Had a fantastic and fun experience with my workmates here last December. Cool and aesthetic bowling spot. I love the ambience, it's so neat, and the bowling shoes were clean. Was not able to play bowling that much because of my injury, good thing they offered the dinosaur bowling ramp for me to use to let the ball slide ?? but I enjoyed the company, the atmosphere, and the food was delicious. I would love to come back here soon! ??
Had my kids 13th birthday ?? party here! We loved it, he enjoyed amazing time with his friends. Very cheap compared with other gaming spots like you know who, comes with game cards, and food is buffet style. What I liked the most is the personal touch of putting his name on the table, means a lot. Arcadia Bowlero you are amazing! Thank you for a great service. The servers were on point. Nothing to complain about.
Crazy expensive but a ton of fun. We keep having our son's birthday parties there, and it's always a great time. The staff really works hard to make it a fun event. I'd give a 5 star if it wasn't $1,500 for 2 hours. I know we're fortunate to be able to afford that. Many aren't.
Let me start off by saying this is NOT our first time here at this location. It's our second year hosting a company party for our team, family, and friends. Ryan is the manager here. Amazing guy. He rolled out the red carpet with so many extras. He and the waitress/runner, Jessicah, both helped with our party last year and again this year, so they made it even more memorable. So make sure you ask for them if you're planning on hosting. The food here is really delicious. Something you don't expect from a
So today, my sister treated me to a game of bowling. And I have never been to this bowling establishment before. My 1st impression of this place was good. The atmosphere and the decor were nice and welcoming. The only employee we interacted with was the cashier/shoe person, and he was nice. Of course, we were the first bowlers there. Didn't get to try their foods, so I'm not able to put my 2 cent in, haha. ???? This place could have gotten a 5 star rating, but I took 1 star due to the awful smell in the
This is an edited review for Bowlero did an exceptional job and performance by its general manager who accommodated our previous experience for my birthday party. (I have deleted my birthday experience so that I may write a complete and positive review). I want to say that the staff here were excellent in providing my daughter's birthday party with above and beyond services. I'm quite overwhelmed with the front desk, check in team, our servers, management, and atmosphere. To our surprise Bowlero was stre
Had a fantastic time at this bowling alley! The ambience is top-notch, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. With 35 lanes, it's spacious enough to accommodate a good crowd without feeling cramped. Parking is a breeze, and the easy access makes it convenient for everyone. The staff is exceptionally friendly, adding to the overall positive vibe. On the flip side, the food quality left a bit to be desired; it's average at best. The drinks are okay, but they could definitely step up their game. Despite
My daughter and I went to get something to eat at the shops in Arcadia. After lunch, she looked at me and said, "Mom, I want to take you bowling." ?? I looked at her and said, "It's game on!" ?? It's not every day your teenager wants to hang out with you and take you bowling. We headed over to Bowlero next to the food court. We were greeted warmly and with a big smile ?? by the manager, Dejon. He provided excellent service and told us about unlimited bowling on weekdays in the evening. Since it was during t
Literally just had my son?s 9th bday party and this place exceeded my expectations. Firstly I was trying to book online but didn't have confirmed guests for the event so I didn't complete purchase. The staff reached out to see if I needed help and honestly I highly recommend to call if you are booking in advance for a party because it was fantastic. All questions answered and additional information was provided that helped make the day even better. Shout out to Alyssa who helped me finish booking over the p
Great service from Jessica, Nick, and Jordan very kind and friendly. Best place to come and bowl for a night out. Thanks you!! Would come again:)
Had a great time with family & friends our server Vincent C at front desk was very friendly & professional. Best customer service ever went above & beyond location was also very clean. Food was also great will keep coming back to celebrate another birthday here.
hi guys I wanted to take a moment to share with you the fantastic experience my daughter and I had during our visit to Bowlero Arcadia Mall recently. As a parent with a busy schedule, taking a day off to spend quality time with my daughter was truly refreshing. Choosing Bowlero Arcadia as our destination turned out to be the best decision. The mall not only provided a diverse shopping experience but also offered a range of entertainment options that catered to all age groups. The vibrant atmosphere and wel
I am currently at your establishment. It appears there are no staff members present in the bar area. My husband and I have been seated at one of the round cocktail tables for ten minutes attempting to place a drink order, without success. He has now gone to the bar to order, but still no one is there. We also tried to order via the QR code on the menu, but our table number does not seem to be recognized by the system. What does a thirsty girl gotta do to get a drink around here.
