Customer Reviews

Staff was Amazing! I had a birthday party with ten 6 and 7 year olds and staff was VERY accommodating and VERY PATIENT with the boys. They had a blast!! I would definitely recommend!!

Bowlero Chicopee offers a great bowling experience with helpful staff, a clean environment, and well-maintained bathrooms. The arcade is a fun bonus, especially with free access included in certain passes, making it a great spot for family outings or a fun night with friends. One small downside is the newer seating arrangement at the lanes. While modern, the positioning of the chairs can feel a bit awkward and cramped, especially when all the lanes are full. Personally, I miss the older bowling seating sty

Amazing and fun place to be. Especially that staff who are very amazing. Robin is great.

Always a great crew that works there. Becca in the snack bar was very friendly and made my order with all my special instructions. The manager Megan is extremely kind and makes sure you have an enjoyable experience. Isabelle is a great lane server and makes sure everyone is taken care of with a smile.

Robyn is a very good waitress. I'm there every Friday night for league and she is always there and makes sure that my pitcher is never empty. She's very personable as well and talks to us instead of just dropping the drinks off and leaving.

Great bowling, amazing pro shop. They really know what they are doing, and happy to help. Need a ball drilled hit them up.

Isabel is the best! She knows our order without us even having to ask (including the extra sauce and changes that we ask for) she's always in a great mood and truly makes our bowling experience better ?? 5 stars just for her! ??

Classic Bowling Alley that is nicely maintained. The only reason I give it 4 stars is due to the lane prices but overall it is worth the price.

I play here on Tuesdays for league. The lanes are pretty consistent and the beer is reasonably priced. Robin usually serves us on the lanes, she is always super attentive and personable.

Isabelle is our regular bartender for our league and she is awesome! We don't even need to order and she's there with our drinks. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

I am a league bowler at Bowlero Chicopee and use my wheelchair to compete. There are about 14 accessible lanes ?? to use by the ramp, and staff are very accommodating if you ask for help. Some counters, doorways, and restroom areas still need some modification, which I am advocating for. I encourage anyone with a disability to try the sport of bowling! It's super fun!

Monday is a great league to be in if you want to have a great time! The coworkers are really great especially Becca because she knows me and my orders. Becca is really nice and friendly. Bowlero Chicopee is the best!

Bowlero is always clean and friendly. They are always quick to fix issues with the lanes or other problems happening. The good menu is small, but good. Becca is always friendly, personable, and accommodating!

Bowl here at least once every week. Always have great service but especially on league nights; Robyn doesn't even need to ask what we need, she has most people?s orders memorized ??

Robin is the best! She always remembers what we drink and brings it over promptly. She even remembers which one of us on the team pays each week.

Excellent place to bowl and have fun! The ac system works fantastic on a hot day. Well kept bowling center with great staff.

Staff is wonderful. Megan runs the center flawlessly. Robyn is the best lane server always keeps our beverages full.

Robyn is hands down best associates I've encountered. She's attentive to all guests, and goes above and beyond to make sure all have taken care of.

Who doesn't love to bowl? Went with a group and had a blast. The alley is old and could use better cleaning, like a bus boy. Several tables full of eaten food not picked up. It was a busy night, maybe it is not always like that. But the equipment worked fine. Modern scoring system. Lots of big TV's on each alley. They had specials the night we went. Plenty of big loaner balls and had my size of shoes available too. Lots of parking and fairly clean old bathrooms.

Becca at the snack bar is the best cook/server I have experienced. Food was perfect and her smile is contagious.

Becca is awesome! I come every Monday for league night and she always has my drinks available without me having to ask. 2 thumbs up!

Family friendly, great for adult get togethers. Busy on Saturday! Food and drinks are better than a dive bar and pricey. Up-to-date music variety that's up beat and clean. It's a fun place to be with great people for a few hours.

Isabel is by far my favorite bartender. She knows my order by heart. Makes Monday night league so much more enjoyable.

01/13/2024 is the first time visiting this bowling alley and by far was the best??. Friendly customers and staff, clean environment inside and out, and little to no drama. Everyone just having a good time, even the staff seems happy to work their. Definitely recommend, looking forward to bowling at this alley in the future

Isabel is the best bartender. She sees us come in for bowling and brings drinks right away! Give the girl a raise!

I like this place. Decent prices and so many lanes! Why the four stars then? Last night I went in and it was very busy. I stopped a staff member named Robin and asked for assistance. Robin pointed to where I could get shoes and then she turned and walked in the direction of where she pointed. I followed. I stopped at the register and watched Robin continue to walk to assist someone else. ??????? Their was one woman standing in front of me. Robin came back to the register 4-5 min later. She gave the woman

Robyn always knows the drinks and food I want, she's very perceptive and always come and asks what we need, she's an excellent worker

Isabel, love to see her working the bar! She's so nice and i never need to tell her what i want she just knows

Decent lanes and awesome staff. Super friendly and even with all the business they do, they rembered my name.

