Bowlero Bristol

Bowlero Bristol

Reviews Summary

Most reviews praise the friendly staff, clean facilities, and fun atmosphere, with many noting recent renovations. Several highlight excellent service for parties/events. Common positives include well-maintained lanes, good food/drinks, and accommodating management. However, multiple complaints mention high prices, especially for families, and limited availability due to league play. Some criticize unclear pricing or policies. While most ratings are 4-5 stars, a few 1-star reviews cite poor customer service or booking frustrations. The venue seems ideal for groups and league bowlers but may be costly for casual visits.

I recently had my daughter?s birthday party here on a Saturday afternoon. The staff, especially Rich, made sure whatever I needed would be taken care of quickly. Which it was! My daughter and her friends had so much fun bowling. They especially loved the arcade. Everyone left with little prizes from the arcade. Pizza was good and we had plenty of drink choices. I definitely recommend this location and having a party here is great! Thank you guys!

My son wanted to spend his 16th birthday with his dad's family (my husband passed away in 2020). He loves bowling so we all went to Bowlero Bristol lanes and had a great time. Although the cost was high ($70/3 people to bowl two games) it was worth every penny seeing him so happy ??

First time. Nice place, friendly staff, good food. Will be going back soon

The Staff was very Helpful, accommodating, kind, Carli organized my event perfectly, food was very tasty and served warmly. overall it was a splendid experience would definitely recommend them.

When we arrived I asked for one game - ball headed chubby man quickly said? the way we do it is we hold your card and at the end of the game you come and pay? I asked him why he says ? thats the company policy ? I told him I've never had been told that at the other locations and his response was ? we are not the other ones?. I took the cash out ok the ATM and Paid $42 for 3 people, 1 game and shoes and we were there for literally max 30 min, not even an hour. Definitely a gag and something weird about that

2024 UPDATE*** We scheduled a party for our soccer team to bowl for 90 minutes. Kimmie really took care of our group between getting the kids ready to bowl by providing bowling shoes and setting up the food and drinks she was fantastic. The whole event was enjoyed by all. Such a fun time with the kids. ***Original Review*** I used to come here as a young man and now that I have kids of my own I've been bringing them here. My 5 year old enjoys bowling and Sunday mornings have $2 a game from 10am-12pm.

Clean, affordable family fun. Nice to see they don't reserve every land for leagues like every other local alley. The only weird thing is that they don't offer pitchers of soda but offer pitchers of beer. Also soda prices aren't listed anywhere.

Brought special Olympic friend here, have not been here in years. Impressive clean, inviting. Friendly staff. I personally don't bowl, but would highly recommend people to come here. Update: I would suggest locking side door in new game room, for children's safety being so close to exit door. Also love the new game room for kids

Great experience and good league. The owner Rich is great ????

Great bowling, great staff, great food, great fun.

Always super busy, didn't realize how popular bowling was! The front desk clerk, the super tall one, was super nice and explained to us we had to wait a while before a lane would be available. Food was alright, a bit pricey but it's the price for convenience, so I'll suck that up. All in all it was a pleasant experience, and I will go back again.

We had a bowling party there, the food was delicious, the facility was modern and clean, the service was good. Towards the end of our party the manager came over to ask how everything was which I respect and appreciate.

Intense bowling league the same weekend we went. Quite the experience watching them hit consecutive strikes and look grim & serious right after like the strike wasn't good enough lol bowling here was good family fun though. Staff were patient and nice!

Just happen to stop in and get my brand new ball drilled at the pro shop and couldn't be happier with choosing this shop to do it. I've seen other pro shops use a razor to mark the balls and it just looks horrible, and the price to get it done was really reasonable. So I will be back for any of my bowling ball needs.

My girls and I went last week for a couple games. A nice, clean, normal bowling alley that is a rare gem nowadays. Staff were great. Shoes were clean. Everything worked perfectly and no idiots. Coming back for a few games tonight!

