Bowling was great they were quick to fix any issues, good food though service is a tad slow which is as expected so no big deal. Restrooms could use a good bit of cleaning other than that as a whole it's a great place with a good atmosphere

I am giving this place 5 stars because it seemed like a very family-friendly place. I love that they have ball ramps for children. The looks on their faces are priceless when they knock the pins down. They also have a gaming area for kids. There was a menu available by each of the lanes, but we did not order food. There was a wait due to it being unlimited bowling night, but the wait wasn't too long, about 30 minutes.

We had a lot of fun! The staff was very friendly and respectful, and the bowling lanes were impressively clean and well-maintained. The arcade added to the fun, even though a few games were out of order and the prize dispenser had a hiccup. Despite that, it didn't take away from the overall experience. I'd definitely come back again!

Was my first time to this bowling alley and I will definitely go again. The staff was phenomenal very attentive. The bowling alley the restrooms all the area was very clean. The prices are definitely reasonable. The area that you have to sit with your group very spacious.I love that. The only issue I had.I was playing on Lane 40.It got stuck 3 or 4 times but besides that, highly recommended.Thank you , my kids and myself had a great time

Wonderful experience here! We reserved a lane for my sisters bday and Bowlero Avondale and David Stone made it a memorable experience. They had some decorations with her name displayed which was unexpected and amazing of them. The location is super clean and updated. Fun welcoming environment, clean, friendly helpful staff and entertainment with every lane with projectors showing sports/movies/Chive. I will definitely refer my family and friends to go to this location moving forward. Thank you!

The pizza was not very good. Seemed cheap or previously frozen. The staff was very nice. The service was slow. It was very hot in the corner where our lanes where. They need better air flow. This is Arizona. Everybody was sweating. It wasn't worth what we spent for our party. I would have gave only two stars but again the staff was very nice

We held a corporate event here for 30 people--the whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. Heather was our point of contact for the event and was extremely responsive and thorough. From receiving a quote very quickly, their explaining of the menu and banquet options, and their very responsive customer service. Text and PA didn' t work waited 2 hrs for a lane. Will not do Groupon at this location first time there too. Bad bar was good. Bowling lane 39 had issues.

The new remodel is really nice looks so much better. I love that you can now set the bumpers come up for only the players that need them. The arcade area is bigger and has way better games. I'm excited to see the changes around the pool tables coming soon. Update... So the new tables are nice. It is a shame that Bowlero doesn't take care of those newly covered tables or pay attention to the patrons like a good business should.

Never a bad day at bowlero Avondale! Staff is always friendly and speedy. Food is always satisfying. Come here with family and friends all the time. Never knew how many people actually loved bowling until coming here. Always a full house but they always get you on a lane! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Our families first time coming to bowl and the service was not great. They did not have a server for the lanes, understandable, but when going to the order food at the snack bar, I said what I would like to order and the server replied that they are very backed up and walked away. I asked if I could still order, trying to get their attention, and they said only if I want to wait 30-40minutes. Customer service here is at a low. Not satisfied and will not be coming back.

Experience at this bowling center wasn't the greatest tonight. After going for the 4th time I decided to write them a review. I paid for unlimited bowling and lanes were having problems, I asked to be moved and next lane was even worse. (The center was about 3/4 full btw). Asked for a reimbursement and was given vouchers but couldn't get my money back since they're blaming me and my equipment. I clean my bowling balls before each use and resurface after each league. Best bowling spot around no questions! Super friendly staff, clean and well kept lanes, food is AMAZING, great prices on games, shoe rentals, great selection in the arcade for the little ones! This place has everything and adding more and more!

We made a phone call to actually make sure lanes were available, I was told yes. Came in a hour later and they tried to turn us away. The District Manager Heather and the manger Tomasa do not have good customer service what so ever and they also seem to only accommodate the people of their choosing. Bought some kids out to have some fun and it always takes a stickler to ruin it for the kids. If possible take the time to travel a little further out rather than come to this Bowlero location. Went to a company event here. I really didn't want to go because I thought this place was outdated and I thought it was the dingy old bowling alley. Wow was I shocked! The inside looks amazing. They revamped the whole place and this is so inviting. I would take my family and sit at the bar area and eat at the tables their. Honestly there needs to be more tables here the shorter ones so we don't have to use the bar stools. Other than that what a wonderful experience my company plans on doing it again next ye

Placed an online order for pizza & wings. Didn't receive a confirmation email. We never got the food deliveredto our lane. When asked the personel they said they never received any orders online, yet my card was charged for $74.01. The manager Tomasa said there's no record of the transaction, and she said to dispute it with the bank and our last option was to place a 2nd order. We decided to leave since there's no customer service. They didn't seem to care about helping us. Never going back.

