Wow, had not been to Bowlero in years. It is a great atmosphere. We ordered food and no one told us the drinks were refillable or brought us napkins, but yet have the audacity to force us to include a tip in the total had a good time with bowling. The bathroom was disgusting my friend who used the women?s bathroom said there was no paper towel. We arrive at 2:30. We had a nice manager in his 30s who hooked us up we paid cash bowl a couple of games. I came back paid for another game with a new older, senior
Attended here for a dear friend's family gathering. She hosted it with pizza chicken strips , mini sliders and a pays salad along with drinks. The atmosphere, the lighting the seating availabilty for your party was eccellent. Easy checking in and out. Parking is located in a structure cost was validated not sure if that was because she had a big gathering. I didn't have to use bathroom so can't speak on that. But the servers were very attentive and nice.
A little expensive ($35 for two games) and a very weird atmosphere. They play random tick rocks on the background and it's just.. odd ... The shoes were pretty warn too. Staff seemed nice. Bartender was very nice. I'm not sure if I would visit again if I had free time in the area. The drop off area for it was nice with the electronic fish tanks and such. Lots to do in the area.
If I could give Bowlero zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst bowling experience I've ever had. My group of 4 paid over $130 for TWO games?absolutely ridiculous! Their advertisement said it was $11 per game, but nowhere was it mentioned that it was per person. Completely misleading pricing! As we checked out our receipt showed 8 premium games which we didn't pay and they mentioned they have to run it that way because it's per person.. complete scam. When we brought it up with the staff, they were
I dont like the strings on the pins. It gives a different outcome. Not a fan! This location in particular was hard to find if you're not from around there but the walk to get to it is amazing located inside the GardenWalk! That place is super cool. Lots of shops, restaurants, and night life for adults.
Went last night, bottom price you're paying for the atmosphere. Got charged $70 in the beginning and the front desk attendant tried charging us again stating we didn't pay in the beginning as well as not able to pull up our receipt and try to explain what she initially charged us for the $70. She then later said we played 5 additional games and wanted to charge us?. But could not pull up the original receipt to show us the breakdown of what she initially charged us. Chicken tenders were pretty good but was
Awesome place for a Birthday. The staff were great and the food and beverages were non stop
Great times. All you can drink option was the best. Will be back. Great vibes with family and friends.
Nice looking alley. String pins aren't my favorite. Lanes were horribly dry. Validated parking was nice. Staff was friendly. I wouldn't purposely go here to bowl if I had a choice tho.
Awesome place to hangout and have a fun time with family and friends. When we went there we didn't have to wait long and quickly got an alley to bowl after paying. They gave us anti skid bowling shoes. There are table and couches for each alley to relax in between. There is a menu kept on every table so you can order some food or drinks. We ordered a large pizza and mocktails. There are display screens for scores in which you can put in the names of the players. We had fun for 2 hrs and then we played some
Friendly, helpful staff. After 7 on a wednesday is cheaper. Food was ok. Server was attentive. Loved the music
Bestie and I took our 3 girls here for an afternoon and it was a blast. Great atmosphere, friendly service and decent pricing.
Great time at a hosted event, dedicated lanes and staff. Food and drinks were good and had a great time. Can't wait to take my family now.
It is a great place to unwind and challenge a few friends. Bowling, Pool, games all there with big screens and good music. Drinks and friendly service.
Came here on a Monday night. It was not busy yet our server came to our lane once and never came back. Brought us a pitcher of water with no cups. Lanes are crooked so the ball goes left regardless if you're using the child's rolling helper. But the worse was the fact that we were here with children and people were smoking Marijuana. Complained to the staff and was told they were smoking it outside and that there was nothing they could do, yet the kept the doors wide open. Not to mention for 3 adults and 1
And incredibly unique place. The entrance was awesome. Great staff to help with any questions. Had a great time with my friends
Such a great atmosphere, good food. Would go back when I visit again! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Great bowling deals!
Not too impressed? Despite having hourly times listed online, when you get there they will tell you they do not offer hourly rates and only offer per game rates at $11 per game. When you go to pay you will be told it's actually $11 per person per game. If you want to be ripped off, this is the place for you!
