Always a good time here! The staff is amazing and they are super friendly. Just qent for my son's school event and it was done very well!

Large place with lots of lanes. The staff is super friendly. There is an arcade area, bar and I believe, pool tables. Lots of families can be accommodated. Prices were okay. They offer a military discount for games. The atmosphere is decorative. I recommend for a fun day or night.

Took kids here for some summer fun at the arcade. Kids had a great time and won some fun prizes. The ladies at the front desk were so patient and helpful as was the manager, who helped us with getting the prize machine restocked with an item my daughter really wanted to redeem her tickets on. Would 100 percent recommend this place due to their great staff and fun activities!

A wonderful experience, my first time visiting this place and I really enjoyed it, very quiet and cozy, for $20 you play for a few hours and then you can play in the Arcade for two more hours, a perfect deal. The food was a little expensive, but we ordered a pizza and a pitcher of beer for $30, not a bad deal compared to buying it separately. Definitely looking forward to coming again.

Had an absolutely amazing time bowling, drinking and eating. Lines were moving efficiently, food was hot and we had great service. Took my boyfriend and son here today and had a blast. The staff is so nice. The bartender Danny was incredible! Food was great. It was a wonderful time. The arcade was SO much fun!

Not bad but not the best, went on a Wednesday evening from 8pm - 10pm. Took them till 9 to turn the black lights on but only half the place was switched over, random video playing on the projectors including live tv of the Disney channel. Pizza was pretty decent, has two pool tables at the bar but the bartender didn't know where to get the balls at and we didn't feel like waiting at the main counter to walk back down to the bar just to play pool.

Had a great time during my first visit. You can order food and drinks with an QR Code. We played for 2 hours not on a league. It was clean and staff was very nice. We will definitely be back!

A great establishment with much to do and a great staff. Nice walk up restaurant, bar, and convenient restroom. I just joined their summer league, my first league in 35 years. They also have a QR code reader and they will bring your order to your table or lane.

We really enjoyed the bowl and arcade play for $20 a person yesterday! It really is a good deal, however food/ drink prices are outrageous. That's the only flaw. We spent more on food ( an order of nachos, a milkshake and two adult beverages) than we did for all three of us to bowl! But over all it was a great time and the alley was clean!

Me and seven other work buddies decided to have a fun night out. After 20 minutes of being checked in and seated to our lane the manager with a long ponytail decided to say some of our party didn't pay!!? When we went back up there to talk with him, not only would he not talk or explain his accusations.. He wouldn't even make eye contact with me when he was two feet away from us. Bowling here is always a fun time; the lanes are usually well oiled. The arcade has a decent selection of fun games like skeeball, BOP IT, Mario Kart GP, and a remixed version of Pac-Man along with others. As far as the food goes, the wings are the outlier here. Had the best time hosting a toddler birthday at Bowlero! They were organized, clean and efficient which made it SO easy to plan everything out! Would definitely host another birthday here!

Update: Emailed almost two weeks ago with no response. Terrible experience. My boyfriend and I went for date night on Saturday 04/12 for the unlimited bowling. With shoes, it was over $68.00. The bowling alley has potential, but there's room for improvement. The place could be cleaner, and better communication from the staff would go a long way. This is a fantastic family bowling alley! Every lane is equipped with gutter rails that easily go up & down, so you can put them up for no charge if you're bowling with kids who are still learning. Boys always have a good time, new games in the arcade were exciting for them, too! Our ball kept getting stuck on the return, but employees were kind to keep getting it.

The staff was great and the place was clean. But the waitress Jenny's friend was making us feel uncomfortable. We went up and got our own order, But her friend said the manager didn't give her to other help so should have buss our own table. I'm not sure why I tipped her? Love bowling but not on the darker lanes. Since i have some vision issues, i prefer to bowl on lighter lanes since i cannot see the marks on the lane in the dark.

They always have the lights off. It's set for black light bowling. The TV?s reflect on the lanes and I can't see the arrows or marks on the lanes. This place is not for people who want to be good bowlers. It's only set up for children?s parties. The only way you can bowl on a lighted lane is if you are in a league. And the manager told me they have no control over the lights and it's all handled by corporate. Which has to be a lie. I know they have ability to turn the lights on when they want to.

