Fun place with bowling and a nice arcade. Bowling is pricey at the vip section but it is much nicer than the normal area. Food/drinks are way overpriced but everything else seems about on par with other arcades. They have plenty of different machines that are fun to play. Compared to other venus this feels like a safe place even at night. Hard to find that in memphis.

The bowling alley was nice, however it was super expensive. I brought my toddler for her first bowling experience and they didn't have enough of the bowling slides and our bumpers didn't work and despite asking for help with those two things multiple times they did nothing about it. They did give us some free bowling coupons after we had finished bowling, but we were there from out of town so we won't be able to use them and had to give them to family to use. All in all, not the best bowling experience and

This is definitely not Andy B's. They have changed quite a bit, and it is to be expected when someone else buys a company/change the name. The price and the taste of the food are not the same. It isn't better, in my opinion. I also asked about the kids bowling free and was told that they didn't do that there, although it was displayed throughout the alley and on the TV screen display. Needless to say, if and only if I were to go back, it would be for the drinks.

Nice family atmosphere. Cool place to hangout or date idea. They do need to update some of the seating. It is worn and torn.

Never book any event or party here. They 100% value a profit over doing the right thing. I put up $365 for a birthday party. I ended up with COVID the day of the party and had to cancel 4 hours before. I am a single dad to 3 beautiful children and my two daughters have birthdays within 2 days of each other. I booked at Bowlero to throw a special party for them. This is only the second birthday my girls have had since losing their mom to cancer a year and half ago. Half the people attending the party lived 3

Been waiting 45 mins at the price section And no one has helped me just looked at me and continued what they were doing, no I'll help in a sec, nothing. I spent 60$ here just for this. I may not be back.

Mr. Todd was amazing he's doing a great job keep him as the face of the business walking in. Bar in the BIP area needs more work on pricing organization and people skills.

First time going here I went with my family to watch them both so I can't give it five stars cuz I didn't get to bowl but my family seem to enjoy it really well I recommend you bringing your family and if you want to bring a date there's a special section of bowling alley with a bar just for adults so it's a great date night

Been going here since it was Bartlett Lanes. Definitely a lot of improvement over the years and still a good time with the kids.

I've been coming to this bowling alley for a while, but after my last visit, I'm seriously reconsidering. I was FIRST in line to renew my lane, but they refused because of reservations. Fine, I get that. But what really ticks me off is that they wouldn't even put me on a waiting list?I had to go to the back of the line and start over. That's ridiculous. If they're going to enforce a reservation system, the least they could do is have a fair process for open lanes instead of making people jump through hoops.

It has been two years since I visited this bowling location, especially after the name change. When I walked inside, I was surprised to find everything the same. With the new Bowlero Bowling name, I didn't expect to still see the Andy B logo inside the building. I thought it would be a completely new design in the building. When my friend and I went to get our lane and shoes, the worker at the counter just kinda looked annoyed by us for some reason. We didn't let that stop us from having fun. We bowl for an

This has been my family's bowling alley of choice for years. It is evident that this establishment is under great management and ownership, because it is well-taken care of and some of the same staff members have worked there for as long as I can remember. This is a great venue for a child's or adult birthday party, offering plenty of lanes to choose from including optional lane bumpers for beginners, Cosmic black light bowling, a gaming arcade with redeemable ticket prizes, and a unique room, separated fr

Great atmosphere. Love bowling here. The food and drinks are good as well. Update daughter's 18th birthday was amazing so much fun!

The time to have a birthday party for kids is 1:00 on Sunday?s. Hardly anyone playing this time of day. Birthday party had the run of the place! Staff was excellent and establishment is clean. Restrooms are exceptionally clean! They have nice bar for adults to enjoy and there's also a arcade to enjoy when you get tired of bowling. There are also 20+ big tv?s on sports channels for the sports fans ????

Nice place for bowling and games. However the service is so trash. The man at the desk was extremely rude and unwelcoming. He was an older guy. I don't think my family will be back because of that. My shoes were too big and I didn't even want to go back up and ask for another size. I don't know if he had something against us or what. But he was rude and unpleasant.