Nice bowling alley. Didn't get to bowl because all lanes were booked due to holiday parties. 12/08/18. The pool tables are bar size @ $15 per hour. Cool little area, but the set up was crowded. Video games were way too close to the pool tables. Kids heads were affecting our shots. The bar was steps away, so that was convenient. ?? was cold and tasty.
We celebrated our granddaughters birthday there. Friendly staff, good prices and tasty pizza. We had a blast and plan on going back. Great location of course and don't forget to your parking ticket validated for 3 hours. BTW I was surprised to find out that the soft drinks include free refills ????
0 STARS. After spending 120 plus dollars on bowling games on Christmas even with no one else in the place the two guys working could not even bother to ask if we needed anything. I literally had to go find them I the back to buy a drink, food, and another game every time and this was 5-6 times! You would think working a night like that and noticing the only party in the place you would be attentive but no, then the guy had the audacity to tell me ?I recommended a drink to you so I think I have given good cu
Visited with some friends and had such a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful and prompt with drinks. We had an issue with our lane and the manager resolved it fast. Overall had a great experience and will be back soon. Loved the attention to their service
They have special pricing for spring break weeks which is good but the place needs to remodel especially their restrooms.
Disappointed to say I had a horrible experience while here at the Anaheim location. I received horrible service from the bartender named John. I very politely asked John for an update on a side of ranch and buffalo I had placed 10 minutes prior. He gave me a blank stare and told me ?okay but I do not care.? He made it very clear to me that he had just clocked into his shift and did not care. Raising his voice, he said he was sure someone was going to work on my order but he personally did not care. I felt s
I've been here several times with both small and large groups. The staff is always friendly, the shoes are newer and in good shape, and they have a good selection of balls if needed. Food is decent and actually pretty decently priced for bowling alley food. A couple of tips if you are using the Groupon deal they run fairly often (and I totally recommend you do): The cell coverage in the alley is pretty bad because it is in the basement floor so I recommend pulling up your Groupon receipt before going in.
Place is fun and big. However, service can suck some days. My husband literally put a order of fries and 40 minutes went by. We had to go ourselves and on our way out. We tried getting the refund, and they didn't want. My husband even paid for tip. What for! Pretty sure those fries would have had never come if it wasn't for us.
We had fun. Atmosphere was good. Music was upbeat and good. I didn't give it 5 stars because we didn't eat any food, so I can't judge that.
Had great time everything was very clean and food was good.
Nice service. I appreciate Geo for getting me water by asking if I wanted some! Pretty chill Bowlero. Plenty of lanes. They are a bit shorter. They validate 2 hr parking too. Was very chill on a Thurs night. It looks pretty nice too
Really cool atmosphere and the staff was super friendly and helpful! I've been bowling a long time, first time here and I'll definitely be back. Everything was clean and well taken care of. I didn't try the food but it looked and smelled really good. I think they have specials on different nights so make sure to call ahead of time ????
Beautiful place. Many pool tables available, private room, large place, great layout and great service.
From the onset it's a nice place to bowl and hang out and eat and they have pool tables for games
Great place and great food! Lots of lanes and they have pool and games. Bartender was very friendly
My wife and I always book our bowling parties at this location. The event manager Jay is always very professional, polite and makes sure we have a great experience everytime. Sarah, the senior sales manager, is very nice and always makes sure we have the right accommodations. We highly recommend Bowlero in Anaheim. Thank you all again for all the great experiences.
Their server Christopher was one of the worst. He was extremely rude!!! He should not be working with the public with such a terrible attitude. Asked for extra water for our big group, and was told we had enough. He took away a plate of food that wasn't finished without asking if it was finished. If you visit this location, get yourself another server. Have not had issues with their server Ada, stick with her. These two servers are a prime example of what can kill your business and the type of customer s
OK well the bar isn't really a full bar at all and going up to the bowling line from where it starts to where it ends is super shorter than most bowling alleys so if you have a certain throw or walk off. You will be Totally awkward going up there it was weird and then the ball I can barely see it for cosmic bowling going down the lane . It looks like a shadow . Plus, the pins are on strings And I should?ve gotten a pin, but the string hit it and knocked it over and how many times are these sting not workin
It's a fun time. Everything is pretty pricey in comparison to other bowling alleys. But it's a nice facility. Was there on a Saturday at noon and had the entire place to ourselves!
