Customer Reviews

Made a reservation online for Sunday at 4:30 pm. Upon arrival, they had all my information ready and got us ready to go with shoes, everything in less than 10min. We had an awesome time! For 2 hours, we were able to play 3 1/2 games with 4 people. We ordered their Barbacoa nachos, garlic parmesean fries, and their honey hot pizza. It was ALL VERY DELICIOUS! The pizza had just the right amount of sweet and hot to it. It was very flavorful and delicious. The fries were crispy, not soggy and very fresh. The na

I went to Bowlero with some friends and we had a great time! There was a two hour wait so we put our names on the waitlist and went to grab dinner at Angry Ale?s down the street in the meantime which worked out perfectly. Our lane was clean and in good working order. Drinks and food were really solid. Shoutout to our server Salem for taking great care of us!

I'm very disappointed with how this place handles its promotions. We booked a bowling lane from 6 to 8 PM on a Sunday, not knowing that there's a promotion that day offering unlimited bowling for $19.90 per person with free shoe rental. When we arrived, there were open lanes and we started playing. Later, I found out about the promotion and mentioned it to the manager, who said it didn't apply to us because we had a reservation, and if we wanted the deal, we'd have to pay extra. I find this extremely misle

Had a blast, the whole place has been newly renovated and looks great compared to before. The staff was very attentive the drink prices are very reasonable and the video games and the pinball machine Led Zeppelin was fun. We didn't order any food but I remember the last time I was there it was pretty decent.

Very nice bowling alley we went on New Year's Eve with a dinner packet. Service was slow, we couldn't find our server to request a drink but aside from that no complaints. Friendly staff, clean restrooms, decent size chairs they fit 2 adults and 3 children comfortably. Not sure if they are wheelchair accessible, we went thru the back entrance where the parking lot it.

Had a great time here! Came here with some friends spur of the moment. Haven't been in a long time and they remodeled. Looks great in there! We were waited on by Dave at the bar! He was awesome! Ordered a couple of drinks and shots and had a blast! We also tried the triple cheeseburger ?? with fries and the nachos. Didn't know what to expect but it was DELICIOUS?? They have an in-house arcade and like 3 decks outside. They always have some sort of bowling special..price varies on food and alcohol purchase.

The gaming is fine. Remember to ask for hidden charges. The server asked if he can get pitcher of water instead of 7 glasses. We said sure if its easier for you. Not knowing they charge $9 for a pitcher of water. I mean do the work, and bring 7 glasses out. Or, be transparent about charges. Check your bill, everytime.

Would have been 5 stars but the bartender from March 22nd was not very friendly. She literally looked and never acknowledged when people came up. It was not very busy. Other then that the vibe is amazing. All the other employees were in good spirit and very friendly.

Good bowling alley, two entrances and a pro shop basement. No outside food/drinks allowed. Love that pins aren't on strings! Large wall of TVs (though obstructs viw of markers on lane). Clean and friendly with delicious mozz cheese bites (at least)! Charge per game. Paid $35 for 4, no shoe rental (took about 2 hours). Standard screens and lanes possibly oiled full length. Will be returning for more practice :)

Decent place, had a DJ and drink service right to the lane. They only had $33 a person all you can bowl option when we got there, but still pretty good

Definitely surprised me?in a good way. You don't walk into a bowling alley expecting the food to stand out, but here it actually does. Tenders were solid and the dips were on point. That said, the bowling itself isn't cheap. If you catch one of their deals or off-peak times, it's a much better value.

Super fun spot. They have bowling, bocce ball outside (you have to be on a league to play), and arcade games. They have really good drinks and food, too! Love the environment.

Love love love I haven't been here since they renovated the place and it looks amazing? just wish they had the sectional chairs so you can tell which table belongs to which lane. But other than that food was amazing my son enjoyed his Birthday party there.

Awesome, fun spot. Great food and service. Danny and his team are ????

It was fun, but it seemed possibly newly opened? Very nice staff! But I will definitely plan better for price, 2 adults bowling a 3 rounds with shoe rental, almost $90 (in their defense, it was the 80's last time I bowled. A cleaner bathroom? I will try the company again but at a different location.

Zenobia the server was great! Drinks were perfect and good food. We had so much fun. They have a mini arcade and nice TVs and music. Definitely will be back

The whole experience was awesome. We had more people come than anticipated and we had to arrange another lane and order more food. Madison was awesome and readily helped me solve any issues that came up. The front desk staff was very understanding when we needed to secure another lane or extend time to ensure everyone had an opportunity to bowl. they even took our group photo. The food was brought out promptly; wings, pretzel bites and mac & cheese rollers. Drink specials every night which helped our group

Staff were absolutely fantastic throughout our entire experience. We had a group of 10 and were able to get a lane, shoes and started very quickly. Bowling alley was clean, well taken care of and food was great.

