We've come here 3 times already and will continue to come with how awesome it is here. It's very clean and organized. The staff are great and always smiling. We come here for birthday parties and just a family night out and always a great and fun experience. The food is yummy, too, even though it is very expensive, to be honest. No free refills for $5 beverages are overkill, so we just come to play and eat out later. Besides that, though, this place is awesome.
So we decided to meet up and spend some time together early Saturday. We showed up only to find out that they were extremely busy. They had bowling leagues on one end and some parties that were set to start in a few on the other end. They did not give up, though. They found us a lane to bowl on. Mrs. Christy(I hope that's her name) the manager on duty. She was so nice and so helpful, extremely polite even though she had a full house. We really enjoyed ourselves.
Great place for a kid?s birthday party. Everything was set up including the decorations and food when we got there. We had a large group of adults and kids and everyone got to enjoy themselves for a good price. Christy went out of her way to make sure our son had the time of his life and the rest of the staff made sure we were all taken care of. The food drinks remained full, everything was very clean, and everyone on staff had a very positive attitude. We will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone at B
I don't usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience at this bowling alley that I felt like I had to say something. The place was clean, fun, and had a great vibe. What really stood out was the amazing service from the manager, Emma. She was super friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly for our group. You can tell she really cares about making sure everyone has a good time. It's not often you get service this good, and it definitely made our night. We'll for sure be coming back
I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by Emma. She is rude, unprofessional, and lacks the ability to treat customers with respect. Someone in a management position should know how to handle customers properly, and she clearly does not. I've been bowling here for years and come weekly, but this experience was unacceptable. I know Ed and Miss Kristy wouldn't approve of the way she handles customers. Proper training in customer service is definitely needed.
Great Save by Management & Amazing Service from Connie! My visit to Bowlero started off a bit rough, but management stepped in quickly and made things right, which I really appreciated. The highlight of the night, though, was our server Connie?she was absolutely amazing! So sweet, professional, and full of positive energy. Her kindness and attitude truly made the experience special. Thanks to Connie and the team for turning things around!
My son and husband come here at least once a week and usually have a really great time. Today I was told a CSR by the name of Emma was so disgusting and rude to them, that it completely ruined the bonding experience they look forward to each week. I've seen other customers complain of her terrible attitude and would definitely ask that something be done about this. You all will lose a lot of loyal customers with service like this. Hopefully this is dealt with and doesn't spread amongst the other employees.
Great place to come and hang out and bowl with friends, play in the arcade, or sit and chat and enjoy some drinks. There are daily specials that offer deals on both bowling and the arcade, as well as on certain foods and drinks. We took advantage of the Thursday unlimited special which includes shoe rental and unlimited games of bowling from 9pm to close for around $20, so about 3 hours of bowling. Bowling aside, the food options here are hit or miss, both price wise as well as quality and taste. If you're
Celebrated my two oldest sons 15th and 17th birthday at the lanes!!! It's a tradition...my kids really enjoy bowling! No matter what town, City or state we're in we hitting the LANES??. I am GRATEFUL! Such a great music friendly fun smooth atmosphere. I will definitely visit again and I highly recommend this bowling alley.
Let me start by thanking the amazing staff of Bowlero Augusta for how they treat their clients from the smallest groups to the largest ones with professionalism, compassion, understanding, and care for their clients needs. The lanes and AMAZING, clean and there is always a staff member walking around offering help. The arcade is outstanding and my boy and I enjoyed every moment of it. Thank you for the amazing service and we will be back and I highly recommend everyone in the CSRA to come visit this nice sp
My friends and I love this place. We bowl every Tuesday night. It's always clean, the food is good, the arcade is fun and employees are all friendly and helpful, especially Emma. She remembers our lane preferences, shoe sizes, even has them on the counter when we walk up. Great place to hang with friends and make new ones!
It was a nice very clean place to go
I'm honestly shocked by the level of service I received from EMMA. As a long-time customer, I've always enjoyed coming here, but this recent interaction has completely changed my view. Emma was dismissive and seemed uninterested in helping at all. I expected better treatment, especially from someone in a managerial role. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism. I've never had an experience like this here, and I hope it doesn't reflect the standards this place wants to uphold. Thanks EMMA fo
Unfortunately Emma does not know what hospitality means or how to give customers the proper respect they deserve. I wasted my hard earned money tonight. Emma please work on your customer service skills
Love the atmosphere. Food was okay, but the drinks were delicious!
