Customer Reviews

Always a good time here! The staff is amazing and they are super friendly. Just qent for my son's school event and it was done very well!

Large place with lots of lanes. The staff is super friendly. There is an arcade area, bar and I believe, pool tables. Lots of families can be accommodated. Prices were okay. They offer a military discount for games. The atmosphere is decorative. I recommend for a fun day or night.

Took kids here for some summer fun at the arcade. Kids had a great time and won some fun prizes. The ladies at the front desk were so patient and helpful as was the manager, who helped us with getting the prize machine restocked with an item my daughter really wanted to redeem her tickets on. Would 100 percent recommend this place due to their great staff and fun activities!

A wonderful experience, my first time visiting this place and I really enjoyed it, very quiet and cozy, for $20 you play for a few hours and then you can play in the Arcade for two more hours, a perfect deal. The food was a little expensive, but we ordered a pizza and a pitcher of beer for $30, not a bad deal compared to buying it separately. Definitely looking forward to coming again.

Just had my son's 10th birthday party here and we all had a blast!! Management was AMAZING and ensured everything went perfectly, Thanks Marty! Our party host, Jo was so kind and helpful throughout with food and drinks. We will definitely be back!

Had an absolutely amazing time bowling, drinking and eating. Lines were moving efficiently, food was hot and we had great service. The staff was all friendly and Marty checked on us continuously throughout the night. Thank you bowlero, staff and Marty for a great date night with my husband. Will 100% definitely be back!

Took my boyfriend and son here today and had a blast. The staff is so nice. The bartender Danny was incredible! Food was great. It was a wonderful time. The arcade was SO much fun!

Not bad but not the best, went on a Wednesday evening from 8pm - 10pm. Took them till 9 to turn the black lights on but only half the place was switched over, random video playing on the projectors including live tv of the Disney channel. Pizza was pretty decent, has two pool tables at the bar but the bartender didn't know where to get the balls at and we didn't feel like waiting at the main counter to walk back down to the bar just to play pool.

Had a great time during my first visit. You can order food and drinks with an QR Code. We played for 2 hours not on a league. It was clean and staff was very nice. We will definitely be back!

It was a beautiful experience. My first time went there. To assist two Haitians music Band. Disip and Lovers Band

A great establishment with much to do and a great staff. Nice walk up restaurant, bar, and convenient restroom. I just joined their summer league, my first league in 35 years. They also have a QR code reader and they will bring your order to your table or lane.

We really enjoyed the bowl and arcade play for $20 a person yesterday! It really is a good deal, however food/ drink prices are outrageous. That's the only flaw. We spent more on food ( an order of nachos, a milkshake and two adult beverages) than we did for all three of us to bowl! But over all it was a great time and the alley was clean!

Me and seven other work buddies decided to have a fun night out. After 20 minutes of being checked in and seated to our lane the manager with a long ponytail decided to say some of our party didn't pay!!? When we went back up there to talk with him, not only would he not talk or explain his accusations.. He wouldn't even make eye contact with me when he was two feet away from us. I proceeded to get the manager above him (that also helped checked us in) and he had no problem addressing the situation and fix

One of the better maintained and managed bowling alleys I've been to in years. Kids had a lot of fun; the arcade was a plus. Staff were friendly and attentive--a rarity at most alleys and a nice surprise. Look forward to returning.

Bowling here is always a fun time; the lanes are usually well oiled. The arcade has a decent selection of fun games like skeeball, BOP IT, Mario Kart GP, and a remixed version of Pac-Man along with others. As far as the food goes, the wings are the outlier here. I prefer the lemon pepper since it complements the chicken the best. I've tried buffalo and it was somewhat okay. The Monster Burger isn't much to write home about however, since it is lacking in flavor. The special sauce is far from special so I'll

The Vibe was very nice HOWEVER we bowled for 1.5 hours (2 of us) and the cost of bowling was $89. That's very expensive. The food was also outrageous. Loved the vibe but I'll stick the the lower end bowling alleys for a cheaper cost

Had the best time hosting a toddler birthday at Bowlero! They were organized, clean and efficient which made it SO easy to plan everything out! Would definitely host another birthday here!

I love this place. It's always super fun and our kids always have a great time.

