We had so much fun! Very nice inside & our teenagers had a blast
Came in with my family and everyone was so nice. Rob let me know about the specials that may work for my family. Kids and adults are welcome. Fun for the whole family. Will definitely be back.
We went to bowl everything was nice. Had a little bit of fun in the arcade game area. Good for a family night out. Went on a week day so it was a little slow. We got a good deal on the bowl and play passes we got. My Husband and I won a few little prizes to take home. We played about 6 games each in the arcade and bowled ?? two games.
Pros: Clean, lanes in good shape, shoes in good shape, fun arcade, food is decent! Cons: REALLY REALLY expensive. We had a holiday family get together, 8 people, and it was over $400, for 2 hours of bowling, 2 lanes. This did include food.. but still. They encourage online reservations, but that adds a service fee of about another $30. Food is not bad, but again expensive and they prohibit outside food. Not a great selection of bowling ball weights. Also a couple of odd things: food counter staff told me th
Rod went above and beyond to help us! We brought in 7 people and had to make many specific changes to our reservation. He did not have any problem with making those changes and he did it all with a smile. I always appreciate someone with great customer service, especially in this day and age. Keep being awesome, Rod!
This is a very nice bowling alley! It has a great arcade area and all the lanes come with your own personal lane attendant that gets you drinks and food and whatever. David was our attendant today and he's literally the best! 10/10 would recommend ????
Great bowling alley! I attended my friend's birthday party there and it was a nice, clean facility that had a great game room and plenty lanes. They had good rates and a really good kitchen and bar. The manage, Rod, had excellent customer service and made everyone feel welcome. They even said happy birthday to everyone celebrating birthdays over the intercom. The only thing that needs improvement is a bigger variety of bowling balls of different sizes and weights. Some of us couldn't find the proper size b
Front desk guy was so rude. I bought a groupon deal about a month ago and when we got there we couldn't use it because it hadn't been 24 hours, whatever ok so I saved it but we asked if next time we came how much it would be to bring our 2 year old and the guy said free, cool.so a month later we Decided to have a family day and take my family out and called to see how much it would be to add my other two teen boys and I asked again just to make sure that 2 year old are free and this guys said no whoever is
The staff was friendly and attentive, our space was clean, and the drinks were great! Definitely would recommend!
I gave two stars because the facility was nice and everyone was pleasant except one employee. He seemed flustered but it was a Saturday when we visited and I counted at least four reserved birthday parties. All the other employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. The food was blah-but it was expected. The place was clean. But this one guy messed up the experience. Multiple people even from other parties were turned off by his attitude. I mean these are kids? parties, I don't work at Bowlero therefor
Terrible service. I just left and headed to Main Event instead. My husband and I asked for two lanes so I could play with my daughters while he would play with my son. They refused, even though the place was nearly empty. We asked to speak with the manager, but he cut me off and said ?no? before I could even finish explaining. His tone was rude and dismissive. Absolutely ridiculous
I really enjoyed my time at this bowling alley! It was clean, spacious, and the bowling balls were labelled and sorted by weight which made things very efficient. They have a bowling league here so half of the lanes were taken up by that but that still left plenty of space for people who were coming in just to bowl for fun. Great for a night out with friends or family!
Company hosted an outing here before opening hours , we had an amazing time! The staff is great, so many lanes, very nice . I will be going back during business hours , and look forward to having a great time!
First time coming here and I definitely will make this one of my regular family spots! It wasn't as far as I thought coming from NOCO either. The food was decent and I like the deals with food and drinks. 5 stars ?? ????????
Came in for the first time and asked if they charge by the hour or by the game. The lady up front told us they do both so we asked for one lane for one hour. Should've known this place would suck when the lane broke down within 10 minutes of bowling. After a while we noticed we didn't have a timer saying how long was left so we asked another person at the desk how we would know when our time was up to which she said the lane would automatically turn off after our hour ends. Well an hour goes by and it doesn
The good: machines and score keepers are modern and performed well. All the lanes looked like they were in good shape. The whole place has a new feeling. There is also a pro-shop on site with a decent variety of equipment. The staff were all willing to help and work hard. Neutral: I'm surprised the gutter guards weren't automatic. Playing with kids in a group is mostly seamless when gutter guards switch on and off between bowlers. The bad: prices are outrageous. I hope you remember to bring your own shoes
Great time just make sure to ask for the wait on food before ordering, when its busy. I've had a hour to 1.5hr wait before. You maybe well done with bowling by the time the food comes.
Very nice place and chill but short staffed on weekend is kinda crazy otherwise had a great time 1st time coming here. Place really is a nice vibe have to come back.
I love bowling here! All the staff are nice. The food is always well cooked, and the tables are always clean before they give you the lanes!
