Bowl 360 Ozone Park

Bowl 360 Ozone Park

Reviews Summary

Bowl 360 offers mixed experiences with a split between positive and negative reviews. Many praise its affordable pricing, fun atmosphere, and good music, especially for family outings. Positive highlights include friendly staff, clean lanes, and enjoyable events. However, significant complaints focus on poor cleanliness (sticky floors, dirty bathrooms), slow or unhelpful service, food issues (late orders, poor quality), and malfunctioning equipment. Weekend visits often receive more criticism than weekdays. While some guests highly recommend it for parties and casual bowling, others vow never to return due to hygiene and service failures.

Customer Reviews

Food is pretty decent. There is a pay first policy with was weird and not mentioned until after we ordered. My table had wings, calamari, jumbo shrimp and shark. Jumbo shrimp with the chilly sause was def the best thing. Wings were pretty good. The service kinda sucks. Waiter acted as if she didn't wanna be at work. For the bowling part, we had to switch lanes 3 times because the lanes weren't working correctly. The music was good. The vibes were good. The service just is poor. The lady at the desk was nice

We celebrated my daughter?s 9th birthday. Everything was great. Our host was awesome. Everyone had a great time. Am rating the party a 10/10 definitely recommend having your next birthday party at bowl360 ozone park

Let's break this down im sorry that I have to make this a little long but I have no choice but to share so you guys know before you go. 1. The bowling alley is looking for a lot of money and I get that because they are trying to stay afloat business wise. However the decision to false advertise is NOT a good strategy to accomplish this goal of staying in business longer. 2. The reason I say this is because they advertise the $25 per person online for the Father?s Day special yet they have a flyer for group

This place has to be the most catfish place I've ever been too the workers will tell you a million times that someone is going to come take your order I didn't get my drinks until I was leaving had one girl tell me there's no tops to the drinks for another to give me tops for the cups it was horrible the bathroom looked out of a horror movie the food was ok until we asked for pepperoni Pizza received cheese asked for it to b changed and they added the pepperoni to the top of the cheese that we already recei

Bottom of my shoes were worn out to the point that I could barely bowl without the worry of falling. Lane kept malfunctioning in a variety of ways (counting sets we didn't do, not cleaning up pins, losing track of who bowled) Food is okay at best. Drinks tasted watered down. Ambience was the best aspect of the experience.

Had my son birthday today and the experience was excellent. The server and manager was both professional and i will be back in april for another birthday. Thank you bowl 360 for the wonderful experience

The perfect place for the whole family , good food & drinks been going here for years before the name change.

The place was good. The managers and other employees are professional friendly. They all have great personalities, especially with kids. The food (personal pizza) was underwhelming. That was the only issue. The balls used in bowling as worn, that the balls skip will going down the lane. (To be fair, I didn't have time to look for another ball) I would definitely give it another go at this location.

I went on a weekday night with my family and had fun. I've heard about bad things happening on the weekend even with security there but I enjoyed it during my visit. The music videos playing on the screens(not all the screens were working). I would go back and probably during the weekday to avoid the possibility of the problems that happen on the weekends.

What a great time we had at Bowl360. Food was hot and my group didn't have to wait long for it too. Can't wait for next time. We will be here every month. THFV Members that for host our event. You did better than last month. Can wait til April.

I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!! I was served RAW CHICKEN and vomited profusely not too long afterwards. The female manager working yesterday, Sunday 10/06/2024 ,was EXTREMELY RUDE, with a previous issue I had prior and only wanted to be accommodating after I showed her the raw chicken not too long after. Horrible experience.

I find the manager very well put together and goes above and beyond for her customers, always smiling not forgetting her desk clerk. Kudos to everybody else doing an excellent job. I come here every Saturday and the staffs are really nice.

