They weren't super crowded & was able to give us all the lanes right next to each other. We had Groupons for cheaper lanes & shoes included. The 1st time I went they were very friendly and helpful so I signed up for summer program, when we went again there were different people and DID NOT have the same customer service skills. They didn't smile to ask a question they seemed to get anoid with me. Been going here 3 or 4 times a week consistently for a year now and I'm proud to say this is our local alley. I've been to many others locally but none are as well maintained. Lanes are well kept and oiled here. The staff and service is terrific. I'm always happy when I see Mallory at the counter or Amy working the bar, they always take care of us. This place and its people make me love bowling!

We had a very fun corporate event. Food was fantastic, plenty of bowling, Dan and team VERY accommodating! We also recieved a porcelain Bowling Pin ?? memorial "trophy" that our team signed and we kept it for the office. Great experience- would highly recommend!

Prices for games are pretty high and charged per person + shoe rental. Cost my 3 person family over $100 for 2 games and just sodas... too steep for me for about an hour of entertainment. However, the lanes are well kept and the vibe is nice. Most people are respectful of active bowlers focusing on form. There is a small arcade for those looking for more.

This place is nice all around! It's very clean on the inside, the employees are very nice, and the arcade has a few great games for everyone! They have what looks like a skill based key master with what looks like a ton of experience prizes in it. Hopefully I win from it one day when I come back!

I wanted to reserve lanes but I had 1 over plus online reservations required shoe rentals when we had our own. I called and told them my conflict with the online reservation system. I was told " don't worry we do walk ins" when I went in I was told over an hour and half wait I should have done reservations. I told them my conversation I had. Their response was we would have never said that.

This bowling alley LACKS customer service. Our server, Tori, did not check on us a single time throughout our visit. This place has changed so much! Last time I was here was July 2010. I love that it's much more open and updated. Glow bowling isn't the same as it used to be but the unlimited bowling after 10 was great.

It has been renovated since the last time I was there. Ive been going on and off for 20+ years. The new arcade is great. Nice and roomy with a huge screened PAC-MAN game and the area was clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I have had 2 kids partys here never a problem. The lanes and score keeper we're up to par. Very nice and modern. There's a bar and a snack bar. Price has gone up since I last been there.

Overall a good bowing arena with some arcades as well. Two of us were there for a couple of games and it costed us $52 $10 per person per game and $6 per person for rental shoes. There are a Groupon coupons available for much better deal (by hour vs by game). Will definitely get those before next visit. We didn't try food or drinks, so can't review based on that.

Met up with family here because it was a good halfway point. Do your own research - seemed pretty pricey to me. We paid around $250 for 8 people, 2 games, with shoe rentals. Some places can also do bumpers per player - we didn't test this but it seemed like you couldn't do this. Again, do your own research.

Went on a Sunday evening and I reserved my lane online as I was unsure about the COVID restrictions. Arrived and was given our shoes and lane and everything was all goody until they ran out of food. The food is a bit pricey, esp if you have a family, so to run out was unacceptable, but otherwise we had fun. Also they have a small gaming area which I wouldn't call an "arcade" but it has some pretty decent games.

I have been league bowling here for 16 years and always have a blast. If you really enjoy the game of bowling a league is the way to go. Don't be shy, low averages get handicap pins and make or break a matchup. Just have fun.

Very family oriented, a little pricey for bowling, but they do run specials, Friday nights unlimited bowling from 10pm - 1am is probably the best deal. They have food and beverages, and alcohol beverages, the place is clean, and there are quite a few lane s, they is a little arcade for the younger children.

Haven't been here in a very long time, great update to the place, the food is pricey for it to be a bowling alley, and the bowling garters are not electrical so once they are up, they are up as far as a one-lane purchase with children. My two alcohol purchases were not so great as well. All in all, it's not bad for a fun outing.

Staff is very friendly and understanding but definitely expect everything to be delayed since they're understaffed took them like an hour for them to bring 1 milkshake. Had a great time at a Preschooler party. Food was tasty and kid appropriate like burgers pizza fries sauces. My kid is nut free so we bring marshmallows to share at cake time. Games are better for big kids and adults to play on behalf of kids. There was 1 scary shooting game down by the bar that my kid didnt like so i'm glad its way away from entrance and main area.

The place closes at 11pm the staffs customer service stops functioning way before then. The bowling alley is empty with one lane being bowled, yet we'll have to be placed on a waiting list? Makes no sense at all. The food is already put up before 10 even hits and the staff is overall rude whispering and complaining. If you don't want to work late don't be available for night shift. Left without bowling or even a bite to eat pitiful service.

