And we played before prime time. So idk we getting cha
This place rocks I'm having so much fun with my friends. They have the unlimited pass where you can play all day that saves you money and they have a waitress that comes in and waits on you while you play your games. I really like this place. I'm visiting from out of town and it's super cool. They have food drinks and everything you would need. I think this place rocks and this is the best bowling place I've ever been.
Started bowling in the 9s Enough league back in January just to try something new & we ended up loving it! My husband and I had so much fun, we bought our own bowling balls after the league wrapped up and signed up for the summer pass. Total game changer! We've been bowling almost daily now. The pass is such a great deal 2 games, shoe rental, and even $5 arcade credit included. The staff here is always on point super friendly and helpful, even when it's packed. We've been to the other Bowlero in town, but
Bowlero are cowards and inhumane! Bowlero is seriously trying to prevent me from speaking the truth of how Bowlero treats their customers who are diabetic. They are deleting my reviews on Google and blocking me on Instagram to try stop me from exposing how Bowlero treat people who are diabetic. Bowlero is the worst! I'm a diabetic and Bowlero denied me from bringing my own water bottle. I had Bowlero free water and it got me very sick! I reported this to the Bowlero corporation but they straight up don't ca
We had to wait atleast an hour on Sunday night for our turn , despite the face mask Mandate , hardly anyone was seen wearing the mask even their own staff , at the bar and the kitchen ,were without the mask or their masks were on their chins ?. There was no hand sanitizer anywhere in such a huge place with hundreds of people present , as the place was packed?.the food was average , nothing great ,service was slow but the staff was friendly?.. even to settle the final payment , they took forever, i definitel
I did not have that great of an experience when I went the other day because my lane blacked out and the person was fixing for like 10-15 minutes and the time wasn't refunded. The lane would then drop the 8 pin because the mechanism wasn't working which would drop more pins sometimes when setting pins and I tried telling a worker and they did nothing.
This place was beyond awesome. The food and the staff are beyond helpful and kind. We love coming here every weekend. Will totally recommend for any occasion.
Great staff, super clean, and attentive. The manager Stephanie was very professional and engaged. They were very aware of customers and atmosphere. Our lane had an error and the manager had it fixed right away. Juan was a great server, very friendly and accommodating. I recommend all my friends and family here. Way better than other locations I've visited. We'll be back.
It was a great experience with my kids and niece we had a lot of fun and definitely recommend it... There was 6 of us all together. We played one round of bowling which was so much fun (they charge you after the game is over) I paid around 86$ for us 6 including the rental shoes. we all got into competitive mode lol . got ( 2 lg pizzas a pretty decent size and 6 drinks including free refills and a side of wings + a mix drink) which was really good might I add . Total for that was $100 and some change. befor
Tonight went in for a few drinks and to get down on some bowling, and Angel(aka)money was my bartender, and by far, I experienced the best service I have ever received at any establishment definitely will be coming back just because of him.
Great place to bowl but the bar prices are INSANE!! $22 for a Margarita?? Sheesh!! Ill think twice coming here next time.
Had a great time celebrating our friend's birthday on Saturday. Our server Shy was amazing!! So friendly and so sweet. We had three lanes and Shy was very attentive to all of us. Food was really good and loved my lemon drop martini.
It was fun, little crowded, but had a blast, waiters didn't appear at all but they cleaned the accidental spill we made and it makes up for it.
Great Customer Service I will be back come here once a month. I usually have the ice cream with the cookie, which reminds me of the Pazooki like at BJ?s. Definitely try out their appetizers. They never miss I come here almost twice a week and it's really really good and the hype it's up.
You cant buy a pitcher of soda unless you buy a pizza. There is no refills on soda. So after spending over a $150 on food I find this out. What a way to rip your customers off
There are 40 lanes at this location. Since it reopened there's been a waitlist to bowl, around 40 minutes of a wait. If there are leagues then the wait could be longer. The restrooms are clean and lanes get oiled once a week or so. Our favorite staff is Marcella, who is patient and empathetic! We always look forward to seeing her, her service is great and makes our visit pleasant every time she is there. The Pro Shop there is excellent, we bought our first set of bowling balls from Paul who was helpful in g
Love the remodeling they've done. Also, when did food at a bowling alley taste so good? I was very happy with the quality if food today. Lots of fun and a great way to keep cool!
