I really wanted to like this place, but the experience is so under par. I purchased multiple summer passes and was excited to join in the bowling extravaganza! After going close to 10 times, both by myself and with others, it is clear why this location is lacking the excitement the website shows. When we order drinks from the servers, they do not come. we usually can not order from the screens because they are broken or do not work correctly. There are a lot of entertainment options here. it is not too loud and seems to be a good place for kids and families and adults.

My family and I have made this our go to bowling spot, and today was our first time booking an event to celebrate my son?s 7th birthday. First time coming here and didn't leave disappointed. Bowled with some friends in the afternoon and they had lanes available. Ordered some pizza and beer. Loved the help of the server. Made sure we were checked on and had everything when he brought out our food and drinks. Wish I would of been able to stay and play the arcade a bit bit maybe next time. We had a coupon so getting a lane and shoes was easy and quick. The pins got stuck once but was fixed right away when brought to the employee. 2 things could have been better; music and have all sizes of bowling balls out to use. Other than that it was a fun night !

We have really enjoyed our experiences here! I purchased the Summer Passes (2 games of bowling per day with free shoe rental) for my family and I. It's been so much fun! We typically go every Wednesday because that's the day when arcade games are half points. Customer service has been excellent every time we have gone in. Can't recommend it enough!

Im so beyond disappointed with this bowling alley. I have always gone to bowlero/AMF but last night was the worst experience I've had. A few of us went last night, we got through an entire game before our drinks ever came to the table (after telling 2 people we didn't get them yet). We celebrated my husband's birthday with a large group this weekend and had an amazing time! The facility was fun, clean and well kept up. But what truly made the experience was the staff. They made sure we had everything we needed to have a fun night. Constantly checking in and attentive to our group that they quickly were able to accommodate. While this isn't my FAVORITE bowing alley, it is the one I spend most of my time at. Customer service here is top tier even when they are having mechanical issues (which are to be expected in a place with older equipment). The Pro shop is high level and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Good prices, very busy, decent food :) the only thing I disliked is the bathrooms were dirty, sanitizers weren't refilled. I would definitely recommend a hand sanitizer in each lane!!! Much needed . Especially if we're paying a COVID fee.

Been here a couple times! If you go into it just wanting to bowl for fun, it's a good spot. The good: lots of lanes, nice bar, big arcade. The bad: If you are a semi-serious bowler, you'll notice something isn't right. The lanes might be a tad short, or too wet, or dirty, or ?? Balls don't break quite right if you are one who spins the ball. Give yourself a few frames to acclimate to the new environment and enjoy.

Everytime we go we ask to have 2 lanes, but together and its for different families . Like 2 people and 3 people. They say you have to get 1 lane and it doesn't make sense since we are playing different groups. They also said there is max of 6 people and there were only 5. If I walk in to bowl alone then I can't since I don't have total of 6 people? That really does not make sense?

Awesome place for birthday parties! I had a party of 10 booked for my childs 8th birthday. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by an employee named minnie who made us feel right at home. They really went above and beyond to make it a special day for my child. Highly recommend and will be back soon!

Bowlero brings back memories of bowling as a kid. The place was contemporary and clean. The food was typical bowling alley far. It is a family destination as they have the amenities like games, pool tables, lane bumpers, and a bar for adults. The only concern was the balls were badly in need of replacement.

The customer service was over the top wonderful here!! Always friendly and there when we needed them, and they were so attentive to the little things that made our experience better. Gave me free tickets for 4 hours of free bowling ?! For no reason ?! Super grateful for this experience!

Great tbh, kiosk may be slow to render as in ordering from the server table it didn't work, but other than that perfect experience perfect music perfect vibe & atmosphere has pool, awarded games, bowling ofc, delicious food and shakes what more can you ask for...!!! I've been bowling here for about a year and have enjoyed every minute of it. This alley is one of the last remaining examples of Googie style architecture in Phoenix, and it's worth visiting just to see the building. They have tons of lanes and they are well maintained. Jaz, Mini, and the rest of the staff are always cordial and the service is quick. It's a great place to hang with friends, and to make new friends as well.

