New Hyde Park, New York 11040
First time coming here from out of town. It was clean and fun. Lots of games to play and cold beer on tap. Gaven was really helpful and made sure my family and I was taken care of. Fun time will come back
Got a good Groupon deal for this location, for shoes and 2 games each (lasted around 2 hours for us- 4players). Don't recall seeing signage outside so I thought it was closed at first; ample parking available. Great first impression when we entered - the vibrant lighting, eye-catching, changing graphics above the width of the bowling lanes, plus music playing. Large arcade area. There's a food menu but I didn't really check though. Redeemed my groupon without a problem. Not crowded before 4pm (more full wh
I'd like start by saying I've had a fun night at Bowl 360 @ herricks rd, we were greeted by their employee Gavin and the staff who assisted us throughout the whole process. The bowling alley was definitely clean. The music, food, and of course the lanes were great, I've came to hangout with my family and it was a great experience overall, I'd definitely visit again. Gavin was friendly and professional was around when we needed assistance. Would recommend!!
Poor Management Overshadowed a Fun Venue We held my daughter?s birthday party at Bowl 360. While the kids had fun bowling, the experience was frustrating due to poor planning and communication. I was told via phone and email that I needed to bring all party supplies (plates, tablecloths, etc.), so I purchased them myself. Only after questioning the 21% service fee?clearly labeled not gratuity but for ?overhead??did they offer to provide them. The on-site manager was shocked I brought supplies and asked me
Great place to go & have a night out. A lot of drink options are available. It's $15 per person for 2 hours great price for me & my family, usually get 4 games in 2 hours. They always stay improving. ?? percent recommend this place.
The place is good if you're looking to play bowling for a cheap price. However, the service is absolutely unbearable. At a half full bowling alley near midnight, they gave us one lane for 6 people. After we asked to get 2 lanes, she said that it wasn't possible. We had more friends come so we paid for more people to come so we could split the lanes. This whole process took around 30-40 minutes and she was unwilling to give us our time back.
Amazing, highly recommend for a good time with family and friends. Really clean and quiet environment, with no wait time. Overall a good experience that's close to home. Absolutely good!
Just wanted to say that this place is over priced for the type of customer service they offer. We order food and they took an hour to bring a half empty plate with curly fries that cost $10. The pizza is bad quality and the response from the server is that there was only 1 cook in the kitchen. We traveled far to get this bad experience, if you want to eat don't do it here.
Came to new hyde to bowl, first time being at this location. The employee Maddison introduced herself and checked on us time and time to make sure everything was fine. Fixed our lane quick when it was messed up, and made sure food and drinks was brought out. Also they should update the music playlist, overall good experience.
Stopped by with some friends last week and we were given the $10 two hour special , luckily we were told about it before we purchased our Groupon ! Great service , nicky was very attentive and helpful to our group, this place has a fun vibe. Played good music, Lanes were nicely oiled, clean bathrooms and great equipment. We will be back! :)
The service will a poor poor poor the food is not good it nasty and cold An there was no one in the place an service so poor wish I could give it a zero star
went bowling with some coworkers, and we had a great time. Their boneless wings were very delicious! Unfortunately the lanes kept breaking down so we had to move twice but overall a fun time :)
I love this place game music food lights, is a nice place to have fun
Went here with my wife & 3 daughters for a night out. About 45 minutes into bowling we ordered some food. The bill was $75 for a mac & cheese bites order a jumbo pretzel a order of the bowlero 360 platter & a pitcher of pink lemonade. The wings were absolutely disgusting. Burned & hard & rubbery meat. Do not order the wings from here . You will end up doing what I did which was throwing them in the trash. Wont be going to this place anymore. Told the manager about it & that was a waste of time . They were n
Such a great place to go and have a good time! We bowl Saturday and have a great time there. The food, drinks, and service were amazing! Especially our server, AWLAD, he was so nice and attentive. Awlad was great! We're looking forward to going back!
This is a new bowling alley, very clean, and fun arcade games. The menu is big. I've had the cheese pizza and it's decent. I recently had the burger and it was served to me raw. When reported the next one came charred and burnt. That's not good service. I won't be back and I will try to get my money back.
