First time coming here from out of town. It was clean and fun. Lots of games to play and cold beer on tap. Gaven was really helpful and made sure my family and I was taken care of. Fun time will come back

I'd like start by saying I've had a fun night at Bowl 360 @ herricks rd, we were greeted by their employee Gavin and the staff who assisted us throughout the whole process. The bowling alley was definitely clean. The music, food, and of course the lanes were great, I've came to hangout with my family and it was a great experience overall, I'd definitely visit again. The place is good if you're looking to play bowling for a cheap price. However, the service is absolutely unbearable. At a half full bowling alley near midnight, they gave us one lane for 6 people. After we asked to get 2 lanes, she said that it wasn't possible. We had more friends come so we paid for more people to come so we could split the lanes. This whole process took around 30-40 minutes and she was unwilling to give us our time back.

Just wanted to say that this place is over priced for the type of customer service they offer. We order food and they took an hour to bring a half empty plate with curly fries that cost $10. The pizza is bad quality and the response from the server is that there was only 1 cook in the kitchen. We traveled far to get this bad experience, if you want to eat don't do it here.

Came to new hyde to bowl, first time being at this location. The employee Maddison introduced herself and checked on us time and time to make sure everything was fine. Fixed our lane quick when it was messed up, and made sure food and drinks was brought out. Also they should update the music playlist, overall good experience.

Stopped by with some friends last week and we were given the $10 two hour special , luckily we were told about it before we purchased our Groupon ! This is a new bowling alley, very clean, and fun arcade games. The menu is big. I've had the cheese pizza and it's decent. I recently had the burger and it was served to me raw. When reported the next one came charred and burnt. That's not good service. I won't be back and I will try to get my money back.

They need to get new managementand revamp the entire staff at this location. Never anyone working the counters, takes forever to get any help or to get a lane. Been here several times and always the same situation and this time place is nearly empty so it's not busy. No excuse. Therefore posting. Always a line because no one seems to be working here. Love love love this awesome place. This time we celebrated us reconnecting after the covid isolation from the world. We bowl, laugh, dance and even lick a toe or two. I had a party schedule for my daughter's 7th birthday on Saturday March 22nd. This place is a ripoff, it's still under renovation, not even signage for 360 here, the vending machines are cash only and $2 for a .50 bag of chips. I couldn't imagine paying $27 for a pizza here. The bar not available absolutely nothing like advertisements?No music no lights the hvac system was lacking. If it wasn't for the fact the kids were with me I would?ve walked right back out.

Uploading a new review: didn't have a good experience the last time however the manager personally reached out to me and was more than helpful in ensuring that my family and I have a way better experience this time. Shelly compensated us with free bowling and we overall would return. Management takes into consideration customer?s concerns and try their very best to fix it and ensure customers get the satisfaction which is something that a lot of business don't have. So kudos to that.

Last I remember.. THIS place used to be the iconic HERRILL LANES..can't believe they've been bought out after all these years. Bowl360 has a new experience with their touch screen kiosks. This bowling alley is AMAZING! The staff there is super nice and very accommodating. The bowling alley is well kept, very clean and has the best music options! Although it takes a while for the food to come out after ordering it is still good and the way we like it to be. New owners took over in 2023 of what used to be Herrill lanes. Harrell lanes was fully wheelchair accessible and always very accommodating. The new Bowl 360 is.NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. My son can no longer bowl there as he is in a power wheelchair. This is a very simple process to create a small wooden ramp for wheelchair patrons to get down to the bowling lane floor. This establishment is filthy and you make people pay and tip for food before it's even served to them.. now I know why. I had to wait forever for my food, that came out cold with no napkins or utensils brought to me. I saw my waiter one time and never again and tipped generously for poor service. Came here for a date. The place is nice at nighttime when the lights are all lit up and they play music. The drinks were kind of weak but they came out quick and overall we had a good time bowling. Bowling is expensive in general anywhere you go but if you purchase the unlimited two hour deal that they have here that includes the shoes it's around like $20 bucks so it's worth it to do the unlimited. Overall I would come back here again.

I went to bowl 360 with my family. The place looks renovated but too much moving lights and really loud music. Food was below standard and the server was very rude and unprofessional. The new renovations look amazing! The lanes are spaced out well, so the seating is not cramped. The food is also really good. The only problem I do have was that the music was too loud. It did hurt my ears when the music blasts high pitch sounds. Other than that, my family had a really fun time!

The service at the front desk was a little slow but overall the looks and the quality of all the equipment is outstanding and the food was tasty and came out in decent time. All the lanes were goodly upgraded and the especially the bumpers, had a cool set up and could go up and down at any turn automatically unlike before we had to go manually put up the bumpers and sometimes hurt our fingers.

I was there last night and the bartending service was horrible. The bartender and waitstaff spent more time standing around doing nothing than tending to the patrons.