We had so much fun! They have league bowling, but the other side is for people having fun. There's a giant arcade in the center, and after bowling for an hour and a half, I immediately played skee-ball ?? I reached the point where tickets actually get more than candy and pencils! It's a bit costly, but worth it every so often.

Beautiful bowling alley, bowling center. Opens at 11am, I think. Lots of activities for children. There's also glow in the dark bowling. Discounts for seniors, military, etc. Shoes look pretty worn through, so I would recommend bringing your own. Weekend bowling is by the hour. Food service was amazing. Not microwaved, but actually cooked to order and a great representation of Andy B's.

Called at 2:30 to reserve a lane. I was told first come first serve. We arrived at 6:05 pm and asked for a lane and were told if we would?ve called a day in advance we could?ve reserved a lane. 2 hour wait according to the gentleman at the counter. Put our names on both regular and VIP. Six or more lanes in VIP have been open for more than 60 minutes with no one bowling. The lanes are still blacked out. All lanes are operational according to the staff. Regular lanes have 12 or more lanes open also for 40 or

We love this place. The st as ff is so friendly and very accommodating. Kids bowl free is a great way to spend your Sunday afternoon. The bathrooms are clean. The food is great and affordable. The entire bowling alley is well kept and doesnt linger of 1980s smokey bowl. There are always specials and I think a groupon you can look out for. Overall totally amazing. Oh and dont forget the arcade!! You add money to the card and keep tickets on it. Lots of fun

Nice staff and everything was clean! Lots of parking and games to play

The white hair mullet man at the shoe counter is so rude and you can tell he hates his job. The bowling facility is nice but expensive.

Definitely a nice vibe and peaceful atmosphere this my go to place to relax, prices are kind of on the high side per game. A+

Andy Bs is a great place to spend time with family...Customer service was awesome, the food we ordered was good, everything was clean & well maintained..The kids loved the bowling & arcade..We will definitely be going back again..

Great family place to celebrate any occasion it was my daughter 12th bday n she enjoyed herself as well the family ??

This place rocks!! The VIP lounge is something to experience if you want a real treat. Check out Andy B's

We had a youth event for our church youth group and let me tell you, we could not ask for better service. We had Haven as our host and she was perfect! Very kind and attentive! She went far and above that call of duty! Wonderful service and wonderful time! Thank you!

I recently attended a corporate event, which went amazingly well. After the event ended, my sister, a friend, and I stayed to play some arcade games. My sister won over 2,000 points, so she went to the prize desk to pick out prizes for her three kids. The gentleman at the prize desk, who appeared to be in his mid-40s or older, was initially polite to the customers in front of us. However, when my sister started choosing prizes, his attitude completely changed. She called me over, mentioning he was being ru

It's a great place to go when you want something to do and it's also a good workout wonderful atmosphere

$36 per person on Saturday includs shoes, 3 games. Too high for my pockets. Half of the games didn't work & the kiosk for game cards needs to be updated. Whenever I pushed the number 1 it would select the number 3

I had a great time here celebrating a friend's birthday. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and definitely were apart of the experience. There were a lot kids at the bowling alley late but we still enjoyed ourselves

Had a good time with my family. Made a reservation over the phone and when we got there, it was ready to go.

Went to watch my sis and her hubby bowl. Was a lot of fun

The cashier that took care of us either did not want to be there or did not want this black family there. He acted as if we were inconvenience him...very rude. We will never go back.

Would have gotten five stars if vaporing or smoking wasn't allowed.

We've been getting the passes and coming in the mornings when they open. Other than the occasional issues getting someone to help us to get a small ball, we have really enjoyed bowling. They also have the automatic rails for kids to bowl, you just have to let them know the name on the lane, and they will set it up!

Very nice place. Very clean and clean bathrooms. The people that work here are so nice and helpful. I can't say enough about this place. Will be coming back the next time I'm in Tennessee.

Service really sucks. Not enough employees and bathrooms and area is filthy. Four or five people can't keep center clean. Having to wait on someone from desk to get drinks. Please correct some of these issues.

