Haven't been at this location before the name change. It's use to be called Brunswick Bowling. Overall, no complaints. Food was hot and fresh. My alcoholic beverage was perfect! My child enjoyed herself. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family if they're looking for a venue to have a party or just to go bowling.
On March 15,2025 me and my family came to Georgia all the way from Chicago an we stopped at Bowlero to have fun it was listed as a Family place on Google and also cause my boys want to be pro bowlers but once we got there we was very disappointed with the customer service we got no one greeted us when we paid the server Jason L just greeted us with prices no hi how you doing , no business greeting at all. He came off racist and yes we was a African American family after we paid he didn't say thank you enj
We have so much fun here! Great staff and we always meet a new friend when we go. Great summer pass opportunity. Go everyday!!
The place wasn't too crowded. Music wasn't blaring! The prices were fair and the beer was cold! Good times were had by all! Would recommend to anyone!
I've been coming to this bowling alley ever since I was in high school & I always loved it. Fast forward a few years later, I come back with my co workers and received a level of disrespect & poor customer service that I've never experienced anywhere else. From the moment we entered, it seemed as though none of the employees wanted us there. Normally, I would attribute the aloofness of the employees to them being overwhelmed with the amount of customers. But at the time we went, they were not busy at all an
I was looking for somewhere to go local in my community to go have some fun with my family just celebrating us just being a family and we chose bowlero in Austell Ga. If you were looking to have fun, make sure you book a reservation if you're looking to go four hours before. I just want you guys to know this if you're reading this I was late my reservation, but when I tell you, I was OK with it just went in there and the manager his name is noberto Gomez I hope I'm saying his name right he made my first exp
No stars because the service we received today was ridiculous, me and my team don't bowl here much but when we have time to have a team outing and it's closer to our job and more convenient for us all we try our best to enjoy the moment. We all work hard and work in a perfessional field. To sum it down we were refused drink service today due to some team members were seen drinking before we were let in, let it be none not all of the team wasn't drinking and it's posted to not bring inside. Well let me tell
I had a good time. Everything was neat and clean. The Clerk that rung up my bowling games was so super great she answered all my questions well to my satisfaction. The atmosphere was to my liking. I would like to come back when their full Bar is at functional use so my friend and family can have a ball. Thanks I appreciate everything with your business ??
It accommodated our large party of like 13. The lanes we were on kept getting stuck but the manager was adimit about fixing the problem quickly. The food was actually pretty good. I would recommend that they use a number system for orders though. A few meals got mixed up and people food got eaten ???????. The restrooms were pretty clean and the kids seemed to like the arcade. The manager was the nicest staff member the other workers seemed a little bothered. The lady at the front desk was doing more than ju
Decent lanes and atmosphere! Take advantage of the Summer Pass and Leagues!
Overall the experience was good except the fact that once you pay they forget you exist. Our lane broke down for 7 minutes and we didn't get that time back. We were all in the 10th frame and it closed down. Went to ask please let us finish and they said no. Disappointing service. Otherwise it's an okay experience just frustrating end.
Very friendly staff, clean environment, and good prices! Very fun bowling alley!
We were at the bowling alley for a tournament and it couldn't have been a better experience. The tournament was well-run, the manager of operations Todd was a really nice guy and hard-working, the only issue I had there when the bathrooms could have been cleaner - you guys need to clean the walls in some of the stalls. The food was delicious and we had several things over the course of 2 days. We enjoyed the well-stocked Pro Shop, and the vending machines with bowling supplies in them. Every single employee
Went on a Wednesday night. It was pretty fun. There seemed to be a bowling league, but everyone was friendly. The food was pretty good too! Definitely coming back to bowl and eat!
Updated review. There was far too many people in this bowling alley. I mean,it was packed. Although they only book every other lane,it was still packed and very warm.from the number of people there.. We literally had to leave early because the management had us right next to another family of 6. We were too close for somfort. We left before our games was even over because we cant risk getting sick. I totally understand businesses are getting hit big time with all of the reductions and social distance rule
The food and drinks for adults are OK. This place is a little dated, but we still always enjoy it for sure.