This was a very nice bowling alley. The staff was super friendly. We're from St. Augustine area and the prices for bowling were normal it's what we paid at home so I don't feel that was high. $5 per game and $5 for shoes it was like $11 for shoes and 1 game and $5 for each game after. When did bowling become so expensive! Stopped in on a Friday night and bowled two games. Our bill for two bowlers, two games and shoe rental was nearly $60. We were there less than an hour. Snack bar was outrageously overpriced. Cofee was served in an 8 oz styrofoam cup and cost $3/each. A beer was $12. Bathrooms were dirty and toilets were so low I felt like I was in a grade school bathroom. The bowling alley was not even busy for a Friday night. Lanes were at less than 1/2 capacity. I wonder why?

We went to the AMF bowling alley with our girl scout group. We enjoyed ourselves and the staff made sure the girls were having fun. I would love to come back with my family. I did feel that the food was WAY overpriced.

Came for a 5 yr old's small birthday party. Everyone was SUPER accommodating, friendly, and helpful to this frazzled mom. Was a bit pricey, but to not have to worry about the food, drinks, party favors, etc. WORTH IT. I wish more of the arcade games worked, but it didn't interfere with anyone's fun. Brendan was such a great help. He was at desk and set us up. Helped with the scoring machine and I saw him doing a bunch of other stuff too!! This kid is a real asset to this place. My kids just did state tournament here and it was wonderful. Clean place alot of Sitting areas which it's great Especially tournaments time . Food was good too and fast service.

Decent specials across the week. A bit expensive outside those times. Nice ambiance. We had a pizza that was surprisingly good. However the alcoholic drinks were so watered down that it wasn't a drink at all, it was just expensive juice. Really enjoyed the arcade though I wish there were even more games. Nice place to spend an evening though! Bathroom occasionally messy/dirty looking however, depending on the time.

Went here last night for my sister's bachelorette party. I was very pleased they gave us two lanes down on one end so we had a little more privacy versus being in the middle lanes. The bowling alley looked nice and clean. They had the lights turned down, all the huge flat screens on, and a good selection of music for a more party type atmosphere, perfect for us. Recently planned a birthday party of 8 children here and it was FANTASTIC! It was a little confusing on how to book it but Ashley in group services helped me out tremendously. The day of was hectic trying to get things in order but as soon as I got there I was greeted by managers and servers. Everyone was very welcoming and fun and when the birthday boy got there they were amazing. Especially Jenny she was one of our servers and she was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed, and even sang along

love the remodel. it's very modern, clean, has good deals, and a great arcade and tasty food. we loves it and we will prob go once a week now.

We have been coming here for around 9 years and it is nice to see how much money they have put into it. I wouldn't say it was run down before, but you can tell they put some money into the place to renovate it. Overall it is clean and well maintained so far, and I like how they have the TV's to play sports or shows while you bowl. Good place to take the kids in the summer when the weather outside is just unbearable.

Place was okay. Went for a work party. Lane malfunctioned a couple times but it was fixed fairly quick. We had to go to the counter for help both times.

Great place to take the family for a night of bowling. For the kids they have bumper lanes. The food is reasonably priced and they also have a decent arcade room. However, the arcade games are a little pricey unless you go on Tuesday when they are half off.

The waitress was nice, and checked on us regularly. But after bowling 8 games and going to pay, the guy informed me that the bill was $120, and this was after stating that he discounted 2 games. There was only two of us, and we didn't buy anything but two sodas, which we paid $8 for separately. This place is way too expensive unless you only go on unlimited bowling nights. We just wanted to drop in on a Thursday and have a little fun. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

The atmosphere is friendly and and laid back and the employees are especially friendly and happy to accommodate you. There is a very nice balance between fun and lovely without being overly loud. It's also kept very clean. The small arcade inside has a few gems like air hockey and ski ball but it's high priced and the prizes aren't too exciting. Overall though my son and I had a great time and even brought my dad who enjoyed himself as well.

The lanes are dirty. Many times, my ball comes back with black stuff on it and sometimes chips. The balls constantly get stuck down the lane. The snack bar doesn't have any healthy food, not even salads or any type of vegetables. Most of the food is fried. I used to order the chicken wrap, but they have removed it from the menu.