[update] Decided to do my birthday here and it was worth it. Party of 9 with the food and the drink pass for all the adults (which I would not recommend buying/adding because there is a time limit) just buy drinks at your own pace. Everything was nicely decorated. Overall I enjoyed my day and will definitely do it again! Come here occasionally to pass time on the weekend. It is always clean, staff is always in a good mood & friendly every time I've visited
Strings suck. Waited 20 minutes for service on the lane calling. Finally just flagged a worker. Forgot to add my summer pass discount at the end and did give me my voided check after fixing it.
Had a great time. We went early in the afternoon and it was nice and empty. There is a waitress who will come to your lane if you'd like to order food or drinks. We ordered the pizza. It was tasty. The way it works here is you use your credit card or debit card to open a tab. Once you are done they close out your tab. Can't wait to visit again during the summer.
Exactly what we wanted from a bowling spot - easy parking, good prices, bar food (delicious pizookie), and fun arcade games too. Thanks for hosting our big group and making the reservation process extremely easy!!
This was my first visit and I have to say I was impressed. I went in a party of 4 around 12 o'clock on a Monday. Shoes and games we're 4.95 each if I remember correctly. Bowlero charges you at the end of your bowling session as opposed to the beginning. Also you can order food from a touch screen in your lane. We ordered steak nachos and fries. Both dishes were great even though I thought the nachos could have used more cheese The food did seem to take a while but was good so no complaints. Only soft drink
6/28/2024 Having to wait 30 plus minutes for a lane when there is 15 plus lanes available. I bought the summer Pass and it seems that they put the pass holders as secondary bowlers as they already got the money. Do not recommend getting the summer pass. Good price but they will not give you a lane as they are looking to make money on paid daily bowlers. Love coming here. Staff is so friendly, clean and organized. 10/10
I go here at least twice a month and always have a good time. Everything is really clean and the food is really good.
Had a great time bowling here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The prices of bowling and arcade were fairly reasonable. I just wish they would have more racing games in the arcade.
Bowlero in the Westfield Arcadia shopping center is a great place for family, friends and adult fun. Lots to eat and drink, shoe rentals and mega huge wide screen monitors all lanes, auto scoring and casual seating area just to watch.Convenient parking entrance close by too!
So much fun! A great place to meet up with friends. Arcade games good food. It's a great way to be a friendly competitor lol. The employees will answer all your questions and always stop by to make sure everything is going smoothly.
Place is great for bowling, but I recommend you sneak in your own alcohol. I am extremely lightweight and can get pretty buzzed with just two long islands. I drank 3 long islands and 1 bloody Mary. Barely felt a thing. Drinks were a waste of money, my party got beers on tap and half was foam. Had to send it back. Do better!! We work hard for our money, and it sucks when business try to milk our dime. /:
This super awesome entertainment place is located inside the Westfield Mall Santa Anita. Here you can find bowling , arcade, bar and dining. Fun place to go. Also check out their Sunday Special.
Fun place perfect to go with friends and family or for a party with nice music and ambience. Make sure to visit their website to find some specials. This one is located at the mall and close to the food court so you can go shopping before or after or just walk around the mall ??
I booked an adult birthday party here a couple weeks ago. We had a really awesome time bowling and the service was great. My only complaint would be that they don't refund you if people in your reservation don't show up. I already knew this before I made a reservation so I will not penalize them for it. A couple people in my party didn't show up due to covid so it wasn't something I could avoid. The staff was nice enough to apply the money to food and drinks which I really appreciated. They went above and b
Great place to come and spend time with friends or family. Clean and friendly staff . Equipment is well maintained.
Cool spot and environment but i didn't like the pins with strings. Food was delicious
Jessica was an excellent server at Bowlero, always making sure that every guest had what they needed quickly and with a friendly attitude. She was attentive, checking in regularly and making sure orders were correct and delivered on time. Her positive energy and professionalism made the experience enjoyable for everyone.
Gary Wat local realtor bringing you a review on Bowlero in the Santa Anita Mall. I love the cool hip decor and good music when you walk into this place! The lighting and vibes are a great place to hang out with friends AND family any day of the week. The lanes are clean, Seating is comfortable and spacious, and crowd is good. Full bar has a good menu and they serve food as well. I didn't get to eat, but I definitely would try next time. Being so conveniently located in the mall, it's great to make a stop
Bowlero hosted my daughter's sweet 16 party! After a mix up with our event date, their event manager and staff came to rescue and set our party up within 20 mins. They exceeded my expectations. Our waitress was AMAZING! She consistently made sure we had everything we needed.