Where to start, mean it looks like a bowling alley, nothing special for $150 worth of bowling. So we ordered our bowling passes on Groupon and come to find out this location doesn't accept them within a 24 hour time period. So now we had to pay exrta just to bowl here. The midtown location was better in every way and more friendly and have way better customer service and experience. Didnt order any food because the atmosphere was off. Upon walking in they tried to make us bowl in a crowded area where they h
A bowler's alley. Lanes are well oiled and maintained. They care about real bowling here. Dennis the manager and all the staff are amazing. Bruce and the pro shop are top notch.
The gentleman at the counter on Thurs, May 24 was awesome. Told us about the season pass, we got one.
It was clean. Bowling alleys are bowling alleys. The reason why I gave it this score is that the food I ordered couldn't hold a candle to Bowlero in Marietta of Delk Rd. All I ordered was garlic parm fries and an American burger. 1. Can we melt the cheese, please? 2. I could barely taste the garlic or parm on the fries. 3. Customers are having to wait to get their food, hovering over food that was ordered before theirs. Ppl could have walked away with someone else's order. Delk Rds would bring your foo
Staff was great, place was clean! People seemed to be doing their own thing and enjoying. There are deals on Tuesday evenings and Friday nights that are worth checking out on bowling. Food was bit expensive and I was not a fan of the bone in wings. That's a personal thing with breaded bone in wings also you come here for a drink and bowling and food isn't the main priority. The food service was quick. Would recommend checking this spot out. And with an arcade and a pool table there is more than just bowling
Date night with the hubby was chill and a good time. Staff was super friendly. Will definitely go back.
Sometimes, it got jammed, and they burned our cookies (we were a 34-people party)but overall a really nice and fun experience
We had our daughter's birthday there and the staff made it a great event
First time going and it was good for the adults. I was there for a birthday party. Will be going back
Great place to have a small party and to take the children, We had Fun the food was good and the employees were very nice
No Clear Communication..customer service sucks .. hidden fees ..we will not be spending any money here ever again . Prices are Fair but the experience sucked for My family And I ! 2/10 would not recommend GET BETTER WORKERS THAT WANT TO WORK
It was my first time bowling there, and I got to say " It was wicked awesome!" I mean, not only does it have bowling lanes, but it has a wild arcade as well. I love it!
Great traditional bowling alley! No super loud music. More traditional bowling and not club. Kid friendly. Oiled lanes with league bowling option. Small arcade.
Went to go reserve a lane good god when did it start costing $170 for 2 hours of bowling????? $85 per person ???? Changed my mind with a quickness ?? take myself to stars and strikes. Edit: they have specials throughout the week that make it a little more reasonable and the pro shop guy inside was very helpful and nice. This place is nice but it's quiet definitely more of a place for league players. But I decided to go ahead and try and I had a pretty good experience.
I grew up going to this blowing alley and this was my first time going back to it in over 20 years. This place is so much different than before. I didn't like the new lay out but needless to say my family had a great time.
It's spring break & wanted to start with fun to it's ending. The entry in was great, nice lady was helpful to set us up, etc. She said my card needed to be on file to start the process. Cool, no problem. When we were checking the shoes back in, the ?Wig Wearing Women? that favored Madea was RUDE AF! I asked her how the ?card on file? worked and she raised her tone & went off on me. Lady you need to work at chic fila so you can be trained on compassion, etc. You don't need a job if you cannot handle people a
The customer service at this location is a cut above. I had a small work gathering here, and every employee we encountered was personable and helpful. From the person who handled my reservation by phone and recommended the party package, to the on-site staff, we felt very welcomed. Even small details like extra vouchers and a thank you card were unexpected but very appreciated. Will definitely plan to have another party here in the future!
