Customer Reviews

Took my entire department (30 people) to a team building exercise and we had an amazing time. The EXPERIENCE was superior. Quentin (manager) gave us the VIP treatment by having a welcome sign waiting for us along with our dedicated lanes, friendly customer service to my staff, and consistently check on us to ensure we were having a great time. Our server Faith was warm and welcoming and provided great assistance when we needed her. She provided service with a smile. The bartender was friendly and helpful ta

We came to this bowling alley last minute with my family and had to make some changes, but Quentin and Erica were so accommodating and helpful every step of the way. They were absolutely amazing, super friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Their great customer service made our experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated how well they took care of us. We'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!! Thank you Quentin and Erica

I went here about a week ago & im just now writing this review. That's how you know the service was impeccable!! Q & Alex made sure me & my friend had a great time. They went above and beyond!! Coming back for them definitely!

This is the best bowling experience in the city. Staff is great and super helpful, and Q the manager is always going over and above. The summer pass deal is ridiculous ($45 for 2 games and shoes every day until September) and my kids have gone almost every day this summer. The food is great too, I was surprised how good the pizza is.

This was one of the best group bowling experiences that I've had. The venue itself is very nice. There are more than enough lanes for anyone and everyone. It is also very clean for a bowling alley of that size. We were set up in a VIP area in the alley, which provided us a unique experience. The Manager Quentin was not only helpful in arranging for the group to come out, but went above and beyond throughout our visit to ensure we were taken care of. Our server Ronesha partnered with Quentin during our ti

I purchased the summer Pass Basic. Came in at my usual time 6pm and am told I can't use the pass on Saturday after 4pm. Nothing in the terms and conditions about a time restrictions. I spoke with the manager. In polite words he told me nothing we can do have a nice day. I drove 1 hour to get here. He agreed there is no time restrictions notifying me at time of purchase, yet oh well better luck tomorrow......

Have been here several times. Staff is helpful and friendly. Food is bar food, tasty and reasonably priced for a bowling alley in my opinion. Drinks are good too. I enjoy the music they play and the music videos on the TVs. I like how the lighting is not too bright but not too dark unlike some others.

Very nice ???? went for a friend's birthday and the staff was very pleasant and kept us happy. The place was very clean. The drinks are amazing. OMG mine was so good ?? forgot the name but it had Rum & watermelon puree and Pineapple juice. The food was fresh hot & good.

Que the manger is always kind and accommodating to the our group of Teens on the Autism Spectrum. We love this bowling alley! The music is great! We always have a great time here!

Shout out to the Bowlero team! They serviced a birthday party for my son and we had a great time! From bowling to the hot food to the arcade games. Thank you Erica, Alex, and Q!

Service was great, food and music were good! My group had a good time!

So much fun with my husband and daughter! The ladies working were so courteous and helpful. We were a lot to deal with too. It was our toddlers first time bowling so we had two lanes one with guards on it and we had to have one of those little ramps. They helped us the whole way showed us the small balls everything it was fantastic super fun timethank you ladies.

We had a blast. My sister decided to come here after our dinner over a P.F. Chang for her birthday. We definitely were show stoppers that night. She had us dressed as old people. It was fun and I'd do it again.

We had so much fun. The worker's were so friendly. Also a nice clean place to bring your family or date.

Had to come run to the reviews because this location and the staff was the absolute best. Q and Chuck (managers) we exceptional. From the time I made my reservation to asking the entire night if we needed anything. Our server, Kien was the best! Our food was hot and didn't take long and our drinks were great. I took My family for a fun night out and honestly, we are already planning to go back again. I made a reservation prior and it was the most efficient process I could ask for. We were also given free a

It is a great spot for both casual and competitive bowlers, and it offers a variety of dining and drink options to enhance your visit. Many visitors appreciate the variety of entertainment and the overall vibe, especially as it blends a family-friendly environment with a more modern, upbeat ambiance. We had really great good times there

Had a nice time here with my family for my birthday great atmosphere lots of fun. The drinks were delicious. The food was average overall we had a great time.

