Bowlero Cerritos

Hello Cerritos! Came in on a Sunday afternoon i reserved 2 lanes for 2 hours. 7 people total was $200. The wait to get shoes was not bad the workers are quick and helpful i like how they come to your lane and bring you food and snacks. The lanes are equipped with comfy couches and lots of room for your party. The bartender is quick and makes delicious drinks. 10/10

Plenty of parking and it wasn't that crowded. The food was good and the place overall was clean. I think they could expand their menu a little bit more.

I'm extremely disappointed with the experience at Cerritos Bowlero. Despite purchasing a Summer Pass, I was denied access to a lane for hours because all lanes were reserved for league play. The most frustrating part? Several lanes were visibly empty but still not available to walk-in customers or pass holders. What's the point of offering a Summer Pass if we can't even use it? This feels misleading and unfair. Bowlero needs to reconsider their policies and find a balance so that league play doesn't comple

This is our 3rd time to be here but its pur 1st time to actually play. This place is always full. We had a blast hence its my birthday. My sister called and actually made a reservation. All of my family came. One happy birthday for me. Food drinks are available too ??

The guy hosting our school event was nice but also sort of sarcastic at times, and came off as bothered. When I called with questions beforehand, unrelated to our school event, whomever answered, was snarky. The arcade isn't worth the time, so bowling is the only thing we do there, but I mean that's what it is intended for as a BOWLING ALLEY, right?

This was a fun and active place to bowl. We did the walk in around 2 pm on a Saturday and we were assigned a lane right away. They had bumpers and a ramp for one of our members who needed assistance. For food, you do need to find someone to assistance you but our waitress was nice and accommodated us with special orders. Bowlero Cerritos was fun for my son. He and his class had a great time bowling. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is ample parking and easily accessible.

Paid for 2 hours and they started the time as soon as we purchased the lanes. We were there for our son's birthday and had a large group, the entire time we were getting shoes counted as our "playing time." To top it off one of the lanes we got was broken and had to get fixed and started their game later than our other lanes and they were timed on the same two hours. All four of us had a great time bowling here. We can get very competitive. So after two hours of bowling, we headed to the gaming section, which has plenty to do, and we went hard lol. The food is good. The staff is always asking if you need anything and very friendly. We will definitely be back.Because the vibe was cool as well.

I went here for a kids event. The place is located in a shopping center, looks a bit old on the outside. I've never been to a Bowlero so I guess I was expecting it to look more flashy and colorful outside, like a Lucky Strike. Inside was a bit dim, but it seemed clean. Our group had pizza and drinks with 90 minutes of bumper bowling. The staff were friendly and constantly cleaning. I would return if ever in the area, but there are other bowling alleys closer to home.

First of all, Gabby, the event coordinator at Bowlero Anaheim, helped us find the perfect package that best fit our group needs. The day of our event, the staff were amazing and friendly. At the entrance, the security guard was talking so loudly to us and snapping his fingers to get the next one to check in. The women's restrooms were very dirty, they smelled like pee. Came here to bowl with my boyfriend and the guy working the register, John K was super rude with side remarks and a bad attitude. He left us waiting at the register after we paid and didn't tell us what our lane, when he came back, we asked and he was super rude about it and his tone was like blaming us for waiting. It is a trendy place to host a child's birthday party. Delicious food, excellent staff, very attentive and friendly. The environment to ?? bowl is very clean, even the restrooms are clean and attention to detail is definitely exercised in a flawless manner. Well worth the trip. Great experience to spend time in groups. There was a wait time of ~30mins on weekends but can be avoided by booking ahead. It offers different arcade games as well. The bowling space is good. Celebrated my sons 5th birthday here. BEST EXPERIENCE hands down! It was so easy to plan and book I literally just had to show up. When I called to inquire I spoke with Alvin, I booked the date and time, showed up. Everything was done for me. The two times I've come is because of Malik. He is such a vibe, hw goes above and beyond for his costumers. Walks ypu to your lane introduces you to the expected server. If the server isn't available he comes and checks in on you and literally takes your order and delivers it to you. He makes sure everyone is happy and does it with such an energy. My son and his friends had a great time for his 14th birthday. We all did. Thank you. You guys are awesome!! Considering it was last minute. It came together nicely. Our server was very nice.

Thursday, 4/6/23 Went to Blowlero Cerritos at 7pm today. All lanes were full, I put my name on the list and asked for an estimate time of when another lane will be available and was told they were unable to give me an estimated time but my name would be called out when it's my turn. They were having a bowling tournament with different leaves and by this time 35 minutes has gone by and I ask the person at the front desk how many people were ahead of me and she said 6 people. Went back about another 30 minut

Nice and clean location. Place was busy when we should up about 7pm on a friday. We couldn't make a reservation because we weren't going to order food, which made out wait about 2 hours long for a lane. We ordered some drinks from their nice bar. Groupon deal is great I will return, this place is fun. We got parm galic fries and chicken tender combo and it was fire ?? not spicy just really good. Okay, Guy... This is my place... Shout out to my two favorite ppl... Managers... Timika and Luis. They both took care of me while me and my son and I enjoyed bowling. The atmosphere is very nice. The cost for two people and two games on a slow night (Wednesday) was Ridiculous, Perhaps if the workers had a better sense of humor it would have made a difference..