January 28,2025 Lane 1 was a nightmare of a lane. The ball feeder wasn't working properly and after numerous attempts to get that fixed we just had to deal with it. On top of that our game was cut short by approx 13 turns with 6 players. The computer just skipped all the turns to the end of the game. When asked customer service why? They simply stated we've been here for a long time. Of course we were there for a while because of all the interruptions with their machinery and waiting for assistance. I may

Today I visited your location for a school trip, I must commend the young lady at the front desk Shivanie; the way she greeted us and her smile makes me want to come again and I will. Thank you bowl 360 for having us and having wonderful staff greeting us at 10am.

We celebrated my cousin's birthday here last Saturday night. The place was packed but the vibes were nice. There was a bit of a wait (about 15-20 mins) to get the lanes for our group of 20. We had a great time, the waiter assigned to our lanes was very nice and attentive. The food and drinks were tasty. I did notice security patrolling the areas and the attendants kept the bathrooms cleaned and well stocked. Everything was reasonably priced.

I visited this location on Sunday around noon and it was a total disappointment?dirty and disorganized! The floor was incredibly sticky when we walked in and everything seemed out of place. During our game, the pin deck broke and we had to wait ~10 minutes for them to fix it. We also ordered drinks and not only were they overpriced but they took forever to arrive! I was really excited when they opened in the neighborhood, but it didn't live up to expectations. It's very unfortunate because this place has so

I had an amazing time at Bowl360 today! I came with a large party, however my hostesses Shania and Shivanie, as well as my server Sameera were very friendly and accommodating! They helped me resolve any issues with the lanes despite how busy it was getting and they were very attentive to my party?s needs. The food was fresh and tasted really good! We ordered from a plethora of options and our chicken, fish sticks, sweet potato fries, calamari, western styled fries, curly fries, mozzarella, sticks, and pizza

The most unprofessional hospitality is the worst aspect of this establishment, and the level of unprofessionalism is unmatched. Our cocktail order arrived when we had only one round left in our game, and we had to wait in line for over 20 minutes to receive customer service at our station. I do not recommend this place.

Family fun for all ages! The Mothers Day celebration and prices were thoughtfully affordable. We even had ordered food which was average, but convenient. The staff is friendly and super helpful. My only complaint is the bathroom didn't have soap and the hand sanitizer dispenser were ALL empty. Clean hands matter when bowling!!!

Went here on Feb 23,2025 with my boyfriend. The worst experience ever. Not only did we wait over an hour to get to the counter just to be serviced. But during the transaction she said the card declined and right after their machine shut down, so we had to wait a few minutes and swiped a second card. We showed the lady that the first transaction went through as we can see from the app/phone (we all get notifications when we use our debit or credit cards) She had already swiped the second card before we notic

The property itself looks nice inside, however the staff needs to be retrained or scolded for the service. Theres a offer for 25$ per person for unlimited bowling and instead of offering that we paid for 3 games totaling over 70$....second, we had a waiter that blamed not taking our order on faulty internet but never returned to take our order(so he couldnt write it down and manually enter it into the POS?)where i had to request a new server from the counter, third, dont go here if they appear to have a lar

Brought my group to visit. We got a decent package that also covered our food and drinks. The kids loved it. I would recommend putting up the barriers for those who gutterball often, as the bowling balls sometimes got stuck. Food came quickly and just as fast was devoured.

Overly priced on the food and entry fee no air conditioner facility was so hot bad odor and the women?s restroom was messy toilet overflown just overall dirty with a smell, and number 15 Bowling lane kept breaking down, which caused our time to run out Supervisor had to give us extra 20 minutes the first which it broke down again and she wouldn't give us a extended 20 minutes after. Bad customer service

Once we started playing their system stopped working. We lost so much time but there was barely anyone to help us. The customer service lady was not helpful. We ordered fries it came 40 mints late. We lost 1 hour but still nothing was fixed. Our entire evening was ruined but they were hesitating to give us refunds. I wish I could give them 0 star, especially the stuffs.

It's a pretty cool spot for both small and big groups. They no longer have a pool table but they have more arcade game machines now. They also offer bowling deals at times too.

Had a great time! Staff was nice! Will return ????