Really nice and clean. Very nice size for an Bowlero. I was visiting from another state and with my grandson. While he played and bowled with the party...I had my own party
Great service. Lots of fun. Great for large groups.
Great bowling spot. Typical bar food. Good mixed drinks for those that don't drink beer. Arcade. Popular Movies playing silently as a backdrop while bowling. Music fills the air. Good place for group/family events. Bumpers can come up for the bowler that requests them. Validate parking. In a shopping center which can also walk around.
We did a birthday party package for my daughter, and I was really pleased with how it turned out. The party area was ready to go with some cute decor and a personalized sign. The food came out quickly, and the drink carafes were replenished in a timely manner as well. Staff was very nice and attentive. Would recommend a birthday here, they take care of pretty much everything, you just have to show up!
Recently had a birthday party for my son here and it was great! The planning was smooth and stress free, the staff definitely helped take the stress of planning away with how they were so attentive and helpful. Jay called me prior to the event to make sure I had everything I needed and to let them know if I needed anything else. I had the private room for my party and on the day of the event when I arrived, everything was set up and all I had to do was just put the little decorations I wanted out. During th
I love the atmosphere here. Parking was great, they provided a validation for it. You feel like your outside but you're inside on the way to the entrance. The virtual fish tank is awesome. The staff was nice and helpful. It was a great place to have our work events.
Place is clean, ambience is great, our pizza was a little burnt, there was little or no service at the bowling lanes, staff is friendly, we loved it as a family outing, we celebrated a friend's birthday here it was a lot of fun. Thanks guys
We had a great time. Took my daughter and a couple of her friends here to celebrate for her birthday. Came here on a Saturday around 2:30pm, it wasn't so busy so that made it great. There was no wait. We got their shoes and they were ready to go. Loved how you can pick themes for the screen. Sports were playing on the screens at the end of the lane. Last time I was here they would play music videos, maybe they play that later in the night. Overall though the people working there were sweet, I believe the ma
First time here & we had fun. The food & drinks are good & the service was great. We liked how the staff treated us & were very attentive. For 6 people during prime time (we reserved for 7:30 pm) for 2 hours with shoe rentals was around $180 including fees but we did not get food credit which you can also add. We'll most definitely come again!
Good place for family or friends time. Employees are a bit rude, and food takes a bit too long. Every time I go, it is not that busy
Uneven pool tables some things a bit expensive but with good service.
We had fun bowling with our group. The appetizers and drinks went along great with bowling!
Ah, the Walmart of bowling. These places are owned by a hedge fund and it shows. A date took me here and it was so... corporate. Support your local businesses and stay away from this chain. Also, there are a ton of fake reviews on here, another common feature of these kinds of corporations.
Well clearly I'm not the first one to say it- the staff are wonderful. Front desk, bar, server, busser-all great. Brandon is a very hard worker and a great listener. Order was perfectly on point and he went above and beyond with service. Excellent staff comes from Excellent management. This places is hiring and perfect for the holiday season. Apply ASAP:) We will be back again for one of your great weekly specials. Happy Holidays??
We had a blast! Fun activity for family and friends. The staff is amazing. Very accommodating and generous. Left with free coupons for next time. Shout out to bartender MacKenna !! And GM Jonathan. Thx for making our celebration so special
Terrible service. Don't bring your family here. Go anywhere else
It's a bowling alley--clean, well appointed, etc, however the service wasn't great. Our server never came to our section during the course of our 3 games. No one answered the call button when we had a problem with the lane--we had to figure things out for ourselves.
Arrived 30 mins before Sunday Funday began at 6pm. Moderate crowd with what seemed to be missing floor team members (servers/cleaning) our lane wasn't cleaned pr picked up after previous guest. The kids were excited so instead of complaining, we self cleaned the area (except floor trash) so that they could began their games. The restroom was not in the best condition either. The kids had a great time bowling. Food was good but took way too long. A+ Cauliflower Bites and Garlic fries. Barter and drinks were
They were very friendly and accommodating! Ordered fries they were the best and gave us pitcher of ice water while we bowled. Next time in Disneyland area will go again. Lots of fun.
