Thursday night wasn't too busy, got in line and was in a lane in less than 5 minutes! The games were very fun and the best part of it was that the prizes weren't ridiculously priced! 600 tickets got me 2 cool pin water bottles for me and my boyfriend and a good handful of jolly ranchers ??

The two stars are for the great bartender who was amazing. They claim they close at 12:30 but they started shutting down around 11:45. They shut down the arcade which is the easiest thing to keep open and they shut it down so fast even when people still wanted to use it. When we asked to buy credits way before they closed, they denied us our purchase and there was still almost an hour left before they closed with no signage indicating that they were shutting it down. Super selfish of them and a bad business

We live equidistant from At least 3 bowling alleys and we always choose this one because of the great customer service. The food is excellent, it's always clean, and the staff are incredibly nice. They don't even have chocolate milk in the menu, but because they have the ingredients Marketeea still made some for my son today when we were there.

We had a great time at Balero Bowling at Brooklyn Park! The manager was so kind to me and my son?really made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was fun, and the staff made sure everything went smoothly. We'll definitely be back! We jad a fantastic friday

This was a fun place. Went for the state finals for my son's bowling league. Their "Special Event" menu will clear out your life savings, so be careful. I'm guessing their regular menu ain't much better.

I hosted a surprise minion theme birthday party here for my boyfriend and it went very well! Everyone was so cooperative especially the managers who helped me made sure this party went successfully. Carla (the manager) helped me with the event and made sure I was taken care of and the guests at the party as well. They were so kind during the event including the other managers like Markeeta, Jym and Brandi. Best place to host your events here! I like how they have a projector I can use to host the kahoot ga

Saudae has assisted us in every facet of our bowling adventure. When we first came she immediately helped us out and let us pick our own lane and made sure everything was set up ok. When we needed some food she was the one that brought everything to us making sure drinks were refilled even on busy days. I personally am the one who drives me and my friends to bowling and am not used to this bowlero location being that I usually go to the northern Blaine one but since meeting Suadae I have basically ditche

This place was so much fun! Drive by thousands of times and wanted to try it. I finally did when some plans changed but we still wanted to go out with our youngest almost adult kid! The bowling alley had so many lanes, the food was good drinks were great and the employees were so nice! Seem clean to! The arcade was a blast, love love the snowmobile racing game and the huge claw machine so much fun! This place more than made up for our night that was canceled last minute and almost ruined our night and our

We had a good time for one of the little bday but that didn't come without some issues. Many of the games didn't work and took the kids tokens which is frustrating. We were running out of time already so having to go to the bar and wait for a resolution would have taken more time then we had so we just took the loss, and it was a lot. We did laser tag which was a blast but when we exited they had turned the monitors off so we couldn't see who won. Overall it was a good time the kids enjoyed it and that is a

Went to Bowlero for our friends Birthday and we had a blast! What an amazing place! We bowled and and set up 4 teams of 5 and boy did our group have a blast with laser tag! Adults, kids, and teens. I even have to say the pizza was so good! ?????? What a great place for all ages to gather for a Birthday! ??????

The guy at the front desk who is white and has slick back hair was drunk and very rude and refused to give us 2 lanes. Then continued to try to kick us out half way through with no refund. Don't ever come to this location again!

The manger Jym here is very rude seems like he is over worked and his work ethic is showing !! Just because he's having a bad day does mean he take it out on your costumers !! This is the second time he did this to my family .

We went to Bowlero for the first time the other week. The operations manager, Marketeea was exceptional. She was so friendly, accommodating, and fun! Reason for my 5 stars is because of our experience with her!

Great staff ?? clean and very well run. My family and I enjoy coming here! Highly recommend.

So Me And My Family Celebrated My 59Th Birthday Last Night !! We Had Such A Wonderful Time Bowling Eating Pizza ,Wings And Drinks. Every Year We Do This Tradition And Every Year It Just Keep Getting Better. The Customer Service Was Great Also. So I Would Like To Thank Bowlero For Making My Birthday Special. I Will Definitely Be Coming Back Again!!

it was fine like a normal experience but they explained their offers really weirdly to us which almost confused us but it wasn't too bad for the price. the only issue i kinda had was a lack in choices for balls as they start at 8 which usually at other places start at 6 or so; the balls are also chosen manually for you and are the same at every other lane so you can't choose whether you have a small, medium, large or extra large ball. the bowling balls are also SUPER greasy and the arcade doesn't offer much

Grand opening of Bowlero today, it was packed. The place is spacious and the staff are friendly. The arcade seems lacking for tots but the laser tag makes up for it. Great for family and fellowship.