Awesome experience. I did some research on getting my holes drilled in my Bowling ball. And seen how professional Bruce treated each customer and I was sold. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I brought my fianc?e back to have her ball worked on. We bowled a couple if games. The food was great and not basic like other alleys. Thee lanes are set up you don't have share tables with other parties which is awesome! Great experience all together
We had a bad experience thanks to people playing either side of the lane we were using. They constantly walked across when we were trying to play, and their kids kept removing the balls we were using. When asked to just walk around our lane, they got nasty and made threats. After trying to defuse the matter, we decided to leave having just ordered food and drinks. We spoke with the manager, who was very helpful and refunded the cost of the food we'd ordered and was not happy with the behavior of others. So
A real standup bowling alley from top to bottom with excellent customer service! One of the lanes damaged my bowling ball due to a slow ball return and after assessment by management they repaired it for free with no hassle at all. I don't frequent visit the area of Austell but because of their customer service I will absolutely be a returning customer!
I like this place. 40 lanes, really clean and friendly staff.
Great bowling experience Not so crowded Downside is they have just 1 bar man Even though we had a premium bar package, we still had to stay in line for over 15mins for a glass of anything.
Poor service tonight, I ordered food and it was super super salty. Went back in line to get some thing to drink they took the person before me ordered, when it was my turn to order they said they were closed. Really really poor service. Also our lane was jammed I asked the guy that was standing at the counter in a camo sweater to assist he said ?what's wrong with it? I'm like I don't know It's stuck. He never left the counter or called anyone. Took about 5-8 mins before someone did something and still didn?
Great place! Great drinks! Fun time!
My wife and Eye bowled here with the family. The family ordered the pizza, Hamburger with fries. Eye had the spicy chicken with fries. Eye enjoyed the fries. The punch was good as well.
I've always enjoyed coming to bowl at this particular spot due to the location directly across the street from me. I would bring my kids, nieces & nephews here when it was called Brunswick and it was not expensive at all. They are all grown up now. I went today and took two kids with me. One 8yrs & 12yrs old and another adult. Which made 4 ppl, 2 kids and 2 adult. The 4 of us played 2 games in which I was charged for 8 prime games. Each person including the kids were charge for each game at the price of $7
Today was the worst. We got there at 10:05 a.m.. We were the first regular customers-- couple of leagues playing already. I asked when would food be ready to serve and the manager you told me at 2:00 p.m., I asked if we could bring food (b/c that is a long time) he said no; he told me how he had other stuff to do and it will be a while before he could cook anything. I explained that I had a 9-year-old son there with a 4-year-old nephew coming and we need a food. He did care.. Now maybe it's just me but if
Great time Everytime we go. Good food and vibes and customer service
Haven't been here in a while. I remember there being booth seating but they replaced the booths with tables. I brought my 1 yr old and they don't have high chairs so spent a lot of the night chasing a one yr old in between bowling!! Otherwise friendly atmosphere and the alcohol drinks were more like Kool-aid! Nonetheless we had a good time!!
The bowling experience was great from beginning to end. I booked my daughter?s party through an agent with Bowlero and Mr. Lane was great. He was helpful and kind and very responsive. On the day of her party the bowling alley employees greeted us with smiles and treated us like they were happy we were there. Dennis and Wanda were absolutely wonderful- Extremely pleasant and professional! They were both attentive to our needs. It's the kind of good customer service you don't see anymore?.so refreshing. I'm
Great facility, with the ball rolling assists for the kiddos. Staff was super friendly.
Visited this place recently and purchased a Hammer RIP'D from their pro shop. The man working in the shop seemed very knowledgeable and was very fast at getting my new ball drilled for me. Even gave me a free game. My daughter also had fun there and the lanes seem very well kept. I left one ball for baking since I haven't bowled in a few years. I hope it helps get it back to where I had it when I first got it. I will be back again.
My a son and I bought two more bowling balls today . We are getting ready to start tournaments.
Great family venue night of fun and entertainment.
We visited for a tournament. The lanes was pretty even.Pizza was delicious.