Clean, friendly atmosphere and good bowling. Concessions are pricey, but that's typical for bowling alleys.

Rich was the best! Super awesome guy, great alley, ran an awesome tournament

The Best place to have a party! My wife Lisa and her twin Lori wanted nothing more than to have all their friends and family come and have a good time. Rich and Kimmy more than delivered. The whole center is clean and modern. The food was delicious, the staff was awesome and everyone had a great time. Highly recommended!

Thursday, June 30, 2022, I wanted to practice my bowling game with my son he has a summer pass and I was gonna pay for three games wanted to get lanes next to each other and got a hard time at the front desk from the manager who says this is how it's done if I wanna a lane fine and if I don't oh Well , is completely empty 36 lanes only 9 were being used, I refuse to bowl and let my son bowl. and few stragglers came in to bowl single bowlers and he gave them Lanes but he wouldn't accommodate me and my s

It's a huge bowling alley . It wasn't too crowded and had good service. As any bowling alley I would recommend get your own bowling shoes, it is charged per game so it seems little too much. Other than that, I like the food and the drinks. The bartender was jolly and sweet, she got the drinks right.

I took my kids bowling last night, this was their first bowling experience and my first time at this establishment. 10/10 recommend!! The manager, Kim, was amazing. She helped us from beginning to end, and all the other staff we encountered were also very nice. My kids had an amazing time. We will definitely be back!

Family fun day! Jeff did great! The Splitkis family loves the lanes here

Great place to bowl, good food, good drinks and very clean.

I took my two young sons this past memorial day to use a Groupon I had purchased for their arcade. We stayed for about an hour and had a blast. The man working the counter noticed we had spent about 50 tokens trying to win stuffed animals from the claw machine (which is notoriously difficult) We were about to leave happy but empty handed when he stopped us and gave my 4 and 7 year old each a stuffed animal, saying that it wasn't right to have spent so much and leave empty handed. As I said, we had a great t

I had a great time. Fun using all my money on claw games and being the worst bowler, but still had a blast!

Love this place staff and management are amazing

Good time celebrating a birthday Nice 2 hours on a Friday. Yummy Munchies, reasonable prices.

Had a last minute b-day party and they were so accommodating to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed

We had our company Christmas party here and had a very nice time. The staff was nice and the food was good. I gave 4 stars because when I compare it to the other Bowlero, there is no other activities and the food menu is minimal.

Nice atmosphere big place friendly staff tons of family fun

Very racist very prejudice my family came here for a kids party and couldn't enjoy bowling because they said our kids did not have bowling shoes on they had sneakers on and they did not have our kids size . Ruin the party don't come here at all especially if you are of color they would make you very uncomfortable . Definitely won't come back here ever again and would definitely keep your kids away from these racist people we are in 2024 almost 2025 and have to deal with this ??

Went with the family kids had an incredible time! 3 year old daughter loved the ramp and bumpers she beat us! Food was amazing and drinks were delicious!

There were a lot of bowling and they were easy to use. The arcade was small, but it still had some decent games. The food was delicious and filling.

Bowlero Bristol always has been and continues to be our go- to spot for bowling. Staff remembers your name, service is awesome and you are always well-taken care of. We do not live in the area and pass many houses to come here to bowl. Our family and friends come from all over to visit the pro shop. You won't be disappointed!

We had our sons 7th birthday party here. All the kids had a blast. This place is awesome. We were not rushed, everything was good and staff super friendly. We will be back! Big shot out to Rich, manager at the counter. He was great!

Planned and came here for a friend's bachelor party! Planning process was very straightforward. Staff was very courteous and checked on us regularly, made recommendations for our plans for the rest of the day. Food and drinks were good, and pricing was very reasonable! Overall a very fun afternoon, and I would definitely recommend to anyone planning a group outing with friends! Thanks for a great time!

Had a great family night for my cousins birthday! We had great pizza, the tenders were hot and crisp, and the drinks were delicious! The place was very clean. The staff members were extremely nice, and the prices weren't outrageous. It was a great time and I would definitely recommend!

