Bowlero Chico

I recently visited Bowlero in and had a really enjoyable time. I stopped in to buy my first bowling ball, and the staff was incredibly friendly and somewhat knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They helped me pick the right ball for my style, which I appreciated. The gentleman sized my fingers to custom drill my ball. During my visit, I managed to bowl my first game over 190, which was a exciting milestone for me! The lanes were okay?nothing overly fancy, but they were well-maint

I really liked how it was ventilated very good. The air was moving and circulating fans are placed above each bowling lane to keep you cool. Also, the workers there were atentive, polite to me and my wife. She helped us when we got stuck inputting our information for our bowling game.

The summer passes are where it's at! 2 games daily (shoes included), arcade credits & discounts on food - we will be purchasing every year! These are lifesavers when it's too hot or smokey (from the fires) to play outside.

Great place for the whole family! Can't beat the "summer" prices for unlimited bowling -Nightstrike on Sun starting at 6pm-11pm for $16.99 per person, M-Th starting at 7pm-11pm $16.99 per person and the After-party on Fri starting at 8pm -1am $22.99 per person and Sat starting at 10pm-1am for$22.99. The food and drinks are reasonably priced and are pretty tasty. The bar also has drink specials throughout the week. Plenty of arcade games as well as 2 pool tables.

Was here for a kids party. They had a blast. Very nice employees but not enough of them. The woman who was doing the parties was running around doing her best to make sure everyone was taken care of. Poor woman needs help. Overall it was super easy for the parents and set up well.

This is a great establishment for family and friend hangouts. Sara and Nubia pump it up every time with amazing customer service and provide the sweetest smiles! Will always come back for unlimited specials. This place rocks.

We loved our experience at Bowlero in Chico ca. We had our daughters 12th birthday party here and we had 13 kids and 15 parents and grand parents. Matt and his team of minons did a great job helping the group get lined out with shoes lanes food and drinks. Great experience would and will highly recommend.... satisfied customers we are.

I enjoy this place very much. Prices are very reasonable. The food is really good. The drinks are great wheelchair accessible clean bathrooms and the service is wonderful. Best experience I've had at a bowling alley. All staff were helpful and professional. This is the best option when looking for a night out with family and friends! Food, beer, bowling, and an arcade make for a good night.

The premium summer pass is worth the price to bowl all summer long. My daughter enjoys playing with her friends.

I love bowling here. I'd give them 5 stars if they could resolve the small issues on some of their higher-numbered lanes?ball return, pin spotters, etc. Otherwise, the place is clean, the staff is friendly, the lanes are mostly well-kept, and the clientele is pleasant.

Fun place for family and friends. I wish there were some healthier food options, but we just eat afterward. Manley fried food and frozen pizzas. We did not make a reservation. They said it would be a 30-minute to hour wait but only tuck 10-20 minutes. We had a wonderful time.

We planned our daughters birthday party at Bowlero, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by the staff. They addressed everyone in our group, they were very kind. We all had a blast and look forward to our next visit. Staff and management were awesome. Thank you for taking care of us!

It was an ok time. I reserved a party of 8. I had 3 guests not able to make it last min. Unfortunately, I could not get that refunded. We also had tons of issues withbour lane just nobt working. We had to go uo to ask to get it fixed many times. Which then took away from our time bowling. For $300 to bowl for 2 hours, you would think the place would be better and the equipment would be better. The place needs a major upgrade.

Bowlero is a great place for a kids' birthday party. We attended a birthday party here last weekend, and my daughter had a blast! They serve food and beverages, had pre-loaded arcade cards for each guest, bowling, supplied the plates, cups, utensils, etc, and did all the cleanup afterward. We had a 2-hour time window, and it was perfect. I definitely recommend it!

Went for a birthday party was very fun especially the arcade. I was pleasantly surprised how my 3 year old was able to easily play the games. The staff was so very nice.

The new renovations at the bowling alley look great. Same prior structure and layout but with a more modern design. Looks like there will also be a back bar. Looking good!

Always the place to be! Heads up on using Groupon because the rules change depending on the atmosphere. It can be a little stressful situation but it's gets resolved in a variety of ways ?? other than that 5 star place!!!!

I booked a lane on a Friday night to go play with my niece and her mom. It blew my mind how good the customer service was! Even though they were busy, the staff still made it a point to periodically check on us. If you feel like being treated like a guest of honor, book a lane online. It's worth it ??

We had a great time here celebrating my nephew's 4th birthday, and the food was much better than what I was expecting from a bowling alley. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was a fun place to go to with my friends! We went on a Saturday and did have to be put on a waitlist for a lane. We waited about 15 minutes. So I would recommend making a reservation in advance if you can! Other wise, nice and clean place with food and drinks and even an arcade area.

Staff was hella cool at the time I went. We had some complications on our lane, but the manager dude refunded us, no questions asked. He even comped us a couple games for next time we come back. The place is seemingly more spread out now than Orchard Lanes was. If u could suggest something, it would be to give access again to that door all the way down at the end ??

