We forgot to reserve 3 lanes and the staff was still accommodating to our party. They gave us 3 lanes separated from the rest of the building while maintaining a very kind and respectful attitude. Their service was also quick. Didn't wait long for our drinks.

Gotta give a shot out to my favorite bartender Yonnie for being the best bartender the Bowlero could ever have!!! She's always attentive. Very nice and respectful and she always knows her regular customers favorite start off drink. Yonnie I give you 5 starts!! My family and I hosted a birthday party for our son?s 3rd birthday party. We got the legend package and it was well worth it. The food was good and the kids had a great time. This place was so bad it was actually pretty funny. We walked in 10 minutes after they were opening and this one gentleman was really upset that we showed up so early. Music is the best thing about place. Customer service is terrible. 2 people behind counter and no one took order. A third person had to come over. Then food was just sat on a side counter. Bowling was fun. Decent prices The pizza I ordered, before it got busy, took 50 minutes to get. I asked the skinny lady in the grey collared short sleeve, at the 30 minute mark, if she could see where my pizza was after this long and she replies to ask the bartenders who clearly more busy than her. Our recent visit to Bowlero at the Epicenter in Charlotte, NC, was deeply disappointing. The service and overall experience were unacceptable. If I could leave 0 stars, I would without a doubt. They provided terrible service and kicked us out with no reason. We were having a good bowling time without being disruptive. Went for a work conference event for an Gov organization and Hayley and Alex made certain to accommodate last minute changes. Hailey is a warm personality and a sweetheart. She ran the front desk with efficiency and adjusted to our changing requests with speed. These 5 stars are solely for the amazing Ceecee! When my friend group arrived Sunday for some bowling and fun we were alerted by other guests that the young woman currently at the bar is alone and will be with us shortly to check in. Not only was Ceecee alone, she was manning every station while also giving top notch customer service and care. She was attentive and as swift as you can be by yourself in such a large establishment. They will kick you out for no reason. Nobody was doing anything disruptive in our group and they still kicked us out just because of our young group. Even the cops did not want us to leave but the management took over. No bowling alley I have ever been to has acted this immature. Do not ever go bowling here for a good time. CC is so phenomenal! One of the most hospitable and hands on managers I've ever seen in an establishment. She has a warm personality and so attentive to our needs. Her recommendations for drinks was ??!! My sis and I had so much fun getting to play in such a fun setting! Thank you guys!

No pun intended, but the bartender that was attending the bar with the blonde braids was not a Happy Camper, my sister stated that she asked for another pitcher of water and she stated that the bartender snatched the empty pitcher before refilling it with water. Earlier this summer, I visited Bowlero to spend some time in their arcade with my teenage niece and nephew. Really nice and up to date? tons of TV?s and projectors. I went on Sunday night and we paid $37 for unlimited bowling, shoe rental, and a $10 arcade credit. The only negative, was that the lanes were fairly close together and it was a little overly crowded. Also, the kitchen and bars were empty, so I imagine ordering food/drinks would have been a challenge.

They kicked us out due to false accusations, we paid a groupon to get in and even the cops didn't want us to be kicked out but the manager kicked us out for no reason. Never go here.

Had my sons birthday party here. I liked the fact that we had a private room. Food was decent but they were short staff so it took a while to get stuff. I'm not deducting for that but bc they no longer validate parking and it's very expensive for the decks nearby. Overall we had a good time.

Had a great time here on Tuesday night with unlimited bowling. The lane itself was a bit wonky with a hard pull to the right, but the environment was right, the music was good, the decor was nice, the price was fair, and the food I ordered was tasty.

Dope environment! Good food, good drinks. The private room is a good look for parties or simple gatherings. The staff are ok. When you greet them, not much excitement or trying to convey an experience. I had a good time though with my crowd. It's located in uptown Charlotte. In the epicenter, but it's in the cut. So it's not super apparent when you walk in the epicenter, so pay close attention.

After we spent week over 100.00 including drinks we were chased out of the door by security stating that we needed to pay as soon as the manager guy walks out too saying the same thing He, as the manager didn't even stop to ask the lady at the desk if we paid he just assumed. Had a terrible experience there. When I first got there it was great and drinks were awesome but when I went to check out I tried to use the special that was on the website and the lady that worked there didn't know anything about it. I asked for $9 worth of arcade games for 18 credits which on the website was saying that on Sundays you could get 9 credits for $3 and the girl said she couldn't do that. She called someone else and started to be very rude to me and wanted to fight. Ended up having to pay $18

We got there shortly after they opened, had to wait a good 5 minutes before anyone showed up at the desk. We were then told each game was $7.95, we were actually charged $10. The bar service was horrible, no bartender behind the bar the majority of the time and they were out of almost every beer on tap. We were highly disappointed in the service.

The bowling alley was nice, there were cool arcade games and there was a bar and food. My kids enjoyed themselves. There was diner right across the way for the 1:45 wait on a Saturday night after 9:00. I would've given them 5 stars but when I called to see if they had a wait time, I was told no only to drive 15 minutes and be met with a long wait and then was forgot about. Nevertheless we bowled and the setting was fun and relaxing.

Once I ordered wings it was extremely salty, when I asked the staff they said we can't do anything we get it frozen and we just serve them!! Well we bowled about 3 games and I couldn't believe I paid over $150 just for 3 games. It was fun but not worth the fee. Bowling prices are reasonable per game. The seating (couch love seat) was a plus; very comfortable. There are some arcade games... some were not working during our time of visit, but the manager was very on top of that issue and gave us two $10 dollar cards for the trouble which was more than nice of her. The bartender was helpful when she was needed. We had a great time overall. We would go again.

Even if you make a reservation you will still have a long wait. We walked in and were told that it would be a 45 minute wait. Waited for nearly two hours before finally leaving. Took 25 minutes to even get a bartender to get a drink. There was several open lanes but they claimed they needed to clean them before moving groups but never cleaned them. Disappointed by the lack of motivation by anyone there. Bunch of drunk people started bowling in the lanes without starting a game.

Came in today at 5:05pm. The guy at the front said they weren't taking any walk in until 8pm. The place was empty. He said he has a party coming in at 6:30pm today and he couldn't rent out any lanes. I was so confused because I told him we wouldn't be longer than a hour and the place was completely empty. My brother even placed a reservation online and they said they wouldn't honor it. Just don't understand how a family of 4 can't get one lane. It's 18 lanes here. Seems pretty fishy to me. Wouldn't recommen

Went here on a Saturday night 3/19/22. We were put on a waitlisting list to bowl. We waited for about 2 hours, the girl at the front said she called us ?8 people? ago and I had no missed calls on my phone. She was very rude and inconsiderate. We ended up leaving Bc after her nonsense and sarcastic attitude we didn't want to spend our money there!! Also they watermelon margaritas were watered down and had more sour mix then liquor. Terrible experience for it being my first time.

I'm not one to post a review ever?. But I had an event planned and booked to celebrate my birthday with friends. My credit card was charged with a lot of money. I had to cancel as I had a family member pass away suddenly & have to fly home. Communication with Bowerlo was absolutely horrible. They told me my 470$ could not be refunded period. Can to this place and this was the worse decision. We had to sit ourselves after standing up at the front. I had to walk over to a waitress to make our presence be known. We ordered food and after nothing for 45 minutes, someone comes over and says we don't have any food left. We have one order of wings left????