Bowlero was a great experience for a great price. I went with my boyfriend and my two sisters- we played 2 games of bowling, rented shoes, and got a pizza and drink for less than $100 total. The bowling alley has great music and beautiful lighting. All lanes and sitting areas are well kept and tidy. The staff are very attentive and welcoming, and they bring you water even if you order nothing else (which at a bowling alley is great, because they can be stuffy sometimes). Our server was very friendly, answ

Cool spot for teens to bowl, I love the inside of this place, pricing is a little complicated and you have to pay for laser tag but Lana and Jym we're cool, I didn't get the female bartender name that worked on June 27th but she was cool as well I went for my birthday and a time was had

Celebrated last night with friends and I have to say, Jim the manager is an absolute GEM. He checked us in, served us food/drinks, was also in the arcade to assist us, at one point he was cutting limes for the bartender. Clearly this man does it all! He made us laugh continuously throughout the night and had very good chats w me I'd come back just for him! Managers like him are hard to come by.give that man a raise ???? Thanks for making my bday so great!

So I've been to this bowling alley like 4 times now that must shown u how amazing this place is. 01/13/19 was my birthday and I had so much fun guys. There food was just muahhhh, drinks ????. You need to try this place ya'll. They have the bar and some drinks are refilling and birthday discounts too????????.

Marketeea was very helpful and friendly , was an amazing experience 10/10 definitely coming back!!

Me and the kid had fun throwing gutter balls lmao. The pepperoni pizza was pretty good also, I must admit!!

I've been coming here since this place was Brunswick, I believe it's only been since last year they changed over to Bowlero? At any rate, I like bowlero better! While not much looks different, you can feel the difference. Went there on a Friday night for bowling and games with the kids and was surprised to see a much younger generation working, they were friendly, well mannered and professional! My children were very intrigued by seeing younger kids working and being so professional! Bowling seemed to aver

The waitress will srill a tip from you credit card. Us cash only if you still want to go.

This place so much fun! The Bartender and Servers were very nice and helpful. The manager came over and made sure we were having a good time, and the lazer tag was awesome.

This is just an ok place. There is a lot of bowling and they fill it up meticulously, although it was almost empty when we came in and they rang up the games weird. In a group of 4 we wanted to play two games and instead of splitting the games like most places, they rang us up as 8 people. It's around $10 a person per game. I normally go to places that charge per hour not game so I am not sure if this is expensive. The food is EXPENSIVE and they serve alcohol but my friend got a beer for $10! The staff that

Cmon let the Games begin! Food, Arcade, and the Lanes were amazing. Had a great time with the family. We need more excitement get the community involved and start running bowling tournaments different teams. That would be so fun with a live contestant Party Dj

Had a party hosted at this location. The service was impeccable, the food and drinks were great, the staff were super super helpful and very friendly. Truly a night to remember. Every game that we played whether arcade, laser tag, bowling etc was an absolute blast and very clean as well! If aliens landed on Earth and told us that we must bring them to the most fun place on our planet or they would destroy our world as we know it, I would send them to Bowlero Brooklyn Park with confidence!

I feel like my review wasn't carefully looked at by the owner. I have not ever bowled there and would like to someday?.

Been coming here pretty consistently for awhile. I love the environment, I've met some really cool people coming here! Really fun during the week especially when there's leagues going on or when they're practicing! Thursday is the day to go if you want to be in that type of setting! Everyone I've talked to on the staff team is very professional, friendly and welcoming! They have great service and keep the place nice and clean. I have no complaints whatsoever.

I've never encountered such rude and unprofessional behavior at a business until I visited Bowlero. A staff member there ? a completely disrespectful lady ? yelled at us for having a small bottle of water. My friend was feeling sick and needed water to clear her throat, yet this employee couldn't have cared less. Instead of showing basic human decency, she stood there being nasty and acting like we were criminals for having water. As my friend proceeded to chug the little water she had left, the lady yelled

I want to share how awesome the staff is here. It's Christmas day they are open, attending to the families that flocked here to do something other than sit at home. Thank you for making a memorable night for everyone!

Pretty fun place, appears clean. A few issues with the bowling not tracking correctly, but the manager more than made up for it. You can choose what players to have bumpers up for and they go down for everyone else. Tons of screens for videos across the lanes. Awesome laser light/ black light type of lights. Spent time in the arcade as well, a few games not working which is frustrating. The electronic tickets with the electronic coins is awesome.