Went with my daughters on a Saturday around 6pm. the staff was very very pleasant. Explained everything to us since it was our first time at this location. Honored the First responders? special. The establishment was very clean and organized. I saw the staff from the concession stand still delivering food to others tables, even though it was explained that they were short staffed and you would have to get your own food. The music was very nice. Everybody was having a great time. Definitely will be back. G
Horrible management & bartender . Energy couldn't have been more clear! Very dark & not accommodating! No GO. I'll drive 15 more minutes for better service !
Summer league sign up. Wonderful summer activity. 2 1/2 hrs of bowling for $10/kid every Saturday 10 wks. Staff is great. Place is clean. They coach the kids.
My family came in from Mississippi & decided to go bowling. We used Groupon to get group friendly pricing. To be sure there was no conflict, we called ahead at 4:40pm to confirm with the bowling alley the agreements, & everything was confirmed and set for 7pm. We got there 5mins until 7pm, as we confirmed over the phone, & was met with zero empathy and understanding. We got a completely different response from the staff present. They refused to take our Groupon; stating they don't take them after 6pm. Each
My husband & I went for a game of bowling since it was our day off of work . We arrived & asked for a game & gave my credit card to place on file . From there everything was fine , we played our 1 game & then we decided we wanted to play in the arcade to have a little fun & I told my husband I wanted a Red Bull . I went up to Dennis & asked if I was able to purchase a redbull with him or should I wait at the other counter . He replied he could ring me up & then grab it for me , I agreed & as I paid for my r
Friendly staff and a great place to take a date.
Super friendly staff, clean and well maintained. Bruce in the pro shop is amazing and is worth the 45 minute drive to go to for all my bowling needs.
It's a bowling alley for people who love to bowl. Pro shop is great and tons of leagues for people to join! But if you want to just hang out and play games they have that too.
This is a great bowling alley!! The customer service is great!!
We paid $99 for 4 people and the shoes. Our lane kept freezing up on us. They changed the lane which went well. The food was just ok. But , you can't expect much from a bowling place. My biggest issue was the cost and the fact that the land kept malfuctioning. If there ever is another bowling alley in this area. Bowlero is in trouble.
Attended the Southern Collegiate Classic in November and had a blast. The staff done a great job and kept all services going. Dennis ran a great tournament and minimal issues with lanes. Keep up the great work.
Was a lot of fun. Very busy and it costs per person instead of by game.
We had my daughters birthday here, and Bowlero went above and beyond. I could not have asked for anything more. All of my guests complemented the food and experience. The staff was extremely attentive and gave 110%.
It's an older bowling alley but the lanes are always dressed and in great condition! They just renovated it. The pro shop (Bruce) is always so helpful with anything you need. Will drill your ball for $30? I know it was cheaper than Stars and Strikes in Dallas. Dennis is the GM and is very organized when it comes to running a league. My husband prefers this bowling alley to any other alley. Food is good, like any other bar food. They have an arcade and bar area (I think pool tables too).
I bowl here for a league on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Their service is great, (although a little pricey) as well as comfortable seating and clean tables.
Fun for the whole family! Food and drinks a bit expensive so eat before you go but also like that they do serve adult beverages ?? There is much fun to have as a date night or friendly get together for friends! Genuinely enjoyed a night out shooting pool having drinks with a friend! We were served by an amazing bartender who was knowledgeable and personable with great hospitality! This establishment has overachieved my expectations with service and fun for all! Big thanks to Brandon for the awesome night an
Bowlero is a nice spot to go to if you want to bowl casually, practice, and they have nice leagues from what I've observed. Went on a Saturday night with 2 brothers, and it cost us a total of 78+ dollars. 2 unlimited, and 2 games for one. That's crazy high to me, considering other alleys haven't been that high. The unlimited bowling is only good if you have your own lane or two people per lane, MAX. Haven't tried the food, I don't go to bowling alleys to eat. But it has a good atmosphere, and the lanes were
My family always have a wonderful experience here! This place is amazing! I love the staff! The food is good, and the music creates a fun vibe! Sam is also very welcoming and attentive! I think this is going to be our weekend "kick it" spot!