We went there last night to celebrate a birthday with a party of 5. The whole experience was extremely good. We were able fo easily find a parking spot. Cristina was great for helping us finding the best package that suits our group. Nola was our waitress and she was awesome, checking with us multiple times to make sure that we are fine. The food and beverages were absolutely yummy. I might just go back for the Pizza. Thank you all the other people who also went above and beyond to make sure that our experi

Update: Emailed almost two weeks ago with no response. Terrible experience. My boyfriend and I went for date night on Saturday 04/12 for the unlimited bowling. With shoes, it was over $68.00. An hour into it, my purse was stolen from right next to me. I went to the front desk immediately and they wasted no time clearing our 1/2 full beers and table. They looked at some video and said nobody walked by me, told me it mainly viewed the bar, and told me they didn't have time to watch the video from the exits a

One of my favorite places to go. I love the atmosphere. Bowling and Arcade area. Pizza and soda was great. Seating just right.

The bowling alley has potential, but there's room for improvement. The place could be cleaner, and better communication from the staff would go a long way. Prices feel a bit high for the level of quality offered. I think with some upgrades in service and overall maintenance, this spot could be a much better experience

This is a fantastic family bowling alley! Every lane is equipped with gutter rails that easily go up & down, so you can put them up for no charge if you're bowling with kids who are still learning. Similarly, there are enough ramps for every lane so if you're with little kids or anyone with a disability, it's totally accessible. It's very relaxed, and kids? shoes are usually free too. The games can be a little pricey but it's so comfortable to take my nephews there, it's worth it. We even did a birthday par

Great place to have fun bowling, play arcade games or just stop in for a small bite. This place has it all! We enjoyed ourselves with a rather large group and they accommodated us perfectly. The lanes are in good working order and the bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking available

Fantastic. I loved bowling as a kid and still love it today. Hard to find good well kept bowling lanes. Staff is super friendly and ver attentive. Food is quick service and drinks are cold. Lanes are clean and well kept.

Boys always have a good time, new games in the arcade were exciting for them, too! Our ball kept getting stuck on the return, but employees were kind to keep getting it.

The staff was great and the place was clean. But the waitress Jenny's friend was making us feel uncomfortable. We went up and got our own order, But her friend said the manager didn't give her to other help so should have buss our own table. I'm not sure why I tipped her? She then acted like she wanted to leave, which we did. I'm not sure I will return there again or not.

They have a side for fun and one for experience bowlers.

The unlimited bowling really helps you refine your skills! JUST KIDDING! LOL. It is a blast, though, lots more fun to bowl without the league pressure and time constraints. Enjoy some pizza and a beverage at your pace! It does really help your average, too!

Hubby and I had a few hours before our flight back to NYC & took the opportunity to bowl a few games This bowling alley is huge. So many lanes, so leagues and reg players can bowl together The mood is fun, the music spot on, the menu sported quite a variety (we didn't eat) & the vibe- friendly. Hubby and I had a BLAST

Love bowling but not on the darker lanes. Since i have some vision issues, i prefer to bowl on lighter lanes since i cannot see the marks on the lane in the dark.

They always have the lights off. It's set for black light bowling. The TV?s reflect on the lanes and I can't see the arrows or marks on the lanes. This place is not for people who want to be good bowlers. It's only set up for children?s parties. The only way you can bowl on a lighted lane is if you are in a league. And the manager told me they have no control over the lights and it's all handled by corporate. Which has to be a lie. I know they have ability to turn the lights on when they want to.

We had our daughters birthday party here. It was awesome. The staff was wondering. There are alot of food options and the food was yummy. All the kids and adults had a blast

This was a very nice bowling alley. The staff was super friendly. We're from St. Augustine area and the prices for bowling were normal it's what we paid at home so I don't feel that was high. $5 per game and $5 for shoes it was like $11 for shoes and 1 game and $5 for each game after. Plus the bowling alley is in great shape not run down like most. Great atmosphere. I love how they have individual tables for each lane. What was high in price was the food and drink. Drinks (sodas) were like $5 but they were

Awesome service our waitress was amazing. Definitely recommend.!

Prices were a little high, but service at the counter was very good. Beautiful shine on the alley floors and the bathrooms looked and smelled clean. Liked the idea of small tables and chairs set very close to where you are bowling. However, very noisy and visually distracting.

It was a fun thing to do In a cooler day. It was hard to use the keyboard to enter our names but other than that it was great. The arcade was fun also.