Walk-in wait times are long on the weekends. It is a little pricey compared to other bowling spots. Crowded on the weekends and sometimes there are too many people in the adjacent bowling isle and it is annoying. Drinks at the bar taste a little watered down. Games in the arcade area are ok, nothing "great". This place is ok.
A great place for friends and family. With 37 lanes to bowl, food and drinks, and an arcade for the kids, it is all very entertaining. You can easily spend 4 to 5 hours here. Highly reccomend Bowlero for parties or groups of people looking for loads of fun.
Went to this location today , Ryan was amazing and the service was excellent will be coming here going Foward , dealt with Will also which he was amazing I'm glad my situation was resolved and they kept there word on accommodation!! I will for sure will be returning!! Thank you agian to you all
Big place. Something to do for every age group. They have food and a bar. Plenty of other restaurants around if you just want to play here. Plenty of free parking. Fun for a night or with the family.
Long wait even when there are like 10 lanes availability. I really don't understand. A little slow.
Definitely a fun place to check out. They just opened and have plenty of great food and lanes. Great place for parties.
Was having a good time until the bartender sent me to the food service worker and the food service worker sent me back to the bartender. As a customer I shouldn't be going back and forth between the same people. As I was asking to for my online order. The only question I had was that I had put in the online order for my table and it was past an hour and half just wanted to know what's happening with my order? The back and forth quickly just seemed off putting, I asked for my money back, since no one knew ho
Great place for bowling, games, food and fun.
Here for opening night and what an experience. Great staff, good food and a huge arcade! Really a great experience, will be back here again soon!
What's not to love about bowling. They always have great deals. Compared to Round 1, the prices are easy to understand and more affordable. They have a small area for games. We had a big group with us. The servers were attentive. Our server was great. There was a mistake in our order being placed, and they provided us with a free dessert and remade our order the right way. I like that this location has a lot of lanes. We always drive from burbank because we also go to Dave N Busters at this shopping mall. W
Gave this Bolero 3 stars specifically for customer service It wasn't bad service, but the guy at the counter sold us a "day" pass for unlimited bowling games and unlimited "arcade." Sounds like a great deal. UNTIL you try playing the arcade games. You could only use them on certain games and you can't collect winning tickets. It gives you 2hrs from the first swipe to play. The guy at the counter told us to swipe one card and save the other one for another visit. Then I was told you can't use it at another
Fun center - Bar and pool table are close by.. Food(Parma Chan cheese Wings and Fries) was very good.. $15 per hr for pool table. My friend hate the Boozy blue signature cocktail- never go for the big glass(it was like drinking blue solution).. On review on pool board - only one table was clean and good to my eyes.. Lot of dirt and one table has the pool table cloth ripped at center .. lot of other fun games are here.. yet to try next visit..
This place is always a good time to come and have fun. It can sometimes get pretty busy seeing that it's at the mall. One time I waited like an hour and a half to get a lane
First time here and let me tell you, this place is awesome to bring your family. They have the arcade on one side of the place and the bowling place on the other. Staff here is nice and they are willing to help you if you don't know how to order food on the computer. This was a real nice experience for me and the nephews. Will bring them here again.
If you're a league bowler this place isn't for you. My boyfriend and I decided to check this place out for our anniversary but instead ended up having a bad experience. Our waitress Haleigh brought our beer tower and promised to come back with glasses. Which she never did. 20 min latter we had to ask someone else to bring them. Haleigh never even came back to check on us till 40 min latter can't imagine waiting that long for glasses! And it wasn't even a busy night. The next time she came around was just
My balls got stuck here. Ha. I had a blast here...great drinks and easy atmosphere. Love this mall anyways but this spot adds some extra fun for sure.
Cute place. Waitress very attentive. Fun times
My recent visit at Bowlero left much to be desired. We had planned a birthday celebration only for our experience to be terrible. The wait time for a lane was excessively long. Despite being told that we would receive a text message when our lane was ready, we never received any notification. After waiting patiently we decided to check with the front desk, only to be met with confusion and disorganization. The staff claimed that they had already sent us a text message, but we never received it so we had to
Really cool new place to bowl!! Service and employees are really nice and very helpful!! Good deals on daily specials!!