We had a BLAST! They're following CDC guidelines & sanitizing after each party leaves. Celebrated my daughters birthday, they decorated, very attentive, & we had plenty of space. The pizza's were HUGE & the wings piled high! MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BOWLERO & We WILL be BACK!!!
Customer service is trash!!! I had to get a smaller ball for my nephew and the girl had an attitude saying it was the last one. (So what?) Tried to order food no one would take my order. Trash!!! Do better!!!
Bowlero is the best bowling alley in the CSRA area. The others are just very sorry and crime ridden. Pricing is ok. Seems expensive to me. Don't miss off the guy at the Cafe. He has a sorry attitude and your food might be screwed up. 2 IDs required for a pitcher of beer even though you could probably finish it off. Plenty of house balls.
I recently visited this bowling alley and, unfortunately, had an extremely disappointing experience. While the bowling itself was average, the customer service was well below par, deserving less than 1/5 stars. The staff, particularly an employee named Gabby, seemed completely uninterested in providing any kind of positive service. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, and it was clear that she lacked basic social skills. Initially, I tried to be understanding, as I thought she might be on the spectrum or m
Great place to bowl but if you wanna eat better do it before you get there. Paid for 3 games ordered a pretzel and a chilli dog before the start of the 2nd game and didn't get it before the 3rd game was over. Had to wait around just to get our food
Place was nice. The food workers were good. They made the order wrong but replaced the food without any hassles. Will definitely return!
A little pricey on the food, but over all good atmosphere. I enjoyed it fir the most part.
The kids had a wonderful time, the staff was outstanding
I recently visited this bowling alley and, unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing experience. On the initial service at the front desk, the staff particularly an employee named Emma had an attitude, was rude and very dismissive. It was clear that she didn't want to service my group. As a faithful customer she has really put a bitter taste in bowling there at bowlero?
Bowling with my family is always fun, however, this particular location needs to retrain their employees. They were very rude and acted as though they did not feel like working. My 5 year old nephew needed the rack to help him bowl and the lady behind the counter acted as though it was a problem for her to get the rack for us. The man working the Snack bar area was very short and rude. They weren't able to make any drinks because there was no bartender, which is fine, but how about inform people politely.
It was fun but on the pricy side. We had 6 adults and did 2 games, getting a 3rd free. It was about $170. Fun 80s vibe. The staff seemed put out that our lane had some problems. If you want a drink you have to pay and a small water was $4.50. The ball sizes are all mixed and they were very worn on the finger holes and my fingers felt raw after 2 bowls.
Pretty disappointed, thought I was paying for a certain amount of time to bowl. Turn out they charge per game. never been to an alley that charges per game and not for a certain amount of time. ended up spending an exorbant amount of money to bowl for an hour, will just explore other alleys from now on.
My friends and I enjoy the sport of bowling but, here too often we are harassed and accused of do things that we don't by one of the employees (Emily). We come in with high spirits for the sport of bowling but, once encountered by Emily it makes us not want to bowl anymore this is very unprofessional.
The attendant (Emma) was rude and unwelcoming in tone and service. I felt unwelcomed and she made it evident that she did not want me or my church members to bowl at this establishment. She really destroyed our parties mood. This is unacceptable, and I hope this is rectified.
We came by the bowling alley earlier during the day to scope out it's size, quality of balls, age of the technology, and price. The employee at the desk told us how much it would be per person for cosmic bowling including shoe rental that night. We came back with our family, and were charged the fee we were told earlier PLUS a fee for shoe rental and tax. After explaining to the shift leader what we were told earlier; multiple times, asking to see the manager, and pleading a case of the integrity (they shou
We had 4 people. We played 2 games. The cost was 120.00 dollars. A pitcher of beer was 20.00 extra.
Great family time! Buffalo cauliflower was great! Staff could have been friendlier, but the service was decent even though they were short-staffed.
This place is very clean and every employee that we met was super polite.
We had such a great experience. Christy made our visit top notch! And Luke was great juggling the food and bar!
The staff was helpful, the place was clean. My kids had a great time playing in the arcade.
Great place, but Ema?s customer service poor and she's very rude. Haven't had any issues with none of the other workers, but Ema has consistently been rude and showed terrible customer service
This was for our twins 10th birthday party. It looks great and the customer service was even better. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I didnt have to worry about anything. Just had to set up and enjoy!