Their food is disgusting. Especially the pizza, we ordered a cheese pizza and it was so hard and dry that we couldn't even tell it was a cheese pizza. And all of our stomachs hurt. :/
Family atmosphere, great youth and league bowling, drinks and food available, clean facility, friendly staff, and fun for ALL age groups.
Amazing family friendly place the managers and the staff are really friendly and super chill great place to spend time with friends and family
Great service every time I come here and the blue moon is perfect thank you guys for your customer service.
I hadn't been here since new owners or management. Not sure which but it's a nice looking place. Seats were comfortable, service was ok for food but they don't come around and ask if want refills or anything. Maybe shortstaffed. We bowled 3 games and it was alot of fun. Too bad the machine for arcade games was out. We will try that again next time. Overall a fun experience and not too bad on prices. I suggest the nacho fries.
Came in at 2:40 today with a party of 4. Plenty of lanes opened, asked Kailee at the front for 2 lanes to play league style 2 on 2 and was immediately interrupted and denied without even finishing my sentence because they have league @6pm. Totally understandable because I play in league as well, but we would've been done much earlier and it was more than 3 hours before league started! I let her know we would be done before they even begin oiling the lanes, once again denied and this time the justification w
Had a great experience here. We booked it online, and it was easy and convenient. The service was great. The staff was friendly, and helpful. They were there when we needed them but not pushy. Even had a manager just come by to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. It was an extremely enjoyable bowling experience. We enjoyed it so much, we are already planning to return
Bowlero is a very friendly staff they could of told us that they have waitresses before our large group plot up and had tabs open here and there and everywhere but that's also because people in our group are impatient overall the waitress come by fairly often, the giant pretzel was ok maybe slightly overdone the big chili dog was awesome. The bowl is fairly priced so like I said I'm happy
The manager, Ashley, is the best employee to work with when you are a frequent bowler. Understands expectations with kindness and addresses customers quickly.
We had our 2024 Christmas party there and it was awesome. The food was great. Great atmosphere and great service. It's an awesome place to go with friends and family. Highly recommended
Chelsea at the bar was amazing. Super friendly, professional and attentive. She really made service awesome for our visit. We ordered a lot of food and she made it so easy, she had great energy! Ryan at check in was so cool. He was friendly, polite and got our big group settled quickly. He was accommodating and awesome! Isabelle, the manager was unprofessional, terrible and rude. She treated me poorly at the end of the night. We were waiting for our pizza boxes to take our food to go. I already notified s
HAD SUCH AN AMAZING TIME!!!! First off, I want to give a BIG shout out to Ashley (Clovis, CA Bowlero manager) and her staff for providing such amazing customer service. I had put together a team bonding work event, a Bowling Battle between shifts with about 36+ people involved, including family members, friends and of course, the ones who just show up =). None of this would have been made possible without the help and accommodation of Ashley and her staff!. Everyone there had such a great, welcoming attit
Awesome experience verry clean and fast service great for events or family fun
We always have a great time here and compete with each other. Sometimes when it's busy the wait can be a bit long but it's worth it. Sometimes when we come to our lane it's dirty from the previous people. Overall fun and always enjoyable here and would recommend to anyone who is a beginner or pro at bowling.
My son loves it here he's on a bowling team. Bowling buddies. And foods are pretty good. The steak n cheese quesedeas.
Amazing time at this Great Alley! Haven't been in years, but, going back soon! Loved that they had the Adult side which had cool retro music videos. Service provided by the Kind Smile of Ariana, food and drinks were excellent. A FUN NIGHT OUT FOR THE BOY'S!!!
We were absolutely impressed with the price, cleanliness and ease of access to facilities at this bowling alley. Bowlero of Clovis will give you that old time bowling alley feel. These people just have their act together and it's a great bowling alley.