Love this game! This location has a good size arcade, with lots of good prizes.
Cool spot to kill 90 minutes with your kid
A good upgrade to the old bowling spots that used to litter the San Gabriel valley. Because now they also include an arcade, a bar, a private dining area, a private party area, oversized food restaurant, about 40 lanes and a laid back atmosphere. Lots of middle tables, tables and side tables. More options on top of bowling which tends to slow after a while. Took my daughter here with her friends after graduation. Kids played and ate while parents drank and ate. Good distribution. 4 stars.
Bad management! I took my 3 kids bowling and within less than 15 minutes a guy with 4 girls came to the lane next to ours. We kindly moved our belongings little that we new it was a birthday party. In less than 5 minutes they were all over. We ordered food and the girls were touching the food.
We had a blast, 4 kids and 2 adults. Where else can you go to have fun for everyone? Nice arcade there as well. Parking can be a pain, but there is a parking garage that usually has spaces at the top during busy times. Bowlero is located right on the first floor near the food court.
Fun spot for the kids and family and conveniently located by the food court in the mall so plenty of free parking and easy access. The 3-star experience is from ONLINE reservations as there's no refund for cancellations even weeks ahead of time. So if you read this NEVER book online, it's just not worth it with extra "convenience" and credit card fees for booking online. Probably still come here with family and kid outings but only going up to the counter and booking directly. Never book online, never r
Really nice place with great food, drinks and good pricing.
My daughter, husband, and I had a wonderful bowling and game experience. Great deal on bowling 3 games and dining. We took about four hours total in bowling, eating, and using the arcade. Our server was amazing and very attentive. Thank you!
I TRIED 2ND TIME TODAY after the manager's comment but its worse atttitude than before. THEY told me we cannot honor ur coupon. So come after 24 hrs. So my advice. DONT COME HERE. THEY ARE CHEATS. IF U GET A COUPON OR GROUPON THEY'LL TRY THEIR BEST NOT TO HONOR IT. Its really embarrassing in front of ur family. I REPEAT DONT COME HERE. This establishment is un reasonably expensive and cheap. They had lots of lanes open but they refuse us. They trick u with an unlimited option costing around $23 each person
Best way to relieve your stress is to throw those bowling ball down the alley! It doesn't matter if you're young or old, or good or bad at bowling. It is a place to have some fun (or try some tasty snacks and wide variety of drinks.
The Bowlero at Arcadia Mall is superb. Friendly services, clean bowling alley. Staff always has a smile even though this place is super busy... Shot out to Mgr DeJon and Vincent. Keep up to great work!
Great experience!!! Multiple lanes, more of a hipper scene. Great music, drinks and wings....They honored our Groupon and allowed us to check in and be added to the wait-list early to avoid the 6 pm deadline to use the Groupon offer. It was my cousin's birthday and unlike the Bowlero in Pasadena( who told us to come back another day, and they no longer allowed Groupon users to check in early) they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time celebrating. Skip Pasadena and head to Santa Anita you w
We had a birthday party there, but the policy about not allowing adult to consuming the food is awkward policy.
This place was a great way to spend time with my son. Great drinks and food too.
Alcoholic portions are terrible, they skimp out on all the alcohol insead of a full shot you'll be lucky to get half of a shot in a mixed drink.
This place is nice and clean. Workers are very nice in helpful. Very clean, saw worker cleaning so that was very good. I gave them 5 stars because they are so nice. Nevertheless the beer was watered down and the cost of food is to high. You pay 100. 00 for 2 games for 4 people. I think food cost and for drinks need to go down.i do like the summer pass that helps with the food and drink cost
Guy at bar was rude and didn't Have good communications skills was told "IM JUST A BARTENDER" rolled his eyes and ignored further questions when asked about my order. keep in mind i placed my order from the bar area. I was sent back and forth from the bar to front desk for my order front desk told me to go back to the bar for my order waited 1 hour for a cookie and pizza ended up canceling my order and went to dave & busters never coming here again.
The staff took really good care of my grandsons' birthday party . Their price is much lower than Chuckie Cheese. They keep the food comming as long as you time there hasn't expired. The food was good and the kids had lots of fun as well as the adults. Excellent service ,food and fun for everyone.??????????????
