Customer Reviews

Absolutely beautiful service everyone was accommodating and polite. I also had an expired Groupon that I wanted to use and they graciously accepted it for the use of food alcohol and gaming. Delivered drinks to add food to my Lane and checked in to ask if I needed anything repeatedly. Thank you for the awesome service.

Shout out to Nat, manager of the day, manager of the week, manager of the month, manager of the year. She goes above and beyond Customer Service with her Guest. Ensuring their needs are met with her great customer service and sparkling smile.. her friendly warm personality makes you feel like you are with Family. Thank you Bowlero for having such a kind and genuine person manage your establishment. My family and I appreciate her?.

Came here for a bowling birthday party. It was a great place for party, we had a lot of fun. Their food was pretty decent - Pizza, pasta, French fries, fruit trays etc. They have around 30 bowling lanes and music was decent. Overall a great experience and recommend this spot.

Summer pass great. But very slow lines and wait times if you go at bad tomes. Come here for a great deal in the summer, but waste a lot of your time waiting and not bowling. It will be much better if you go at very early times. For nights, good luck. Call before hand, there might also be a random field trip taking up every lane.

This bowling alley is very well maintained and has a great vibe! It is a little pricey, but they do run specials!!

Everything was great. Food was brought out fast to our lane and the customer service at the desk was great. Also, I would like to give a big shout out to Natalie the manager that was on duty. Natalie was amazing. She was very helpful and catered to all of out needs and was very accommodating. Our bowling game kept getting messed up, the screen was not mayching what we would bowl. It would say the the next person already bowled and knocked down pins before that person even bowled. But managmemt took care of

This place is very good. They have too many area for playing. Very big place. Their price is good. Very busy place. My first experience was excellent. My kids like. Kids want to come back sure. They have restaurant also inside. Food prices were great. Also quality was not that bad. Only was problem they don't carry gluten free pizza every day. My suggestion is to them plz Carry gluten free all the time. Lights are so good. Definitely I recommend this place.

We had the best time! We went on a Sunday afternoon before 3 PM, and the crowd was light. We had 2 lanes to ourselves, our server was great, and the food was really good! I recommend searching for a Groupon because it can get pricey.

We loved harvest park bowl back in the day!!! We came here a year ago when they started the remodel of the front desk and the bar. Glad to see it all come together. It's an amazing bowling alley and the staff is top notch. Happy to have kept coming back and that we have a great bowling alley in our town. Food and beverages are solid too. Wings have a nice rub on them!

I come in often and always get treated well. The bartenders are fantastic. Especially Alyssa and Krista on Friday and Saturday nights. They are always busy, but never too busy to give all customers the best service. That Krista is Entertaining too.

This place is so nice!! Had our softball end of season party here and everything from start to finish was ON POINTTTTT!! Quick check in, girls were bowling within 15 minutes of arrival, and the food was outstanding. Is it a little pricey? Yes, BUT it's worth the price they charge seriously because everything was so good. Our point person that we were given was attentive and really took care of us. A huge clean arcade is also available, and there is a bar area. This is my 2nd time here, and both times have b

We visited Bowlero in Brentwood on Easter Sunday around 8 PM, and I have to say, this place blew me away. It's not your typical bowling alley. First off, the place was spotless. From the lanes to the arcade, everything felt clean and well-maintained, which really makes a difference when you're out having fun. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. You can tell they actually care about making sure everyone has a good time. A special shout-out to Corey, the manager, he was awesome. He took great c

Bad first impression. First time at the Bowlero was a Saturday night with my family. The place is clean and well designed. Friendly sales staff, lively crowd. Dinged one star for sticker shock $10 per game + $6 for shoes (that's $80 just to get on the lane). Dinged another star for an apathetic serving staff. It's Saturday night, come on people! Snack bar told me to go to the main bar for soda. Main bar had two people sitting, two people waiting and a barkeep that couldn't be bothered. There's a h

came here for my birthday and had such a good time. Nat was very friendly and helpful as well as the rest of the staff! the establishment was very clean as well. will definitely be coming back!

Hosted and "Adulting" Friend party! Highly recommend the Super Bowl package with drinks and food included. The new upgrades are beautiful with designated lounge areas and food station. You also get a hostess to get your drinks from the bar. Food was very good especially the garlic parmesan wings! This would also be great for corporate team building!.

Went here a little while back forgot to leave a review, I was celebrating my cousin?s birthday, the drinks were really nice would recommend if you're in the Brentwood area.

Bowlero is the only place I can imagine bowling. The management is friending and fun, the lanes are clean, everything is amazing.