We bowled for 1.5 hours last night with 5 people. We got two rushed games in and the total came out to $42.40 per person. That is over $21 per game per person, which is absolutely insane. We thought we were paying for a lane by the hour. It makes no sense to charge also for each individual person bowling as it means you actually get to bowl less games while they charge more. Will never go back, which is a shame because we loved going to ten park lanes.

It is not cheep, it is often packed.... But it is always worth it. Too tier service from all the staff, classic bowling ally feel but with all the modern accessories you would expect. A full bar with solid drink choices and full kitchen with some amazing foods! Special shout out to Tina who gave exceptional service to our party and those around us!

Wow!! I came here last night with a few of my team members after dinner and I gotta say we definitely had a blast! Our server Ariana was super sweet and attentive. And there was a manager named Dara that came to check on us when our lane was messing up the scores. For a bowling alley, the pizza was pretty good too!

I have always enjoyed coming to this bowling ?? alley. It always seems to be full of endless entertainment and the fun with my family and friends never disappoint. The staff that works here does an excellent job, working there butt off to make this place enjoyable for people like me. Ever since I was about 3, I came to this bowling alley. Even though the name changed, the old name of this bowling alley started the everlasting tradition of joy. Although I don't have many pictures on this review, I have added

I will never come back to this bowling alley. I have been coming here for years and tonight was absolutely awful. The staff was so rude! We waited 30 minutes until finally giving up on someone coming to our lane. I asked multiple times and was told ?oh I forgot.? To top of off the bar staff was awful other than 1 gal. Do better guys!!

I booked this spot for my wedding party to meet up and we enjoyed it. The drinks were good, and the food was enough to hold us over.

Very packed at 7pm during the week due to league's So get there before 530pm or you won't get a lane. Other than that fun!

My brother Mark took my daughter Mallorie 6yrs old & twin nephews David & Daren both 9yrs old and we went bowling & we had a great time! They put up the bumber rails for the kids and they did great & had a lot of fun. Th people were super nice the place was clean the lanes and balls were well kept with plenty to choose from. They did have a nice bar & served food but we didnt partake but, we would definitely recommend this place for familys with kids of all ages.

Great place for bowling. The staff is friendly. The food was good too. We had a great time here. I will come back again.

Great place, going during the night strike time is fantastic if you want to have some, drinks are great and service is very good

This bowlero was in a nice quiet area. Wasent packed and was very clean with great customer service as well.

The place was packed at 5:30! I highly recommend making a resertlvation. We had a slight delay getting our reservation due to a birthday party running over. The management team and our server took ownership and fixed the situation as quickly as possible. Rebecca was our waitress and she was absolutlry fantastic.

Outstanding!! Do yourself a favor and enjoy some great food and fun at this bowling alley! Chose to have my daughters 16th birthday party here and everyone was absolutely super! Extremely helpful, great service, great food, fantastic bowling. They had a wonderful birthday package that including a cookie cake and a bowling pin for her guests to sign as a memento. Highly recommend!

Fun place to bowl. No leagues in the weekends and no wait to get a lane which was nice. A little expensive, $35/hr on a Saturday night + $5 each for shoes, but drinks were reasonable and they had drink specials, even on the weekends. Didn't stay late but heard they have a DJ after 10pm which would have been fun.

This was a great place to go and have some fun with family and friends. It was cost-effective and we had a great time. The food was really good too. The kids enjoyed the arcade area too.

Decent for birthday parties and social get togethers. Staff is Uber helpful.

Awesome food and drinks and the establishment was clean. This place is what I call good clean fun!!!

My kids and I love this place. Fantastic restaurant worthy Food. Great atmosphere. Just get there early to get your name on the list. Nice outdoor sitting.

Friday night my work friends and I came here and had an OUTSTANDING time. Very clean facility with Top notch service. Ashanti took great care of us as we bowled. She kept us and well stocked and happy. We wanted for nothing. Great time and we'll definitely be back!!

I don't bowl very often but this place was very nice looking and fun. Also if you have an issue with the bowling lane or something technical they are very accommodating and will give you extra time.

We enjoyed drinks at the bar while waiting for a lane to become available. We were separated by a closed lane from the next group of people bowling due to Covid. Place was clean, lanes were great. It was a great evening!

Good bowling alley. I regularly bowl in a league here and it is generally well maintained.

Great for a date or a family event! The food is excellent and the atmosphere is super fun.

As a non bowler, I had a BLAST with the family!!! Food was really good and the service was superb. Karen exceeded expectation to ensure we had everything we needed!! Can't wait to go back!! ??????

lots of lanes, arcade, and bar. careful for GPS taking you to back entrance; one side has lots of stairs up to the door, the other side has a street level entrance. pro shop on the stair side. tons of parking and good food nearby for the 11th frame.