Visited this location on 11/24/24 around 8pm. We purchased a lane and immediately noticed the score was incorrect, told the two associated at the counter, they immediately said it was our fault and they would check it, I went to the desk over three times to seek help, she said she informed maintenance, he came and stood behind us as if he was intimidating by his size (lol) ??, but still didn't fix the issue, long story short the lanes are nice the customer service sucks ..I would not recommend this locati
DONT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO SPEND A FORTUNE AND FET POOR SERVICE!!!! Every time we went the workers were grumpy and rude. We were not greeted and instead we were ridiculed for saying we wanted two tickets instead of two people to bowl for our first visit. Then I guess they felt the need to storm over to tell us that we decided to play a third game when we know we did, hence why we assumed they save a card on file so we have that option. In the end, we walked out paying nearly $90.00 for only 3 GAMES F
I coach for a local middle school bowling team and we have used this bowling alley to practice and compete for the past three years. Since the beginning, the counter staff, both the older gentleman as well as the older woman, have been unbelievable rude and unprofessional. Their customer service has been some of the worst I've ever experienced. Their interactions are short, disrespectful, and downright standoffish. I did everything I could to make sure that while my team was there we were respectful to the
Good price for unlimited bowling, great food, great vibes. Fun for two or for a large group!
We was turnt around for not having reservations when a group of people walked in behind us and got in when they didn't have reservations as well
We booked 3 lanes for my 22 year old sons birthday party the day after Christmas. We got a food and drink package and the staff took great care of us. He had been away with the Air Force and we wanted to have a fun night of him spending time with everyone. We had a huge group and everyone was able to mingle and have fun between their turn. It was a great family night!
Very nice employees. Nice environment an they keep there lanes up
Clean! Professional Staff! Variety of bowling balls to choose from! Truly a great time! If I'm ever in town I will definitely go again!
Slow, expensive and dangerous. More cops than workers. If you have 2 hours to spend and 60 dollars to waste, this is your go to.
The experience was awesome. The management was very nice as well.
Great place for kid and adult fun! The food is good, the drinks are fantastic, and the arcade area doesn't disappoint! I will continue to come here for a good time!
Birthday party here was a great choice. Staff was outstanding. Great bowling, nice arcade and good food. If you bowl or want to try this is your place.
I enjoyed myself. Everything was what good; customer service, the lanes, and the snack bar and bar. I like that they had specials at least trying to look like they're saving money at the snack bar and the bowling specials I thought are great. Definitely going to back a bunch of times v
Good leagues and overall atmosphere, but the lanes are extremely oily in comparison to others. I'm sure there is a reason for it, but it makes a mess all over the ball upon its return from each shot.
Bowlero is probably the best bowling alley in the greater CSRA area. The food is actually good, the lanes are nice and spacious and the arcade area is really great. The weekday specials they run (especially on Tuesday) are unmatched and a real good money saver. They do fill up quickly so I recommend reserving a lane especially on busy nights like Tuesdays and the weekends. The people are friendly and I've never had a bad experience bowling here.
Great atmosphere calm area & nice and friendly service good prices me and my two children bowled a few games and had a little mishap with are lane we payed for 1 game but due the machine it turned in the 4 I payed but was happy to see they fixed things with no arguments the place is clean wasn't to crowd while there and everyone seem to be having a great time the arcade was fun but the prizes sucked best to play and have fun a few games where down but still much to play didn't try the food but saw people
Fantastic service. Dina and Gabbie did a great job setting us up and the drinks are amazing.
Great staff lanes rarely ever break down and had games for the kids for when they get tired of bowling
Bowled the Turtle tournament this weekend and I Bowled my highest game ever. The center was very clean, lanes were great thanks to the head mechanic Steve Franko who was very kind and friendly, the staff was courteous. The employee Chrissy (don't remember last name) who works in office and with the tournament went above and beyond when I got sick on Sunday making sure I had a fan and constant water. The tournament personal were just great.
To the front desk lady in front. She was power tripping over a lane and wouldn't let my husband book two lanes next to each other and said it wasn't guaranteed when we had a party of 9 even when it was empty. My friend brought in some water and she said no outside food or drinks from the outside. Stop being so angry and hating your job. If you don't like it then leave. No wonder that place was empty because of your sorry and petty ass. Do not recommend and will not be spending my money here. Negative 1000 s
I'm not sure who the the manager lady is but her customer service skills are horrible and she should not work in the public..I have always had a great experience here Mrs Betsy Mrs Christie and everyone else we have ever encountered are always so pleasant but this lady was horribly rude to my friends and my family I brought my son here to celebrate his birthday so we had a large group the whole ordeal from getting the lanes,to shoes,to checking out this woman was so insanely rude we were trying to calculate
Prices have gone up everywhere, so I won't complain about that. However, children do have short attention spans, we paid for 3 games but they only played two and couldn't get a refund (which I understood) they just should've said so in the beginning. Also our lanes were malfunctioning a lot and they were upset every time we asked for help. Main staff rude but the staff serving the food were very polite and patient. Could definitely provide better service for what we are paying nowadays.