We just left this place from celebrating my family members birthday. We had a good time. The drinks were strong and the food was good. I had the Sweet Chili Boneless Chicken with Fries. We bowled with 7 Adults, a Toddler and a 4 year old. We had a great time overall.

Needs a lot of work. We went for the arcade. The game selection is decent, but not as expansive as other places. Most of the games are in need of maintenance. If a game glitches, they won't come to fix it. Instead, you'll be handed a 10-credit play card; the games are so unreliable that they hand them out like candy. The biggest problem with their games is the lack of customer service. When you're ready to claim your prizes, they can't combine the points from all the extra cards you'll be given for the ti

Went there on Sunday afternoon with a Groupon coupon which came as 15 per person for two hours. The alleys were deserted at that time other than a huge group celebrating birthday , it felt pretty silent for a gaming arena. The staff was nice who helped us with shoes and other stuffs . Since I wasn't wearing socks, had to shell out other 2 dollars for a new one . NEWBIES , go wearing your own socks ! The equipments were all right We ( 6 adults) managed to play two games of 10 rounds each. I saw someth

Visited this Bowlero on a whim and really enjoyed my experience. The staff were super helpful and friendly, security on site to keep it safe, plenty of parking, food was decent and reasonably priced, diverse drink menu, price per game with shoes was very affordable, plenty of bowling balls to accommodate all lanes, good music with huge projector screens on every lane, and a mini Dave & Buster (like) arcade. There is also a room for private events with private lanes. Great place for family/ friend game night

Great place to stop by to have a fun time with family and friends. The staff was friendly and the Manager Quentin ensure the customers were having a great time including giving tips on bowling. Will return within the future for certain.

The waitlist made a positive difference. It was a long wait list (out of the business control), but the timing was accurate, and the app was easy to utilize. By the time I got a good hour in at the arcade with my son, our app notified that it was time to bowl. Everyone enjoyed the bowling, food, and drinks. Waiters/ servers were quick and pleasant! During busy hours and/or long lines, I would suggest additional staff at the bowl/shoe payment counter and at the bar. Also, it would have been a nice touch to

Love that they are teenage and young adult friendly. There is a security guard on at least the weekends. Our after prom goers had a good & safe time.

This is a good place to take your date to or a group of friends. However, I would go here with extreme caution. My car and a couple of other people were broken into, and items were stolen. Since theft has gone up so much. Be mindful of what you keep in the car/valuables.

Second time eating here! They were so accommodating to all our dietary restrictions! So patient and kind. Delicious food all around! The Chinese platter was divine.

Bowling was fun, but we were half way through our first game before our server even greeted us, another 10 mins to bring our drinks, we waited over an hour for our food, had even finished bowling two games. Our food looked/felt and tasted as if had sat in the window, and then we got sick from it before we even got home?probably the worst bowlero I've been to.

Excellent place. Great pizzas for a bowling alley. I am told they use fresh dough. Nice staff

Wonderful time! Great service, but the wings are literally legs ?? I'm not sure what we ate! Get real chicken! Love you ?? bye

One game cost almost $20 with shoes. The balls are extremely beat up and our lane had multiple issues for my group's one game. Highly advise you just find another spot.

The manager treated us badly. This was my first time here and never have bowl in my life. I asked the manager to please help me find my lane and how to put our names and start the game. He instead proceeded to raise his voice at us and telling us to throw the ball. First off, I only speak Spanish and understand a bit of English so there was a bit of a language barrier but he still responded with attitude and you can tell by his facial expressions. When I was asking for help he also just completely ignored m

Our recent visit to Bowlero was unfortunately underwhelming. While the bowling itself was fine, the experience was significantly hampered by what appeared to be a severe shortage of staff. This resulted in long wait times for everything, from getting our lane assigned to ordering food and drinks. Furthermore, the various service offerings and package deals were unnecessarily complicated to understand. We spent a considerable amount of time trying to decipher what was included and what wasn't, which took awa

ALEX DESERVES A RAISE !!!!! I do not know him or how much he gets paid ! But alex was such an amazing help to my day at bowlero ! He gave me awesome food and drink suggestions! Me and my date had an amazing time for my birthday! I came at 3pm and he helped us all the way until we left! We stayed for three hours and it started to get crowded ! His attention to customer service and his dedication to making sure our need were met never changed when the volume of the building changed ! He's awesome ! I think ev

We were visiting our friends in Atlanta and taken to go bowling at this place. It was nice had fun.

