Bowlero Buffalo Grove

We had a kid Birthday party at Bowlero Buffalo Grove. It was a great experience. Kids bowled, then laser tag. We had a party room and the food was good. Kids said Best party ever. Attentive staff very clean. Lots of fun.

I was here with a party and we ordered lemonade. They said we couldn't get that but we waited at least 30 minutes for the drinks but when I looked over at the other people, they had pictures of lemonade. I am flabbergasted by their customer service. I had to wait an hour just to get some fries and wings. Unbelievable. I never coming back here again and I hope whoever?s reading this doesn't go to Bo row in Buffalo Grove also there's too many TVs. My brain is overstimulated.

Had a wonderful time at this Bowlero last night. Our family tried something new for our weekly family dinner date. Sam, the operations manager, was so kind and checked in on us several times to make sure we were having a good experience. Will definitely be back soon.

This review will be about the facts. It's nicer than a bowling alley. It offers more than a bowling alley And so it costs more. Food was okay to good. I didn't care for the portions. Loved the time we spent here. It was the first time the kiddo tried bowling and he enjoyed a lot. The seating was perfect too, all parties could have their own private seating. The Alley Sampler was the best! The watermelon splash and vanilla milkshake were good as well. Very clean, a bit pricey but worth it since it is very well maintained.

Came here for a Halloween event for special needs and we stopped by the arcade like we always do. Tonight was such a lucky night for my friend and I. Jose used some of his employee points to win his plushy after swiping like 20 times of my friends card. This is a solid spot for some beer and games. The place is huge and they have a lot going on. There was 5 of us and we placed two games with shoes and it cost about $100. Not cheap but it was a good time. I would definitely go back and it looks really nice inside.

If you're looking for a nice place to bowl at (NOT Brunswick) then this is your go to spot. It's clean, new I think, and very modern. Great seats, huge TV's in front of your lanes, a bar, and a big arcade area similar to a Dave n Buster's, but smaller. It also has Lazer Tag! Definitely a good place to check out for a family event or even just a date or with friends!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! It's a dump. I don't believe they are up to code on sanitation. Everything was dirty, from floors, to seats, to windows. It was not busy the 2H we were there. No excuse for not doing basic clean-up. Pros: Garlic Fries Bartender was corteous + fixed our food issue. Cons: Floors at lane seating area covered in sticky juice when we got to assigned lane. Very shady business practices here. There are two signs that I found that reference gratuity but the receipts they give don't spell this out leading people to tip twice. Providing an itemized receipt and calling out the gratuity as an additional amount is custom every other establishment I've frequented. Went here on a Saturday evening as expected it was crowded. However, they were extremely understaffed. Pool tables were atrocious? completely uneven, ripped, and disgusting.

Nice facility and staff. My complaint is with the bowling. The pins are wire set and not mechanically set, which affects how the pins fall and lowers the bowling experience. Maybe most people won't care, but anyone who half cares about bowling will dislike this.

This place is huge. It's nice and clean inside. There is a lot of things to do inside for all ages. The food is very good. It's not cheap but it's worth it. They have bar with beers and drinks. I go there often with my wife and two kids and we always have fun. The staff is very friendly.

The atmosphere here is incredible, very energetic! According to the menu I saw, they have a few options but they taste great. As for the service, it's fast and responsive, they have plenty of people around to ask for help if anything comes up.

As a senior it was nice. My grandson has his birthday party there . Twenty kids and some adults. I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was mostly pizza. But the salad chicken strips, fries and endless drinks. Very good.

Came here for a 10 year olds birthday party. The location of where we wanted to have the party (BG instead of Algonquin) was miscommunicated so we ended up having to cross our fingers and come in with no reservation. Got here around 4:30 and had a lane right away. 6 people played one game of bowling, ordered two pizzas, two pitchers of soda and an appetizer and we paid $100. Everything started out well, but within the 90 minutes of bowling we paid for our lane broke on more than one occasion and took out probably 20 minutes of bowling time to fix in total. Did not seem very fast to service the lane. Apart from that drinks were good service was fine. Would try my luck elsewhere.

Clean environment, but the bar staff was disrespectful, especially the lady at the bar. She would serve other guests ahead of me, on purpose. And she called us out for not tipping on food, when all she did was tap a few buttons. She didn't even deliver the food to our lane. I was even generous on my drink tips and I was still met with disrespect!