We had a great time at Bowlero Augusta we took my 7 year old for his birthday and his sister and they had a blast. The attendant set up the bumper rails, and also a ramp. He was very helpful very helpful. We also play games and we didn't receive any tickets for the $20 that we spent in the games. I don't know whether we spend enough money or not, but we didn't get a single ticket for prizes. So the children was saying where is the tickets it's not like Chuck-E-Cheeses, and said no it's a bowling alley. NICE
Stars and Strikes has more visual and gaming appeal
Really great experience! Play on a league and one of our members was trying to get a stuffed animal out of a claw machine that had special significance to them. The staff noticed it was really important to them and offered to save that type of stuffed animal from the next order so they could get one. Went above and beyond!
Priced ridiculous. 2 adults a 5 year old and 7 year old one lane 2 games. 121.00 dollars. Rip off
Had a great time with some of the work crew here good for raindays
Was at Bowlero over Labor Day for a tournament. Was impressed with them. The staff was friendly, especially Steve, the maintenance guy. He helped me out with finding the line. Will hopefully go back next year for this tournament.
The food was good but expensive at the same time.
We celebrated my son?s 14th birthday at Bowlero. This was the easiest and nicest party ever. The lane was decorated, the food was delicious, and most importantly the kids had so much fun. The staff is amazing and really took care of us. We will definitely party here again.
Celebrated a friend's 30th birthday there and had a great time. The staff was very friendly. The lanes are very well maintained and the facility is super clean. Very impressed that the bathroom was spotless, even after league play. Appreciate that the drinks are refillable so you get your money's worth. Will be back!!
Love Brunswick and the people that work there! Very friendly staff and I always bowl better here than other places. They're under construction right now but typically very clean.
The establishment is clean and well-maintained. The staff are very cordial but the prices on the weekend are on the pricey side. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option try going during the week.
Very nice and clean. The staff I encountered were very friendly! I highly recommend! Had a great time!
I booked an event here for a local university. They were fantastic! No stone left unturned. Jen was so easy to work with and directed me every step of the way! She is amazing! Great staff. Everyone had the best time! We can't wait to go back!
So much fun. The outside is dated, but inside? 5-stars. Great atmosphere and even better music. And the food was good too. Plus, the gal at the front deserves a raise. So nice and professional. (Didn't get her name. But we visited 7/30 at noon. I told her I'd hire her in a heartbeat.)
I had a great time with my co-workers.
My husband and I used to go more often before Bowlero took over and it was decent. We have tried to go in twice now and everytime they are too busy. That being said we stopped in tonight and we're told there would be a 45 minute wait because our party of 5 kids and 2 adults needed two lanes. There were maybe 5 lanes in use. I was told I could reserve, but online was more expensive so I tried to reserve while I was there in person and was told it can only be done online.. we checked online before driving out
Great place to bring the family. Place offer arcade and bowling. Daily specials, food and full bar.
It's bowling arcades and alcohol NOTHING BETTER IN THE WORLD
Seems to be a great place to hang out. The drinks were a little pricey. The arcade was very fun even though the card machines were not working and you had to go to the front desk to reload. I'd go back.
Very expensive, but nice lanes
Very nice and clean to hang out at.
Really enjoyed the new layout and added arcade!
Great bowling alley! Fun atmosphere, food was awesome too!
We had fun that night
Good place to bowl AS long as u use 11-14 lbs balls. NO cosmic bowling and that's ONLY reason I went. Can only get pitcher of coke IF u buy a pizza Pins didn't even line up correctly .. even after bringing to their attention
My friends and I go every Tuesday night.
Fun ,good vibes , friendly environment and stress relief ??
Nice! It's been a while since I've been inside the renovations look great. We had my nephew birthday party there, he turned 6. It was really nice, the kids had a ball
The staff was very nice and accommodating. The check in and the bar was awesome, as for the food it was a hit and miss chicken wing great! Everything else was cold as in mozzarella sticks the Nacho cheese was disgusting, Stick to the wings and the drinks you will be okay.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