Took my stepdad here on fathers day an we had the BEST time! They had totally renovated the place since the last time I was here and it looked great. Our lane attendant/waiter was super attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. And Chad, the manager, was super friendly (so was all the staff!) and accommodating. This is a great place to spend some quality fun time with your family, friends, date or even alone obviously you can enjoy bowling ??, but there's also an arcade area, they have different kinds of things to eat and for the grown-ups a bar ??, to drink over there or to have them on the bowling tables ??, affordable prices and a good service.

Went there on Wed to bowl at 1158 online says it opens at 1200. Get there and the times for Wed say 200. Very disappointed. Other than that we like bowling there.

Heather has been a great addition to the team. The Lane are working better and always have oil on them. The place is clean and I laugh all the time with her and the staff. She sure can make a good long Island for me when I'm thirsty. Bowlero sure found the right person for the job here! The remodel lady is amazing!

We had an absolute blast at Bowlero's. It's been years since we've been bowling. We had family in for the Memorial weekend holiday and what better way than to spend time with the family and have a great time. Will definitely go back again. The entire staff was very friendly too. Go check them out!

It was ok. I wish they would leave the lights up on some lanes for people who want to bowl and not screw around in the dark.

They really have done a great job with the remodel! The arcade is huge now and it feels updated in there now! I absolutely loved the set up when you call them for a group gathering! It's a better deal that way as compared to paying individually. I called ahead a time to set it up and it was easy and I paid for my reservation online and ahead of time.

We had a party for my brother here last month. The woman who greeted us was pleasent and helpful and we also met the Manager Chris Dance they both had great service. Chris personally made sure everything was taken care of and the food was hot and fresh. He really went above and beyond to make sure our party was enjoyable so much so that the following week we returned for some family time. BEWARE we went bowling there on 11/17. Tipped our server GENEROUSLY in cash. Went back to the bar window to buy another beer and the bartender took it upon himself to add a 29% tip to our total without our knowledge. Only discovered after the fact on the credit card statement. Management would not do anything about it. Was it really worth losing customers over this horrible business practice?? ???? We won't be back.

It was alright. $50 for 3 games for 2 people is kinda on the pricey side for a simple game of bowling in my opinion.

We celebrated my sons birthday and we had an amazing time! Calling to set up the reservation was super easy and quick. Ashley was amazing and answered all my questions. The day of the party, the whole staff was super attentive to ensured we had everything we needed. My son had a great time and wouldn't stop smiling and that's the best reward I could receive so thank you so much to everyone at Bowlero Avondale!

My husband is on a bowling league we spend quite some money there, I decided to buy a Groupon for 2 hours bowling and the lady in the front desk was very unpleasant I feel treated like a second class customer and gave me the ugliest nasties shoes ever, so go there if you like but avoid using Groupon beware is quite pricey with out them.

It was really cool after 10 they have great music and cool lights! Although it would be nice if they changed the carpet makes the place look so much older but overall it was pretty chill.

This center has had huge changes it just keeps improving. The lanes are working good. The manager Heather is running tournaments and keeping the house functioning.

Came here for a kids birthday party. It was pretty cool. My son had fun and there were a lot of people there I didnt think that many people would be there at 10 in the morning. My son asked to go back so we probably will.

The place is a 4/5 stars for the general public who just want to go and have fun with family and friends. However, I would rate the place a 1/5 for competitive bowlers. Despite the reassurance of daily reoiling it is clear they do not uphold that standard. Some days Bowlero Avondale feels amazing and the next day it feels horrible because of lack of maintenance. I hope this review brings awareness to the lack of care, a potentially amazing bowling alley has.

Tons of fun!! Especially for a late Friday date night. There are great deals after 9pm if you want to do lots of games. It's also been remodeled recently and everything looks amazing!!!

Fantastic bowling alley. Tons of fun and lanes are great. People who are complaining about lane quality clearly can't adapt to changing lane conditions. Lanes are just fine. If it's 9pm on a Saturday night I'm not expecting great oil on the lanes. But majority of the time I've gone lanes are great!

The remodel is very nice. The staff is great and attentive.

45 minutes to get food, place is empty, they charge .20 cents a minute for a pool table in an empty bar that ended up costing us $4.20 per game, I see why this place is empty on a Saturday night.. it's a shame because this place could be cool, we won't be back tho.