I took my family for a night of fun. From the very first second we walked in and we're greeted by Desi G the vibe was Amazing. Her attitude and personality were so Cheerful and happy. Took our 4 year old son here to go bowling for the 1st time (he's been asking & asking since he's played video bowling & loved it) we had a great time & tried really hard to throw the game so he'd win (we had the bumpers up & even when we TRIED to miss on our turns the bumpers would bump the ball back & get us points, so when we left I said oh I forgot to look at the scoreboard Jason how many points did you get? We are league players and here several times a week. Most of the staff are great, but Sara is really exceptional. She's quick, friendly and makes great watermelon margaritas!! I always look forward to seeing her!! She is the BEST bartender in town.

Sara is a one of the most attractive and helpful persons I have ever met. She assisted me with the lanes all the way to food, I can only hope the other employees are as attentive and knowledge as her!

This is a really fun place to go with friends and family! It's typically busy, the last time I went we had to wait around 30 minutes for a lane to open up, but it's worth it!

The first time was great and they followed the covid guidelines giving people space from each other with dividers. This time we were on lane 34 and played 3 games. All 3 were innacurate and on the last one it kept resetting. I'm not sure if the innacuracy has to do with the fact that we were under a blacklight either. You can't even see the lines to guide your ball with that on. We also got sandwiched next to a group of 4 people. We had a party of 3 so 7 people all in one tight area. I think it'd be okay

Its a really nice place to bowl. I've gone twice now. Both times i had a great time. The snacks are great. Great drinks from the bar, also if you're a designated driver you get a free soda which is really nice. It also has a pool table which is always fun. They have a lot of choices for bowling balls but I noticed they have a lot of the same ones so you always have the right one on each lane for most people.

The bowlero staff are all incredibly nice and friendly people. Desi is always my favorite front desk to see when I first walk in and Julia is a great bartender. It's always a nice time visiting the bowlero :)

Not only a bowling alley. There's a bar for alcoholic beverages and a pool table in the bar area. There is also a decent arcade for those people that don't really enjoy bowling or drinking.

Great service from everyone that works there, Syd and Julia at the desk always get me checked in quickly and without hassle, as well as honouring my requests to play in the lit-up sections as opposed to the blacklight portions of the building.

I walk in filled with excitement ready to bowl with my family the service is great the establishment is clean the food tastes great I met a new cook in the kitchen her name was Jessica I absolutely loved her service she was very friendly and greeted me with a smile she treated me more like a friend than just a customer. Great service at Bowlero. My only complaint is they were bunching everyone together rather than leaving lanes open in between (it wasn't that busy...there were plenty of open lanes). The chicken tenders and fries were tasty.

I'm not like a " bowler" but I do like to have fun and that was freebee at Bowlero in Chico! If you just wanna have a great time plan a night of bowling and leave some time for the " arcade " game section too. After the remodel this place is great! Love the arcade for before and after a few games. The food is awesome, think movie theater but 3 steps above it, perfect for a group of bowlers. The best thing is if you go as a group you pay per game and can leave early if you need to without closing the entire game for everyone. Great place!

Had a last minute gathering for my daughters birthday and the manager Adam did a fantastic job! Helped immediately when it came down to ordering pizzas and had everything done in a timely manner! Never had to ask for refills and what really impressed me is he even took the time to interact with the kids! And it was insanely busy and he still handled everything very smooth! One of the worst experiences i've had .. definitely not a family friendly place!!! Prepaid 15 games !! Went with family our kids that are under 2 yrs old started getting fuzzy.. so we only played 5 games.. did NOT ask for a REFUND ! Just for the chance to play the rest of the games i paid for (10 games) another day .. and they weren't understanding at all .. will definitely tell allll my friends and clients about this experience so they can avoid this place !!

The employees are super nice, but they are constantly behind every time I go. Seems like they're understaffed and they put us on the same broken lane twice, without bumpers, even though we have a child with Autism. It's just annoying that it hasn't been fixed yet and that they put us there twice. And it's so busy that we would have had to wait a hour to switch lanes. It's such a fun place, and one of the only family friendly activities in town so just hope they make improvements and maybe tell people ahead

Great experience. Nice lighting, plenty of lanes. Sat at the bar and had a drink with friends. A pretty popular place and everyone seemed to be having a great time. I know me and my friends did! There are TV's at the end of the lanes with different random clips and art like vibes. Great place that I recommend visiting. I'm sure I will go again the next chance I get.

My son and his friend's had a fantastic time here! My party grew unexpectedly right before our reservation, but Adam (event coordinator) was more than accommodating to us. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. They had new flooring. They had an arcade and a free pool table. We had to wait since we showed up on League Night. Customer Service was amazing and it didn't smell like smoke. I will definitely be back!

We had fun. We bowled 2 games, played a few games of pool, ate a pizza and a appetizer sampler platter and drank a pitcher of beer. The food was really good. The pool table was pretty beat up but level and fully functional. No complaints. That costs 77 dollars plus tip.

Great place to go bowl, staff are great at customer service and are helpful. The bowling lanes are plenty and the people who bowl there are always having fun and so will you. Only set back is there arent many arcade games, so well, you do spend less money on games. Otherwise a great place for families to go.

Shoes were pretty worn through, other than that we had a pretty great experience. Paid $70 for 2 shoe rentals and 5 games each. The arcade was alright, credits are fairly expensive, credits needed for games was a bit inconsistent.