Love this place! The manager is awesome and the staff are very helpful and great to interact with!

The lanes are nice. It's a little pricey in my opinion, but I didn't go during a special, I went on a Friday night. The server was overwhelmed and I had to wait a long time to order food. I'm fairly patient but was a little bugged when I discovered that an employee that could have taken my order was distracted by chit chat and trying to give away a pitcher of beer that no one wanted instead of taking my food order. He seemed to realize his mistake and was attentive after the fact, but waiting 15+ minutes to

Calm and clean place. I come here with my kids often. I gave 4 stars because I truly dislike how they put all the bowlers on top of one another. Every time I come no matter the time month or day we are all next to each other. I don't get that. This place is huge they have a ton of lanes but they literally will put all the bowlers right next to each other while there's a ton of empty lanes

Very accommodating with excellent service! We came in (group of 9) without a reservation and the staff set aside 2 lanes until our entire party arrived. Getting shoes was quick and easy. Also the shoes were the best I've ever worn at a bowling alley (clean and newer). The variety of music meant there was something for everyone to sing along to. All of the equipment, lanes and seating areas were modern and well maintained. We had a great time!

Fun place! I've been involved with league bowling every Friday night for 2 seasons now, and it's been a great experience. Their food and beverage service is good, but it's a bowling alley, not a restaurant, and prices are a bit high and the menu is limited. The lanes are well cared for, and the bathrooms are always clean, stocked, and working. When you're there for 3 hours for league night, with beverage service, that seems important! The staff is also always friendly and pleasant to its bowlers. I'll be ba

We reserved online and accidentally put down one person extra. The manager and staff were really nice about trying to make it right even though it was our fault. The interior looks like it has a fresh coat of paint, and the bowling shoes looked new-ish. But who knew bowling was so expensive now? It's $159 to reserve online for four people to bowl an hour and a half (shoes included and a scammy $12.95 event fee) If you subtract the event fee, is it worth $36 a person for an hour and a half of bowling? Giving

awsome place to bowl..nice and friendly staff.

They bost of 36 lanes, yet every time you call they are fully booked with League play for the entire afternoon, evening and night. Why would all 36 lanes need to be used simultaneously for non public games seems to not target and overlook the family experience all 7 days of week 4 times now, all the same. We are fully booked with League Play. I'd look someowhere else, if family night is the plan. If you want to play on a team, looks to be the place to be. Family memories, not so much. Check avalibility for

Expensive. Was told $10/game initially, but when it came time to pay.. Turns out it was $10 per person per game. Very misleading. Ended up buying our whole family memberships because the two games was going to cost over $100.

This place is ridiculously expensive and the people working were rude. Front desk guy started helping us and then ignored us and started talking to someone else.. claimed it was ?multitasking?. We ordered hotdogs that were way over cooked or old, the buns were hard and we never even received our sodas that were supposed to come with the meal. $25 for 3 hotdogs and a few fries. When we went up to get the drinks they tried to charge us again. Another man walked over to us and asked ?you want the bumper

We've had our sons birthday there two times already. Its a great environment. The staff was alert and prepared. The food was great; pizza, chicken fingers, fries.. We will definitely be going back in the near future.

Had a great time at the bowling alley. Lanes were well maintained and the faculty was bright, clean and modern. Seems like the kind of place where lots of regulars go. Food was good. We went here specifically because I read reviews that the pro shop was good and I was not disappointed. Bought a ball for my son. Pro shop guy was friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy, good over all experience.

Always great customer service. Friendly and professional, the staff goes out of their way to make you feel wanted. Your business is appreciated. I drive further to play here, but the food and drinks are good. The wait staff is attentive and remembers our usual weekly orders! That means a lot! The manager pitches in where ever needs arise, as does the rest of the staff. Feels like family here!!