Came on a Wed night it was pretty packed but we did get a lane for unlimited bowling for 45$ or less for 2 of us that's a deal compare to a bowling alley that quoted us 30$ and hour per person..food window no longer serves beer you have to go to bar area are kiosk at lane wasnt working

So I am not one to write reviews normally, but my experience this evening at the Christown Bowlero was so terrific that I felt compelled to write one tonight. I took my family (some from out of town) out for a night of fun and we all had a terrific experience. Let me break that down: 1) The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming to not only my wife and myself, but to every one of our 4 kids as well. They range in age from 9 to 19. I give this place 0 STARS because our lane kept shutting down we had to ask the manager to reset our game many times? we were asking very politely to give us a refund because we all paid $130 for unlimited games, mind you the place closes at 1am and the games ended at 12:30 which made us upset because we paid so much for just two games and everyone else?s lane was still playing.. she tried to give us each a $5 coupon which is nothing compared to what we paid.. we definitely don't wanna go back to this plac

Been here a couple of times and it's normally pretty good. Got 4 stars only because the equipment kept breaking and they had to come fix our lane and the lane next to us multiple times. Also the prices have gone up again. Cost us 62 bucks to play 4 games for 2 people and this was a special rate.

first of all we paid $130 for 1 lane that kept on stopping on us ! wtf ?? we paid for a drink and they asked for 4 IDs when only 2 were drinking we asked for a refund and they stated it'd be refunded after acouple of business days. It was 12:30 and our game automatically stopped while everyone else was still playing ! we nicely asked for a refund due to our SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE and they deadass gave us $5 coupons ??? ?????????? after we told them we plan on NEVER going back.

Incredible time! Service was fast - definitely worth the price. We went on a Saturday and got the unlimited deal with shoes included. There was no wait time. The towers are $25 for 100OZ. Wide selection of ball sizes. The place is clean and retro. They play classic jams all night long. Over all a great place for a hangout or even a date. Other options available include the arcade or pool tables.

This place is awesome the new Renovations or just beautiful but it's extremely expensive so bring lots of cash and have a good time.

When we arrived, my 1st impression was better than expected. Place is clean and is spacious. Various arcade games, they have a bar with billiards. Took my boys for bowling. All good except was placed with another 6 person group so area was pretty tight with all men in both groups. Food is pricey to feed boys. Did spend about $200.00 to accommodate 6 boys with 2 hours of play, shoes, and food. We went on a Monday and used a Groupon as well. So could have been much more.

We went here for my nephew's 6th birthday. They made everything very easy. We booked the party online which was a breeze. The employees were very helpful and attentive. The place was clean and organized. I highly recommend them for a party or just a get together of family or friends.

What an awesome place to go! I went with my 2 brothers and my mama and we had so much fun! Awesome arcade, great music, and an overall amazing atmosphere. It was super busy and full of life. My mom had a drink she said was made on point. Would definitely go here more often especially because they accept Groupon and the savings are unbeatable!

This place is great. There are plenty of lanes. I showed up on a Saturday at 11am and the lights were all on. The staff are exceptionally friendly. My only reason for knocking one star off the rating is the condition of lanes. Each time my ball came back from the ball return it was really filthy. There were bits and pieces of what felt like and debris on the ball. I'll still come back and bowl again because of the lights and also the pro shop is fantastic.

The place is nice. Service was a little slow for the place not being very busy though. Its clean, and the food is good.

My experience at Bowlero was amazing. Joshua Burns, the operations manager was super helpful and accommodating to my group as we celebrated a meet and greet before our retreat. The staff made sure our experience was amazing! I will be back! Also, booking my party was super easy!

Every single time I come here something is wrong with my lane ...the balls get stuck, it won't reset, the pins get stuck, it messes up the score/doesn't record it. I keep giving it chances but it's actually extremely irritating when you're trying to have a good time and end up sitting around waiting or not being scored accurately. Otherwise I like the atmosphere of this place and the staff is nice, but it's not even worth it ?????

Came in from Denver for parents weekend at GCU. Called and spoke to Josh the manager about getting a lane and he said come right down. When I got there with the family we got the VIP treatment. Josh was awesome and Sophia our server was fantastic and even gave us a thank you card at the end of the night. Best night of bowling my family has ever had. Highly recommend you give this place a chance when in town.

I reserved 2 lanes for a family gathering of 10 people. We had a great time. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. Our whole party was blown away by the service. We will definitely be back.

The staff is great and the food and drink are super tasty. The lanes have some troubles sometimes but they're always quick to fix it for my group. Extra credit to Josh who actually knows quite a bit about bowling and is very helpful when me and my family have questions.

3.5 stars. The music and food was pretty good. But the balls kept getting stuck in the machine and wouldn't be fed through and we'd have to call the staff every 10 minutes. Thankfully they were speedy and friendly about it.

I visited here on a Tuesday and had a ball. Unlimited bowling for 2 hours including the shoes. Drinks were good and pizza was good. Great atmosphere
