Had my daughter?s 8th birthday party and everything ran smoothly. From the moment we walked in and received a warm welcome, to Raynelle and Matt taking care of our party of 12, we had an amazing time. Their attentiveness went above and beyond for my daughter?s party and helped make her feel really special. The food and drinks were amazing too. The pricing for the party was very reasonable for everything we got. Thanks for helping us have a memorable party!

I went with family to this location for my grandson's 7th birthday celebration, on Saturday, 29 March! This facility is one of the nicest, cleanest bowling "alleys" I've seen! It's so "kid-friendly"! Multiple parties were underway while ours took place, but everyone was respectful of each other! Both the events planner and the floor manager are very good at their jobs! I have not been here in a long time and was pleasantly surprised by the update. It was warm, bright, colorful, and inviting. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We took our class of Autistic students and they really enjoyed it. Also there was a senior mixed league bowling and they were do understanding of our students and their disabilities.

Front desk employees are very rude. Sent us a notification that our lane was ready so we walked up and waited in line. When we got to the desk they said they had given up our lane because we took too long and stated that they notified us twice even though we only had one text message and immediately went up there. Seating is also way over crowded.

Went for a paint night party. They get a 3 because we got there early and waited at the bar - the lady was VERY slow. The room for the paint nite was a private room in the back. it was a tight fit but it made the experience much more entertaining.

My husband ordered a pizza, fries, and wings. The order came up to $61. When we got our food, the pizza looked like something that should have been served in a school cafeteria. The wings were soooo dark and burnt you couldn't even bit into them.

Wonderful time last night. We had a birthday party for our kids and it was one of the best. Our server was incredible and our drinks and food were restocked before having to ask. Management was very attentive, walking around helping, chatting, and making sure we had what we needed. The place was clean and just an all around great environment. There seem to have been upgrades since I visited this AMF location years ago. TV screens are at the end of each lane and bowlers can choose a theme that includes a photo of each bowler which displays during that bowler's turn. Julia was fantastic. They were swamped due to a rainy night and she was more than accommodating and even extended a little perk or two for a longer than expected wait on a replenishment of food during the party. We love this location.

Whether it be for family fun, dates or celebrations with friends, Bowlero could be considered as one of the best places to hold it. There's arcade, food, billiards and more.

Facility is clean and well maintained, and the staff is attentive. 3 stars instead of five for cramming parties unnecessarily together. The bowling alley was almost empty, but they tried to put three separate parties in adjacent lanes. Luckily one of the groups asked to move to give us a bit more elbow room.

I wanted to love this place. I really did, but the food took a long time to come out. Around 40 mins for kids chicken strips a hot dog and fries. We were almost done bowling by the time it arrived. Most of the two player games were broke. The bowling was expensive, in my opinion. One young lady is keeping the whole place together. I only gave two stars because of her. The first and last time going here.

Do not like the remodel, or the exorbant food costs, prices just keep going up. Equipment keeps breaking down. Been bowling here for years, but getting the vibe that they don't care about league bowlers anymore. Half the time the lanes are not prepared properly, and ocassionally not at all. Not as good as the one in Western Branch, but still a great place to hang out, bowl, ay the arcade, etc. Wendsadays are half off days! I always go there before work and will play the arcade for a hour with very little money.

Don't pay full price here, it's crazy expensive. Wait until you get a Groupon, last one was $26 for 2 hours of bowling for 2 people including shoe rental. Food is good, somewhat pricey but expected since it's bowling alley food. Service is horrendous/nonexistent. You'll have to flag down any employee you see and ask them to find your server or you can go order at the bar. This is primarily where they lose rating stars for me.

Fun good food and arcade games for the kids made for a good family night

For my wife's birthday she wanted to take the kids bowling. Her family joined us. I payed for all of us, only to find out that some of her family backed out at the last minute. The girl working the counter gave me a refund, quick and easy. She also helped us get our lanes set up for the kids. Another staff member took our food order promptly and correctly. There's no place to sit while actively bowling unless in the general seating area. Also, we were told we'd be charged 3 full price game if our 2 year old bowled with us (3 names on the board) which... okay.

We had my sons Bday party there and for the # of kids we had the price was pretty reasonable and that included unlimited bowling for 2 hours and a Ton of food, plus game cards for the arcade for each kid. The amazing service at the desk is what saved this review from being one star. My husband, friends, and I came here last night around 8:40pm. I remember when this used to be an AMF, and the new look really brings it up to date. The food can get a little pricey and takes a long time to come out, but it's good.