They need to get new managementand revamp the entire staff at this location. Never anyone working the counters, takes forever to get any help or to get a lane. Been here several times and always the same situation and this time place is nearly empty so it's not busy. No excuse. Therefore posting. Always a line because no one seems to be working here. See pic for proof.
Love love love this awesome place. This time we celebrated us reconnecting after the covid isolation from the world. We bowl, laugh, dance and even lick a toe or two. Great time past but wish we had more to stay. We left because we had prior engagement for dinner. There is a small Cafe there excellent. Try the recommended sweet long sticks (that's not the name) its to die for.
I had a party schedule for my daughter's 7th birthday on Saturday March 22nd. A few friends told me about this place; however, I am very disappointed about a few things. 1- They want to change the tip before the party. I told them I will give the tip at the end of the party because I tip according to, the service I get. 2- On the package I got included: Super Strike XXX - Lane Reservation -2 Hour Unlimited Bowling -Shoe Rentals (WE NEVER GOT THE SHOES; they told me it was okay if the kids don't use the shoe
Shamoya, and the team is awesome! They hooked me up with games after we had a problem with the card machine! We all had a blast, great clean bowling alley
The service was fantastic, no longer wait. The food and drinks on time. Great atmosphere. Great for family
The service was amazing and fast, they made the whole experience awesome and the environment was so cool! Definitely recommend checking out :)
This place is a ripoff, it's still under renovation, not even signage for 360 here, the vending machines are cash only and $2 for a .50 bag of chips. I couldn't imagine paying $27 for a pizza here. The bar not available absolutely nothing like advertisements? No music no lights the hvac system was lacking. If it wasn't for the fact the kids were with me I would?ve walked right back out.
Uploading a new review: didn't have a good experience the last time however the manager personally reached out to me and was more than helpful in ensuring that my family and I have a way better experience this time. Shelly compensated us with free bowling and we overall would return. Management takes into consideration customer?s concerns and try their very best to fix it and ensure customers get the satisfaction which is something that a lot of business don't have. So kudos to that.
Daniella was so nice and helpful when I came bowling . One of the best workers. Anytime I had a issue she helped and I didn't have to wait long she's real fast
Terrible service, the staff are super unhelpful, the owner (Danny) doesn't even show up to his own place to see how poorly it's run and passes the blame off. Had a line of people for 40 minutes plus multiple people leaving and cops called. Do not come here. Overall terrible experience. They do not deserve your business and especially not your money
The place was so clean I have been looking for a bowling alley for a long time always found trashy Places but this bowling alley is so beautiful and I will definitely cum again my favorite part of the whole place was a employee named Niki she made me feel very important and made sure I had a good time by being friendly professional and very informative employees like that will make me recommend people and return everytime
Horrible service, lanes messed up every minute. felt rushed. Food was gross. Expensive prices
The place was really nice. The staff was helpful especially Gaven for making sure everything was comfortable and smooth sailing for my friends and I.
We had a birthday party here recently and had an absolute blast. We worked with Chris and Nya and they made sure our party ran so smoothly, checking in with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Every time we had a request, they were right there taking care of it.The food came out right on time, and the portions were very generous. Everyone loved the chicken fingers especially. This is one of the more reasonably priced birthday party options for kids in the area, and we definitely feel lik
Went to the pro shop to get balls. Great experience . No comment on bowling alley it was large and empty in the afternoon
Last I remember.. THIS place used to be the iconic HERRILL LANES..can't believe they've been bought out after all these years. Bowl360 has a new experience with their touch screen kiosks. You can literally conversate with others via your kiosk and they can see your chats on their screen. Highly recommend don't say anything offensive and cause unnecessary trouble. Very modernized it is now. Really love THAT. Especially their exquisite menu. Can't wait for their bar to open up because they're still under reno
It is very family and kids friendly place. Very friendly stuffs. No loud music. Really loved it will go back.
