I had my daughter's eighth birthday party here. I'd never done a bowling party before, so I had no idea how it would go. The kids loved it, they're second graders so they had bumpers, they supplied food and loved the light sign with her name in it. They are also very attentive to your service needs. I definitely recommend

For a Friday evening it was a phenomenal family oriented atmosphere and not over crowded. The staff were all kind and helpful. Most notably, the manager, Q and our waitress Alyssa. My children had an awesome time and in their words ? it was really fun.? The Food was surprisingly very good especially the naked wings. Really nice bowling alley!! Great food and drinks and the new decor has a retro feel and look. The hospitality we received was excellant. They decorated our seating area with a great sign that made us feel special. I highly recommend Bowlero for your next bowling outing.

Mr. Q was absolutely amazing! I only came to realize he was a manager, because I asked him what his position was in order to do this review. He served us as if he was a server and that to me shows TRUE LEADERSHIP. He was very accommodating and down to earth in his approach with my team. I would definitely return, and I hope he continues to receive his flowers, because he deserves them.

The Enviroment usually is great. Staff are always friendly. The Asian Kick wings are good. They even have a few arcade games, which is nice to have for the ones who like them.

We held a bowling birthday party here for our 18 year old and everyone had a fabulous time. The management was awesome. The waitstaff were kind and on top of everything. There were no hiccups. We booked online and showed up with no other planning needed. They took care of pretty much everything. Highly recommend. Bowlero was really nice and had so much etiquette. I have not been here in years and let me tell you, I will be back. The manager Q was very helpful and worked with my big party. I've been coming to this place for years and I can honestly say they have really stepped there service up significantly. The manager Mr.Q must have been the owner of the place because he was really dialed in aleays smiling and helpful. I had a rock n roll song request which he was able to make happen. His leadership team had things running smoothly for so much madness going on. Definitely coming back next weekend. THE bar and food hit the spot as well.

Horrible customer service, they can't tell you how long a wait is and any answers come with an attitude. They keep Reserved lanes sitting empty for over a half hour on their unlimited bowling night, when you're not allowed to reserve lanes. All the employees care about is trying to upsell you on gameplay cards for their new arcade. Don't waste your time, if you actually enjoy better off going to Lodi lanes or Bowl-rite.

Nice check in staff but note they don't actually open until a bit later due to all the bowling leagues that happened in the morning. They have the little racks for people who need to roll the balls but given that their metal, they aren't very consistent intend to skew left or right strongly. The nice lady can also pull up the bumpers. Costs about $8/game plus $6/ppl for renting shoes.

Threw a birthday party for my son, and he loved it. The hostess was very attentive and helpful. The food was delicious. 2.5 hours was a perfect time. The kids enjoyed, themselves bowling and also enjoyed the video games and picture booth. Staff is super friendly. Just great vibes. Would definitely do it again.

Great atmosphere! Fun place to spend some time with family and friends. The place and restrooms were very clean. Bumper option for your bowling lane in case you are bowling with your child (which we were). Finger food options were good as expected. This is not a restaurant. My only criticism is they only had 1 server on a Sunday afternoon to cater to all 32 lanes. Seems as though understaffed. Most lanes were occupied. All in all, a fun experience!

Great place. Many lines to play huge screens with music videos and another for scores. We tried the quesadillas and they were actually good, which is Rare for this kind of venues.
