Bowlero Altamonte

Super fun place! The bowling alley is huge, with both lights/dark lanes, arcade with games, snacks and a small bar. The tables are comfortably spaced apart, with lots of room for accessibility. The staff is friendly and keeps the place spotless. Clean bathrooms (always a plus!) We bowled 2 games, had tasty snacks and had a great time. Can't wait to return.

This place is very nice super friendly staff very clean bowling alley. A lot of machines that you cm play with the kids it is nice that they give you a card so you can play, the only thing I do say it is very high prices to play even for toddlers they charged you the same price as an adult, to me that was a little high. Servers were great, bowling was fun. HOWEVER, management does not care about customer satisfaction. They charged us for four extra people because we edited our names. We explained it to him and he did NOT care. His name is John, the ?supervisor? Go here if you want expensive bowling and managers who want to scam you. Really left a damper on our experience.

Overpriced. There is nothing special about this place. For 2 people to bowl, 3 games, including shoe rental, was over $80. They do not offer the ability to just rent the lane for an hour. It would have been cheaper for me to go to splitsville disney Springs, and I would have saved money and had a nicer experience.

I called ahead to reserve a lane for my wife and I on date night. The person told us that they had plenty of open lanes so a reservation wasn't needed. we showed up an hour later and the place was packed with leagues. We were told to wait in the bar and we could have a lane in 3 hrs. Why recommend a reservation if you won't take them. Very disappointed.

Just finishing playing there. They a great special on Sundays and saw another for Monday unlimited. My shoes were fine and my girlfriend's looked brand new. They have TVs playing comedies or cartoons. Saw a kid using an assistant slide so she could play and they had gutter bumpers. They have plenty of food choices and nothing looked dirty. Staff was whatever.

No balls came back we used every ball on the wracks. And. It was 80 plus. Bucks. For nothing. We had to grab over 100 balls. Cause it wouldn't work correctly this is horrible. And if it ever happens again I will be getting reimbursed

I had my childs birthday party here. We had 10 kids and 13 adults. The manager Aires was kind and helpful. She checked on us throughout the event and made sure we had everything we needed. Her customer service was excellent. The staff that were in attendance were also highly effective and helpful.

There was a very rude and impolite lady at the front desk. She seemed like she should be in the back, after she slammed my receipt down in front of me for me to pay for the bowling at this establishment. Insinuating I should tip. I have seen several reviews about bad staff with bad attitudes. Definitely need to let some people go.

Try the sampler. Plenty of food and everything?s on point. Had a good time. Only top shelf tequila was available and I didn't believe the up charge was worth it and went with the souther something and got the taller mug. It was watered down. I would?ve gotten more drinks but I couldn't pay for another one of those. Other than the drinks nice experience.

It is a great alley. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is very affordable. The leagues are a lot of fun. The bowling specials are great, and super affordable. The bar specials are great especially during league play . It is a great time. This is really a cool spot. They will likely be doing their summer special here soon, it is a great deal.

Nice place good lanes, clean and fun atmosphere. Food is fairly priced and tasty. Great atmosphere, great fun! They have bowling slides available for the little ones as well as "bumpers" (naturally).. Full bar and a few food choices. I didn't see any lanes closed down due to damage. Bowling balls were put in their perspective places by number with many to choose from. No run down stinky shoes with dirty or broken laces, looked new (mostly velcro - makes sense).

The approach is very slick (part of the lane you walk on). For someone who doesn't incorporate a slide with their approach or someone who doesn't bowl often, it could warrant a very intimate encounter with the type of wood used for the floor. Other than that, the lanes are nice and oiled and the employees are kind.

I had a fantastic experience at Bowlero Altamonte! The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to meet the needs of our non-profit group, making the event seamless. Check-in was quick and easy, and the food and beverages were well-maintained and replenished on schedule. I highly recommend Bowlero Altamonte and look forward to returning with my family for another fun experience!