Staff is absolutely friendly. Food and drinks are a superb!

Be careful with your cards. They like to add there own tip.

Great vibes all around from the music to the activities. I loved their food but little pricey.

Great food for our work event! MIXED Vegetables for tacos rocked, Smart staff providing a fun and safe place to have fun.

Overly price food. Average taste. But the bowling scene was outstanding.

They had great deals for mother day weekend. Staff very friendly and eager to help. But they need more help at the bar. The bartender that night was way over worked but handled himself very well.

We had a blast at Bowlero Brooklyn Park! We hosted our 3 year old son?s birthday party here and the staff was awesome! The experience was beyond exceptional and the staff went above and beyond for us. Special shout out to Danielle for helping me through the planning process and Carla the on site manager and her staff for making our experience nothing short of spectacular while handling our many requests and accommodations as well as a big thanks to the security guards Kara and Chuck for helping us get in th

We had two lanes when we walked over another group was there... mad because we had the lanes, they left a huge mess and alcohol that we had to bus it ourselves cuz we had kids the floor was sticky our lane got stuck a few times

Great place for a birthday party with a helpful staff.

This place was amazing!! Real clean real nice and so much fun for the kids the price is ok too. Tip- buy your Groupon 24 hours before hand if you want to use the discount.

Food wasn't great arcade was over priced and only took cash to load game play cards

Great staff and service. Food was quick and delicious. Pool tables are great. Just the pool sticks sucks. Should update/upgrade pool sticks. Very busy and great atmosphere...music on point!

Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. The service was terrible, we had no waiter come to our table, we ordered food and it was given to another table and when we tried to figure out what happened we were given a bad attitude. It felt as if nobody wanted NOR CARED to help us out. We are really understanding people and I feel pretty easy for the most part, however, it was just disappointing. Despite getting a refund back, it was really bad costumer service.

I would never come here again. Despite paying for food and games, nothing was included with the arcade games. Ayla, the bartender, was extremely rude and belligerent when we asked for refills on our drinks. The manager's attitude was just as bad. Don't waste your money here; they'll play you when it comes to charging. On a positive note, Elyjah was very nice and explained things well."

It was our first time there and we were very pleased with pretty much everything. Of course the kids loved the game room best. Mia was extremely friendly and helpful obviously going out of her way to accommodate our questions and requests. We will be back!

Bowlero corporate refuses to allow the local location to perform refunds and the corporate line is closed on Sundays. Only option is to email corporate and ask for forgiveness and a new date. I'm now required to follow up during their business hours to receive a refund of my commited money in the amount of $219.25. Incredibly frustrated and mad that now I have to jump through a bunch of hoops and fill out forms and make calls for such a simple thing. Another quick note is that this was unneeded because t

Drink service was a little slow. That could be on account of their staffing. Seemed like they were a bit short that night. Buddy of mine had some issues with their app/mobile ordering function. Other than that, great experience.

Best place ever. Staff is awesome.

We had so much fun! The servers also jym made this experience so much fun I'm looking for to our next game at Bowlero !

Awesome time here staff went above their jobs to assist my disabled daughter and another group of disappeared customers

Fun place with bowling, an arcade, pool table, Lulu Dynasty and friendly people ??

Awesome place to go hang out food was great drinks were even better I will definitely recommend it

Lane wasn't clean so there were pieces of food on the floor and table. We spent $45 on food and drink for two people. Food came out mostly cold and tasted terrible. Got boneless wings, had to ask for silverware and napkins. Only got silverware so we had to wait around until we could flag someone down to ask for napkins again. Can't get help from anyone because you don't have a server. You order through a screen that malfunctions about 6 times before you can actually get an order in. The set up for that is T

Friend's birthday party was hosted here. The drinks were flowing. The lanes were greased to perfection. The Lazer tag was immersive. Excellent service all around.

Absolutely love coming here. Easy going staff and I always have a good time.

Many activities to do, bowling, arcade, pool, and the laser tag. We had my daughter's 21st birthday and had so much fun. Everyone had something to do, all ages.

Good staff, clean place, bad laser tag. Something is bugged with their parents tag system and sometimes doesn't register the entire game. High food prices.

Whenever we're in town our go to bowling spot is this location. Especially with four kids, the arcade is always a plus. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. my favorite compared to other locations!! Would recommend to anyone who's in town or looking for a fun time :)!

Big brand new facility. Lots of fun had here with arcade and bar. There's one side of the bowling alley that is a little bit nicer seating that is by reservation only. Great for big groups. Yummy cocktails

Dirty, rude employees. Manager is a worse.