Recently renovated and the staff is always friendly. My 5 year old son loves to come here to bowl and play the video games. They also have a bar and pool tables.

Love the staff at this Bowlero! Sabrina, Ray, Krystal and Jess are so amazing with their friendliness, kindness and attentiveness. I highly recommend this bowling alley. It's been remodeled recently. Super clean. Such a great vibe. The food and drinks are great! The arcade has lots of fun games to play.

It's nice I love the place, but we were there asked for a lane then got 6th place the lady did not tell us how much time so we decided to wait 30 minutes, we got fed up and almost crashed out, so we decided to go ask the people in the front desk how much time and what position we are we were in 5th position and they told us it we probably won't get a lane til another hour. It would be nice if somebody told us at the time we went to the front desk. Long story short we left.

This is my go to place for Pinball. The staff are very attentive. Justin in the Kitchen makes the best wings in town! Ray Crystal and Jason are always around to help me and the family out!

I went to see my cousin play in a tournament Atmosphere is very pleasant and comfortable.

Very fun! My friend had her birthday there and we had a great time

This place was really amazing. A nice little vacation drive. We were celebrating my brother's event there. It was amazing

Even on a busy night, the staff is super friendly, the food is great, and everyone is having a good time. Can't wait to come back!

Clean and definitely kids friendly whether they bowl or play the arcade open room. We didn't try their drink or food, but the price seems reasonable. We will go back again.

Came here on 2/23/25 if I could give this place a 0 star I would, me and family were visiting from out of state and I went to the bar area it was a short cut Caucasian woman working older lady when I wasn't greeted I asked for water cups she hesitated and gave me 2 when I was with a party of 7 she accused me of drinking just because I asked for water cups she was very rude and when I asked for more water cups other than the 2 she said no and then proceeded to give me the pre made water cups while saying ?l

Loved the bowling experience. The staff was very patient to assist whenever there was a glitch during the game or when we needed food even though they were fully booked on New Year?s

Great place for bowling. Had so much fun attending my nephew's bday. Staff were very nice, they helped us with all our needs. Very clean and cool arcade/ gaming area to play.

Worth mentioning that after a work party this year, 7 people got sick within 24 hours of eating there.. one confirmed with Flu A and one with RSV and told she must have got it from someone sneezing on food or something she touched... we can only assume this place wasn't cleaned very well upon our arrival. Also worth mentioning we paid for a bowling league and we're promised bowling balls to which we ended up waiting 3 weeks for vouchers to order online (drilling NOT included in vouchers), then 2 weeks for s

Very nice bowling alley recently remodeled. So great to have a new bowling alley in the area. The staff is very attentive to assist with any new computer issues or if you break a glass. They are fast to assist.

Great bowling alley. Best part I enjoyed was the arcade area. They have a Halo arcade multiplayer shooting game. It was great seeing and playing this. Lots of fun for adults and kids alike.

I came here so my boys can have some fun and they did. Good Customer service and the atmosphere was really good. Went to the snack area to get some drinks I lost my interest in ordering some food because that kitchen area was a mess and my popcorn was a little burn and for that reason I give them a 3 star. P.S. I didn't order food.

Bowlero Brentwood is an outstanding place for family fun or a good time with friends. Ray the manager goes out of his way to ensure guests are having a good time and are enjoying their experience. The staff always put customers first. Sebrina works the customer service counter and is always very accommodating and pleasant. Gina is an excellent bar tender, she is very attentive to the customers and makes drinks right every time. Can't say enough good things about Bowlero Brentwood. I only mentioned a few emp

Neighborhood bowling alley. A Great family place.

Very clean and super fun, Nat is helpful and super friendly

Just can't say enough about how fun this place is! There is something for everyone...bowling, laser tag, video games, pinball machines, food and other arcade games. The establishment is impeccably clean, the employees are friendly, professional and courteous and the bar has amazing bartenders and drinks...the prices are reasonable and it's GREAT FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT..oh, did i mention they have a section for birthday parties and they offer all sorts of packages if you want to enjoy someone's special day! In

Great bar. Bartender Krista is PHENOMINAL! Personable, real, and gets customer service to the core. Totally made my experience.

Really nice but just a little expensive for us but looked like a nice place to bowl.

Waited for more than 1 hour in the waiting lists with multiple lane available. Bad customer service service. I wouldn't recommend.

We had a blast bowling and so much family fun.

Was ok for spent time with family, the kids have fun. No so much option to eat, Restrooms no good, The food service is bad, slow and no nice people, half an hour for my order and they said "she is the only one making the food" so why don't you have more employees? IS FATHER'S DAY

This place is very clean and run very well has great helpfull mangers as well

Good service very clean. Went on a Sunday afternoon there was plenty of open lanes.

