I've been here a couple of times and never experienced such terrible service. Getting in was no problem. We were immediately greeted by a server, when I was about to put in an order she told me to take my time and that she'd be back to get it later. We waited 20 mins, she never came back. Went up to the counter to ask where our server went, I was told that she was sent home, wasn't told the reason, not sure why nobody had fixed the issue straight away. Was told that they'd fix the issue and get us a new ser
This place is upscale and very modern. I highly recommend we will be back to try the food, they have a bar and had a local comedian performing that evening. The arcade is huge with many updated gaming options. Best bowling alley I have been to so far in Florida.
I came to the bowling alley mainly for the bar, and I have to give a huge shoutout to two incredible employees?Bailey and Jay Jay. Bailey made my drinks and they were so good?seriously some of the best I've had in a while! On top of that, she was super bubbly, sweet, and made the whole night more fun just by being her amazing self. While we were there, a couple of guys started acting creepy towards my friend and I. It made us uncomfortable, and when I told the manager, Jay Jay, he handled the situation imm
Check their site for special offers during the holiday. I went there last July 3, 2024. I had fun even though I didn't get a strike ??. The place was clean. It is a great place to forge memories with your family and friends. During that time, I saw small kids playing as well. The place has this slide that kids can use with the assistance of the parents/adults. You can also check out this place website for discounts. I just saw when I checked it - they offered a 2-h discounted price last 4th of July. Aside
My son and I went here to bowl Saturday. We had a great experience. The guy at the shoe rental area was so friendly and professional as well as the waitress. The place was clean and the music was on fire. They were also running a great special. So it was fun on a budget. THE WINGS!!!!! The wings are amazing! These wings give Wing Stop a run for their money. The wings were so good I just placed a to go order of 30 garlic parm and 30 buffalo all with bone in for my family last night. Go by and experience the
Had our kiddos party there today and it went perfectly! Our server was Rue (I hope that how it's spelled) she was super attentive and on top of everything! Great experience!
lanes do not seem oiled daily and are typically dry to bone dry and get the service is as most have reviewed not the best. The first day I bowled here the lane was bone dry. I tried it again hoping it was a fluke and got lucky there was some oil on the lane. Well, come to find out that that was the fluke because everything after (2 more times) bone dry even asked to switch lanes got to 3rd lane and just gave up. Servers are practically ghosts even with 4 or 5 working. I gave 3 stars because they do have som
This has been my favorite Bowling Alley I've been too. Definitely renovated steps and entrance. When I went inside, There was a section for kids with emoji blocks to make the experience a little more faimly entertainment. They also got themes to pick from. Definitely pick this place the next time you go bowling.
Bowl 360 Strike City exceeded our expectations on our first visit! We used Groupons to try it out, and I'm so glad we did. The moment you walk in, the dark atmosphere paired with colorful lights grabs your attention, creating a vibrant and energetic vibe. The bar area looks perfect for a date night?definitely planning to return for that! The customer service at the bowling lanes was excellent. The staff was quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful, even going out of their way to find two lanes together so
Very cool bowling alley. There was tons to do and see. The alley was clean and very entertaining. Very highly recommend this place!
Yesssss finally they fixed the speakers and the arcade?.its officially a vibe!
The food is ok The lanes need attention badly, lane 21 had a lift at the baseline. They are also in need of some oiling or reconditioning. The music choice is fine but the speakers are either blown out or not installed well because it sounds awful We stayed the full 2 hours for $10 but we probably won't return until I hear it gets fixed The arcade is very expensive with most games being about $2 a play or more Overall I very mid experience
Had fun but I'm just kinda confused at how ?2 hours of unlimited bowling? turned into like barely 45 minutes for me before the lane closed. $27 spent. Arcade was fun at least.
First and last time going. Place looks great vibes are good. if you don't care about actually improving your game then yea go chuck some balls down the lane . String pins just aren't it. Messengers are non existent and half the time the string knocks down other pins.
We went with a large family group. We paid over 10.00 a person to bowl unlimited games for 2 hours. We wanted to purchase more bowl time to finish a game and was told we could not. Do not recommend this place. Plus it's string pin and it takes a long time to reset each frame causing your bowl time to be shortened
Place is clean, great music Great for all ages. The pizza was really good. Had a great time.