We went with a group for my nephew's birthday and it was fun and clean. Service was a little slow, but all the workers were very nice and working hard. Cocktails were good. The last time I went I loved the pizza and it's definitely different now and not at all good, but that's my only complaint.

It seems as though they are very understaffed. We waited 20 min for someone to put our bumpers up and close to an HR for 2 orders of wings and a large fries ($50) which finally came to us, not even exaggerating, ICE COLD. And the prices are high too. 2 adults 2 kids for 2 games will run you $100. I feel like the prices do not match the service. No one wants to spend that much money for slow mediocre service and cold food. Hopefully they get properly staffed soon!

Even though he was handling all the drinks & food orders, he still made sure my Cousins Son party was handled accordingly. We had NO COMPLAINTS.. I was just there to watch my son bowl but, I will say this. The food is just WAY overpriced and honestly not that good. I also saw bags of French fries sitting on the counter without being put back in the freezer for a very long period of time. Makes me wonder what else goes on in that snack bar.

Bathrooms are not clean. Customer Service was very hit or miss. Food is not good. Drinks are really good. Employees who are nice are REALLY nice. But many were disgruntled, rude, short. For the amount of money we spent to host our party we just hoped for the basics to be met cleanliness wise.

Everytime I've gone, I wasn't able to bowl because of tournaments going on. But that's not a big deal. I have fun in the arcade. For the first time ever, I won 4 big plushies from the big crane game. It could have just been luck, but I've always been good at those games and was very happy to have won some.

There is never enough employees working, went to order food and was told that I had to go to the main register where you pay for the games and the lines are long. They don't even tell you that if you plan on ordering food to order here. The employees move very slowly like they don't really want to be there. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the food is good and it's clean.

The staff is nice, the food Is over priced and average. The price per game is high compared to the other bowling alleys around. The oil patterns are unpredictable. Some days dry as a bone, some days it seems like they stood at the foul line and threw a 5 gal bucket down the lane. I bowl league and open here and 2 other Delco alleys my league average is 20 pins lower here. Still a fun place to bowl.. the gave a few good league nights, arcade for the kids, and a bar for the over 21 crowd.

I wanted to give at least 5 stars, but our lane kept shutting down, 4 star if they accommodated us or changed our lane but they didn't. Food and drinks were good. Me and my girlfriend went and got 2 games and shoes and it was 72$!!! That was before we even got food and drinks. The wait for food wasn't bad but during our game we had to call for assistance multiple times to fix our lane until they just resulted in putting us in a different lane after the 5th time it happened and they seemed to be getting frustrated at me for calling for assistance.

Signed in at 5pm and was told 30 minute wait, 13 lanes were dark and not being used so waited 45 minutes went back to desk and was told at least another 30 minutes so waited and 30 minutes later finally said forget it and left, 2 hours later at 7pm they finally said your lane is ready, what a joke, don't mind waiting a little bit but 2 hours, cmon , and having 13 lanes dark the entire time, poor management and time keeping. Overall the facility seems in pretty good upkeep. The poinsettias however are a different case. While bowling an event there the number of calls and requests for missing pins or full racks was horribly time consuming.

To put it in the nicest way possible, my experience here was completely awful. To start, we had to wait 45 minutes for a lane even though there were multiple lanes open. When we finally did get a lane, it was completely defective. The machine would forget to place one of the pins almost every single time it reset, and sometimes it wouldn't put any pins in at all. Bowling league and a party had the entire place blocked for 3 hours on a Wednesday night, so we didn't get to bowl. Food has some veggie options, and the 22oz yuengling is always a win. Pitchers available too. Arcade needs some love. Barely any games to play while you can't bowl. Definitely call ahead before going.

The bartenders are amazing. Who ever is the staff for the lanes are the worst in history. Every week for about 8 weeks I have attended here they will give me a lane that mess up and don't rack at all or improperly. They take forever to fix the lane or don't even switch the lane to a better one. I had the time to write this review because they continue to do a poor job with fixing the lanes and it isn't even a busy night.

Our company had a corporate event at Bowlero and it was awesome. We had a ton of people there. The food was excellent, the venue was clean and everyone had a great time.

I took my son here for his 18th birthday, along with my parents, on a Wednesday afternoon. I have to say that it was a terrific experience! The food and beverage selection was good; a little pricey, but not unreasonable for a bowling alley. The lanes were in fantastic shape, the music selection was appropriate for all ages, and the corona procedures were within the state-approved guidelines.