The kitchen service was slow, but my order came out fresh and correct. I'm glad we had to play another game. The game was my distraction from the slow service. I wish somehow I could order my drink from the bar & food from the kitchen at the same time because I had to stand in two lines. That holds up the game. It was my turn to bowl! I didn't ask, but maybe I could have ordered my food from the bar. I'll see next time.

Very nice place but so far I have not have a good experienced. the front desk person turn off or machines, from the star he didn't wanna let us play in two line even if the lane beside us was empty while we was playing just because. I can't recommend this place

Very nice we had a blast

It was really fun! The staff was friendly and the building was clean. The food was pretty good too!

First time bowling.. I had a really good experience. The atmosphere was great and it was clean.

Always a great time... Games and food

They make a great hamburger, but the eatery is expensive. I suggest that you join a league to get better pricing per game and on the food with your league card. I understand that they are going up again on the games. (Wow)

Great Atmosphere, Fun family place to Enjoy friends and Family, Food, beer and laughter. I love this place And will be back.

Went with my family. The prices are pretty much what you'd expect for a bowling alley. Afterwards, we played some arcade games. They have a good selection of games. And everyone was really nice. Can't wait to go back.

The family came here Saturday and we had a good time kids had fun playing games and enjoyed bowling with the slide food was good and drinks were doing there job. Only suggestions I would make is having some sort of order from the lane device or have servers walk around to cocktail for the guests that's bowling on the outside lanes

Awsome place bowl by the hour is such a savings...

I recently had the pleasure of helping host a fantastic group experience at Bowlero Bartlett and it was an absolute strike! From creating the reservation to the group picture, the staff was professional, accommodating and welcoming and made sure everyone had what they needed for an awesome night. The atmosphere at Bowlero was great and the location was well-maintained. The only critique is the section we were in was difficult to find for people who had not been there before so we kept someone at the door

The sisters of Memphis Zeta Amicae had fabulous time, with our Friends /sponsors of the Alpha Eta Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. ,good food fun and great attendants........

I Went to bowlers Thursday night with some friends and everything was fine but the bartender was rude to my friends and I. We were very polite to him, said please, and thank you. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because not everyone is talkative, but when you're chatting it up with everyone else while you make me and my friends feel lesser than that's when it's a problem. Pretty sure it was because I'm gay but oh well. Never coming back to bowlers. The bar area was a vibe tho so? 2 starts

I've been to a ton of bowling alleys bowling leagues and tournaments in my life and this was by far one of the cleanest and most organized I've ever been to. The manager was by far one of the nicest managers ever and was very helpful. Price was affordable and welcoming given what they had to offer. Would recommend to anyone from serious bowler to someone looking to host a child's birthday party.

Don't like how you have to keep paying 8.99 for games when at other alleys, you pay a set fee and get like 2 hrs play time. Maybe it was this way because it was the weekend. I dunno, but I don't think I'll be back. They have good food, but the alcoholic beverages were weak IMO. Nice family atmosphere. Good to see security on-site. Overall, a decent experience, I just don't like the constant paying for games.

Bowlero really did exceed my expectations! The gathering was for a co-worker's going away party, and everyone had a great time. The staff was courtesy, prompt, and very attentive to details. The setup was beautiful. I walked in thinking our area was for someone else! Nope, Bowlero set it up really nice for us! I'll definitely come back.

we Arrived a little before 9pm ..75% of the lanes were occupied by league bowlers with about 6 lanes vacant because the league bowlers were starting to leave ..but we were still told the only thing they had available was their VIP bowling area ..which was really waaaaaaaayy over priced considering there was absolutely NO SERVICE to the occupants in this area at all ..it was very poorly lit ?like bowling in the dark ..but ok didn't trip ..just make the best of it right? ..wrong smh ..so my friend went to the

Amazing place to hang out with friends and family. It is a huge space with lots of activities to do for all age groups. Starting from video games to bowling. They have about 40 dedicated lanes only for bowling and couple more as VIP lanes. Customer service is exceptional. I suggest making reservations during peak times. But they do offer amazing pricing options throughout weekdays. Ample parking available.