Lane 34 broke down on us twice.?? Also, ya bathrooms need a cleaning crew. They make me wanna puke. ????

Shivanie is the best among the staff at the front desk. She really know whats she is doing and provide great patience on cusotmer service. The owner should hire, retain, and promote staff like her. She knows how to run an bowling alley!

I loved my experience there. The manager is the best!!! She's extremely professional & friendly. Can't wait to return

Bowl 360 was horrible to say the least. Once we got to our lane kids were still hanging around our section even though they were not bowling. The tables still had food and disposables on them and drinks were spilled all over the floor. I asked one of the staff to please clean it up and no one ever came to clean any of it. There were teens smoking weed and on top of others section. It was a very uncomfortable and displeasing experience, I would not recommend to anyone!

I booked a birthday party package to celebrate my son's 12th birthday here, which included partyware. However, when we arrived, there were no tablecloths provided. The server assigned to us was kind and attentive, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. One of the bowling balls got stuck in the lane, and when I asked a staff member for assistance, she seemed annoyed. After waiting 20 minutes with no resolution, I approached her again, and she responded with a rude attitude, sa

This place is horrible at taking customers and making them feel happy and given their word to children. My son had his 7th birthday here and the employee ensured me that it was okay to bring in an ice cream cake. When I requested for the cake to come back the whole cake was melted. The candle didn't even stand in the cake. He was unable to sing happy birthday with his family and school friends. A total embarrassment in front of his classmates. My son was looking forward to singing happy birthday with a cake

We had an exceptional experience here, thanks to Sarah, who ensured our booking process was seamless and verified our satisfaction with the overall experience! Thank you sarah? 10/10 would recommend.

You asked. My first and last experience went like this: 1. They are way too expensive. Please see the photos for 4 games ( 2 games each )and shoe rental for 2. It costs $76 on a Friday. 2. The environment is so loud u can't hear what any of the staff is saying. They kind of just push you along. But the kids like the music. 3. The pizza reminded me a bit of chucky cheese pizza (gross) and was under cooked. The regular order of curly fries was good. 4. Our waiter was nice but was rushing us to take our order.

Terrible service. We purchased a second game and told staff that the pins need to be fixed. 30 min later we are still waiting. I flagged down the staff for them to take our order and they came back 20 min later and took our order. Staff came back again 25 min later and bagged our order. Btw the restrooms are dirty. There was no soap in the soap dispenser. Just really unsanitary

This place is awesome! Ive lived here my whole life, and this spot has always been a go to in my opinion. The food and drinks aren't amazing, but they're good. This place is perfect for family, or you can wait for the after hours and it's great for a night out with friends. A time will be had!! They play great music, and they really pay attention to their clientele and do a great job at making the perfect vibe, for the people that attend. Can't say enough great things about this place.

Went with family and friends to bowl on Christmas Eve. The 2 hour unlimited bowl including shoes was a good deal. We all had a great time. Only issue was the food. It wasn't what I expected. Order Garlic Parmesan wings, but received hot fried chicken with the sauce on the side. Also it was way too salty and fountain drinks were more ice than drink.

Bowl 360 in Ozone is a cool spot to bowl with family and friends! The ambiance is inviting and the music brings the vibes. I've been here several times and experienced raw fried chicken. The bathrooms are also unkept and should be maintained by staff on a frequent basis.

The best part about this place is the vibe the music brings. The food is standard, it's affordable and you'll have a good time.

We paid $100+ for bowling, drinks, and food. We got one of their worst lanes that glitched and kept restarting over and over again not allowing us to play, they barely cooperated to fix it or give us a new lane so we ended up getting a refund. Also the alcohol is more juice than liquor.

If you're looking for affordability this is the place to go and the food was absolutely delicious my only issue we received our food but had to ask for drinks which we ordered first and no napkins but over all the staff was great. The lanes were well kept. However, the music needs to be better the same exact songs just kept replaying for 2 hours. Parking is difficult to find so keep that in mind. The security was amazing (safety first) We paid 25$ per head for 2 hours.