The vibe is cool, the menu is good, but I have to max at a 3 star review because of the lane set up. Instead of actual bowling, it's like a large version of the arcade game where the pins are on strings. Because the pins are stringed, there's no true pin action. It's very limiting and whatever score youre used to bowling, you will not get here. Their sound system also has some major issues.
Got 2 hours of unlimited bowling for 10$. Amazing. Ordered a chicken sandwhuch with sweetpotato fries. The food was surprisingly good. My server was so nice. The whole expierence was great. Now I just need more practice. Will definitely return.
I haven't been to a better bowling alley! This was a week day and only one woman doing everything from cooking to arcade. Even the bar was staffed by her! She didn't skip a beat and I felt like there was 5 of her due to her availability no matter where or what we were doing.
The waitress that was waiting on us was extremely cute and extremely sweet, unfortunately she got pulled away to a larger party on the other end of the bowling alley and evidently management decided that they didn't need anybody else to wait on the rest of the place and unfortunately our waitress ended up doing the whole place all by herself I felt so bad for her but she took it in stride
Fun place for bowling and arcade. Bar tender/ waitress was a bit too friendly with my husband for my liking, or I would give 5 stars. Lol
Great way to spend the afternoon with my grandkids. They had so much fun. Beware because you get sucked into the arcade.
The staff for the lanes was too notch getting us in and our waiter was amazing. We ordered a full platter that was supposed to feed 8-12 people for $60 and it came with 10 wings 10 mozzarella sticks some fries and a couple of sauces and the rest of the tray was filled with corn chips? my husband went to ask if they had mistakenly served us the half tray and the cook came out ready to fight?. Wtf is that? that is not professional at all. We spent over $300 for bowling and food and now we have to go eat somew
This place is cool. Clean, and great atmosphere. Score machines work great. And a good bar! Wish we could've made it back for the live music. Dawn, the manager was great.
I bowl here often and spend a lot of money. But no more. I will be back. The staff is rude and appear to be racist. I see several reviews saying the same. They treat Caucasian guests better. For the record I am half white, but I guess that's not white enough. I will not be back..for real this time. You've lost a good client. For the record I'm half asian , half white but I'm sure anyone without white skin experiences the same (especially from other reviews I've read). Sad. No need to reply generically. I'v
Friends visited this weekend and their server wrote a rude note on their food receipt. It was incredibly impolite and I can't believe the staff would operate that unpleasantly in such a transparent manner.
We love going here. Always friendly service. Great atmosphere. It's super fun and clean.
A magnificent place to enjoy some family fun. Strike City is very clean and well managed. We bowled three games and played some arcade games. We had a great time Definitely going to return.
An amazing experience used to work there years ago for a few months definitely up on beat casual nice place to reunite and food is spectacular as you see different faces and location at the end it's all a get together gathering better put your bikes on LOL Check anyhow it's a pleasure to have a night or bashful afternoon thanks j??
Some friends of mine went here recently and they put the order name in as "fat girl with glasses." Server was a Hispanic woman. Do not patronize this place.
Terrible service. Bartender was rude, ignored us completely and servers are all over the place, don't know what they're doing and have the worst customer service. Disappointing to say the least.
Absolutely love this place! ??First time visiting. Had a couple hiccups upon arrival ??they should consider a text ??based service once your ??lane is ready in case you don't hear your name called over the pa.??The managers Chasity ??and Gigi ?? are phenomenal ??with customer service and Kayla ??was an amazing caring server. Had an absolute blast?? for a ??birthday. Will definitely be back! ????
Love this place! The employees are great and the Pro Shop is the bomb! That was then, this is now. Sitting in the bar area for a bowling ceremony and sitting here with 130 people and one bartender and one server. The bartenders response? "You can order here or flag someone down" are you eFin kidding me???? Maybe a simple "what can I get you?" But nope. Why bother.
Great place for families or friends clean and very open. The game area needs work most dont work Wright but everything eles is good
We used to go to "spring hill lanes", but recently tried this one out. If we had any issues they fixed them no issues, food and service is always great, and we usually do the 2 hours for $20 a person, and then hit the arcade afterwards. Always a good time taking the kids!
Me and my friend had a blast bowling on Halloween, the service was really good aswell. Fun story is, I knocked the pin off the platform but it was still standing in the back and it didn't count it ??