Perfect night for A date, which I did 2-14-22, we dine, played pool, & bowled ?? while the misses drunk few drinks ??

The bowling was fine, but i was deceived by one of the attendants. she said 3 games and it comes with a game card that has 2 hours on the card. once we swipe the card it was active for 2 HOURS! me and my boyfriend only swiped 4 times and it said we have insufficient funds so we go to the front desk and some other lady says the other lady rang us up completely wrong. they didn't try to give us a refund or anything and on top of that make me look stupid as if idk what i?m talking about? i left sooo disappoint

I've bowled here a good amount of times in the past few months. Even bought my first ball recently and the gentleman that works in the shop is VERY knowledgeable. He helped me with choosing my first ball. As far as the lanes themselves, their pretty good and I was told that they just recently replaced the lanes. I should also mention that I'm a rather new bowler. Now, the issue that I do have has to do with the customers at time. The lane etiquette (most of the time that I've been there) isn't there. People

House oil pattern can be tough without high revs. Kind of expensive.

A few of the booths need a facelift. But other than that it was a clean, fun place. Best boneless wings I've ever had, lemonade is great too.

My family and I have been to this bowlero at least 6 times when visiting the Memphis area. This is by far the nicest bowlero that I have been to. The lanes are in good shape. The seating arrangement is awesome near the lanes even though they are a little dated. Please don't change the layout if you do update them! The arcade is also really nice. The biggest of all the bowleros I have been too. This place is also always BUSY too. I can see why. Two negatives... One. Checking in can be a slow process and

Bri was simply amazing, Bri and the entire staff, from the kitchen to the floor crew were very attentive and supportive of our private bowling session of some 50+ people. The food was well supplied for our large group, and the customer service was top notch. Everyone had a smile, and was happy to help. They were very busy with the regulars tonight as well, but you couldn't tell, because the service did not skip a beat in the slightest. Our group will definitely be back.

This is the best Bowling Alley that I've visited. It uses the newest technology and is very clean. They also have a full Bar and serve great food. I definitely would recommend this place to my friends and will definitely go back.

Good atmosphere good food and always a good time ??

I visited on Thursday evening with some colleagues for a holiday outing. Out of all the staff I encountered, there were 2 staff members that made me and my party feel very unwelcome. 1 male at the bar and 1 female at the front desk. I had repeated encounters with them both. Each time they appeared as though I was bothering them and they were dismissive. I won't post their names but their attitudes were so bad we decided to leave and go elsewhere. On a positive note: There was a young lady that took my food

Good food. Great atmosphere. My family enjoys vip. There was a new girl that mixed up the drink prices, but other than that, we had a marvelous time.

My family loves bowling. So much so that we try to play at least once a month. This location used to be Andy B's and it was great ! Now that its Bowlero I cannot say the same. My Husband, Father and I went yesterday for two and a half hours. We got there early to have lunch before we played . The food was expensive but it was really good quality . This is where the good experience ends. Technical difficulties at the check in counter took a very long time . Who I think was the manager tried to make it bette

Had not been bowling in years. I had a good time.

Bowled here my entire life and never had an issue until it recently got bought out. First off, prices have sky rocketed. Would not mind paying the prices if you got what you were paying for. Walked up to the kitchen counter, without any other guest waiting in line, with an employee at the register. Employee looked up at me, then turned around and walked to the kitchen. Went back to bowl, at this time a long line began to form. Once the line was wrapped past the front desk, someone came over the speaker and

I spent a whooping 80$+ tryna to enjoy bowling with my wife and one child..This bowling alley charged me for 3 games for 40$+ then proceeded to charge me another 13.50 on top of that to call it a *3 game special*. Had to pay for the shoes of course also...They gave me some 5$ arcade game cards which I didn't ask for and lied and said it came with the package.. overcharging folks like that is kinda crazy and not being upfront about the pricing really left me in a sore spot. Will not be returning. Bowling all

Maybe Saturdays are a bad choice but we got the Super Bowl package with food and drinks for my brothers birthday and they 1. Tried to put us in the regular lanes instead of the party lanes that we paid for. 2. they didn't give us our full 2 hours. 3. They brought the food out super late then tried to rush us out the door. 4. Service was horrible! Never again.