The MOST DIRTIEST place I have been to!!! The floors were sticky and dingy. Garbage on the floor. The bathroom is unsightly but I unfortunately didn't take photos of that. The ceiling fans had a collection of dust and I made the mistake of ordering food bc I immediately felt nauseas and ended up throwing up once I got home! The wings were burnt & the batter from the fried shrimp was still went on the inside like it still wasn't fully cooked. Just sitting in that place I felt DIRTY! Whoever the owner is CLEA

AMAZING SERVICE, staff service was phenomenal! My Church Stuyvesant Heights Christian Church had our First Annual Bowling competition there, and we will be there again .!!

Takes too long to get your food. Servers are overworked. Too many people for the amount of servers. Orders are often wrong. Management does not do anything to correct the errors. Poor customer service

I would rate this at less than one star But I don't believe that is an option. It's had zero Air conditioning it took forever for anyone to acknowledge us at the bowling counter, the waitress or who might have been. The waitress had to come over to deal with shoes and was very confused. When it came time for a drink The young lady did not know and did not admit Not to know what a jack and coke was and just brought a straight shot of jack and then made it our fault. She then explained it was not in menu ite

The place looks very good and friendly staff only on the weekdays. Weekends are too crowded and the service is horrible.

I guess don't go on a sunday night ?? music loud as hell for no reason..we didn't even get a waitress? Was bowling for 30m didn't even get offered a water i mean wtf are y?all even doing in there. bowling balls dirty af all the waitresses looking mad for what like just go to the one in brooklyn and save your coins!

The women bathroom is disgusting !! There is no way that they have mocktails at the same price as a cocktail . They need new bowling shoes , those shoes are definitely not clean and smell terrible ,thank god you can play in your own sneakers . If you're going there just to bowl for 2 hours and not use the bathroom you're good . Overall I give the place a 2.5, the prices for the drinks not living up to the surrounding of the place

It is an upgrade from the previous establishment indeed. The food was good, drinks could've been better and so could the service. However I loved that is was a diverse staff and I still had a lot of fun in a nice, friendly atmosphere

First let me begin by saying No parking but on the street I have never ever in my life been so disappointed and embarrassed in my life. Set up my family for a new years eve at your place in Ozone Park. Food was absolutely disgusting and over cooked chicken wings. Pitchers of soda were watered down with ice . Ginger ale wasn't even ginger ale I paid over 600 dollars for an evening with family. Not worth 6 dollars The bathrooms are a disgrace. You should be embarrassed to host people here. The door in the

I went Last night and paid for two games, They charged me $38 per person! I paid for 5 people, I was charged an extra $8 for bowling shoes we never wore. I was told by a manger which is a young lady who explained that even if you wear the shoes or not, you pay $38 and if you want to play another game it's $15 per person. I think it's unfair to charge for bowling shoes especially if we decide not to wear them. Terrible business

I was there since 11:45pm I left at 1:40 Am .No structure . I ordered food and waited a hour no food. I finished my game and wanted to go home so I asked for a refund after giving me the run around for 10-15 mins instead of just saying from the BEGINNING that they don't do refunds. They finally wait till the last minute as they are 20 mins till closing to say they don't do refunds . ??

I recently visited Bowl 360, and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. The facility was poorly maintained, and the lanes were sticky and dirty. What really took the experience from bad to worse was the service. The staff seemed disinterested and rude, but the manager, Sherry, was the worst part. Not only did she seem completely uninterested in helping customers, but she was also incredibly dismissive when we expressed concerns about our experience. She barely acknowledged us and made no effort

I would say your experience would depend on the day and time you go. I've been a few times and each time it varies. My most recent visit was a Friday night got there like 7 pm. There was a lot of people but not overly crowded. I never knew they had an upstairs but we got placed upstairs. Service was slow to order food as I went back to the desk 3 times to ask for a server. Finally we got the server, placed our order and you pay the server right then. I tipped her well and it definitely helped because our se

THERE WAS A MOUSE AT MY LANE! The floor was extremely dirty. Chip bags on the floor. Food everywhere! It looked as if they didn't clean in years! Terrible ! So dirty I couldn't enjoy my game !