I haven't been bowling in awhile so I decided to take my family of 5. I almost fell over when it cost almost 200.00 for 3 games and shoe rental. 70.00 at the snack bar. There is no reason for it except greed. Families are being priced out of everything because of their greed

Counter Staff could use a little bit of customer service training ??. Not particularly welcoming with any questions. No it was not busy. Yes there were multiple staff members.

Had a great time! The place is bright, clean, and well maintained! Good food and drinks, great place for a kid's birthday party too.

The staff was friendly and the ambiance was there hey could use a little maintenance on the machines but other than that we had a solid three games in 2 hours

Newly remodeled! We had a great time here! Game room was a blast! Be sure to check out the special drink offers! We enjoyed some very inexpensive Mai tais! Staff was friendly and helpful. If they would add some new house balls, it would be a 5 star!

Great spot for bowling and kids parties. Food is good quality, bar is fully stocked and their service is friendly

We were having a few issues with getting an event planned, and every time we called in, we spoke with Marty. And I just want to say she is great! She went out of her way to take care of EVERYTHING! She is super sweet! Thank you again Marty ??

All around amazing place. Wonderful hospitality! Specifically Nicky 3 the cook and Nikacie the server. Everyone went above and beyond 10/10

Super friendly staff. Reasonable prices at snack bar & good selection. Great fun for kids.

Absolutely the best the GM Joseph was so helpful everything was perfect everyone had fun and everything was reasonably priced very very happy totally recommend definitely earned their five stars

When did bowling become so expensive! Stopped in on a Friday night and bowled two games. Our bill for two bowlers, two games and shoe rental was nearly $60. We were there less than an hour. Snack bar was outrageously overpriced. Cofee was served in an 8 oz styrofoam cup and cost $3/each. A beer was $12. Bathrooms were dirty and toilets were so low I felt like I was in a grade school bathroom. The bowling alley was not even busy for a Friday night. Lanes were at less than 1/2 capacity. I wonder why?

Well I'm a Regular League Bowler for 10 Years now and like to practice when I can. Went today and the Music is SO LOUD I CAN?T CONCENTRATE ! Then they Turned the Lights Off and You Can't See The ARROWS!!! Company Policy For Today?! WTH?!!Only 3 Quarters of The Alley is Lit Up! Also The TV Screens Flashing!!

We went to the AMF bowling alley with our girl scout group. We enjoyed ourselves and the staff made sure the girls were having fun. I would love to come back with my family. I did feel that the food was WAY overpriced.

Pros: Fun time. Friendly staff. Good selection of food and drinks. Cons: Equipment could use an update.

Came for a 5 yr old's small birthday party. Everyone was SUPER accommodating, friendly, and helpful to this frazzled mom. Was a bit pricey, but to not have to worry about the food, drinks, party favors, etc. WORTH IT. I wish more of the arcade games worked, but it didn't interfere with anyone's fun. Thank you guys so much!! They even decorated, and it was SOOOOO cute!!!!! Very personalized. Manager and staff put a lot of care into what they do, and it was appreciated!

Brendan was such a great help. He was at desk and set us up. Helped with the scoring machine and I saw him doing a bunch of other stuff too!! This kid is a real asset to this place. We will come back just because of him!! Casey the new bartender was good too!! To the very few league bowlers...dont be rude to these guys. They are good guys.

Had a lot of fun glad they had beer

I have to give a shout out to Karah at Bowlero?s for all her help and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make our bowling experience a pleasant one.

My kids just did state tournament here and it was wonderful. Clean place alot of Sitting areas which it's great Especially tournaments time . Food was good too and fast service.

Best in town !!! bring the family , bowling , food, and good vibes

Decent specials across the week. A bit expensive outside those times. Nice ambiance. We had a pizza that was surprisingly good. However the alcoholic drinks were so watered down that it wasn't a drink at all, it was just expensive juice. Really enjoyed the arcade though I wish there were even more games. Nice place to spend an evening though! Bathroom occasionally messy/dirty looking however, depending on the time.

Fantastic place, looks a lot better than other bowling alleys that I've been to!!

Marty the manager us amazing! She helped us out of a groupon jam and made our night! She was pleasant and is loved by her employees. Thank you Marty! We can't wait to go back, we had a blast!