Alright going to be honest here... might not come back.... So bowling is fun but man! They need to break down the paying. And since they can't I will. So let's start that, my review starts with Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights are crazy busy. Like a 1 hour to 2 hour wait time.... At least they got a bar and omg, I know we are there for the experience but 89 dollars for 5 shots of Hennessey is not worth it. Sorry. The games let me explain because I was SOOOOO confused and they did a poor job of explaini
This place is great and a ton of fun with my friends
Very friendly place. The atmosphere is amazing. There are not enough workers for the busy night's but overall, it is still good service. You can tell the owners are trying to get better.
Very confusing. Workers are very misleading and employees need to be trained on what specifics of a ?special? is. All staff need to be re trained and better at giving us information. Probably won't go again.
Fun place to hang out on a Friday night! I hadnt been in years, there's security and metal detectors now. There were 7 of us that went. We got there a little before 11pm and stayed until closing. It was really busy, but I got a lane pretty quickly and had to wait a little to snatch up another lane. The beer and food is typical bowling alley grub. Garlic fries were in a pool of grease. Staff was great about cleaning up and taking plates/cups. Shout out to Ruben the bartender for being so friendly and maki
Service here was great! Juan was very quick to get our order and everything was fresh. The manager Stephanie came out and she was super friendly. Definitely will come back!
Great atmosphere! There's a good amount of seating, lots of food to choose from & friendly staff. The music was good & lots of big screen monitors to stir up conversations. Also, a full bar & game area.
Kids events are great for the community. Kiddos had a great experience for their first time bowling! We're definitely coming back.
Very disappointing. We had a great night a few weeks ago at the Fresno location and figured if that location was so good, Clovis must be better, right? Wrong. They were severely understaffed. All of our food came out at room temperature, and the quality was mediocre at best. I ordered the chicken strips, and they were barely bigger than a chicken nugget. The fries were cold and soggy. Also, they charge BY THE MINUTE for pool. Who does that? Definitely won't be back.
This is the first time we take our kids go bowling it was fun ???
It was so much fun to go bowling as a family again. The only thing I didn't like was I registered online for our lane and the only way I could see how to do that was a a group where you have to sign a contract and prepay. This shirt of tasks some of the fun out of going bowling with family and friends.
Such an amazing little spot! Fun and friendly staff, the management is a delightful! The owner (strawberry blonde woman?) is so wonderful! She's so happy all the time! The really tall manager was very helpful and made sure we had such a great time. Our servers were also very knowledgeable and attentive! I wish I could remember all their names , but the one with the nose ring was super friendly helping us out while our other server Sierra (?) was out to lunch, and the little one with glasses made sure we had
Fun place to bowl. Good eats. Good service.
Great place for some fun
Definitely go to the Fresno location. This one has 2 young girls that are very rude. The manager was cool and redeemed my wife and daughter?s points back since one of their machines wasn't working and took her points out her card twice. One of the girls said there was absolutely nothing she could do even after my wife asked if there wasn't a manager or someone with a master card to just give her the points to a different machine she than went to gossip to the other girl and it was very rude. My wife said he
We had a great time we had to switch lanes because the lane we were assigned was having trouble but no big deal. Still had a good time
We had a wonderful experience bowling on a hot summer day! Shy was amazing and really took good care of us. Bowling was fun, food and drinks were good and the kids loved the arcade!
Today was my last time at bowlero. Last two visits were not enjoyable and waste of money and time. Our lane was keep miscounting numbers and getting stuck. We told the girl manager and first two times she was nice but once we were keep having issues, she got upset and mad. She told us to keep changing number using fix pad on screen. We were there to enjoy, not to waste time keep fixing your miscounting machine and getting stuck. We wasted $150+ on playing which we didn't even enjoy and had more than 10 time
Some family fun! ?????? It was nice and clean. The customer service was great! Definitely recommend!
We scheduled a party there but there was a tournament finishing up late. The staff did what they could (more money for arcade games) to keep the kids occupied until the tournament was over. Very attentive and good times were had by all. I heard from more than one parent that was impressed and spoke with us about having their future party there. It started off badly but the situation was well handled.