Bowl 360 Ozone Park is a night club disguised as a bowling alley. It's 3 stories, 32 lanes on both floors 1 & 2, for a total of 64 lanes. The 3rd floor is a restaurant with a very Caribbean themed menu. We ordered standard bar food, pizza, wings, tostones, and fries. As far as bowling alley food goes it was excellent. If your a serious bowler the atmosphere is probably not for you, it's dark and the music is night club level loud. The price for 4 people 3 games a piece was about $186 so a little pricey.

Terrible service. No staff to provide service. Two hours and five requests for service and no one showed up to take an order. You are not able to order from the bar. Don't waste your time!

came here for a school trip.. the bathroom was filthy and the food was horrible & gave me food poisoning. the workers were very rude and were of no help. i would not recommend coming here

The employees were helpful and very nice. Took a few to get all the food and drinks but we had ordered a bit so it was understandable. The seats and lanes were clean. I loved the lights and the music. It was loud enough to enjoy but not so loud you can't hear yourself think or have to scream to talk to someone. Wish I would've had time to go to the arcade area and play some pool but I'll save that for next time.

Space accommodated my very large group. When it came to staff providing food (which was included in the purchase order), they were unprepared to handle feeding a large group (It didn't seem like they were used to hosting events for large groups). Other members from my group wound up helping the staff transport the food to the bowling lanes (which we did NOT have to do) and the Indian female workers had sooooo much attitude. Initially, I felt bad because we were a large group, and only 2-3 employees were as

Me and the girls enjoyed ourselves it was nice to have wonderful music that was kid appropriate. Had some good food. The staff was friendly.

Nice place friend had his son party here. The staff was no help bathroom was clean food was ok. The kids had fun but the staff was useless. I would most likely never have a event here.

The bathroom ?? was very nasty. And after informing staff about the bathroom. The person who came to clean it had an extremely bad oder himself. Very expensive

We came here in the middle of the week with our kids. We did the 2 hr deal We had a great time, very nice staff clean, and a variety of ball weights and finger-hole sizes. There are 2 floors one with exciting music and lights and the other with regilr lighting and no music. So you can play where you you prefer

My organization booked this place for our students to attend. They took forever trying to figure out how much we owed while our students just sat at empty lanes that we were told they didn't have. Go figure! They wouldn't open the lanes. They knew we had the money. Why just let kids just sit there and waste an hour. They also took forever feeding our students like they didn't know we were coming. The staff (a bunch of kids) didn't know what they were doing, and it was the manager who had us lingering for ov

I had a fun time there, nice music, there's a parking lot across the street (with the green fence) for the customers and the pizza was pretty good. Only issue for me was that I won't go back there when it's dark because the lot had no lights and guys were in there smoking so that felt unsafe to me.

Great bowling place with great prices compared to other places. This place is good for friends, dates, group activities, and camps. This place was clean and the workers were nice. I would recommend anyone to go here if you're looking for a good time.

Very nice place to have fun with families and friends. I went there last saturday with the family and a group of 7 kids between the age of 2-10 years old and everyone had fun, including myself. We got there at 11am and we paid a fee of $10. For 2 hours wich included the shoe rental. Wich was pretty good for us. ?? Thier chicken tenders and fries were the best. ?? Pizza not too much in my opinion, but kids liked it. They also, had a small arcade by the entrance. BTW: their tries are big. They served a lot of

I had a really good experience at this bowling alley. Even though i got in and the system was down they played really good music to keep me entertained until they were able to fix their system. They also gave us complementary bowling until the system was up. The staff was very accommodating and sweet and I would definitely come to this bowling alley again in the future.