Nice place not bad on price friendly, just loud as hell

This place is nothing but a good time! They have good food, good drinks, and cute waitresses! This place almost shut down they it was purchased and renovated. They made this a cool place to come and have a good time! I have been here several times and always look forward to going back! No matter if you are horrible at bowling or a pro you will have a blast here! They have all different types of beer and different food items including deserts. They have bowling specials so check them out online. They

I love this place! The bowling alley is so nice and clean! The food is fantastic too! I came here on the 25th of January and when it came time to order some lunch, I saw the menu had limited gluten free options for me (due to health issues) and it made me a little disappointed but Danny was helping me order at the bar and he was so accommodating and helped me find some options so I could enjoy a lunch and boy was it delicious! It really meant a lot to me he went out of his was to make sure I could enjoy lun

Clean lanes, and good shoes. Had a great time with friends

AS a over the road driver I look for nice bowling alley to bowl.... I picked up the summer pass was amazing... But then the fall came and the prices increased...... It's highway robbery to charge prices higher than NEW YORK...... 9.49 a game is crazy..... especially when I have my own shoes..... They should be ashamed at themselves for this form of treachery........ wish I could give an half a star rating

Loved bowling with my friends for my sisters bachelorette party. It was great service and great food!

Lane conditions could improve but overall the experience was nice and clean

Very solid bowling alley, everything was fine, mostly. We had a few drinks that were good, the service was great. Someone came by to check on us what seemed like every 10 minutes. The only gripe would be that our lane stopped working for a few minutes, 10-15 or so. Our time paused until it was fixed, no complaints.

I recently hosted by daughter's 8th birthday party at Bowlero 10. The woman that helped schedule and organize was great. The actual day of coordination and service was terrible. The food and drinks were slow to get out, they ran out of cups, the lanes were occupied by another party when we arrived 15 minutes early like we were instructed to do by the event coordinator and were not ready to go when the party started. The amount of money spent on the party was just not worth it. I will not do this again a

Idk who Jessie is maybe the manager or front desk person but great guy and great place fun atmosphere

Always good service dj was lit

We always have a lot of fun here. Sometimes it gets a bit busy. Sometimes the lanes experience some technical difficulties. Overall a cool place to bowl. They've got air hockey, and basketball as well.

This was an amazing experience for our summer camp. Pizza, soda, shoes and bowling...all complimentary of the owner, Roy. Kids Under Construction thanks you from the bottom of our hearts?Ariel, our waitress/server was awesome and the food was delicious!

This place is terrible with pricing. Friday night, 2 lanes taken. Somehow they've decided per hour is too cushy and figured $11.50 per person per game plus $7 shows makes sense. So for 2 games for 2 people it's $60. lol, no thank you.

Ariauna was the most helpful!! We just moved from south Florida and she was so kind when explaining everything to us being new to the area and after talking with her she got my boyfriend and I to sign up for the summer pass! She made our experience here one of a kind

I had an overall good experience. The atmosphere was great and I did a decent job bowling with my family. My only concern was when I noticed the charge of $40.98 for my son and I. The website says $17.49 after 8pm on Thursday nights. I spoke with Jay the manager and he apologized but was not able to match the price on the companies website. It is not a lot of money but I will reach out to the corporate office for false advertising.

Went on a weekend with no reservation and waited about an hour for a lane. No complaints, we decided to grab some food nearby while we waited. Great atmosphere, all of the staff that we encountered were so nice.

Great service. The food was delicious, I had the Buffalo philly. Good times. Good tunes. Pitchers were only $13

Such a fun time here! Danny and Rick were so kind and helpful. Enjoyed our time here, especially because of the incredible customer service provided by them. Will definitely be back!

We had fun with our kids and grandkids, but some things could definitely be better. It is FAR too noisy - please turn down the music!! It is also much too crowded - you are right on top of the people at adjacent lanes when you try to sit at the tables. (Addition after Bowlero responded) The company's response shows that they did not even bother reading my comments. Their reply says I complained about prices, but there was NOTHING about prices in my issues.

Be prepared to pay $9.49 a game. Our lane kept resetting our 2nd ball. Also, scoring wrong totals after the 1st ball thrown. Staff was friendly.

Had a great experience last night. Danny, the GM, checked on our group many times. Kids had a blast.

Did hair all day (Ashley Does Locs on IG) and needed to have some fun with my youngin! Her and her friend had a great time. We got there late... after rain ran us out of the Mecklenburg Fair ???? We were soaked and looking for something fun to do. They let us get a game in and we had good drinks and REALLY good music the rest of the night!