I would literally give zero stars if I could. This place has zero organization. No one knows what they are doing and everyone is running around on their phones instead of actually working. My friends order never came and the salsa with my quesadilla was ROTTEN. it's sad because this place has such potential. We came when it was first open and it was just as bad. Was hoping they got their act together but no such luck. NEVER AGAIN
On March 15 2025 I went there with entire family we spent 2 hours in there The pizza taste good we will definitely come back
The place is so good and not crowded And the people their very nice and helpful 14$ / person the game And if you want to refill another round 8$ per game Or 20$/ person for 2 hours Pie pizza 20$ Pitch of soda 10$ Vending machines are available, too
Food was fine but the music is obnoxiously loud When i asked the server they said theres nothing they can do about it? i was just here last week and it was fine
I recently visited this bowling alley and had a mixed experience. The service was initially okay, but I was surprised when the credit card terminal prompted me for a tip after simply paying for game time. While tipping is customary in restaurants, it felt a bit odd to be asked for a tip for a basic service like bowling. The food was decent, but I was disappointed by the long wait for an ice tea. It took nearly 45 minutes to arrive, which was frustrating. However, I did tip the waitress for her service, desp
This bowling alley is AMAZING! The staff there is super nice and very accommodating. The bowling alley is well kept, very clean and has the best music options! Although it takes a while for the food to come out after ordering it is still good and the way we like it to be. The drinks are also very good. overall this is a good spot to go to for friends and family.
Bowling experience was great although there was a spelling error on the menu. It says cheese pizza when in reality they meant to write burnt cardboard with cheese and half a teaspoon of sauce for $23.
I had my son's 10th birthday here and it's a nice place but the service was horrific!! It was 11am in the morning and the staff was like missing. With it being so empty at time of morning, I would have thought they would have been more attentive. Luckily they're kids with their friends so they were having fun but they had to wait so long for the drinks to be refill, they didn't bring enough pizza and when I ordered another 1, the party was over and the parents were picking up the kids and I STILL didn't hav
When I walked in it was nice and renovated. The lights were colorful and the TV was easy to see. I would say the food was overpriced and the bowling bowls were oily and slippery, but otherwise this is an amazing place. I would go here again, but if the balls were not oily it would be nice. Overall I think I would recommend coming here but make sure the bowling balls are oily but not so oily, so you can have a fun time. So in conclusion this is a good spot to bowl if you're a good bowling fan, I would not re
New owners took over in 2023 of what used to be Herrill lanes. Harrell lanes was fully wheelchair accessible and always very accommodating. The new Bowl 360 is.NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. My son can no longer bowl there as he is in a power wheelchair. This is a very simple process to create a small wooden ramp for wheelchair patrons to get down to the bowling lane floor. This is what Herrill Lane had. When I called to discuss this issue, I was told they're working on it. Well, it's been a year and they still
Scoring is totally inaccurate. 4 frames not scored correctly out 10 franes. String on pins knock over pins. Serious bowlers stay away! Service desk inattentive and unavailable. Bathroom were discusting. Only thing good was the price.
The $10 all you can bowl for 2 hours is great. But the lane is kind of dry. No oil at all. And lots of footprints on the lanes. Interesting.
Positive: It was a nice atmosphere. I love the graphics on the wall to wall length screen. The lane seats are comfy. There are table and chairs behind every lane. You have the option of bowling with your own sneakers (I don't know why). The music was really good and they have a lot of arcade games to play. The staff were nice. Negative: The women's bathroom was clean but dated compared to the rest of the place. The set up is strange. The mirror is on a wall near the door but not over the sink. The food wa
if i could give this place 0 stars i would! this place is a MESS. we walked in right away to a ton of flies/insects by the entrance. an immediate red flag, we should?ve left right there and then. there seems to be an infestation because there were also flies IN the toilet that popped out when the door to the stall was opened. not to mention, there was food in the sink. we also ordered food, that also wasn't too great, but the main issue was our server. she served us our food with no water even though we ask
This place has so much potential if it was structured and organized by management. I really wanted to love it and keep coming back but..We had family visiting and came with 9 Adults and 1 small child. We chose it over our large neighborhood place based off the advertising, music, and fun on Sat. Walked into pure chaos from the start.. it is narrow , crowded no where to go . We didn't mind waiting but were given a 1 lane for 9?people for 2 hrs- on a lane where a random group decided to sit at the table a