We decided to spent some quality family time together and go bowling & have some fun but what a disappointing experience we had . We had to wait for 5 minutes to get served while there was 6 people behind the desk , talking & walking around. We waited 40 minutes and hadn't seen any waiters to place an order, I went to the front desk and asked and was told they would send someone. We waited for another 15 minutes & still no one came then went again to find what's going on & no one seemed to know where the st

Nice and clean. The staff was very nice and the food was really, really tasty . The portion is hugh 2 people can eat from one portion. Go check them out, guys.

my food was thrown out while i was waiting on a box and they did not offer any refund. fun and good music but service inadequate.

Nataline and Cassander are the best very helpful and calm and amazing even when something is wrong I recommend promotion for them

I visited this location twice in the last 2 weeks. First time will my friends and second time they hosted my daughter?s school. The music is loud with a lot of vibes. The food is okay. It's like fast food wings, pizza , fries and such. There's a bar and a game room. One thing I did not like when I visited the first time at night was the large amount of young kinda ghetto looking people hanging out in front drinking / smoking. Made me feel a little anxious. But security was out in front checking bags and mak

Nice looking bowling alley but the music is way too loud. You can barely hear the person sitting next to you. They check your ID and pat you down at the front which is kind of strange for a bowling alley but hey. Also, they should really replace their rental shoes because they don't provide as much grip as they should. My friends and I were slipping the whole time. The tables by the lanes were also a bit dirty when we got there and cups were left from the last group. Tbh, I would probably come again but mu

Always enjoy coming with the family.Arrive before 1pm and bowl for $10 for 2HRS.CAN'T BEAT THAT!!

We came for bowling mid week, a group of 5. We did the special $25/person for 2 hours of unlimited bowling and got in 2 full games plus about 2.5 rounds (12 frames or 2.5 frames?). we didn't order food, just a couple of drinks. Other lanes near us had food that looked ok. We bowled downstairs, which has the neon lights, music and videos, and a more party-like atmosphere. Upstairs there are lanes which apparently are for the serious bowlers. We had a lot of fun. Wasn't crowded at all 8:15-10:15 on a Tuesday

Went for the pool tables, but they were removed. Lots of arcade games and the bowling lanes have been upgraded since last time I was here. The staff were so helpful.

The reason I gave 3 stars because I enjoyed the game but customer service sucks .I was playing upstairs and I had to go downstairs to ask them 4 times to put the rails up on my daughter?s game and it took one 5 times for them to do it.There was 3 balls on my lane and I ask the customer service for help with that their suggestion was for me to take the balls from other peoples lane ..The place is great just need better customer service They should be better than this!!!

My kids party ?? was fantastic thank you so much to the staff they are amazing all the kids had a great time

Would never go back to this place we was visiting and decided to go here after we went to our lane it's was so nasty and messy first I went and let the female at the check in desk know she said she would send somebody over 20 mins pass my sister went let them know that they need to get the mess cleaned up because there was also drink spilled on the floor and table we waited a next 20mins I went back let them know my son slip twice so they need to come clean it up no1 still didn't showed up a few other serv

My food was cold and I got my cold food before my drink.

We went here today for a Halloween bowl. It was amazing. The music was good the food was good and our server Tay was amazing. He helped us take pictures. We were very pleased with the service

The bowling alley seems to be more of a hang out spot for young people. The new rap music and smell of weed constantly coming through the front door can turn people away. The lanes were well maintained and looked great, though. Parking is difficult in the area, so plan ahead.

Wings and drinks are really good and strong, but the bathrooms are DISGUSTING! I went there over 3 times, and each time, it was gross.

Just celebrated my girls birthday here, it was the best decision. The Girls and our friends had an amazing time. The Manager Shivanie was so nice and professional. Our party attendant Yogi was so on it. He was kind and professional and he made things run smoothly. I couldn't have asked for better.

The food was okay! The bowling was fun I guess. It was awfully cold I was freezing. The music was very appropriate and good choices. The food took forever to come and they barely even paid attention to our needs 3/5

I caught the early vibe. Clean and not too busy when I initially showed up. I definitely think they need more bowling balls though.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