Our favorite place to go have fun. Spend time with the family! friendly clean and lots of fun
Had to take my so to dentist and decided to bowl alittle afterwards. HAD SO MUCH FUN , DIDN'T EXPECT ALL THAT !! Employee's were SUPER NICE FOR WED AFTERNOON TOO COOL. PLAYED COUPLE GAMES LOVED IT !! "JUST NOT ENOUGH TO CHOOSE WHICH BOWLING BALLS TO PLAY NO BIGGIE. Had couple draft beers AWESOME LOL arcade was "OK" set for little kids I get it no biggie but out all had "GREAT TIME WITH MY KID I NEVER SEE ANYTHING LOL" DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PAID PER GAME NO BIGGIE ????
I booked with Rebecca, from the Bowlero Marketing in O'Fallon, for their NYE event. We booked in Chesterfield and from the moment we got there it was disorganized, but we dealt with it. The sign they had up at the door said sign in here, not only did they have no one ever come to sign anyone in, but employees walked through us. We eventually went to the shoe counter and they checked us in, while they were not sure what was happening. I told the manager (I didn't know that's who he was then) that I purchased
We were in town Sunday morning and about 12 noon decided to go bowling. The two ladies that worked were not friendly at all. We were told that we could only use two lanes for 8 adults and 4 kids. I asked for help with adding names to the lanes and the young lady seemed frustrated and told me if I would have read the instructions I would have known what to do. The place was empty and not crowded at all so I don't know why she was rude when I asked her for assistance. We spent over 200 dollars to bowl and ea
First time with my Co-worker Carlos. Had a great time bowling. I intentionally gave him the win, but next time he is definitely going to have to fight me for the win. Food was awesome and our Server was Spectacular! Great Atmosphere
Bowlero in Chesterfield is and amazing place to bowl with friends and family. The staff is wonderful. The lanes are great. Prices are always reasonable. Especially for Active Military or Veterans.
The experience was terrible. Me and three kids went to bowl and play arcade games and they didn't have a sign or anything to tell us that the prizes are out. They would not even let us refund our money. My kids took all there Christmas money to go play arcade games and win prizes. They took 80 DOLLARS and got scammed like come on people. I would NOT recommend this bowling place.
Is this even legal? Employees don't give you a receipt, so you're not aware...after I paid and tipped the server, I saw this sign at the very end of the bar...in the dark (circle in red) I ask what the service charge is, and I'm told it's 18%! Customers are tipping based on the total charge, which is already 18% higher than it should be.
Overpriced, food is dreadfull, service is pathetic, one front desk worker with a line out the door and she charged all the wrong cards. "Premium games" "Premium dogs" what a total joke!
A smaller location than the others but the pizza was somehow way better.
Brouht the family. Great service. Great fun. Spent a little more than i wanted but we had a great time
The front desk attendant was uneducated on establishment policies and was rude and hung up on me when asked for clarification on said policies.
My Special Olympics team practices here every week. They are very helpful and get us everything we need to make our practices a success with our 30 bowlers!! Sheri is wonderful and helps us with everything we need! Would definitely recommend this bowling ally to others!
This location is for smaller kids or for kids in general not really for adults or groups of people the other location has more of an adult atmosphere more options of games an activities and food as well as drinks
Had our daughter?s bday party here and everything was perfect! Thank you!
Rod was very kind and assured us with everything that we needed. 10/10 recommended for this bowling alley!
Brought 4 kids for 2 games of bowling. Rod took care of us and was patient with changing shoes, getting us set up on the score board and adding the bumpers mid-game. Place was clean. Will come back!
i have been greeted from the staff with positivity, and the lanes are well maintained every night.
On the day we went, it was a nice family atmosphere.
Booked a reservation online. Was running a couple of minutes late for it, and the manager was very nice. She got us all checked in, shoes in hand, and walked us to our lane. She made she let us know about the deals with included with our online reservation. The lanes were clean and tidy. The manager came back multiple times to check on us and take some drink and food orders. When leaving, she thanked us for coming! Will definitely go back!
Fun location! Full of pep and charm, it has the attitude of a classic Brunswick bowling alley with the charm and features of a new and modern alley. I ordered their buffalo sandwich which was delicious (though perhaps not the healthiest item on their menu) The price is relatively cheap for such fantastic service and such a great experience. Overall, a definite reccomendation for anyone who wants to bowl in the St. Louis region.
We made a reservation for Friday, May 10, for $30 per person as it was strongly recommended. We had 1 person who couldn't make it, and we did not receive a refund as requested. The reservation was not needed after all, as there were not that many people there. We will not be going back. $60 to bowl 2 games is ridiculous.
I want go back there my lane kept stopping then getting drinks it took a long time to
Terrible customer service starting by its manager who her name Brooklyn . I wouldn't recommend it to my own beloved ones who love and used on having great quality of service
The bar here is terrible. Came in at 8:40 and told we have to wait 15-30 minutes for a beer because they just had a big party leave and they have to clean up first.