Went for drinks no more pool table bartender good but no vibe

Wow they sure made this place amazing after what used to be harvest park bowl. Was here for my nephews birthday and service was pretty great. The food pricing packs were priced very well and had ample food for all the kiddos. Bar service was a little slow with only 1 bartender on deck. But this was also an afternoon party, so that was to be expected. The overall design and improvements made to the alley itself is leaps and bounds better than it used to be. A welcome addition to the brentwood entertainment o

I expected too much, place was average. Lane broke down we had to switch lanes. Balls were not coming back

When I got to the front desk the lady said i only needed my card to check in and at the end just check out and pay. I like the place looks nice and the decoration is good At the front desk they have a big screen with a promotion that says each game is $10dlls and the third is $6 and also get a $5 arcade card The menu it is in the lane table I order food and drinks with my phone and the service was good, we got the drinks fast and the pizza in about 20~30 minutes pizza was ok, place was clean and had a go

Great bowling spot for all ages! Has a bar, food, games for kids. Had fun on Christmas day! ???

Very nicely remodeled, great drinks and good food. Staff is amazing! Plus 300 game baby!

On google it shows that there are pool tables and dart boards here, BUT THERE ISN'T I guess they remodeled and removed them. Looks like a fun place for the family though.

Gorgeous, nostalgic, and clean bowling alley!!! It was recently beautifully remodeled. I visited again on 12/16/2023, and the customer service was top knotch! They didn't even know I was celebrating a *milestone* birthday that weekend, and they made my experience even more special and memorable than I could have asked for. A few things went wrong that day, so their kindness and generosity meant so much to me. Thank you for making me feel so special, Bowlero!!! I can't wait to come back. :)

The updates they have done, the super friendly staff and kid friendly atmosphere. Earns 5 stars. Definitely coming back again.

I'm 40 weeks pregnant and ready to pop at any min. These guys were able to work with me to get my sons birthday party planned. And it went off without a hitch. He enjoyed himself and I didn't have to stress about details. The manager was great our host was great. And most importantly my son enjoyed himself.

Went on a Saturday evening with our family of 4. They told us the wait was very short, yet we waited an hour while there were plenty of lanes open. The poor girl at the front desk was left to herself to deal with a line that stretched all the way to the bar. The manager was there but it seemed like he was hiding in his office. Should have been out there helping her and leading by example. The right bumper on our lane never came up for my 9 year old, but the line was too long to tell anyone about it. Th

First-time customer. There were some problems with the lanes turning off. Other customers stealing balls. The food was cool. Overall, it was a good experience. I will return.

The service we received from this establishment was horrible. The waitress or whatever her position was had a problem from the very beginning. She is a young lady with red hair and glasses. I never caught her name because she didn't think it was necessary for us to have it. She told my daughter that if the adults keep eating the food that she paid for then her credit card would be charged. Granted it was kids party but there is nothing in the contract that says the food is only for the kids. Plus the party

Helpful staff, lots of parking and clean location.

Once a pillar of the Brentwood community, now just a joke. The bar is awful, with only one real bartender. Kids running and playing in the bar. Loud environment. Bar unattended. Bright carnival games flashing all over the place. Expensive food, what a shame. If you like air hockey, video games, kids, Expensive food, and an empty bar, this is your place.

The place got a face lift and looks good. My complaints are that we had six people in our party and they would only give us one lane and the lady the counter gave me the wrong size shoe when I went back to exchange it she said I had to get back in line. Our game was on a time limit, and we ran out of time because of having to wait in line a second time and to many players for one lane.

Lanes were dry but expected since it was noon and there was no league. Only gripe was that we ordered food and it took 2 hours to get it, however the manager was super cool and hooked us up for the inconvenience.

Great place to bring the family, it has a nice arcade, bar and kitchen, the bowling lanes are great. Good for birthday parties. The staff is super accommodating and very friendly, they constantly made sure we were having fun and the lanes were to our liking. The staff is what makes this place awesome.

Always a fun place to go bowling is always good here.

Had a lane w a broken screen. Didn't get any comp for it. The pins kept getting stuck inside the machine. Bartender had an attitude w my friend, kept telling us to wait for our drinks. Tried to charge us full price for our games until I mentioned they had a special that day on their website. Not a very pleasant experience. Not sure if I'll be back

Very family oriented and the manager even came bye and asked us if we needed anything. Awesome business going back this weekend.

Expensive and food was slow. Still a good time.