Great atmosphere! Excellent service! Great prices! Wonderful family experience with bowling, arcade, good food, and good equipment. Will absolutely be back!
It was a Very Pleasurable Experience. My Treasure Friends & I had a Really Good Time. Bowl some Games, got some Food & Drinks, it was a Good Time had by all!!
The staff was really friendly. We were able to get a lane for our family of five immediately. The lane was a little warpped but it was fine with us. Very clean and food service was fast. Prices were good. Overall we had a great experience and I would recommend.
It was awesome. My family and I enjoyed ourselves.
Always great service. Super friendly staff. Clean facilities. And great adult drinks.
The bowling alley is very old. They had to a restart on of the lanes that we had and fix another lane that we had. They did give us 10 minutes back but fixing it took longer than that. We still enjoyed ourselves and would more than likely go back.
We had a fabulous time. Social distancing isn't really being implemented.
Bruce in pro shop drilled holes on two of my bowling balls and did an awesome job. Very professional and he made my visit at Bowleros a great experience. The crew there are very friendly . I would highly recommend Bruce for sure .
We went to this place Nov 4th and first off let me say it was a Caucasian lady working at the front to take payment and give us shoes; She asked what size me and my guy wear he says a 9 and I tell her a 7 1/2. I proceeded to go sit and put on my shoes to find out she gave me MEN shoes (mind you I'm a 5?8 woman) so I really feel like she was being disrespectful and discriminatory playing with my gender because who gives a woman MEN shoes in the first PLACE when it's a reason it different categories of shoes
I saw from a distance how my brother was humiliated and even had his drank snatched and it spilt all on his clothes and he asked for a refund to compensate the now messed up clothing thanks to the guy snatching his drink from him when my brother told him hold on my wallet is in the car the he said I don't care we ate not serving you Mexicans any more and your no longer welcome here
The kids enjoyed it. You can tell it's old but it's bowling do it works. Small arcade. The air hockey table stopped working on us but the manager fixed it and gave us another game. The staff was nice. Bowling is fun anyhow so not a way to mess that up. If you're looking for all the frills and thrills, choose a different location. If you don't care about all of that, book a lane and have some fun!
The staff wasn't very pleasant. Closed the lanes while we were still bowling. The prices were outrageous. There wasn't much activity as far as customers, so I couldn't understand their behavior. They won't get another dollar from us.
Girls night out was a lotnof fun here. Even though we had several issues with lane #1, the staff were fast to fix them. The watermelon infusion drinks are so good. We did not eat food there, but it smelled and looked good. They were also short handed, but handled everything within timely reason. We will be going back.
They literally double charged us two people more than we played with. There were two of us and we were charged for four people. Upon asking, they tried to justify charging for four people rather than two and charged us $70.00 for two games after stating that the games were $9.50 for each person and $5 per shoe. Disputing with bank and reporting to the better business bureau immediately.
Had a blast here for years but everything changed when they took off the unlimited bowling for $17. I use to play around 10 to 12 games per session.but now i would have spend close too $100 if not more just to bowl 10 to 12 games, and that's not including beer or food. from what i hear its in all bowleros. I guess $300 dollars worth of gear is going to stay in the basement.
Time spent well, Good old bowling alley, the distance was short and the bowling balls had odd weights as compared to other Bowlero.
Came through with a group of friends on a Monday evening. Not a busy place on Mondays. Good for groups and service was fine. We had one hiccup but the manager was kind enough to give us all gift cards to make up for it. No complaints here. They care about their customers!
Nice and clean. Food was good
We celebrated one of my great aunt's landmark birthdays. The room in the back was nice and quiet enough for ceremony we had. Dennis, the manager, and his staff were very professional and the food was hot and good. We had a really nice time.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