Nice place, pretty well taken care of. The food is not amazing, IMO, esp for the price. Otherwise it's well maintained, clean, and the staff are friendly.

WARNING - This place was cool before they starting charging by the hour. $75 for 1 hour and $7 for shoe rentals. So, you have to rush your games if you want to "get your monies worth". If your ball gets stuck/pins set wrong/want to order food/hang out and take your time, you are paying a hefty price for the time. They made the one recreational activity that was affordable and ruined it. Extremely disappointed. Such a shame...

Very comfy, homestyle bowling alley, love coming here for youth leauge. Highly recommend.

We had to pay a $30 junk fee for the privilege of reserving a lane in advance. The food and beer selection were generic and uninspiring. Very disappointing corporate bowling experience, the old Pappas lanes had much better food, more local beer and no junk fees. Very disappointing, in no hurry to go back.

Pretty easy to get a lane, good vibe reasonably priced not sure when bowling got expensive but hard to blame the alleys. Cool video/ alternative games section for kids too! Friendly staff and clean. ??

So we booked online and were very surprised by the fact that their pricing at the front desk is less than half what they charge you online. The manager stated that it was a premium that they charge to guarantee a Lane and not have to wait. Needless to say it sounded very scam worthy and I wasn't happy. He offered to pay for our first round of drinks and food. So I decided to just enjoy the evening and forget about it. Then we finally got to order because they were very busy and half our food came out,

I really like this place but drinks and food are a bit pricy for what you get. It's clean and great for people of all ages.

Great place to have parties or just bowl. I'm a regular at this point and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Could use some upgrades to their mechanical pin systems. Other than that, pretty great location. Be prepared to pay a lot on weekends.

Had a great time this weekend attending my niece 13th birthday party. When I say shocked at the fact the bowling alley had such amazing food and very well attentive staff made the experience even better. Already booked my sons 2nd bday here in march! Can't wait to see y?all again!

Manager is? not a nice lady. I'm not sure she likes working here. Not sure. Ask her - the one with the attitude. Otherwise - atmosphere, drinks, & leagues are the reason we come back!

Our family of 7 went bowling at this location on the day after Thanksgiving, and it was packed! The lane we were assigned was having mechanical issues, which made it hard for us to bowl given the very slow ball return. We could barely could bowl 1 game in our 2 hour window we paid for. When we brought this bad experience up to the manager Shawna, she took our information and apologized. A few days later, she left a voicemail message on my phone letting Ilya know she refunded our bowling fees. Great to

Great experience here. Megan helped us with the catering for a work event where we purchased a few lanes and also some game cards. The sliders and chicken sliders and spinach artichoke dip were so good. Really enjoyed our experience here. On a Thursday night, it was fairly busy which means it must be a good spot for people to hang out. They have a well stocked bar.

We had a birthday for our 11 year old daughter here. It was really easy to book it and the staff that handles parties was very professional and helpful. The day of the party was great. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. All the guests had a really fun time. I'd recommend it for sure.

Had a small event here. Everyone was really nice and helpful and we had a lot of fun. One of our lanes wasn't working properly and the manager was very kind about it and tried to fix it. But it really needed more attention than they could give on the spot.

I came here for a work outing, and I can say I was impressed. The staff worked with us in advance to make sure they had our food orders ready. Our server extended the time on our lane for a few more minutes so we could finish our game. Everyone was very nice. The food was great. I would definitely go back.

Great atmosphere. Staff was super friendly and polite. Food was great. Lanes were very clean. Had a wonderful time. The best queso blanco I've ever had!

This review is for the bar. I don't bowl but I'm here every Thursday for the bocce tournament. Great people behind the bar! Sarah is always super nice and helpful. Drinks are well mixed and their selection is quite good. I wished they had more non alcoholic options like kombucha or light seltzers. Overall a great experience every time. Thanks guys!

Very clean, fun place with friendly staff! We went late at night so we didn't get the full experience, but overall a fun hang out.

To busy to go on a weekend and they pretty much make it impossible to bowl during the week due to league nights where they book out the entire place. Often they will mention it will only be an hour wait but you can plan to wait up to 2 hours. No table service unless you book a party, and they really just turn it into a buffet so you'll have to visit a small crowded and understaffed bar to get overcharged for everything.

If tried everything on the menu and it's all really good. Id just go for the food. I was blown away at how good it was. They also have a good selection of beers. They have little party areas you can rent out which is nice. The bathrooms were clean and the whole place was pretty clean. It was a little noisy but nothing to loud. Iv been a few time and enjoyed it every time.

Food, drink and service from our lane person was really good. Because we had a Groupon, service to actually bowl was subpar. No plans to return.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