See you on Monday for Fries,Chicken Strips, Diet Pepsi

Great place to take the kids to enjoy a couple rounds of bowling. Fun and friendly atmosphere. Cosmetic bowling during the later hours. Drinks from the bar were great but the food could use a little help. I've never seen kids turn pizza down before. They flat out refused to eat it. The wings were way too salty for my taste. Lots of teenagers around but no rowdy crazy. Overall a good stop for some family fun.

We would like to take our son bowling, like we used to, but Bowlero is price gauging. 1.5 hours for 3 people is $101!!! Plus the price of food. Our teenage son and his friends used to be able to bowl almost everyday during the Summer. He loved it and got really good. But since Bowlero bought them out he didn't get to this year. It's terrible.

Came for cousins birthday, the staff was friendly. The set up was simple, there was a probl3m with 1 TV not working on our 1of 2 lanes, but they switched us to two lanes next to each other that worked.

Loved it first time being in a bowling alley I live in oakland And the only bowling alley is in Alameda. I live across the bridge and I can't believe i'm fifty eight years old and i've never been in a bowling alley, Wow But on my grandson's birthday, a week ago we went over to Brentwood and I had a blast watching the little one's bold. Loved it, the staff was great courteous and very helpful. Thank you guys..

Poor customer service. And I definitely felt they were a little racist. I will never be returning!

This place has a nice atmosphere, it has a good crowd, and it's relatively affordable. It was about 5 bucks for shoes and 6-7 dollars per game. We got there around 6 on a Saturday and got a lane before it became packed. Maybe make a reservation ahead of time.. The music was quite good, and the arcade seems clean and broad for the smaller size area. I would go again

Great family funand excellent place for personalized birthday parties.

Will not be patronizing them after new ownership. Unfortunately they will no longer honor the discount the special needs classes were receiving from the previous owner. Delta bowl in Antioch has ALWAYS been extremely considerate and accommodating to the special needs population I work with. I was also told by a colleague they didn't feel very welcome after that. ????????

Third Bowlero we have been to and it was awesome . We had Raymond help us and really made everything great.

Based on today's visit, this bowling alley is great!! We didn't have to wait too long to get a lane. We had two children age 7 and 5. We arrived after 9:00pm and we were bowling by 9:20. It took an hour to get through the game because we were all novice bowlers. From when we checked in we were treated with respect all the way through checking out and turning in points won at the arcade. Their employees went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and the level of customer service is why I gave th

$28 a play per person, $5 soda, 20 minute wait times for bar food, the pizza is the worst I've ever had, the mozzarella sticks tasted like flavored and salted oil, the remodel isnt even complete, and the terminals are the same as they have been for the past idk 10 years which is an issue when lane 26's terminal is breaking down. At least the arcade was good.

We went to Harvest Park Bowl for my birthday. My sisters and I used to go every year in the fall to celebrate all of our birthdays but the last several years we stopped. I missed those times so when my husband asked what I wanted to do for my birthday this year I said "I want to go bowling". The time we had didn't disappoint me at all. The assistant manager made our time there feel special. The employees were attentive and friendly. The alley itself was clean and in excellent repair and the balls weren't

I was just trying to get some quick food but 30+ minutes for some fries is actually crazy unfortunalty i didnt have 30 minutes to wait so i didnt get my food and am short 17$

BOWLERO: ?????? First time coming since the new face-lift. Chose to come for my birthday, and even though it was a holiday week, there were several open lanes. Staff was friendly but wouldn't allow us to take up 1 of the unused set of 2 lanes next to us in case a large group came. I get that, but with several sets of open lanes, it would've been nice to have room to put all our balls on the bowling ball rack at our lane. Thank goodness, at least we didn't get any other food besides french fries that we cou

Hard to get a lane. Packed

Had a great time. Granddaughters balls would go so slow, they got stuck. No problem, no complaint, just fixed it. Wonderful afternoon if fun for the family.

There was a kid there that was between like 17 and early 20s with long dirty blond hair and he was doing so much work lol while staying calm and composed. It was labor day weekend and it was crowded and of course everybody is selfish and was lined up barking orders at him. I was saying to my wife you know they are not paying him anything and he is doing more work to have this business succeed than anybody else in the company.

Me and my best friend went over to enjoy the food and bowling on this foggy cold day. We met Ray he was there to assist us with cleaning our lane area up. Went to go grab some food and once again ray was there to make sure we got what we ordered. I highly recommend this place, great people. Thank you Ray!

Had a great time. Everything is state of the art

Great experience, fall pass has been amazing and staff has been super cooperative and fun.

Great customer service, and great lanes! Love bowlero!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