Gaven was very accommodating Food was delicious Drinks were amazing
Went on a Friday night and there wasn't a wait. Upon entry, you have to figure out if to go left or right to purchase the games. The counter staff seemed uninterested and there was no structure of a line. While in line I saw some people returned the shoes and they barely sprayed a drop of disinfectant into the shoes, that was gross. No server checks on you if you need to order anything. We were always flagging someone down to place our order and it takes a while to come out. The arcade games that they have
I havent eaten here but the food looks good, and they do offer cocktails. It's looks great since the renovations with a nice atmosphere and very modern. There's plenty of arcade options too and reasonably priced
Overall, this place was horrible. Everything about it seemed to show that the manager and staff don't care. The manager is this 19 year old who doesn't care about his customers and is slow to fixing lanes. We had to wait 30 minutes for him to fix our lane because he was so slow. I demand a refund for his incompetence and overall disrespect to his customers. The food was just okay, but came at the end of our bowling games which was almost two hours. We couldn't even get water and the music is TOO loud. Need
They deleted my last review so here's another one. This place is terrible and if you want an enjoyable time don't come here. This place is ran by money hungry people who don't care about the customers experience. The floor was nasty and sticky. The music is still too loud. They still have the ac high to arctic levels on days it's not needed. The bar is being blocked by all of these games that they clearly don't have room for making it look crazy. Is this a bowling alley or arcade? And how many car games & c
Worst food ever, over cooked and burnt, service really bad
Stood at the counter for 10 minutes trying to set up for 2 games. Not one employee to be found at the counter or in the place.
Nice facility for family activity. Sunday night after 7 & it was about ? full. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I had an AMAZING experience at Bowl 360. There was great music and overall a great vibe. The place has undergone renovations since I was last here and it looks GREAT. The system is really modern and we had so much fun playing with the different options for the bowling screen. Would recommend!
My review was deleted so I'm writing again. To the owner, maybe you should respond to an upset customer instead of just deleting my comment. This establishment is filthy and you make people pay and tip for food before it's even served to them.. now I know why. I had to wait forever for my food, that came out cold with no napkins or utensils brought to me. I saw my waiter one time and never again and tipped generously for poor service. Do not come here, save your money and go down the road.
The lanes at this place suck. Sticky seating areas. The lanes are not oiled and approaches are sticky as well. IWILL NOT RETURN
Tina gave us amazing service and very patient with us. We are happy customers. Thank you for your hard work sister!
Came here for a date. The place is nice at nighttime when the lights are all lit up and they play music. The drinks were kind of weak but they came out quick and overall we had a good time bowling. Bowling is expensive in general anywhere you go but if you purchase the unlimited two hour deal that they have here that includes the shoes it's around like $20 bucks so it's worth it to do the unlimited. Overall I would come back here again.
I went to bowl 360 with my family. The place looks renovated but too much moving lights and really loud music. Food was below standard and the server was very rude and unprofessional. She literally threw the food on table and left. I ordered a soda and the straw given with it was soaked. We asked the lady to get us some ranch with the food but she didn't even bother to bring any. Another poor management is with the tab system, every-time you order you have to pay hand in hand and tip the server. We ordered
Music was too loud ??. Whenever they advertised for the pizza or fries the volume jump to a whole other level. It was so loud it was stressful ??
Had an event here for my church and had a great time. The manager Mick(I believe that was his name), really took care of us. Food was good too! Other than the music being too loud, we really enjoyed it.
Our service and overall experience was poor at best. The place was busy, to be expected for a Saturday night, but while they had 4-5 people behind the desk they only had one person working a register and checking people in to bowl - which felt very inefficient. They had a full service bar with nobody behind it to take drink orders, as we were told that we had to order all food and drinks through the servers working the lanes. The only problem was they had 2 servers for the whole bowling alley! Food and dri
Love this bowling alley. The staff is kind and friendly. We always have a good time.