It was OK looking place the drinks are real good the food is good. But what I didn't like is if you are having a birthday for 2 hours and you are in the middle of your game they shut it off without saying anything, which is just rude when they could have came up to the host and said something

If u haven't been to Bristol Pike Lanes, u should take a trip there. They have an OUTSTANDING Staff that r VERY helpful with everything. The food and drinks r the tops too. DEFINITELY a 5 STAR place for fun and excitement and also Glen and Ray r Master craftsman in the Pro shop. If u haven't been there go ASAP truly a great place and Family friendly Atmosphere

Want to add a .5. My first time here, and won't be the last. Love the way the balls are set up. Wanted to buy the one I found. Enjoyed my experience.

We went to bowl on a Sunday. They told us they only had leagues on Sunday's so we could not bowl. I asked if we could come back the following Saturday and they said they had open bowling then. We asked what time and they said all day. We came back the following Saturday and they gave us a lane. We paid for two hours. About halfway through our time, our lane shut down. We did not know what was going on so we went to ask. They told us that there was a league starting and we had to move to another lane. We had

The service was great they let me stay a little longer because I came late they have beer and munchies the service is fantastic shout out to Kelly and Kim for helping me out.

This place is wonderful the staff is so beautiful they treat you with such respect the bowling alleys are clean the bathrooms are clean the food is excellent I love this place and I come back so I can do my birthday here it was so much fun

Staff is friendly. the bowling lanes themselves provide consistent challenge. The food is tasty.... If there's anything I could think that could be a slight downturn maybe maybe that the food may be more expensive than I would expect it to be... I wouldn't consider this a negative to the lane's just a perception study perception however

horrible place. the staff was rude and the entire place was dirty. on the walk in i saw a rat outside but didn't think much of it, but when i got in i saw another rat running near the kitchen. our seats were sticky even after we wiped them down with wet wipes. we paid for two games and honestly should?ve just left after one. will not be returning, unless it becomes abandoned because then at least it'll be a cool place to take photos. it would probably have less rats too.

I hadn't been to this alley in years, but I went last weekend and it was amazing! Completely remodeled - new floors, new screens, new chairs and tables, etc. it was so nice I couldn't believe it. The staff were so friendly and helpful in picking out whether to bowl per game or unlimited and we ended up saving nearly $50 with the unlimited bowling package. With the remodel this is now the nicest alley around!

Very friendly staff. We had lots of fun there. The kids loved it. We didn't try their food but drinks were good.

So much fun. They do a new years Eve bowling. Great price, great time. The staff is super friendly. Yes, they actually care if you are having a good time. Awesome place.

Great place to bowl... lanes and place is very, very clean and immaculate.... only problem was ATM Machine wasn't working... and I got 2 drinks at the bar for 7.75 $ and used a 10 $ bill to pay and got 2 $ change... and I wasn't the only person this happened too!!! Where is that change ( .25 cents) going???? Is it part of the tip that I left already????

We had a great time, nice people.

Definitely have to play on these lanes again. Great alley, great vibes. Check Them Out Forsure.

Nice place with plenty of parking. Prices are great for bowling. Everything was very clean as well. Plenty of food that can be ordered and cooked fresh. I can really only point out one problem. There are no vending machines for drinks or snacks that I could see. But as I said they have food and the like cooked to order.

Dated looking and couldn't bowl because of league night yet nobody was there

My time spent at bowlero was very enjoyable. Not too crowded, staff was nice, and overall was a very friendly atmosphere with no current complaints. 10/10 would go again.

I try to hit AMF once a week. I think that the staff are all very kind, helpful, and personable. The Pro Shop has knowledgeable staff and decent prices. The food always smells great and a lot of people seem to enjoy it, but I go to bowl, not eat! They use brand new, high tech lane computers, which is awesome! Also worth noting is that the lighting is great. The lanes aren't as forgiving as other alleys, which I personally like. (I've only been Bowling for (almost) 8 weeks now, but my average at AMF is consi

The manager and staff were so hospitable and made sure kids and adults had fun! Food was great, facility was clean and not too crowded! We will be back for sure.