I came in to this place for a fun time with a group of friends. The reception desk was very friendly and treated us with respect. The issue I had here was the bartender. He was completely disrespectful towards us. It was a guy in his mid 20s with a patchy beard. A friend of mine who is in the US Marines came to visit us for the month and upon showing his ID the bartender refused to give him a glass cup because his ID was from his stationed Country at the time even though it clearly stated he was 26 years of
Loved it, went with the entire family and had a great time! Arcade is much better than it used to be, great music playing full bar and food pretty good! Great for families our going with a group of friends
Went for grandson's birthday. Pleasantly surprised! Never gone bowling to celebrate but that's what grandson wanted to do. The people were very kind. They even framed a happy birthday sign & put it on the "table" as part of their decoration! The boneless chicken wings were very good. Unfortunately, the pizza wasn't; it was quite bland. However, the food & soda that we ordered was unlimited & they were very good about it. We couldn't ever tell how much we ate, specifically of the wings, because they kept ref
The wait was very long but the staff and management made up for it in service and hospitality. Had a great time with my son bowling and in the arcade....
We got the summer passes and the staff have been very friemdly and attentive. Juan especially recognizes us and makes sure to greet us when we come in.
This place is awesome. My kids have loved it since they were little and it is one of the few places they still like to go as a family now that they are teenagers. Not just for the bowling but the arcade is fun and the food is even good too!! Staff has always been very friendly and helpful, always upbeat and positive. The manager is really nice and accommodating on the very few occasions we have had an issue. We had one of the arcade games eat our coins and she gave us replacements plus some extras!! W
Such a fun place! Super spacious, nice service. My family and I love coming here ??
It's pretty fantastic as far as bowling alleys go. We happened to go on league night but there were still plenty of lanes available. The food is much better than your average alley fare, the sodas were soda-ing, and the bar was turning out some fine looking drinks if that's what you're into. It was all of the fun of bowling without the suffocating humidity of the small, crowded bowling alleys of my childhood where I'd get dumped in some "play-care" being staffed by some uninterested teenager who didn't want
We had to do a post bowl for league today. It was PACKED when we got there. A new manager walked past us and we asked him what to do about a post bowl with no available lanes. He just told me to wait! WOW! HOWEVER there was a light ?. ANDREW at the desk told us to come over and he'd fix it. He was so kind and patient. He was due to be off but stayed to make sure we were taking care of. He ALWAYS has a smile and does whatever it takes to help. Clovis Bowlero ? DO NOT let this gem get away THANK YOU ANDREW!
Service was great and very clean!
Highly recommend. The staff was incredible. Nelly went above and beyond for us. Reserved a party under 10 guests, everyone had so much fun. The staff introduced themselves and shook our hands. They made it so easy and stress-free. Our party had so much fun! The food was awesome, a little packed, but expected for a Sunday afternoon. I will be back! Thank you! *They even decorated the table! ????
We always have a great time bowling. Juan, the only lol, is a great server who attended us. He definitely stood out with his kindness and help. Thank you.
The employee was very rude and shady. She had an attitude and was super stand offish. You can choose another job :) The bathroom STINKS, like mildew or old people feces and low and behold had seen a roach. First and last time coming here after one of the employees asked if I needed a plug too.
Ordered 4 items plus a Bowlero margarita, $42 for a total of $112+. Order was taken around 6:54 pm. At 7:45 I demanded my order. Manager accused me of yelling at her; of course I did, it's a bowling alley. She then asked me outside and told me to calm down or she'll the police. She called them before we stepped outside because they were already there. The cops took my card, received my receipt showing me food refund, and then told me I wasn't allowed back. If I did the manager would then call the police and
Literally the best bowling alley I've ever been to. Ashley and Chelsea W took amazing care of us. The place was so clean, the food was great, the drinks were amazing, and the service was phenomenal. I will absolutely be back. Thank you ladies for helping my daughter have the best birthday ever!
The remodeling of this place has made a big difference. It is cleaner and more organized, but it was never bad to begin with. The employees are decently friendly, never a problem, but not excellent either. Pricing is halfway decent. Since their remodel, the bar seems a lot better, as does the quality of the food (new equipment maybe?). Still a very good place to bowl and enjoy a day with family and friends.