Great place had a awesome time visit

Went here last night for my sister's bachelorette party. I was very pleased they gave us two lanes down on one end so we had a little more privacy versus being in the middle lanes. The bowling alley looked nice and clean. They had the lights turned down, all the huge flat screens on, and a good selection of music for a more party type atmosphere, perfect for us. They were very willing to work within our budget for the party and all the staff were nice and attentive during our event. Everyone had a lot of fu

Amazing place to grab food and drinks :)

MY FAMILY & I HAD A LOT OF FUN!! THE FOOD WAS ALSO REALLY GOOD!!!

Great food and staff and a fun time for all ages

Recently planned a birthday party of 8 children here and it was FANTASTIC! It was a little confusing on how to book it but Ashley in group services helped me out tremendously. The day of was hectic trying to get things in order but as soon as I got there I was greeted by managers and servers. Everyone was very welcoming and fun and when the birthday boy got there they were amazing. Especially Jenny she was one of our servers and she was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed, and even sang along

love the remodel. it's very modern, clean, has good deals, and a great arcade and tasty food. we loves it and we will prob go once a week now.

Love the atmosphere here can't wait to come back.

It was fun, i really enjoyed the time i spent in there. Absolutely very nice interior and food they provided was better. Better place to spent some time with your friend ls and loved one.

Had a great time with family. Waiters were great. Desk staff were quick to respond when we needed them on our lane. Will definitely come back again!

You and two young girls are lane 60. Look like fun at 7 on a TUESDAY? Notice how nobody is actually bowling either? Go to Riverview instead. Much better customer service and facility.

We have been coming here for around 9 years and it is nice to see how much money they have put into it. I wouldn't say it was run down before, but you can tell they put some money into the place to renovate it. Overall it is clean and well maintained so far, and I like how they have the TV's to play sports or shows while you bowl. Good place to take the kids in the summer when the weather outside is just unbearable.

brendan was really helpful with the arcade and showing me where the bathrooms and trash receptacles, as well as different sized balls

Clean and well maintained. Good place to have fun with friends

Place was okay. Went for a work party. Lane malfunctioned a couple times but it was fixed fairly quick. We had to go to the counter for help both times.

Great place to take the family for a night of bowling. For the kids they have bumper lanes. The food is reasonably priced and they also have a decent arcade room. However, the arcade games are a little pricey unless you go on Tuesday when they are half off.

The waitress was nice, and checked on us regularly. But after bowling 8 games and going to pay, the guy informed me that the bill was $120, and this was after stating that he discounted 2 games. There was only two of us, and we didn't buy anything but two sodas, which we paid $8 for separately. This place is way too expensive unless you only go on unlimited bowling nights. We just wanted to drop in on a Thursday and have a little fun. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

The atmosphere is friendly and and laid back and the employees are especially friendly and happy to accommodate you. There is a very nice balance between fun and lovely without being overly loud. It's also kept very clean. The small arcade inside has a few gems like air hockey and ski ball but it's high priced and the prizes aren't too exciting. Overall though my son and I had a great time and even brought my dad who enjoyed himself as well.

Fun place to go. Stick with beer. Mixed drinks were terrible. Food overpriced And also not good. But overall fun!

We forgot how much fun bowling can be, so many laughs ?? flat bread was good too

Enjoyed bowling today. Mom rolled a very high series and we won every game & total wood!

The lanes are dirty. Many times, my ball comes back with black stuff on it and sometimes chips. The balls constantly get stuck down the lane. The snack bar doesn't have any healthy food, not even salads or any type of vegetables. Most of the food is fried. I used to order the chicken wrap, but they have removed it from the menu. The parking lot has huge potholes. The doors going into the bowling alley are hard to pull open, and the side door even has steep stairs, so if you are carrying bowling balls, you m

My favorite bowling alley. They completely remodeled it. The service is top notch. The food and drinks are excellent. I've gone several times now, every time has been a 5 star experience!

My wife and I visited with another couple friends on a date night. Parking was pretty good. The place was busy, but not packed. The shoes are plenty in all sizes. Everyone we met was great and happy to please and provided great customer service...until we ordered the food. It's comfort food. I understand it's not gourmet perfect, but it was acceptable and pretty good actually. On the evening of 17 February 2024, the little lady behind the cash register was absolutely horrible. Her attitude was like she want

Great staff. Was very helpful. Had an issue with one of the lanes and they ended up changing our lane to another one rather quickly.

Great staff and always a fun time!

I celebrate my son?s 16 birthday ?? the manager and the servers really attentive and make my event super especial thank you, we can't wait to celebrate other?s birthdays here ??

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