I'm glad this place had security at the entrance, very nice bowling alley, a small kids area for arcades, cool little bar, and great food. Couches were in great condition for bowlers to wait and relax. The pizza I ordered was delicious. I had a great time here.

We did my son?s birthday. Reservation for a party and everything. They had one lane open for us. Hundreds of dollars. I had to find the server a few times. Carried out some of the stuff on my own a few times. Tipped him well. Supervisor/manager wasn't great at accommodating. 2 hours goes by fast, folks. It isn't worth a party here. Do it elsewhere. I traveled here for my sons 16th birthday from Las Vegas. We had a great time but the workers providing service for the food had VERY bad attitudes. The manager there was very understanding and hopefully they will work on better customer service.

Saturday afternoon and this place is a mad house. So if you don't mind children running across your lanes, stepping on your feet. Parents ignoring the children's behavior. The dsk people say "ya makes me wonder why people have kids." Then they throw a 2 hours free card at me for "next time", and move us to another lane. What next time? I don't do chaos!

Been coming here for years. The lane technicians are on top of it so you do not have to wait that long to continue bowling. TVs everywhere in front of lanes and around the bar area. Menu is delish. One of the best bowling alleys I've ever been to. This place is beautiful and everything is well maintained. It's a shame AMF doesn't treat other facilities the same. Wife and I are looking forward to our next visit. They also have the worlds largest PAC-MAN

Great experience with our work function. Very accommodating with our group we were all set up and the food was good. My only complaint was we were placed next to to lanes that were overflowing with young kids and shame on the parents for not controlling them. But overall a lot of fun

Kudos to Bowlero for taking walk-ins! My family had fun here! It was not too busy when we arrived until we left so we got lucky ?? Customer service was good even tho only 1 guy was on duty to take our orders, great job sir! You have to wear your mask when bowling and they have sanitizer available. My only complaint were my bowling shoes (size 11), they looked worn ?? a small oversight and overall I recommend!! Just don't go when I go so I don't wait in line ??

Our lane kept having issues and each time it took more than 10+ minutes to fix. There are many employees wandering around and when they pass over the lane with issues they seem to not care. I tried to get one of their attention but they just turned and walked away. When I approached the desk they were like oh it's fixed instead of apologizing for the wait. Very unprofessionally ran.

One thing we noticed that matches other complaints is you can't slide with your bowling shoes, so we found ourselves keeping from falling forward when tossing our balls down the lane. Staff is very attentive and quick to grant request. The place is clean & runs efficiently considering there was only 1 manager on duty. He did a great job of leading his team to deliver excellent service.

We had a fellowship gathering here with our church. The staff was great and attentive. We had a group of 20+ and check-in was smooth. Getting the kids on the lanes was the hardest part, but when the pizza started coming out the kids settled in a little better ate and played. I will be back for other events.

Awesome bowling spot. It's really underrated how accepting certain bowling alleys are. This bowlero does not discriminante on how you throw. I can't say the same for other Bowleros. Even been kicked out for basis of how I throw. Definitely appreciate this Bowlero. Nice and understanding staff.

Awesome birthday party for my 11 year old nephew.

So hard because it started off strong. At first really nice people. We went for the 2 hr unlimited. And they turned our game off "mistakenly". Is what we were told. Today I had the best bowling party for my son, the food was perfect, the cookie cake was delicious, the person who was attending us was amazing, we never had to ask for something because they were pending of everything, I definitely recommend this place.

I love bowling at ALL the Bowleros! I like this location because it's close to my house, but I don't like the police searching our bags when we go in. It's a total invasion of our privacy, so we drive further to Fullerton or Montebello Bowlero. Not that I have anything to hide, but it just seems so unnecessary.

It's really uncool that we arrived way earlier to use the pass, and then there are so many empty lanes, and they didn't call us before 4. Originally they said they would be calling before 4 and we would make it on time. We wasted 30 minutes. It's offensive the guy showed us that it ends at 4 on Saturdays because literally we had talked about that. Like "Hello?" And there were many open lanes before 4 because we kept checking They don't even deserve one star. The worst Bowlero ever.

Had a wrestling party here. We had the varsity package which include 2 hours on a lane, food and drinks. Plus a $10 arcade card for each person. The kids had fun.

Normally i never give less than 5 star to any one .. This like a club..went in with my kids .. Not really appropriate for young kids .. Their selection on playing video on big screen in not wise.. We were on waiting list on #3 three after 20 mins wait we were on 5 ...we ask ?????? They said that's how systems works ... They let folks inn ahead of up ... If you want to talk kids stay away from this place ..

Wonderful customer service, great atmosphere, and great food! We ordered the fruit platter and the chips and salsa - the fruit was all beautiful, fresh, and sweet (and HUGE), and the chips were so thin and crispy that they feel like they're* made in-house. We bowled a bit, and it was just the usual fun! The arcade is a bit more for kids, I think, as it's pretty small, but they have an air hockey table and phot booth, so they're good in my book*!

Can't say anything but good things about this place,definitely coming back with the family.