I got to celebrate my 60th birthday at Bowlero (Altamonte Springs) this past Saturday. My family and I had a FANTASTIC time! A huge reason it was so amazing was due the Lexie (at the check-in counter). I called prior to showing up and she was very helpful. Once we arrived she was just as kind as can be. Her kindness, helpfulness, and attitude enhanced our experience! Thank you Lexie for helping to make my celebration so spectacular!!! We haven't been bowling in years, we will be going again and again!!!

This place is so clean and spacious. Me and my family decided to come here Sunday night and we had so much fun. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely coming again!

Horrible place to bowl, I ordered food there they had menus and food for one price and when it came down to pay totally different price. Over charged on the food. Cheeseburger said it was 11.99 they charged me 14.95 not including the add-ons. 2 hot dogs for 8.99 they charged me 11.99. Never going there again. Aloma bowls is much better and cheaper.

Cool nice spot but a little pricey. $80+ just for 2 people to bowl. Normally we like to bowl a game or 2, but this is by lane reservation only which is 1.5 hrs.

I went with 5 friends tonight. Bowlero Altamonte had a special going, Play three games for $25. We ended up playing a 4th game. The Manager refused to honor the special and charged us full price for all 4 games. He said that because we didn't ask for the special, we do not get the special. Completely ridiculous customer service. Don't go here, they will rob you.

We had a great birthday party here for our granddaughter. Unlimited bowling, food and soda for a reasonable price. Patrick the manager made sure we were happy and all requests were met. Our beautiful server Anita Bryant was excellent, kind and efficient and took great care of us.

This place was great! We did my sons birthday here last summer they were so accommodating and helpful and fairly priced. We come back as often as possible since that experience the kids love playing the games and bowling plus the pizza and pitcher of beer deal is awesome!

Bought a Groupon for 2 hours for 6 people. The staff were really good ans understanding. The facilty was a bit dated but the atmosphere was tremendous, the tables are close and we were fortunate to share the space with some really cool people. I was worried that there were no training rails as I have seen in other bowling alleys but the lack of these actually helped the beginners out more.

This place is actually amazing, when I first got here I wasn't sure what to expect but as of now I am having an great experience, the service is wonderful, food is good and is just an amazing place to go bowling on an late night with someone.

i went the other night with my partner and it was our first time there in a long time. everyone was nice and we ended up having to ask for help in the beginning on how to set everything up. Ashely and Amanda where the two names i got while i was there and they were both incredibly nice and helpful.

I had a really awesome time with my family and friends last Friday! The manager Colin came over to us several times to ensure that we were satisfied with our food and experience. Colin also carefully watched over the alleys making sure everybody was playing safely and properly, which really ensured that we had the best time possible. Long time fan here, as it always greets me with a warm and friendly staff, clean lanes and availability. Assistant Mgr Tyler can often been seen surveying daily operations front and back of the house and interacting with guests. He is also very helpful in navigating bowlers (me) with setting up to enjoy a fun game session. But he is not alone! I haven't been to this place since it was AMF. Unbelievable experience. We did the unlimited drinks and bowling. 10/10 experience exceeded expectations. The staff was friendly and made us laugh. Had a miserable experience trying to complete a league game next to a lane of children running into our lane. A proper alley should know better. Combined with fox news on the TV, I learned why things were so poorly managed this night. The concessions and drink staff are always amazing, but whoever is making the big decisions needs to take a note from the staff who knows what they are doing.

Excellent service from Jessica from beginning to end. She reminded me of the special to save on playing as well as reminding me to get socks (which our family did need lol ) but the atmosphere is great! Come check them out!

Was told the price was $10 a game, after I went to check out they all the sudden decided to inform me that it was $10 per game per person. My issue is not with the price but with the fact that it was not made clear to me. I was charged $100 when I was expecting to be charged about $35. Not sure if they were trying to be purposefully deceptive about their pricing or if the employee who explained to us the pricing when we got there was just lazy or unaware but either way I feel that this is absolutely unacc