My last and final visit to Bowlero was today. We went to this location with extended family IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AFTERNOON. We had 4 kids with us and the alley was full of families with other children under the age of 8. While bowling, the music vidoes that played on every other screen in the alley were vulgar and inappropriate for kids. I politely asked if they could change the music station so that the videos were more family friendly. No change. Another request was made by a different customer to simply

I had a great time here. The staff was extremely friendly and supportive of my guest and I. We had a VIP Area and got amazing treatment to complement it.

Awesome place to go! Went with the kids and Q was so helpful!! Definitely will be back when we visit again!

Had a family outing there and it was a lot of fun! Our server was very nice and prompt and checked in with us knowing we were heading to dinner post bowling. Will be back.

We had a good time and the food was good! Can't wait to return!

The food was nasty drinks was good. Atmosphere was ok. But I've seen better prices higher then normal

The bowling alley is great, looks like they did recent updates. It's clean and checking in was quick. My main frustration is the prices for food are ridiculously expensive, but I was there with my kids and decided to order some anyway. I asked to put my card on a tab but the server said she'd charge for what I ordered and will keep the card on file for whatever we'd add next. I figured if it's easier for her then I don't mind, however, once I was asked to sign the receipt I noticed the charge was $4 extra j

Really enjoyed my experience at Bowlmor. It was my first time going. We went on a Sunday evening around 9pm. The interior was really nice. Love the huge screens at the end of the bowling lane. There was an hour wait. We live nearby, so it was nice to be able to go home and wait for the text that the lane was ready. We came back at 10 and bowled one game. Cost was $18. All the attendants were nice. The waitress was busy but attentive. The music was bomb, food good, and drinks cold. They have a lot of daily s

The bowling alley was nice lines was a little too slippery. Food not good at all breaded wings no bones, rubber pizza ??. But it was family fine

Food was nasty and cold. Service was horrible and slow. They do not have enough employees to run this place. Long wait times every where you go. Won't be back. Food is high and tasteless.

We made a reservation so thankfully our wait wasn't too bad. The staff was extremely friendly. However, my issue came with the food and the music. Firstly, all of the food was not good. The pizza tasted like cardboard. The wings weren't seasoned. The wrap was cold. Next, the music was extremely disrespectful to the demographics. The majority of the customers were of a ethnic background but the owners decided that our culture and influence wasn't important because the only artist that were featured were whit

Went with my husband while visiting from ms. We loved it....got drunk ate good.. had a great time

A lot of fun for the whole family and one of the arcade machines are our money and they were nice enough to give us another arcade card!??

THIS IS ONE OF OUR FAVORITE ?? PLACES MUSIC THE STAFF THEY ALREADY KNOW US KING AND QUEEN IN THE BUILDING I DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED ? CELEBRATED MY BIRTHDAY LAST YEAR THERE IT WAS SO MUCH FUN THANKS TO GROUPON ALSO. I JUST WANNA SAID ONE THING CAN YOU PLEASE WORK ON THOSE DRINKS THEY $10.00 A PIECE PLEASE BARTENDER PUT MORE ALCOHOL I TASTED MORE CRANBERRY THEN ALCOHOL .

Love this place! Best bowling spot in the area. You wont be disappointed!

I went here with some of my English/Spanish Interchange Group after our meeting and we had a blast. Jerry was at the front-desk and she was awesome! It was a little pricey on Saturday afternoon, but at least lanes were available.