Honestly I loved the kid working at the desk. He was very imformative and seemed to know what he was doing. My time ran out after I paid for unlimited and I know it was just a systems error as I paid for unlimited bowling. Well I let the awesome front desk staff that quickly took care of me and extended my time. I saw my time count go up. The time left of bowling. To see it drop drastically where it ends 15 mins before close to look and see the manager at the desk. I didn't get to finish my last game. I was

I play on the APA pool league, since the remodeling is almost complete the bar area and food is much improved. We are getting our tables redone and later the floors in the pool area will be finished. On league nights it is packed. The only issue is the parking lot, sometimes finding a place to park is difficult and it's not in the safest place.

I had my daughter's 11th birthday party here and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They had a nice set up for the food and drinks which they made sure it stayed full. Continually made sure we were doing okay and if we needed anything. Thank you David, Tomas and there was another gentleman I cannot remember his name.

Today I went there with a very large group, and I would have to say the service was wonderful. There was a gentleman by the name of E who was very attentive. He was cooking, making bar drinks, and came to help us with refills also picking up our plates. I ask him how long has he been working for the company and he said it was his first day. Need to say I was amazed by his hospitality and I believe he already deserves a raise. I most definitely will be coming back.

Newly remodeled with nice seating area at the lanes, the menu is the same as other bowleros, the computer for scoring is a tad outdated, unable to order food/drink at the lane, mobile ordering isn't available yet, the pro shop had what I needed (ball cleaner), bathroom was decently clean. I usually bowl at a different bowlero, a much older facility, so I like a lot of the newer aspects of this alley ?? Overall, I would still come here to bowl.

So I went on 09/21/2024 with my family to celebrate my sons 6th birthday when we arrived a team member right away helped us which was great I did let her know I called early that morning to ask if it was ok to bring a cake inside and they said that was fine when she told us to go get situated another team member a man came and was just so rude to me and my family he told us we would have to leave because clearly we seen the sign saying no outside food when I tried to even get a word in and explain I called

Heather the manager is doing a great job making the alley fun and inviting. She is always pleasant to the customers. Michael the bartender is always fast and courteous. He is, by far, the best bartender they have there and is always making it fun to be in the bar. He goes out to the lanes and helps people too, which is great. Can't wait to see how the new renovations look. It's looking great so far.

So much fun! We came in with a big group today to celebrate a birthday, and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Establishment does NOT cater to league bowlers but to gamers and open bowlers. Prices are high for people who are their bread and butter. We bowled and had to reset after almost every frame. Noise from games VERY distracting for someone who is a veteran bowler and has invested a lot of time and money in bowling centers. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Staff was great area was clean. Not sure if it's a regular activity or not but my lane had malfunctions through out our two games. Staff handled it when noticed so over all great place to take the family.

It was surprisingly clean, and the service was awesome. The snack bar was a little slow, but they were making the hamburgers fresh. We were there on a Friday evening and it wasn't crowded it was a lot of fun.

It is too expensive to play pool. It is 25 cents per 1 minute! That is $15/hour. Why too expensive to play pool. They wouldn't lose any money if they did $1 per game.

We come here every year on Christmas Eve to celebrate a family member?s birthday! The service is consistently great and the bowling is always fun! Great for the kids, especially if they get bored of bowling the arcade is always an easy and fun distraction!

We were there to watch my son participate in the Special Olympics, the schools in the district were bowling. The place looks clean and if given the opportunity we would go back there again. My only gripe is the food prices are outrageously high. Paid $2.00 for a normal size snickers bar. That's so ridiculous.

I was surprisingly over satisfied with the service we received a through our event at Bowlero Avondale. Our event planners Heather and Sandie were amazing and helped us through every reservation step. Heather made sure we received the best deal and package we could get and was not over pushing . But the most amazing part of our event was having ?J.R?or junior as the manager in turn . He heard us as a human being and he listened to our needs when we reported our line kept stoping . He even came to our table

Had a great time with the grandkids. Employee asked about military, notifying me that there was a discount. The facility was clean and employees are friendly. We ordered, Burgers, Buffalo Wings, Nachos and 2 hot chocolate chip cookies for lunch; they were all pretty good, much better than expected. We will return.

Fun place for family but not so much for actual bowlers. Leagues are available but they chose to remodel everything but the lanes and you can wait 5-10 minutes for an attendant especially on league nights.

I had the best time ever at Bowlero Avondale. We used to bowl at another Bowlero but decided to try another location and I'm sure happy we did. The staff is hands down the best. Everybody was super friendly and caring. I couldn't believe we were at a bowling ally. The staff kept coming up and checking on us and asking if we needed anything. I was very impressed.