This is such a fun place. We had assistance from one of the managers named Dejon in the arcade and he was such a pleasure and I really appreciate what he did for my girls. We also played bowling and was quickly assisted by Ramon....the bowling balls were stuck Thanks again guys!!
Clean place. Well labeled bowling balls. One occasion of mechanical failure of pin set up but was remedied within several minutes by technician. Convenient food ordering system.
Has an absolute great time. Foods great, the drinks are great, and the arcade games are fun as well. Highly recommend coming here! Staff is super friendly and accommodating, especially the manager Carlos. He was very attentive to our needs, and helped accommodate some of our dietary restrictions, and was quick about helping us !
I recently visited Bowlero in Arcadia, California and overall the experience was great. The decor is modern and inviting and the bowling lanes themselves are state-of-the-art with automatic scoring systems. They also have a variety of arcade games, pool tables, and other entertainment options to keep everyone in your party entertained. The food menu offers something for everyone from burgers to salads, making it easy to satisfy everyone's cravings. Plus, there's an extensive selection of draft beers on tap
Perfect place for a casual date or bowling with family. You can lift up the bumpers for the kids and they have ramps available for kids who can't carry a bowling ball. Food is great and service is top notch. All you need is one game before the kids get bored and want to go to the arcade. Plenty of free parking since it's in the Westfield mall. This is a fun place to celebrate your bday. Reserve a few lanes and have a couple food and drinks with your friends and loved ones.
Good time!!! Great service. All of the employees acknowledge you and smile. Their consistently checking up on your party and making sure you don't need anything. They even offered me a summer special pass that i would recommend to anyone with little ones!!! Absolutely recommend for any group!!
Been coming for a while. Fun bowling alley and arcade. Strong drinks. Decent food. Great staff.
We came around 2pm on a Monday so it wasn't busy at all. We brought a 4yr old with us, so we were worried about how that would work, but it was very kid friendly. Each lane had a gutter blocker, if needed, and a ramp for kids to roll their ball. The food/drink selection was great and service was very friendly. There was also an arcade section. I loved the ambience, great for birthday parties or a teen hang out.
This place was so much fun! It's inside the mall. A person comes up to you and takes your food and drink orders so you can keep playing. Big screens were playing some funny videos and the music was pretty great. Good vibes in a happy environment.
Either here or Foothill is our go to, I usually think highly of this place as well. However, recently they messed up big time. Sure, they "made up for it", after we pointed out the fact that they messed up. Keeping it PG for the sake of this public review. We waited 4 plus hours because they didn't "have our information correctly", so we had to call them out on their BS and they gave us a spot because that wasn't our fault they didn't have our number in their system. They also lied about making us a priorit
Groupon has better prices but Bowlero has a special going on for $27 per person you get 3 games of bowling, shoes, and $5 game card which isn't bad. They also have happy hour specials and half price on games on Wednesdays. The bowling alley it self is pretty nice. I would recommend.
Looks like a nice spot but we didn't bowl because we can't bring in a child?s water bottle! I find it ridiculous that a simple water bottle for a child cannot be brought in.
Such a fun place. Kids love it and the guys there are not hell bent and kicking you out. The kids are allowed to play an extra time.
Although usually the service is average at best, the kitchen took alot longer to serve the pizza. We had ordered the food and we had gotten everything but our pizza, which was meant for the kids. It had took them an hour to bring the pizza which those how are experienced in pizza making know it o lyrics takes 5 minutes minimum. They had seemed to disregard our questions when asked about the pizza and had said it would take 3 more minutes at least 3 times every 10 minutes. The pasadena one is way better an
Return ball gully is way too close to the lane. It interferes if you're right handed bowling in a right lane.
Ehhh, this is probably the worst location. At first I was happy to get a bowling alley at the mall, but then parking at the mall is usually always terrible. This location is always full of kids with no etiquette, they will be loud and crazy and walk in your lane etc. The food/drink service is terribly slow. You'll finish a game before you even get anything. The worst part of all, is they have a shortened approach here. I have no idea why they would do that, there is plenty of room in the center between the
Stopped by for some drinks, pretty cool place, great for family and friends. Did not try any food, but it looked pretty good. Great drink selection, plenty of sitting area.
Service is so-so, but it's a fun place to take my daughter. She often gets 1000 points. But they need to give receipts for points. My card said I had 2500 points, and they only let us get around 300 points of stupid little plastic toys. Major sus. ????
Lots of fun, Clean place and the music was great! Family oriented
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