Went here last night to celebrate with my cafe zupas team, and it was amazing. So much fun and the employees were great. JOSE was so amazing and helpful very friendly and inviting and so informative on everything. He was doing an amazing job with how busy it was on a Monday night. And with 20 of us coming in last minute he had us all set up and ready to go so quickly. Truly was the best time at a bowlero and all because of Jose. He was amazing! Thanks again!

This is just an average bowling place. I've been to better. Unfortunately the alley we had was malfunctioning and had to be reset 4 times during the 2 games my husband and I played. And it wasn't an instant reset , we had to ask for help from A staff member each time. They should have moved us to another alley but didn't . Also the music is just a smidge too loud. Next time we will try somewhere else.

Latino women in the shoes giving out section does not care about giving shoes or about customers at all, Saturday 12:00 am, I came here and was trying to get her attention while standing right in front of her at height of 5.9 so she obviously could see me, but she preferred to ignore my request to get shoes and continued looking into screen/writing something down on peace of paper for around a minute after what she went on to serve a person who came after me

Clean bowling lanes.. so many lanes and it was so nice it has other options like arcade games n laser tag everything at one place. The staff were so friendly and helpful! Yes, it's a bowling alley and arcade. With shoes, I think it was about $16/person to bowl a game. Pricey. Yes, there's a bar and menu. The food is overpriced, and on top of it there is a mandatory 18% gratuity for the guy to bring half of our order from the kitchen to our lane (then I had to go to the bar to pick up the rest). I have been at this place multiple times with friends. Latest was a corporate event participation for my area. It was overall a great experience and food was amazing. Bowling as everyone likes but you should also try the laser tag if you have not. You will love it and would want to play again and again. It's addictive. Love this place! Bowled a 240 on a slow night a few years back when things were hitting just right on the lane. Also don't overlook the arcade section lots of fun stuff for adults. Great place to have a party or hang with friends!

Good for family fun, but not good for people who want to practice to get better. They don't oil the lanes at all and if you have any reactive ball, it's gonna brag really early.

Lady at the bar complained that I didn't add a tip on a $40 dollar sampler worth maybe $5-$10, the lady doesn't even make the food and she wanted a tip. This is my favorite Bowlero! So pretty and nice. They have a video game area for kids, pool tables, and bar/grill. The staff are always pleasant. I always go back to this spot!

Grandson had a birthday party with two other friends. I really was impressed how nice the bowling alley was! The food served for 30 boys was very good and the staff took very good care of us. What's important is my grandson was happy and so were his friends.

I had excellent service the entire time I was there. The manager came up couple times and asked if everything was going all right. The lanes or oiled the place was clean. The food was delicious I would totally recommend going to this one.

My family and I went to Bowlero Buffalo Grove to bowl and play games. Just want to say what a great experience we had. From the bowling to the games to great specials and Groupons. We had a couple of minor issues but Jose from Bowlero came and helped us quickly. He was so nice and gracious. He understands how to treat customers. He is an asset to Bowlero! Overall, this palace was great, and had a great experience. The place is clean and nicely organized, however, the lady in the bar section was not in the mood to work on that day when we visit. During the order, she let us wait for pretty long while she was on other stuff. Also, she added the tips automatically by herself without our permission for the two drinks. We absolutely love Bowlero Buffalo Grove. Our kids have been going to Bowlero since they were really young and still enjoy all the fun things that Bowlero has to offer? especially laser tag and arcades. Tonight, we happened to be there for a few hours and had an amazing experience thanks to the best staff - Jose, Logan and Josh! They were constantly asking us and other customers if they needed anything, very accommodating and hospitable. They were happy to help in any way they could and did it with a smile

Extremely glitchy system. Randomly resets turns and then sometimes doesn't reset at all. No one comes by when you call for service either. Food is very basic and alcohol was diluted. Only come here if you have no other choice- so never.

I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by Janine (The lady with the RBF). Her rude and careless demeanor during our interaction left me with a highly negative experience. I believe such behavior is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the brand. Also, the lanes do not work and I consistently have had issues every visit with the games breaking.

Great place for kids and birthday parties. Pizza is actually quite tasty. There was an 18% service charge added on to the order which I don't understand and should be advertised, but I assume it's a tip so I didn't tip on top of it. Bowling lanes work and are really quick with the pins so there's really no down time. If you have two balls you're essentially continuously rolling. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will certainly go there again.

They have a nice arcade and good food unfortunately their bowling lanes malfunction all the time. Bumpers don't come up and down, pins don't clear. I hosted a birthday party last year and it was ruined because of that. Was told we pay for time and no refund could be given. My wife went there Sunday and the same story happened again.