Always right on top of things, Robyn doesn't make me have to wait to re-order... I come back from bowling, and my beer is already there! Yay Robyn!

Please bring back seating and move the ball returns to the correct locations. Far past time for this to happen. League bowlers shouldn't have to go up and down the stairs over a hundred times a night. It's forcing some of your oldest members out the door.

Very nice enjoyable experience sitting out in back for lunch

I love this place, I go when ever i get the chance, i love the staff, especially Becca. She's always so kind.

I love this alley great lanes great food great prices and great staff especially Robin! she's very attentive and never keeps you waiting for your order !

Isabel is the best, she always knows that I'm gonna want a diet Pepsi and has it ready for when I walk in!

I like the lanes. I really don't like the setup in the settee area. Very dusty and gritty. A serious lack of seating for 2 (4) person teams for league., I mean probably the worst I've ever seen. The servers are excellent. But as a league bowler, I don't want to return based on the settee area..tbh. I'd actually be surprised recreational bowlers like it. Not what I would expect from a Bowlero site. Probably why there aren't many tournaments held there.

They should fix the time and days and inform the days of the League bowlers... That would help people not to waste their time driving there.

Becca is one of the sweetest people I know very caring very professional at her job makes sure you have everything you need.

Robyn?s attention to our table?s needs and pleasant personality amid a very busy night was very appreciated.

She is an amazing bartender, she knows what we want before we do. I don't know if I would continue to come here if it wasn't for her Isabel .

Great place, Isabel is a great bartender and treats bowlers well and the only reason i come back year after year

Becca at the snack bar provides amazing service and always refills my water for me when I'm there for league (:

Place is always a good time. Robyn works on our league nights and is always attentive and nice!

Went with family and was told i couldbt nowl because league was coming in 15 mins. Made my kids sad was her first time to be told qe couldnt get a lane because others were coming

Robyn is absolutely amazing anytime I visit the center. Always takes care of us! Thanks Robyn!

Robyn was a fantastic server, attentive, kind and funny! Would highly recommend

So boom i was at the bowling alley and then i was attacked by ninjas and the fearless bartender, isabel protected me with her whole life ive never felt more safe and secure at an establishment

The house is always a great experience, good food great staff, and robin is a great and attentive lane server

Fun place! Our waitress, Robin, was very nice and attentive.

We had Becca as a server and she was wonderful ?? will deff go back to that Bowlero in Chicopee

Fun place to go with the kids, it is very big and spacious, they have fast food like appetizers , cheese sticks and chicken wings. They play fun upbeat music. The staff was very friendly.

Really nice place. The lanes are in great shape, staff is nice, arcade and facilities are well kept and clean. Their reputation as a quality bowling facility is well deserved.

Fix your lanes. Lane 5 never dropped the pins. You moved us to lane 6 and it reads the amount of pins wrong, resets wrong. Clean your bathrooms.

The best place for a kids birthday party we've been there twice for our son's birthday and have had a blast. Pricing is reasonable and staff is super attentive. Totally recommend ??

Bowlero is great for league and fun bowling. Becca is the best person behind the counter!

The bowling community here is fantastic and the employees are very friendly, especially Robin!

Becka is always polite and friendly. She is a pleasure to do business with.

We love Hershey is always happy and helpful! You go girl

My kids and I visited this location on 11/11/23 and we were treated to a great customer experience. I had the pleasure of dealing with Meaghan, the manager, and she was truly first class! Not only did she make a personal connection with my kids and myself, she helped my kids to have a wonderful time! It was my son's 10th birthday and she called him by name from the very start. To me, that's a subtle, but very noticeable way to show how invested she was in creating a great customer experience. She also

The kids enjoyed playing against the adults, the lanes were well maintained, the staff was friendly, it was fun once we found the place, after circling around several times with our GPS. Carefully Google or MapQuest before you head out.

It was great I don't bowl but I did good so did my wife. The kids loved it and granddaughter.

Isabel is one of the best servers I can have

We payed $43 for 1 game of bowling for 2 adults and our 3 yr old. This included shoe rentals. Very over priced. We usually pay way less in Northampton but wanted to check this place out. Arcade was very pricey as well. Also they didn't have the option of bumpers going up or down depending on the bowler. So if you need them for one bowler you have them up the whole game. Otherwise it was clean and cool retro look.