I'm a league bowler here and they tried charging me 25$ to bowl 3 games when I normally pay 6.50$. For string pins too. Rip off go to Spring Hill lanes. Every time I go to strike city the lanes are way to oily or have no oil. The workers are all 17 and have no clue what they're doing. I've been told many times they can't even take my lyk ent without a manager and they can't never find one. I wish they never built that stupid arcade and kept their prices fair
We used to come here at least once a week for dinner. Then they rebranded or changed owners, I'm not sure. We have gone back 3 or 4 times since and not a single person behind the bar would acknowledge us. Tonight, we wanted to give it another shot. The dinning room was empty and the bartender paid no attention to us after 10-15 minutes of sitting and just continued to chat with her friends. We got up and left yet again. We will never be back. It's unfortunate.
Wings are pretty good, nachos were nothing but liquid cheese on chips with unseasoned meat. Bartenders were nice, not necessarily attentive.
Great atmosphere and excellent staff. We had a great time at their $20 /person 2 hr special last night. Had a few drinks and their sampler plater from the bar. This will likely be a date night at least once a month from now on.
One of the best places in Spring Hill to share with family and friends, very familiar and safe atmosphere for children, excellent option for a weekend afternoon
Place was nice and clean. Drinks were cold and fair prices. Would have given it 5 stars but our balls kept getting stuck and took forever to return. Overall was a nice play with fair prices.
Husband just joined a bowling team, I come to watch. Foods good, drinks are cold. Only been here a few nights on Tuesday. So far it's a nice place, no complaints.
We went here on a Saturday when our plans got rained out. They were friendly and accommodating. It was a great place with a fun vibe!
BEWARE!!! Would have given this a 5 star if they didn't pull a fast one on us. We had a birthday party today and the place was amazing the kids had a blast. We had plenty of space and the arcade was a huge hit. The ONLY thing that messed it up was in the very beginning as the chaos was going on and we were getting set up they told us we had 3 lanes (we had 13 kids in total) then the lady taking care of us asked us if the adults were joining as well. We figured we had 3 lanes so why not so we put the kids on
this place is terrible for anyone who actually goes bowling often! it is very easy to tell the lanes are not upkept at all. Definitely not worth the price.
I like it....I go where ever there's music that I can dance to...the only thing that bothers me is ..they don't give a drink with the $5 cover charge fee....and I'm seeing that people won't go...most places drop fee to $3 and no drinks....I guess it is what it is... Like I say I like music....
Not wheel chair accessible or disability friendly staff ignored me in my wheelchair multiple times lava cake sundae was decent drinks were ok
Awesome place don't miss out it's more than just bowling.
Clean bowling alley with plenty of things to do. Huge parking lot. Food. Bowling. Game room. Uptown bar and grill and more!! Great service too?
Great time! Clean, welcoming, good service!
Haven't been in awhile, had my sister's birthday there and they were amazing at helping us set it up and get everything we needed for us! Went up and beyond
Great fun for whole family. Great food. Great arcade game area. Grandkids had a BLAST!!
First time ever here. This is a really nice place to take the family for a night out. I would definitely recommend Strike City. Food, drinks, and FUN!
My first time at this center and I was blown away!Excellent lanes, you cant find a speck of dust. Exceptionally clean. The staff is extremely friendly. Always checked to see if we needed anything. A special thank you to Dawn! Not only a gorgeous young lady but friendly and always smiling. She was busy doing a million things but still took the time to talk to me about leagues and other questions. Great person! Give her a raise! I have found a new "home" for bowling! I highly recommend strike city spring hill!
Had a pretty fun time with my family, great atmosphere.
We stopped in to bowl with our grandsons. We played a couple of games and we played in the arcade. The facility is excellent and the folks are great. Thank you, we will return soon.
The bowling and food is great but nothing in the arcade worked for us we wasted 20$ on games that didn't even work.
Our recent visit for our daughter's birthday party was absolutely wonderful. The birthday package deals were an amazing value and the ease of setup was perfect for the price. Tyler was an awesome host, and they made set up and last moment changes a breeze. Our server Alexis was prompt and attentive, couldn't have asked for better. The food shines remarkably bright, they have a great kitchen. Our simple order of pizza and mottz sticks was really great quality. Despite not ordering any the drinks menu looked
Awesome bowling alley! It also had good burgers! The bar was really nice and the arcade looked like it had good games. The chicken wings were really gross meat and I'll never get those again. They had really good pretzels and mozzarella cheese sticks.