Great time new place had a great time like going now
1st time there (for a fundraiser) and had a fantastic time! Super clean and great staff!
Lots of rules. About 20 tv?s-that can only play the same thing. Music was good but not loud. We ordered pizza, nachos and garlic parm fries, and garlic parm chicken. The chicken was good. The pictures said the nachos were loaded, and the pizza wood fired. I must have ordered regular. Cheap quality pizza , fries and nachos. I know it's only a bowling alley but those food items w sodas, a drink, and redbull was $80. I had two running tabs because the new bartender said she needed a card on file when I alrea
Such a fun experience to have with family and friends!
We just had a birthday party for my 12 y/o twins girls and it was fun and perfect! The managers are wonderful, helpful, and efficient. The alley is clean and comfortable. This is the 2nd time we've had a party here and will do it again!
Nice people nice management nice atmosphere
First, my boyfriend went to get a pitcher of beer and the bartender helped customers who got there after him. Bartender never acknowledged him or helped him bc they didn't think he was of age. Then they put a 18% gratuity fee on the food! We waited 20 minutes for the workers to come by and put the bumpers down. We asked four times. The two ladies (one was Amanda) didn't seem approachable. I thanked her for putting them down, finally, and she ignored it. Was not a fun experience. Place was decently clean bu
Great food, helpful staff, clean bathrooms!
My husband and I went to eat lunch, just checking the place out. We didn't know if we wanted to bowl when we were about to order food. The woman behind the counter said basically if we were not bowling, we were basically ?banished? to eat in the arcade or the bar area. She said all of the tables by the bowling lanes were reserved for people bowling. All of the lanes were open! This was 12 ish today. This woman was REAL serious pointing and was being a real Karen. We don't regularly bowl but the Karen made i
Went today with my husband and kids. The customer service was excellent all around. The front desk was very attentive and friendly. The food service was quick and super nice. My husband got drinks at the bar as well and commented on how great the service was , which he RARELY does. The bowling was great and my kids loved the arcade. 10/10 recommend
Friendly place.lots to do.fun all day.
Horrible experience!! Lexi the ?manager? is rude, not welcoming and has a bad attitude. Was nasty to me and my children!! Because of her I didn't spend any money with them and left. Don't go here!! She's sad and mad and a vibe killer for sure. The worse bowling experience ever!
So this is a nice place but way too expensive. We were in from out of town. In my town we can bowl 4 games for the price of what we paid here for 1. Not impressed.
Bartender was very rude and unprofessional. Would never visit this bowling alley again !
Clean comfortable place great time to spend with family and friends. No smoking inside nice music and lights. Has arcade games inside too, also if you are playing during weekends they offer unlimited bowling specials.
Our server Alec was very kind and patient despite the larger size of our party. He was very personable and accommodating. Made sure everyone had what they needed.
Wonderful venue for a party or to just have a good time bowling. The kids enjoyed the arcade as well. We held my daughter?s 10th birthday there and the entire experience was great from the birthday setup to the customer service. Xavier was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Thank you Rod! Rod was Great :) HE IS THE MAN
I recently visited Bowlero Chesterfield and had a great time! The lanes were in excellent condition. The decor was well thought out and had a cool vibe. They seemed a bit understaffed, so we experienced waiting throughout the evening, but when possible, they were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the variety of available amenities, including a fully-stocked bar, an arcade, and a snack bar with a wide selection of food. The music played was excellent. The prices were also reasonable - we got a lane reserve
For bowling alone I would say it is pretty good but their pricing is higher than other places I have been. The worst part about this place is that they charge a MANDATORY 18% tip fee on all concessions and bar charges (regardless of how many people) but they don't have a very obvious sign that states this. They have a large Tip Jar on the counter that is certainly much more noticeable than the small sign about the mandatory tip. They also request a tip on their receipts. So they are killing it on the extra
Great staff. The New Years package was very good The pizza could have been a little better. The place could use an update. They kinda ran out of balls for everyone.
Great place! Great location! Great price! I decided to use them for my daughter 12th Birthday party. The pricing was better than expected and the memories born from this event were priceless. Shout out to the staff though as it was only 2 people attending to numerous parties and other customers while we were there. They took care of us from start to finish. I highly recommend using them for your birthday parties.
Nice place.. we have so much fun with family
Friendly staff. I never feel like I'm not welcome, even when I've got my five crazy kids with me. Bathrooms could use a little work.
Great place hope to go there one day
This place is hella expensive. The food although good is insanely expensive. They only sale pitchers of beer and not soda eventhough they have events. I spent 18 plus dollars on 2 large sodas and a popcorn. I will even mentioned how much the actual food was. The staff was... well not friendly and border line rude. Needless to say kids love it. I however won't be back.
