Came here from Virginia Beach using a Groupon and what a great deal! This place was very clean and nice looking. My boyfriend ordered a cheese pizza that was pretty tasty. He ordered a flavored lemonade and said it was really good. The only thing was it was extremely hot inside. It was 90 degrees yesterday and it felt like 80 degrees inside. I don't have crazy expectations for a bowling alley, but I expect lanes to be working. Or at the very least, staff should be willing to help if a lane breaks. That was not the case with this location. They already had a couple lanes closed because they were broken. Our lane was broken (one of the pins kept falling after the pins were set). As a former AMF employee from another location, I will say Annandale did their thing better than any location! My 22nd was so fun! My server/host Selena was amazing! The bartender was on point super interactive I loved her good spirit, She was 10/10 on drinks especially the margaritas! My recent visit to Bowlero Annandale was incredibly disappointing, earning a well-deserved one-star rating. The temperature inside the alley felt absurdly high, easily around 80 degrees, making for a very uncomfortable bowling experience. While there was a water fountain available, the general lack of easily accessible and complimentary water was a major issue, especially given the oppressive heat. Went there this past Saturday with my family. It was very busy but staff members were friendly and accommodating. The spaces were clean and we all had fun. They didn't have small balls for children was the only problem. Would go back though.

Wanted to shout out Davis & Madison for their incredible customer service?they were super friendly and knowledgable. The drinks were great and the bowling was fun. Only complaints are that it was pretty toasty (not sure if there was an AC malfunction that day) and the floor in front of the bowling lane was slippery. Other than that, I was very impressed by the clean, well run bowling alley and hope to be back soon!

I was invited to a birthday party. It was the first time. Lanes great, entry point quick...waited a little for the food set up at are area and items were forgotten ...like forks and water. DJ was on point. Checking out was interesting but Austin made it fun. We also had Dallas help out. All in all a great time good service for a packed Saturday night. Will come again.

I've been going to this location for yrs ! Always a great time - they have an arcade - food & good drinks ! Lanes are typically open unless you go on a busy night you might have to wait but you're still able to play in the arcade and have a drink/bite in the meantime.

We had a great time at this establishment. Hands down the best place you could go to drop some pins and pop some bottles. Raphael was a great server. He made sure to keep us fed and ready to bowl!

Staff was nice, but we were put at a broken lane. The machine would pick up the pins to prepare the spare, but as it placed it back down, it would knock a few pins over, making it an unpredictable and unfair game. The lane they moved us to after was better in that aspect but still had some problems, which wasn't a good experience.

Love Bowlero. Had a BDAY party for my son there. They put gutter rails up for the kids lanes. Food and drinks were kinda expensive for what you're getting ($4.25 for a Pepsi) but decent tasting. We had lots of fun!

We had to switch lanes at least 3-4 times in one night as they kept messing up. Mind you, this has happened on TWO visits. This kind of ruined the experience, bc we couldn't keep score accurately and we had to continuously start over. Both times we weren't offered compensation or any kind of discount. Nice enough place, terrible model for exposing people to bowling. Came in to pay per game with kids instead of for 2 whole hours. 15 lanes open and all for ?reservations?. BTW, reservations at over $250 just for the lane. Waited 3 hours and had to just leave. How do normal people afford bowling anymore? Bowlero has bought up all independent lanes and left everyone with no choice. Good luck, looks like affordable activities are dead anymore.

My kids love this place, and I love that it is in my old stomping ground. I used to come to this place back in the day, and the make-over is amazing. Took my Girl out for a date here last night and I gotta say was the worst bowling expirence I've ever had... server didn't know the menu. The bowling ball selection was extremely limited. And on top of that the lane we were using was having mechanical problems over and over and even though we had multiple empty lines next to us they wouldn't switch us over. This place is a $ suck. We went to bowl with our kids, and though the bowling and arcade was fun, the food and drinks were terribly expensive for what you get. Bowlero needs to upkeep their lanes, every time I go the pins for the lanes aren't working properly and have to switch over. They stay having the weirdest rules, a couple years ago they didn't take my vertical ID even though I was 24 at the time. Now they don't offer free water cups! Such a money grab!

My experience was great. I had the opportunity to play the arcade games and enjoy unlimited bowling after 9 pm. My party had so much fun. This was the best experience ever. From the representative that scheduled this during covid in 2020, to the actually party happening in 2021, this was the best experience. Syndey was our party planner. She was efficient, informative and so helpful during the planning process. Went for a family outing. Had to transfer lanes due to the pins falling over once set. The adjacent lane given to us was dry in comparison to the others, it could not keep track of the score, and had a half minute delay with setting up between frames if it was setting any pins at all. This is an excellent location with a really good staff. Equipment seems up to par was well. Negatives are we couldn't find a ball smaller than an 8 for the kids and lightweights. Also, though the food is pretty good, the prices seem more fitting for a professional sporting event. Also, I suggest ordering beer over liquor because they all taste like juice. Happy bowling?

Nicely updated bowling alley. Prices however have definitely gone up with the change to Bowlero branding. Lanes are in good shape and the play area is nice and relaxing. The service provided by the manager & staff was excellent except for the pins kept getting stuck & the manager resolved the issues. I found that some of the birthday party chicken tenders & fried were salty to taste. I stopped eating those foods since my head started spinning. Therefore, I stopped eating those foods.