Bowling is good exercise; I love the challenge of perhaps getting strikes, and spares. It's also good Family Fun; lots of laughs, and cheers for each other!

Carolyn and markeea were great host to my daughters birthday they both went over and beyond to ensure my family had the best time will be returning thank you all !!

Went 2/4/23 for my son?s birthday celebration. Customer service absolutely amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the arcade. Felt that it was very expensive with little to no reward. Pizza was good and the drinks were delicious.

Over Priced and unorganized staff. For starters, I was charged $24 for a pitcher of Sprite and water(literally tap water)!? Also, I literally just wanted crushed red pepper for my pizza, so I asked the lane rent counter where I could get some. They sent me to the bar, and the bar sent me to the kitchen, and then the best part of all, the kitchen, sent me back to the lane rental counter. Like what? Never got my crushed red peppers lol. Don't even know if they had any to start with

Place well kept and service was fast. Jym was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed.

Laquita is an amazing manager. She turned on the lights for us and made it a dark bowl night . I would highly recommend this location

Don't let the passing through metal detectors scare you away from entering here. Many lanes on both sides and an arcade right inside the entrance. When you buy beers from the waiter at your lane, you have to go to the bar to pay.

I am a league bowler at this location. Clean facility, lanes are well maintained, friendly staff, good food and drinks. Usually no problem finding a lane available for open bowling. League member rates on games (and food/drink discounts) are very reasonable, otherwise it can be a bit pricey. Only complaint is that Friday evenings and Saturday/Sunday it seems like they always have all the lights off, which is fine for families and casual bowlers, but not so great if you're there to practice and want to see y

Great service, even with a huge work party! No long line to order food and food was nice and hot! Highly recommend this location.

Love it . Our family nights here is everything.

I called the events line to book a party and they told me that the lanes open at noon and we could just come in and get lanes right away. But when we arrived we were told that they don't actually open until one. Luckily the staff were super accommodating and worked out for us to get the lanes that we wanted for the party and told us they could probably. Get the kitchen going as soon as possible so we can have food too. So grateful, thank you to kind staff!

Went for a work event with about 35 people. We had a good time, lots of food, laughs, and no so good bowling! The manager on duty today was great, and all the staff was very friendly and helpful

Good food ?? and always good customer service...

So much fun! I think the couches need to be re done cause there peeling and have some holes in it. But other than that, clean place. Didn't eat food there. But had drinks and there were very tasty. Love the atmosphere for sure. Definitely will be coming back.

Great experience! We attended a birthday party here recently. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly and very attentive. Highly recommend for viewing and arcade! I also appreciated they offered a gluten free pizza on their menu.

Came up to watch some friends bowl and had a great time. I was greeted right away by the staff who were very friendly. The atmosphere was great! Everyone was having a great time. Definitely a good time!

We called ahead to make sure they were open and available tonight. The automated response is all we got, saying if it's the night of to just roll on in no reservation needed. We UBERED there and they were closed for a private party. Couldn't even get through the front door with security there. Very frustrating

First time to at bowler and the service was awesome! Carla M, who's also a worker/Server found us each time we're waiting in line, she comes up to serve us, and she is so sweet, I'm so grateful for it! She's awesome! Thank you!

Can't say enough good things about this Bowlero. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The managers go out of their way to make sure everyone is having a great time. They're the reason I keep coming back! Would highly recommend this Bowlero!

Great service and tons of fun. Very polite and friendly staff. Our server Jess was awesome. The manager Jym checked in with us to make sure everything was going good and offered to help with any issues.

I recently attended this place for a surprise birthday Party on 06/02/2022 around 6:15 p.m. The space was clean, with 3 - 4 guests and initially very pleasant. However that immediately changed. There were several employees present yet there was only one person who served us. From purchasing games, receiving shoes and food this male who was not in uniform was clearly rude and very short. He never greeted us or said thank you. One of our guest wanted to rearrange the seating for our guests of 16 people. From

Great price especially with their specials. Drinks are decently priced for the buzz that I got from just one. The staff was very friendly. It's a huge place with a big arcade. Definitely recommend if you're wanting to bowl.

Lanes are hit or miss, pretty sure the oil machine needs a tune up, some weeks its patchy other weeks the ball is dripping oil, not good for league bowlers $70/hr for a lane is insane no wonder its a dying sport n alley

Had a great time. Food and drunk service was great. Fun atmosphere, lanes were well maintained.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