There Clean they make the best walk me Down in the city love the lanes inside bar area.

TERRIBLE PLACE TO BOWL!!!! BOWLERO BOWLING ALLEY on STAGE RD?.(old ANDY B?S) Went here last night for date night with my husband. Worst experience I've had at an establishment in Bartlett. We were rudely interrupted by the manager that she was confiscating my two drinks I bought from the bar because they saw my husband drink out of it .my husband and I are wellllll over the drinking age limit She tries to tell me it's illegal for him to drink out of MY CUP THT I BOUGHT. ?Now when we went to the bar the BA

Good atmosphere, in the day and late? snack bar and alcohol bar are about what you expect price wise. How can bowling not be fun ya know? They have a quaint arcade with fun games. The staff are all usually nice and helpful. I highly recommend.

Best bowling place. Great deals, lots of games and of course bowling. Customer service was superb and the place was super clean. My family and I enjoyed it immensely.

Nice and clean bowling alley. Good lanes and the manager Troy was very pleasant and friendly. Downside is back when it was Andy B's it was affordable, now that it's Bowlero the prices have doubled, menu always changes and prices go up often. So if you go there, you better have $50 a person if you plan to eat. Food is better in the morning than it is at night. If you plan on going on the weekend, better go early or get a reservation because they are packed.

Way overpriced for terrible bowling. Lanes had 0 oil on them, score was constantly wrong, and couldn't refund the games paid for after finding out how terrible this place was. If you want to spend all your money for an hour of bowling do it but I rather go to a different place and spend a quarter of the price for way more games and way better quality. On the other hand Chad in the pro shop is amazing and I'd rate him 5 stars for offering great prices but Bowlero itself is 0 out of 0 stars

We had a great time and overall the food was good. However. I ordered the grilled chicken with #honey and brown sugar bacon." Now the bacon was over cooked to me, but the cook said that's the way the bacon should look. Okay ??! Appearance and presentation plays a big part when I go out to eat or cook at home. Now y'all, I have cooked brown and maple baconvand it did look like what I got. I just kept it, but tell me what do you all think?

Cool place, drinks are light tho!!????

What a great spot, so well maintained. Friendly respectful staff. VIP offered for calmer setting more kick backed and darker lighting. Really enjoyed night out here and how much fun it was. Food was surprisingly versatile and good as well as alcohol menu to suit every taste. Two thumbs up and will be back!

Pretty nice bowling alley just beware of the specials on their website and call ahead. They offer unlimited bowling starting at 8pm on certain weeknights but leagues over lap until 9:30pm so lanes won't be available. Other than that great bowling alley.

So much fun at a lot better price than Maun event. Family owned and operated and has everything you could dream or ask for. The people that work there go way way beyond the call. Courteous and friendly with a smile and great price. Fun fun fun till her Daddy took her bowling ball.

There was an hour and a half wait but, I went on a Saturday night with no reservation. It went by fairly quick. My burger was a bit blackened and fries overly seasoned but , I really just came here to have fun not for dining . I would definitely recommend you eat beforehand especially if you are starving . This is because there is also a wait for food . But, as I stated earlier, It was a Saturday night so, super busy.

Fun time and great for practice.

Bri, Christian, and Phillip made our time there awesome?.it was our first time there but not the last?.definitely 10/10 food drinks and atmosphere was great my family was all smile. Our new family place ??

Worse place ever. Prices are ridiculously high. I ordered food and as i was eating my food I noticed a rubber band with hair on it in my food. I take it back up there and as i look back in the kitchen no one has on a hairnet or gloves at all. Most of the staff in that place was either laughing and playing around or outside. I will never visit this place ever again. I definitely wouldn't advise anyone else to go there either.

Reserved lanes ahead of time, the lady with the short blonde hair was very nice and attentive with getting out shoes to my family. The young ladies serving food had great personalities and were very attentive. The 2 lady bartenders were very great to my family and myself & know how to make exceptional drinks better than most restaurants.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