Fun time. Bowling is bowling! Cool environment all around. Somehow this bowlero is cheaper han the bowlero off Blackstone and Sierra? Other bowlero cost me $30 for one game. I didn't ever want to go back to a bowlero...until this location charged me half the price for three games? Both times were on weekend nights.
They told us an 1 hour and 10 minutes and would text us. They texted us 42 minutes later and said start heading back we are almost ready for you. We were eating next door. We hurried and when we got there they said we had to wait an hour and a half. We had never been there before. The text never said it was our turn. They should have put us next. We and our friends will never return. They were happy about it.
Thank you Bowlero for providing us with a good time! We had a reservation for a party of 10 and the game glitched half way through our reservation. The manager was very attentive and allowed us to restart the entire time of our reservation for the inconvenience. The entire staff was very attentive. The food and atmosphere was great. Definitely recommend coming here for a good time!
I'd rather go to the Fresno location, but the league I play in happens to be at the Clovis location. I particularly dislike the lack of customer service. The staff can be rude. It takes forever to get service, and it takes a long time to get your food and drinks. It's not my top choice when I want to go bowling.
the machines were glitchy and the balls got stuck which is fine because its part of the atmosphere but which was not was the unpleasant bartender that night who dismissed us in front of other customers and our friend from out of town which was completely out of line so yeah 3 out 5 hopefully you train staff better
Went on September 7th and one of the managers was a young lady with glasses who was beyond sweet. Never actually had a customer service as nice and organic as hers. She was sweet & it wasn't an artificial sweetness where it feels forced, she had a lot of passion. Definitely hope she gets acknowledged for her attitude by upper levels
What blast! We had such a good time. Service was awesome, they were running all over the place helping all the lanes and were always professional and courteous. Prices are average/fair, no complaints at all. I love the new theme, they did a great job refurbishing the old rodeo lanes. I will definitely be going back!
Had a great time.. SHY helped us and went above and beyond for my nephews birthday!! The kids had a Blast thanks to SHY don't forget to ask for her!! ????????
It's annoying coming here and there's a tournament. It's posted no where on the website or their accounts. They either turn you away or just limit your time which is so inconvenient
Took my daughter and a friend for her birthday. This place is clean, the staff are nice and most important we had fun! Masks are required right now, which I'm grateful for and everyone was following the rules.
The security you have to go through were really nice and friendly our server Vincent was very engaging and gave great service. It was a good time.
I went to Bowlero with my two kids yesterday. We had such and amazing time. The service was great. Kenia helped us at the front desk. She was completely swamped, but still took the time to greet us, and let us know she would be with us as soon as possible. Once we got to our lane Marylou came right over to greet us and get our drink order. She was so quick and incredibly sweet to my kiddos. We had the best time. Even the manager Ashley came over to greet us and make sure we had everything we needed to have
I'm on a company bowling league, this location is where we play each week. Over all the staff are very good, but the lanes are always messing up and getting stuck. The waiters/waitresses are never available to take orders unless you go and hunt one down. It's very frustrating alot. But they are really great overall
We were there from 8-10pm last night and the lady, a bigger white lady, who was running the front counter was so disrespectful to my group and to others as well. When we told her that we had a party of 10 she visibly looked stunned and irritated for having to do her job. We had to wait which we had no problem with, we even got food and drinks while we did. Then when we were getting our shoes she was saying how rude one of the members of our party was for accidentally touching her hand while grabbing the sho
Was told 1 1/2 to 2 hour for a lane going on to 2 plus hours and was told another 25 mins. Why is there is so many lanes available and Im still waiting.
Awesome !! Had a birthday party for my kid 10th birthday!! Everything was great and clean!! Highly recommend them!! They kept the Soda/waters filled also brought more food when it was gone! Everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you for excellent service!!
Juan served me at the bar and was great! Great entertainment and service....keep it up. I will be coming back. :)
I love bowling and commend Bowlero for saving bowling in Fresno CA, however, I believe they should have a few handicap ramps inside that go from the floor to the lanes. My dad had some trouble using his cane to get back up the steps. Other than that, they are great. Clean lanes and good staff. Tons of stuff is broken all the time though and that gets annoying quick.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