Staff was hella rude and the female employee pouring out of her top acted as though she was irritated we would dare to ask her about renting a lane as she begrudgingly took out information. We were told there was a six party wait when we had called 15 minutes before and were told there was no wait. I understand that it's possible that 6 or 7 or 10 groups showed up in that time so that's not their fault if either set of information was true ( which I'm clearly doubtful of) but the bad attitudes of the front
We visited here from out of town on vacation because my kids really wanted to go bowling and they had good reviews. Honestly it was super overpriced. $60 for a family of 4 to play one game? No thank you. The place was empty and it was easy to see why. The first lane assigned to us was broke and we had to move. The establishment had a weird smell. The server was over to our lane fast enough and tried to push us to order food, we declined and never saw anyone the rest of the time we were there. We won't recom
Lighting is terrible. If you want to bowl, go somewhere else. Lanes are dry and the lanes are so dark you can't see where the lane ends and the gutter starts
We visited here from out of town on vacation. Honestly it was super overpriced. $120 for 4 to play two games? The place was empty and it was easy to see why. The establishment had a weird smell and customer service was TERRIBLE. The guy with long hair also made rude comments to us which I won't repeat. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND to ANYONE. Definitely will not be back.
We went to this location last night it was a group of 8 and Lorraine was wonderful, very attentive and accommodating. The food, drinks and atmosphere was nice. To meet a manager like Lorraine made the experience even nicer. She was very helpful and made sure we were ok. Thank you Lorraine, we will be back to see you
Food was great. Great atmosphere, family friendly. Service is top notch. Jacobi H, was very accommodating and courteous.
Exceptional!!! I didn't want to go and be around a bunch of strangers but was told they had private lanes. WOW very kool!!! I loved it so much... The place was large, its own entrance to the restrooms, the staff we're incredibly attentive!! The food, drinks and everything was replenished immediately... I don't know if they were supposed to or not but they let us play our own music... they system was loud, the lanes were perfect!! The amount of seating was large!! Really really felt like we had the whole pl
It was okay, a lil too pricey to play here but the drinks were good.
Went in the afternoon around 2 and it was great! There were very few others there but it was empty and peaceful. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the experience overall was the best. They were playing fun music and classic movies! Definitely thinking about coming back again
We had a company outing at this location. The staff had the food neatly set up and the bowling lanes were darker with special lights. I like how they had multiple screens with different things playing in the background. I noticed myself enjoying watching the movie that was playing on there and funny clips of people doing either amazing or stupid things. The pizza and wings were delicious. Hard to find place from Google maps because it wont let me enter "west" in the address section. Google director me to em
It was really cool. Expensive but worth it.
Great place to bowl and play games. We brought the kids here and they loved it. Great alternative to Disneyland. The service here was great and helpful. Their prices are reasonable. Parking is free up to 3 hrs with validation.
Me and my family visited this establishment last night 1/3/23. I was so shocked to witness such unprofessional conduct by what appeared to be a manager, yelling at the girl working the front. She politely asked him to lower his voice and not yell at her but he just kept going. Me and my family felt so bad! When we called to ask for his name to let a supervisor know about the situation we never were able to get through so this is why I decided to write the review. If for whatever reason the employee did som
Went there with my family and it was post covid so there was a shortage on toppings for our meals. It wasn't their fault but the girls there were very apologetic and polite. There was a young lady working the front I don't know her name but she said her brother worker their also she was very professional and polite so much that I was surprised and let her know. For being a young staff they are good at what they do and shouldbe acknowledged for it. I will definitely come back.
Worst experience ever! Terrible overpriced food. Service was in the bar was terrible. No CO2 so no draft beer and no soda for the kids. Called and asked if we could get a lane at 6, person said it wouldn't be a problem. Got there and they only had 8 public lanes out of all of them. Had to wait a long time. Was about to leave and they conveniently had a lane for us. Bowling was fun but not because of Bowlmor, because we had fun with our family. Overpriced games and shoe rental. Would NEVER go back
It's a very nice place and the equipment is new. Clean shoe rentals, balls are in good shape, lanes are well maintained. I went during father's day and took advantage of the promotion they were running so it was a great price. I don't know what the normal rates were so I can't comment on that but it was a good experience when we went. I would be willing to go again.