I was looking for a decent place to come with the family and kids to bowl and came across herrill lanes it looked good and clean an I wasn't disappointed at all by how clean everything was also huge space and friendly staff food was good and there were also a server who were taking orders and dropping it by your section so yo can enjoy bowling and not having to worry about waiting for your food. Family and kids enjoyed it here will definitely come back loved the vibe
This bowling alley used to be great. The staff was helpful, prompt, and had very experienced. There was an amazing pro shop with a very down to earth attitude. The kitchen was also very good, with reasonable prices for the food which was also not bad. Furthermore, the pricing for the bowling was also very reasonable, with discounts for seniors and teams. Leagues were forcibly moved out in order to attract negative attention and the management now walks onto the lanes with their shoes, ruining the oil patter
New arcade and screens looked nice and made the place look more modern. The pins are held up by strings which was weird to me and made them react differently. Took over an hour to get the drinks. We reminded the guy behind the bar 3 times before we got stuff. He was apologetic tho because there was a shift change and the person before him said the drinks were served so he disposed of the ticket. The server had to take our drink orders multiple times because of ?system errors?. The bar is enclosed by severa
Had a great day there. Prompt service, decent food and portion size (mozzarella sticks were a hit)... You may find a coupon to help with costs but overall a great day for the kids and adults!
Great music , clean , nice atmosphere, great service
The new renovations look amazing! The lanes are spaced out well, so the seating is not cramped. The food is also really good. The only problem I do have was that the music was too loud. It did hurt my ears when the music blasts high pitch sounds. Other than that, my family had a really fun time!
The service at the front desk was a little slow but overall the looks and the quality of all the equipment is outstanding and the food was tasty and came out in decent time. All the lanes were goodly upgraded and the especially the bumpers, had a cool set up and could go up and down at any turn automatically unlike before we had to go manually put up the bumpers and sometimes hurt our fingers.
Food takes forever to come and a new person is working the desk didn't give us all games properly. Our 4th game ended at the 6 frame and we were not playing unlimited bowling
Great price and open late, good technology and ease of access.
We used a Groupon for a family of four. When we entered, the staff at the front desk did not acknowledge us at all. We stood there patiently and said we had a Groupon (which I realized was more than their current deal) oh well. The staff at the register made an annoyed face and turned around to speak to the other registrant who laughed at her, both turned around and started searching for someone else. It was getting awkward and uncomfortable for the 4 of us so I asked, is it ok? Are you accepting the Gro
Great service and best place to send time with friends and had a great time?..
i have never seen a place with such a greed for money while offering terrible food that's cooked by a man who clearly doesn't wash his hands i?ve seen the chef smoking cigarettes in the kitchen with the door open so smoke is blowing into the lanes!! and don't even get me started on the management the place could be run by a bunch of 7 years olds and i think it would still be run better! i?ve seen so called ?general managers? come to work with bottles of alcohol in there bags to drink on the job which is alr
Just left here w/my kiddies and had the best experience! Staff was amazing; even gave us extended time. We'll definitely be back!
Best bowling place ever it was calm and my kids loved it ??
I only go here for the Pro Shop, the one time I decided to actually bowl it had to be the worst experience out of any place I've been to. First lane I was assigned to was completely dry with no oil and the approach was filthy. I asked to be switched to another lane, the ball machine had my two bowling balls stuck in there for a hour. They switched me to another lane while they ?worked? on getting my ball out. Manager/supervisor person told me their mechanic was arriving soon (mind you this place has been
Amazing experience. Absolutely loved the tracks for the bowling.
Mechanical breakdown in lane. Ball was stuck for over 15 minutes and then the lane was shut down and game could not be resumed. Understaffed.
The customer service was terrible. My lane was not working and the young girl at counter told me to tell someone else .. I left after 30 minutes
Mic the manager is so extremely helpful, courteous, and nice! It is a pleasure to be greeted in by him. It is not surprising at all he is the manager. Well earned! My children love this Bowling Alley the most from any indoor activity I give them the option of going to. I brought them here today, (Sunday) and we were checked in by the two sweetest, and most friendly girls by the names of Gabby and Shamoya. Their act of kindness brought tears to my eyes. Thank you so much, and I hope one day I can pay this
Friendly and helpful staff.
I was there last night and the bartending service was horrible. The bartender and waitstaff spent more time standing around doing nothing than tending to the patrons. My daughters and I waited over 45 minutes for drinks. Even though we repeatedly went to the bar and said we would wait for our drinks we were told to "return to our lanes and the drinks would be brought to us." At one point the waitress standing at the empty bar snidely asked one of the girls if she couldn't see she was busy? Bowl 360 will nee
Way too loud inside , the waiting service was slow and had the wrong order three times , took almost an hour to have pretzels delivered to the table , shoe line is a mess if there is a crowd very unorganized , will never return again ?.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