Decent, clean place. Just note that you pay twice as much by reserving as if you walk up. Also, you pay twice as much for decent food as if you go to a sit-down restaurant. The lanes are uneven. I gave 3 stars because the staff were all working their butts off and it is clean.

Just had my sons 7th birthday! Booking online was super easy and we were able to just show up and everything was taken care for. Price was reasonable too. Manager Deb is phenomenal and helped us with any needs we had. Will defiantly be partying here again!

Maybe don't have a party while you have Saturday leagues going on.

Glow bowling before six is cheaper. It's a nice bowling alley, food is good. There is a bar here, restrooms and a very small arcade.

Good bowling. Good arcade. There's not enough seating for each lane, and the line to get to the register both before and after the game took a very long time. Prices seem to be a bit up there, but I'm assuming inflation is the main culprit. Had some drinks (bartender was cool) and did one round with 4 of us. Was about $100. Solid night.

Very clean, enjoyed our time bowling! I guess I haven't been in a while, and I didn't realize how expensive bowling is! That's ok! Still had a great experience.

Isabel is an amazing server, delievers on time!

Unless they improve the oil i am not paying 25 dollars a week to bowl on inconsistent lanes and alot of league bowlers feel as I do so get it right or we walk we are tired of paying money for inconsistent lanes.

Chilled old place full of older locals, they were having a competition which we enjoyed watching. Ordered the Fire Pepperoni pizza which sucked. Drink was good but I had it straight they couldn't-go wrong lol they let us park our truck for an hour to play which was nice. But I'm sure trucks are not allowed. Customer service was professional. Will return.

Everytime I call to see if they have lanes they always have leagues. They have 40 lanes. You're telling me every night of the week you have leagues on 40 lanes?!? Ridiculous. Why not keep some lanes open for the couples or family?s that want to come in?? Makes me not want to bowl at all! Only giving 2 stars because when I can get it in, it's fun.

Great family friendly place

Ridiculously expensive. I suggest not eating there. 35$ for a small appetizer plate of 4 tiny wings, mozzstick, 20 French fries,... Something that should have been no more than 15$ tops. I wish I took a pic.The loud videos and distracting music on the big screens was awful. Shady characters on a Saturday night swarm the place cussing up a storm. Looking over my shoulder every few minutes. I gave it a 3 because, it really was pricey for the experience, but regardless, I did have a good time, not over 100$, G

We absolutely love this place. Have done league here a few times. Always well kept, they have pitcheds of beer. We recently went with all the social distancing going on and they kept that place up to par. Everything was wicked clean, everyone was apart. You have to wear a mask in and when not down in the lanes. We felt very comfortable there not everyone was all over. We will definitely be going back soon.

Very good nd had lots of fun with bae good place for a date nd chill with the friends

This place is awesome! 5 stars is not enough! We had a large group and they were able to accommodate 3 lanes for our group! The food was great, drinks were great! The staff was friendly and professional! We will definitely be going back!! Thank you!!!

Had a great time here for a work gathering. Staff were great and were very attentive. They also provided catering and the food was great.

My daughter and her friend loved it. We had her birthday party there in the past and it was a great time.

Don't go to this bowling alley! I paid 60$ for two games for two people. While the whole place was packed and there were two fights and most of the people there were hammered. On top of all that the employee failed to mention that had I just waited TWENTY MINUTES I could've saved 30$ because of the promos that night. And the sorry we were assigned to had trash all over the place. I HAD TO CLEAN IT. Do better or lower your prices again.

Enjoyed the outing with my church and found that other patrons were warm and friendly ?? I was pleasantly surprised. Aaand, it was clean and tidy.

We booked my son's birthday party here and it was so much fun. The staff were above and beyond friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time. The food is pretty good and the drinks are great.

Feel like I use to get a great deal and a good time here before all the renovations. The arcade looks great for the kids not interested in bowling or just as something extra. Still a good family place, just pricey, but when u get to play, that somewhat fades away, unless u get hungry.

Megan was absolutely amazing! Great service, friendly, and polite. She made our birthday an amazing experience. We will defintely come back for many more memories!!!!

Come here every Friday with my coworker he is in a bowling league. Love watching him and his team bowl. The staff are very nice as well.

The bowling was AMAZING!!! The staffing was super friendly and very accommodating! Tbh the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the card machine for paying was down, they were out of multiple drink products at the snack bar, and the prices for food for what you get were outrageous. I have been to many bowling locations around the US and the portion to price ratio is absurd. But don't let that stop you from going there!!! Like I said everything else was fantastic. They have a great ball selection, wh

Pretty big overall. Clean. Tons of parking. Easy to get to. Arcade a bit smaller than expected and ticket/reward system a little difficult to figure out for first timers. Lots of lanes for bowling.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