Great bar. Large selection of food and the quality was superb for a bowling alley. Live music. Large arcade for children (or the adult kids). Cheap to bowl. Nice alleys. Bowling shoes were comfortable and not gross.
Such a fun date night! We had a blast. We will definitely be back.
No gutter for kids poor guy came fishing balls out the gutter he whole time here I told him it's not his fault they don't inventory properly. They also make you pay for your food first and I had to tip beforehand for bs service. Didn't have half the stuff they claimed to have.
Waitress came by twice. Nice place.
Fun time for an awesome price. They even have happy hour!
More alcohol in the drinks needed please. Great place to bowl and play games.
The remodeling of this bowling alley is awesome!!! It looks really cool and clean.
Not a fan of string bowling but wanted to give it a fair try. Beautiful house, lots of colorful lights, but it was very dark inside for the middle of the day. Counter staff could be more friendly. Lots of games if you're into that. Games were $5 each game, per person, which I think is high, especially when we all had our own shoes and balls. There were 8 of us, so a group discount would have been nice. Coffee was $2.13/cup with no refills.
Bowling was very fun. I didn't even had to go and order a drink at the bar. The attendant took order from my bowling spot
As much as I would love to give this place 5 stars because the bowling alley is beautiful and it has a full bar, the service is absolute trash. 1st time here the server didn't understand what drink I wanted (vodka soda) and the bartender kept ignoring us (waited about 15-20 mins). We just came back for a 2nd time and it took someone 30 mins to greet us at the bar after my husband went to the front and got an employee. For the amount of space you guys have, you should have more employees working. SUPER SLOW.
My first time at Strike City. Went with a large family and used Groupon for all of us to try it out. I'm so happy that I did. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of fun at the lanes. Good food at reasonable prices. Played video games at the arcade. Everyone had a blast! Will definitely return.
They completely remolded it and WOW!! They greeted us as soon as we walked in and service was great. Very clean and the food was good as well.
Up to date and clean. Staff is friendly and prices are decent. Check out Groupon and their happy hour deals. My wife and I bowled for 2 hrs for $40 total with shoe rental, decent deal for good fun.
I went to a birthday party and we had an amazing time. It was very nice
We had a blast bowling, snacking and playing games. It's a state of the art bowling alley with family friendly prices. One side is a bar and the other an arcade... plenty for everyone.
Overall it was very fun. Nee owners since March of 2023. The upgrades are super great and is the reason we are coming back and even considering a league! It is not the same as it was and it is great!
We got RIPPED OFF! We bowled here all summer last year, and were looking forward to another great summer of bowling but... Sadly, today will likely be our last time here. We have a large group of homeschoolers and their parents who were told shoe rental was only $1.50 on Tuesdays, but when our group showed up today, we were rudely informed that information was incorrect, and shoe rental was full price! While an extra dollar is no big deal, being misinformed then called "mistaken" by Steve, the manager, n
Nice, clean, great music. Lots to do and best of all, the staff were super friendly and kind. We would love to go back.
We had some mechanical and scoring issues but a fun place to take our grandkids to. The bumpers made it easier for them to bowl and they loved the game room. Overall we had fun
Fun to bowl cool graphics. They have a bar with live bands. Once we started bowling it was great. A little slow trying to order our lanes/shoes. Maybe short handed or new people. Some confusion on which lanes we were suppose to be on.
It takes to long for the ball to return. A little bit pricey, but the food is good.
It was busy day waited 2hours. That was understandable due place was busy. When we finally got to the lane that was assigned . There was a birthday party finishing up all the rental shoes was left by the steps leading into to the lane. No bowling balls on the lane. We ask where to get the ball and was told we could get them from the lanes that people where playing on.we did tell the desk several times of our issue. By the time we started Half hour had past . Paid for two hour didn't get that. The manager
I accompanied my grandchildren while they bowled, and we all enjoyed it very much. The decor inside is so nice- the lights & music! ?? Wonderful! and it's very clean, too. Fabulous! ??
Had the best time here. Now we make it a monthly routine for our family
Had a great time here, very reasonable prices for both bowling and the snack bar. Also, it was very nice inside?not sure if it was recently remodeled, but I was impressed
This place was jamming. Good music. It was a fun place to visit. There is an arcade section as well. They seeve food and drinks as well.
Place just went downhill since the start of this year. From the management to the inconsistent pattern in the leagues. Something needs to change.
A great place for a church get together. We had lots of fun. Very clean, professional, and friendly.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