Nice staff. But we t there for a local event being hosted there, It was a lot of fun. But it was very sadly understaffed for the event. I know there is not a whole lot you can do to help that in a short period of time, especially if you have a group of 50 people coming in. It was a good time though. Good bowling lanes, decent drinks, great selection of food, dancing and a good selection in the arcade. It's fun for the whole family.
They said they were small child friendly and they weren't. There wasn't any high chairs are booster chairs. We had to keep looking for our host. They gave us half of our orders, they didn't tell us about the refills we paid for when it came to our food. We booked our daughter 18th birthday party and my wife and I wasn't pleased with the service but we made the best of the situation.
Liked the place and good for bowling ($5 per person per game). Did go there on Thursday evening and it was less crowded. They were low on staff but service was not impacted. Did like the sampler which consist of French fries, chicken wings, chicken strips, cheese sticks and cheese rolls. Will try going again.
Great place to bowl with friendly staff members!
The staff, food and atmosphere was amazing. Haven't been in years and was very impressed with everything for a bday party we celebrated here. Thanks to that team for a great day.
We held our company spring fling here and it was absolutely wonderful!!! The staff went out of their way to make us feel special and make sure that we had everything that we needed!! The process was seamless and incredibly easy to setup and even easier on the day of, as their management was very hands on and had everything ready to go for us from the beginning to the end. Special thanks to Gretchen and Joe for the great evening!!
Sherri runs a tight ship with her assistant manager Lexi. Lanes are always well oiled and provide professional service as I expect! Come to this location for the phenomenal service and great bowling !
WAY TOO EXPENSIVE TO BOWL! The new look inside is hideous. Terrible set up and uncomfortable. I am happy to overpay for food (which you will) but to add an automatic 18% gratuity to every single transaction is insane. Especially when the service is crazy slow and the workers seem miserable.
Place was clean and good but all the bowls were broken. Bit pricy too.
HORRIBLE!! The one star is for the only two servers that didn't have an attitude. For starters a lady with blue hair acts like you're bothering her if you have questions. I paid for a party of 6 and got 6 ?PITCHERS OF DRINKS ? but with that you only get 6 small plastic cups so don't misplace them or trash them because ?the policy is only 6 cups for a party of 6? don't ask for more are the manager will get you straight ? what a joke. The bartender has the worst attitude he yelled ,yes yelled at the 3 people
We are from the Illinois side and was invited for a Birthday. I called a couple days ahead to find prices and talked to Joe. He was wonderful on the phone. Last night we showed up early for our party and he remembered me calling and was completely welcoming. When it was time to bowl he was really helpful, funny and made our time amazing! Prices are on point and bathrooms are clean! The rest of the staff that had to deal with us was also fantastic! 10 out of 10 great time!
Good family fun. This is a bowling alley like I remember from my youth. All of the electronics worked flawlessly. Food was good. Not super crowded. Restrooms were clean. We all had a great time.
My first time here was horrible but this second time was even worse. I don't wanna pull the race card but Amanda never ever spoke to the brown skin people but literally says ?have a goodnight be safe? to the white people. Amanda will be the reason my family and I never come back to this location. It's a very uncomfortable feeling especially having to spend my hard earned money for no type of compassion or respect.
We just got home from our first trip to this bowling alley since it changed from Brunswick to Bowlero. We were not overly impressed. The facility seemed understaffed. We had to wait at least 10-15 minutes to get checked in at the front desk - probably because there was only one employee working. Our lane malfunctioned several times, which messed up our scores. Each time this happened, I had to walk around and try to find an employee because no one came to assist us after we pushed the help button on our lan
Lots of fun! Super clean. Great food. Plus a phenomenal military discount! Just ask. It's like $2 a game. Glad they support our service men and women.
Our family (wife, daughter, son, myself) went to this location on 1/16 for some family fun. We've been to Bowlero before but never this location. We played (3) games each, at least once during every game the machine broke (always broke after the 1st ball was thrown). In every instance we had to ask the front counter for help. Rather than fixing the issue, they "reset" all the pins. Trouble here is that on the lane, editing your scores is disabled, therefore when you threw your next ball how the machine coun
Seriously the most fun we've had in a long time. The bumpers look a little worn and the touchscreens don't work but the staff is incredible and are more than happy to help. They really go above and beyond to make you feel like they're happy you're there. Arcade games are really awesome too!
This was an all around great experience! The staff was super helpful! The facilities we very nice and accommodating. I appreciated that we were spaced we'll among other groups which came off as Covid responsiveness to me. Mask were not required but distancing was adequate. Great bowling ball selections, as well! We used two Groupons to celebrate our daughters 15th bday. We showed up, got our lanes, set-up, and things went seamlessly. We were able to get started at our leisure. The space and seating were a
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