Very fun experience! Food was also good. Difficult to get here with a wheelchair, it's down below the House of Blues. But still had a great time! Cocktails were great!
For a party of 10 its $360.00 I understand it's by Disneyland but I'm not even paying for Disneyland and I get Disney prices. Seriously this is a rip off I wouldn't go here with a family. Not worth it for me.
My family took me here for my birthday, cuz it's what I wanted to do. And we had a great time and the food was good. We liked how the place was not overcrowded. And they have good prices. We took advantage of the late-night pricing, because there was so many of us. Our bowling was horrible but we all kept upbeat and supportive of one another. So it was a great birthday, I had a wonderful time and so did my family!!!
It's a fun place, but quite pricey, and the customer service was definitely lacking. (The manager said that he would come talk to us about an issue we had, but two hours later, he never showed up.) I never imagined that bowling two games with a family of four would cost us literally over $90 for just the games and the shoe rental. That being said, it is a nice environment, and an easy place to hang with the kids.
Good drinks food is ok, lanes are decent.
Great place. Had fun.
Holy cow this place is absolute trash. It's now 8 bucks a game per person on a weekday which is fine. It the problem starts with everything else. The lanes are terribly wavy, the balls were chipping. They charged four dollars for a tiny little Pepsi and didn't even come by the entire time to offer a refill. Brandon, our server also charged us for an order of fries we definitely didn't order. Didn't leave a tip. Dude needs to be fired. Also don't say you're open I told 11 if you're going to start pushing pe
Not some place I see myself frequently going but the staff was nice and friendly. The place was overall clean and the food, if you like bar food, was decent enough. The lane we were on (lucky #13) broke several times but our group managed to get through 2 games.
Yes this place is expensive. Bowling is always fun, we were there on a weekend and it was really busy and we were there later on in the night so some people were getting pretty lit. It's really loud in here so if it's a sensory thing for you just a heads up. The food was unimpressive but expensive the only thing that was half decent that we got was the burger. The wait staff is inattentive . The bowling balls just lay there in the lanes and aren't being wiped down in between people. We had fun would not com
The atmosphere was great! But there was a strange smell and it made me very queasy. At first I thought it was just musty but after the AC was turned off the smell disappeared. I would check on that. But overall very fun and spaced out.
Not satisfied at all. Staff became upset when guest requested both their food and alcoholic beverages be returned as the drink tasted like sweet lemonade no alcohol. The food was over cooked and staff returned the food back with a chicken bone on the plate that speared to have been eaten already. I will NEVER RETURN.....EVER.
The atmosphere is really cool here, my only complaint is that the music is too low and some songs are really outdated. I feel like they should have a mix of today?s pop music and back then. Also, when you're bowling you wanna have fun and listen to the music a little higher so you can get into the feeling of things. Music makes everything better, just turn it up a notch please :/
If you want a place just to bowl for fun with your kids it's a good place. But if you are a serious bowler it is not an ideal place; too dark and cant see the dots on the lanes. Nice atmosphere to have a birthday party or cooperate get together though.
I DO NOT appreciate how we paid in advance for a package of food, beverages, and 2 hours of 2 lines of bowling, and the cleaning people didn't let us finish eating, they practically took us out of there as soon as the 2 hours of bowling were over, they picked up and threw in the trash the food we couldn't eat in front of us. I asked for a box to take the rest of the food and they were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. They didn't want to provide the boxes, their excuse was to avoid food poisoning. The manager
Been there couple of time never had an issue. Just a bit pricey
I usually have a good experience at this place but a waiter by the name of Adrian was mediocre at best at his job at the most recent visit. My first complaint has to do with the quickness by this person to take our order and then to deliver our food. Then when mistakes were made on the order he took an enormous amount of time to figure out what was wrong and in the end was not able to fix it. If you get this server I recommend you ask for another one. But other than that the bowling alley is great and has a
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
