We had a fantastic time at the bowling alley last night! My wife, myself, and two of our friends decided to have a little fun evening out, and choosing bowling turned out to be absolutely perfect. The atmosphere at the alley was really lively and friendly, there was nice music playing, and the staff was attentive and ready to help. Just left my son?s 10th birthday party at the Bowl360 in Brooklyn and it really surpassed my expectations. Venue is nice. Projector screens could be improved. Service was nice. The actual bowling is flaming hot basura. The floors lanes are not leveled and lanes are not maintained. So you gotta work with a tilt and warped wood. Balls are cracked to all hell and unbalanced. Pins are chained vs free flying, so much respect to anyone who can get a strike or pickup a spare. This place was previously known as Shell lanes. Looks like they have redecorated it. The games upstairs are fun, and the bowling ally's have both traditional games and some fun modern modes. Food left much to be desired. I had the smokehouse burger, and it felt a bit thin and bland. Otherwise, it is a great experience for everyone from children and beginners to more seasoned bowlers.

Not enough workers and the ones they do have are careless. Waited 30mins to even be greeted and to order, then another 2hrs for 1 lane. I organized an event at this location and was really delighted by the experience. The manager, Selina, did a great job ensuring my party was taken care of. Despite a few hiccups, I think my party enjoyed their time time at Bowl 360.

If you're going make sure you bring more people so the fun lasts. They have rails and throwing supports for the kids. The staff are so nice. There's food you can order and entrees are large enough to share for multiple people. Prices are affordable, 7 or 10 dollars per person per game depending on the time and day. They have an arcade on the second floor and dining tables as well.

If you actually like bowling, don't come here. They have String Pinsetters and hardly ever oil the lanes. They don't enforce the bowling shoe requirement, so the approaches are always a mess. The rest of the floors are usually sticky. The bathroom floors are often times wet. And summer or winter, the place is always too hot. Food and drink prices are what I would expect these days at a bowling center.

I would personally rate 4.5/5. It has amazing scenery and a bit of loud music. And a bit of a weird policy about time and lane management. Food and drink is good.