Met up with family to celebrate my birthday. We had a great time and the food was delicious. I would definitely visit again.

This was an awesome evening. I held an event there and Ms. Theresia made everything easy to reserve two Lanes and went out of her way to make it special for 7 people. Our server Missy was awesome and very patient with our party. The food was great and plentiful. The music kept the vibe going all night ?? I would definitely recommend this bowling alley.

Hosted a company outing here, the vibe here is great, staff is friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this place for an event.

My first time, my boyfriend many times. Scenery was nice, DJ was good, drinks and food was GREAT! We will be back!

People were very friendly. We came very close to closing time so the place wasn't quite cleaned, but that didn't keep us from enjoying this venue. Our lane needed to be reset a couple of times and the manager did so very fast each time we had an issue.

I had a blast this past Friday, it was my baby bday and we came here. With few other people's.. but had a blast....

This is a great location ... it wasn't too crowded.. food wait time wasn't long.. friendly staff very knowledgeable and informative... I'm not really into bowling but I really enjoyed myself and so did everyone with me ... the sofas could use some new cushions... in our section we could see the springs thru the leather

Great arcade games! Tasty food with friendly service. We had with GS and pizza and I was impressed with the food! Cheaping at night. We had a great time. Four adults and five kids ranging in age from 3-11. Clean facilities. Lots of balls. Plenty of shoes.

I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple visits, I can't ignore the consistent poor treatment I received from the manager. I purchased the summer pass, which is supposed to allow you to bowl for the rest of the summer into September after paying a one-time fee. Despite being a paying customer, I couldn't shake the feeling that the manager resented seeing summer pass holders like myself. Every time I visited, the manager, a middle-aged African-American male who often wo

Had an awesome time.. the bbq wings i got were fabulous. He got lemon peper and thought the same. Drink was whatever.. not special. But overall time great, waitresses were attentive to clean tables before and after we were done. Clean bathrooms, clean over all.

Update 5/10/21: Just because you responded so nicely I gave you #5 Service was awesome. Place was clean, not sure about the mask restrictions, didn't seem to be any for employees but the food was good. Drinks were good. Overall great experience.

I had an ok time! Service was slow but the food was good... my drink was also good until I got the tab for it. I ordered my new favorite drink - a French connection. They charged me for two separate shots instead of one drink. I asked why and they said it was bc the drink isn't in their system... understandable but that should have been communicated when I ordered the drink and not after I devoured it. The manager did adjust the price and charged me for a shot and a half.. still the most expensive French co

I love Bowlero Chamblee so much. It's the greatest place to hang out with some buds and have a beverage if you're feeling a little crazy. Modern night life. Quin is also the man. He is always ready to help and has a wonderful attitude and infectious smile. The summer pass is a really good deal, it would be awesome if they could extend it to the fall or year round!!

I would give this review a zero if I could. This place is horrible! The staff was very rude and condescending. The lane mechanic definitely needs to work on his people skills and the manager wasn't pleasant at all. My group of colleagues and I were going to order food but, after our beer arrived, we noticed gnats at the bottom of the pitcher. Save your money and drive the extra miles.

Bowlero Chamblee is awesome! The staff are friendly and welcoming and the manager Quentin is always helpful, personable, and professional. I have gone there almost everyday this summer thanks to the Summer Pass. It was only about 65 dollars and at this point I almost feel like I am taking advantage of Bowlero with my two free games a day and arcade cash! I love the summer pass and really hope they do another seasonal pass over the fall, winter, or spring so I don't have to wait for this promotion again for

Came for Christmas Eve and it was a great time. Manager Alex and our server Javin both had excellent customer service.