The manager I spoke to tonight (short blonde female) was increasingly aggressive over simple questions. I have been here many times over the past decade with no problems at all. The sass left a terrible taste in my mouth. I can't go back here again. It's just silly that my favorite place has turned into a hostile environment.

This is a very nice place. The staff are very accommodating and pleasant. The food and drinks are good. The decor is nice. The prices are great after 6 p.m. Overall it was a very good experience. I am definitely going back.

The place itself is nice and it was a good experience in all. My complaint is the cost. For me, my wife, and my niece to bowl three games it cost $100 ($9 per game per person plus $6 for each shoe rental). That's crazy! I know costs are high everywhere and I know my memories of getting a lane for $40 for two hours is antiquated, but $100 for 1.5 hours of bowling for three people is excessive.

We had an outing with the Reach Cyber Charter School, we had a great time. The facility was clean and the staff was happy to see everyone. Pizza, chicken strips, french fries and tater tots were served along with soda and water. Bowling is always fun!

The ower made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Great clean place.

GM was great to is at our sons party. Truly wanted us to have a great time and we did. Also has been updated since I was there last. Nee seats and computer systems.

I had a great time with the family. The reason I gave 4 stars intead of 5 is because none of the bartenders knew how to make any of the specialty drinks that are highlighted on their menu. I got a "Rockin Rita" (I think that's what it was called) and it was made completely different each time.

Great pace for family fun. Can get moderately expensive after paying for the lane , shoes and food for four . I walked away spending $80 for about 2 1/2 -3 hrs. My kids love it here and have a blast , that makes it worth it for me.

Friendly staff. Clean lanes. Completely remodeled. New screens, new system, new lanes. Best bowling alley in town. Can't beat the Sunday promo. Unlimited bowling from 11 to 1 for $10 or $3 per game if you only want to do a game or two.

Spent the afternoon bowling with my grandson and granddaughter. So much fun. Way more fun than a movie for the same amount of money plus you get exercise. Haven't bowled in years and now I am hooked again. Great family time. Bowling alley was well kept and clean.

My grandchildren had a great time. However, it is a little pricey. There should be a more reasonable package for children who want to just have fun.

Great bowling! Good prices, very friendly staff. Very clean. The equipment seems older to other bowling places I've been, but really the only thing you need are the lanes. I didn't bring my A-Game, but it was still a very fun experience nonetheless. Would recommend.

I was here on a Sunday after 8. The staff was friendly, one guy started talking with an aussie accent randomly which was great. Games were cheap. Had a blast. Only downfall was it was supposed to be open until 11 and they closed at 10.

Great fun with the family.

Nice lanes and pro shop is great!! I picked up a new ball when I was there

Tonight on 09/19/2021 my family and I went to the location in Bristol PA. There was 9 of us between my brother and my family. The English accent guy said it's 22 and some change a person and you get from 9pm until closing plus the shoe rental. It was a great time until 2 hours in they cutt us off. I admit that I cussed the English guy out because he wouldn't admit he made a mistake. My family went there a week ago on a Saturday and spent 60 bucks for 3 hours. Why would someone spend 22 bucks a person for 2

Bowling here has been great for me every time I go. Not just for me but for my family as well. I've joined a league here and for my third year it has gotten much better with the employees, new and old, the place has gotten an awesome makeover inside with new flooring, paint, tv screens and seating, and the bar area. I was in another league and returned back to Bristol because it's just 10 times better. I highly recommend this place for a fun time and if you want to join a league. If so... join Saturday nig

It's a nice place to go with the family to have fun. There are respectful workers there. They just need to open earlier then the after noon like 11:00am that would be great. But other wise great awesome place to go to

They have a bowling league on a Friday night so we would have had to wait two hours to bowl. Who has a league, that takes up the entire alley, on a Friday?? It's the weekend. That's when most people want to do something fun with friends or family. Also, their ?arcade? was four games. Not really an arcade to me.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
