This is the best bowling experience in the city. Staff is great and super helpful, and Q the manager is always going over and above. The summer pass deal is ridiculous ($45 for 2 games and shoes every day until September) and my kids have gone almost every day this summer. The food is great too, I was surprised how good the pizza is.

I purchased the summer Pass Basic. Came in at my usual time 6pm and am told I can't use the pass on Saturday after 4pm. Nothing in the terms and conditions about a time restrictions. I spoke with the manager. In polite words he told me nothing we can do have a nice day. I drove 1 hour to get here. He agreed there is no time restrictions notifying me at time of purchase, yet oh well better luck tomorrow......

Have been here several times. Staff is helpful and friendly. Food is bar food, tasty and reasonably priced for a bowling alley in my opinion. Drinks are good too. I enjoy the music they play and the music videos on the TVs. I like how the lighting is not too bright but not too dark unlike some others.

So much fun with my husband and daughter! The ladies working were so courteous and helpful. We were a lot to deal with too. It was our toddlers first time bowling so we had two lanes one with guards on it and we had to have one of those little ramps. Visited this Bowlero on a whim and really enjoyed my experience. The staff were super helpful and friendly, security on site to keep it safe, plenty of parking, food was decent and reasonably priced, diverse drink menu, price per game with shoes was very affordable, plenty of bowling balls to accommodate all lanes, good music with huge projector screens on every lane, and a mini Dave & Buster (like) arcade. I love Bowlero Chamblee so much. It's the greatest place to hang out with some buds and have a beverage if you're feeling a little crazy. Modern night life. Quin is also the man. I would give this review a zero if I could. This place is horrible! The staff was very rude and condescending. The lane mechanic definitely needs to work on his people skills and the manager wasn't pleasant at all. My group of colleagues and I were going to order food but, after our beer arrived, we noticed gnats at the bottom of the pitcher. Save your money and drive the extra miles.

We took our staff to Bowlero for some team building. I was truly blown away by the excellent service we received. Quentin welcomed me and came by just the right amount of times to check on us. Wow! No wonder the guy on the counter didn't told us anything is because their prices went up so high! We expect to pay at least $13 each and there's only 2 of us playing. We played 5x and we're charged almost $80!!! We played longer than that the last time and we only paid $36!! What a rip off!

I really enjoyed the Summer Bowling pass that they started this year. It helped with getting prepared for the upcoming season. Quentin, Alex and Chuck did a great job and were always available. I hope this can be extended to a year round pass.

We held a teambuilding event at this location last year (I'm very late writing this follow up), and it was a blast! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the event sales manager, Jazmyne, was so helpful as we looked over pricing and planned the event. I know that a few other groups at our office have also had great experiences working with this location. Went with a group of coworkers. It was reserved in advance, but they acted like they were surprised to see us. We waited an exorbitant amount of time to get served drinks. There were issues with setting up the games. Server had a bad attitude. It was terrible all around. Will never go again.

Place is decently nice on the inside but the pricing is absurd. $130 for 4 adults and 2 kids to bowl for less than an hour is ridiculous. They charge per person by lane by game (not by the hour) and additional for shoe rentals with no kids discount.