Went with a coworker on a Sunday, my first time ever visiting this place. The so called bartender and manager (a white woman) was extremely rude and condescending! My coworker and I waited over 30 minutes for 2 cocktails! I went to the bar to see what was the hold up and the bartender bit my head off just because she was the only one making drinks. Then when my coworker and I was checking out, we had to deal with the same lady who was bartending. Again, my first time there, my bill was $43 and I wasn't exac

We took our staff to Bowlero for some team building. I was truly blown away by the excellent service we received. Quentin welcomed me and came by just the right amount of times to check on us. The rest of the staff was very friendly, introducing themselves to me, shaking my hand, and ensuring I knew they were pleased we were there. Bowlero should teach other businesses how to do Customer Service right!

If I could post -1 stars I would, I came to this location tonight and was completely displeased with the service provided not by regular staff but the MANAGER on duty. There was no greeting upon arrival, almost as if he were angry he was working the front desk and not an actual associate. They made an announcement 20 minutes before the location closed advising that they were closing in 10 minutes. Seemed very short staffed! If the business closes at 12 then guests shouldn't be asked to leave prior too, they

Lots of fun! Music isn't really my taste but it's better than silence. Food is a little over priced lol an Angry orchard for 7.50? ???? but hey lol it was fun all in all. Only complaint is the lanes kept freezing and not resetting ????

Pretty pricey, but good bowling alley.

Wow! No wonder the guy on the counter didn't told us anything is because their prices went up so high! We expect to pay at least $13 each and there's only 2 of us playing. We played 5x and we're charged almost $80!!! We played longer than that the last time and we only paid $36!! What a rip off!

Our children had a wonderful time here. The staff was amazing and the atmosphere was great. They bowled for 2 hours and then played the game. It was a great end cap to our Atlanta vacation.

Celebrated my birthday here with a party of 12. Que and his team were super helpful with all of our needs and made sure we had a great experience! We went on a Saturday night and enjoyed timely accommodations, high energy, good music, tasty food and nice bartenders. Would definitely recommend for a large group or intimate gathering!

This place is horrible. Service is terrible. Staff were slow with orders. Took me 35 mins to get my drink after asking multiple times. Security kicked us out at 2:03 (they close at 2). Quote from security ?ima crash out if yall dont leave?. Made it such a big deal but there multiple lanes still playing and drinking. Never coming here again.

I really enjoyed the Summer Bowling pass that they started this year. It helped with getting prepared for the upcoming season. Quentin, Alex and Chuck did a great job and were always available. I hope this can be extended to a year round pass.

Had tons of fun. Server had no personality and was withdrawn.

Our first lane was messing up pretty bad so they moved us to a second that was worse ?? Scores were wrong, people would be skipped or bowl three times in a row, the light didn't work, it was just bad. Fries were actually really good though can't lie

Fun spot, staff was helpful, drinks week .. free parking good okay,

Went with work. Service was great! Energy was amazing and we had a great time no complaints at all. We will be back!

The food was fantastic, the music was excellent the servers very attentive NEW YEARS at Bowlmar is a must do every year!

We held a teambuilding event at this location last year (I'm very late writing this follow up), and it was a blast! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the event sales manager, Jazmyne, was so helpful as we looked over pricing and planned the event. I know that a few other groups at our office have also had great experiences working with this location. For our event, the team members said they had a wonderful time and really liked the atmosphere. Thank you to the team at Bowlero Chamblee for helping

Food was great. The server and receptionist need to work together to have a smoother flow for check in, however 8 of us went there and we had a great time

i got a monkey from the claw machine but it does the thing where it changes grip so lowk a scam ???? but bowling was fire ????

The place does not have enough employees to run this place properly. Food is nasty and cold. Bartender sucks. Definitely won't be back.

Loved their private vip bowling section. Great with covid around.

Went with a group of coworkers. It was reserved in advance, but they acted like they were surprised to see us. We waited an exorbitant amount of time to get served drinks. There were issues with setting up the games. Server had a bad attitude. It was terrible all around. Will never go again.

Place is decently nice on the inside but the pricing is absurd. $130 for 4 adults and 2 kids to bowl for less than an hour is ridiculous. They charge per person by lane by game (not by the hour) and additional for shoe rentals with no kids discount.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
