Bowl 360 Astoria

Bowl 360 Astoria

Reviews Summary

The reviews present a mixed consensus. Many praise the fun atmosphere, family-friendly environment, and friendly staff, particularly for bowling and arcade games. However, consistent complaints highlight poor service, including long wait times, unattentive staff, and unfulfilled food/drink orders. Food quality is hit-or-miss, with some enjoying meals while others report cold or late deliveries. Pricing is criticized as high, especially for bowling lanes. Cleanliness issues, particularly with shoes and bathrooms, are noted. Despite flaws, some find it a great spot for casual outings when service is smooth.

Customer Reviews

This was a great place to enjoy family time. There was bowling arcade pool table and air hockey available. The staff was nice. Mario was great?nice guy. He was informative and helpful. I wish the waitress was more attentive. My son enjoyed bowling a lot. They have the Dino tail that accommodates the kids along with the bars on the sides of the lanes. The food was good. Could have given more fries for a large order tho. The drinks were weak as hell. But overall good experience. They just need to have a bar s

brand spanking new astorian bowling alley, great specials like the one they have in sheepshed, part of the same chain. the bar food is very crispy and fresh only. wish they had dedicated shelves for extra bowling balls, otherwise attentive service and fresh lanes with less technical issues than usual

5 Stars Had an awesome time at this bowling spot! The lanes were well-maintained, and the atmosphere was lively with tons of arcade games and even pools tables to keep everyone entertained. The staff were super friendly and attentive throughout our visit, making sure we had everything we needed. That said, our first order took quite a while to reach our table, which was a bit frustrating at the start?but once things got going, service was solid. I also wish the draft beer menu had more variety; it felt a l

Staff was super helpful and kind. The server Monica was great and person at the front desk whose name I didn't get was also great and let us know that we could save money by playing by the hour vs the games. Nothing against the staff but the facilities were kind of run down. No soap in the bathroom, floor sticky and wet, bowling lanes also sticky. They only carry even numbered balls just fyi (6,8,10,12,14lb) which is ok but just meant we couldn't go as hard. Ambiance would be fun for a night out but we were

I loved this place! 2 pool tables to play a couple rounds of billiards at $5-$10 per game, darts, foosball table, ping pong all in the same 2-3 rooms and with varying prices, arcade up top with 20-30 different games, a restaurant/bar to dine in with the family albeit a bit pricey but still affordable and with plenty of free parking/street thanks to a lot designated nearby. This place sits in a pretty solitary area where there only houses around a few blocks needed to travel to Steinway which is nearby. Ther

I've been a regular here for years! But decided to leave a review since we threw a small birthday for our kid and it was a blast. The manager Vanessa really took care of us and explained everything about our event I did remember our host Sebastian though, thank you Sebastian for being so helpful and attentive. The food was good, the vibe was good, clean environment, friendly and helpful staff. Great place for kids , groups, and date nights.

Please do a better job cleaning. On the surface the place looks good. Had a nice time bowling amd playing arcade games with my kid but just couldn't get passed the dirty bathrooms and the area around our lane the was not wiped down beforehand. I went here to see about hosting a birthday party but have decided not to because the place needs to hire a better cleaning crew. It's unfortunate.

stellar service and incredible ambiance. they not even joking about the pizza perfect. that really hit the spot. THE go to spot for a chill night out

We hosted a bowling event for our church youth ministry group. Our expectations were surpassed with the amount of attention BOWL360 Astoria displayed. From the personalized LED display on our lanes, super attentive service by our host and server, delicious food and overall experience! Thank you Jocelyn, Mario and especially Lori for an amazing event! We will definitely be back. Vicky and Astoria St. Demetrios GOYA

Horrible experience. Only to go bowling and eat outside instead. I went there for Easter and the server didn't approach the table until 30 to 1 hour later. The food was burned and they kept forgetting the drinks we ordered. The ice cream was melted

Bowl 360 Astoria is a great place to have fun with the family. My family took me here for Mother's day and we had a blast! The service and the staff were very pleasant, accommodating and generous. They made sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back again!!

Had an amazing time at Bowl 360 in Astoria! The atmosphere was vibrant, clean, and perfect for a fun outing. Mario was absolutely incredible?so attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. He made sure everything ran smoothly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The Astoria location is fantastic, and exceptional service like Mario?s truly sets it apart. Highly recommend visiting Bowl 360 Astoria for a great time. Thank you, Mario, for making our visit unforgettable!

Everything started off fine until 2 separate waiters came up to us asking if we wanted to order anything, we honestly just wanted to bowl and play some pool but said yes to drinks after being asked multiple times. My friend got a drink with alcohol and I ordered a VIRGIN frozen strawberry daiquiri. We paid drinks came. I took a few sips from the 2 small straws placed in the cup, and to me, it tasted weird. Keep in mind I don't drink, never have. I told my friend to taste it and see, he said it didn't ta

Just had my schools end of the year bowling party and everyone had an amazing time. Service was responsive and friendly wiuld recommend for events whole heartedly!!!! Thank you

Terrible customer service. I wait for 45 minutes. Went in and payed for four people and got our shoes to leave it by the lane. It was messy with leftover chicken wings so I told one staff member to clean up and it was only gonna take about 10mins. So my family played a few games. It was fine until I came back to find out they switched my lane to a single lady that said to have 12 people. What was upsetting was that they didn't let us know, took the bowling shoes and the fact they let one single lady sit the

This was the worst experience EVER! My group waited over an hour just to order food while others that came after us were served. After ordering we waited ANOTHER hour and still never got our food. We were already in the second game by then and it was already almost closing time (2am) . At that point we decided to get a refund for our food. I do not recommend this bowl 360 AT ALL. On top of that the waiter had an attitude when we were the ones that had every right to be angry. Man just don't go here . -5/10

When we arrived, (party of 8) we were carded for drinks. Which came off more like the waiter assumed I was ordering drinks for underage teens in our party. Then when we ordered the food, he missed two orders, and wasn't even apologetic about it. The bill was over $300 and he didn't even include the whole order. Then we ordered and paid for extra drinks just for them not to be brought to us. It also took another random waiter to come and add bumpers to the lane for the toddler playing with us

Beware of being overcharged by some of the waiters in this place! I believe I was overcharged deliberately. The first time I went to bowl 360 I felt like I was overcharged for the food and drinks I ordered and I was not given a receipt. I didn't pay it much attention after that. But then when I went back a second time I was charged $60 for a titos punch, pirates booty, and a chicken sandwich, no fries. Again, this waiter said he could not produce a receipt because his device wasnt working. But when i inquir

A wonderful bowling alley with very friendly staff. I bowled here for the PSAL season and they were super friendly with my high school team. I graduated now but they've continued to show me kindness and have an incredible vibe. The walk from the train is 100% worth it.

The front desk employee and manager had an attitude after my group brought to their attention a lane was messed it and we needed service we also explained we order food and 2 drinks we never received. The food came a hour late and the drinks didn't come until they were closing and it was hot like someone sat hour and left it there do not recommend If it's not to much lm just go to brook Brooklyn ks ok l ok

This place is fun for bowling and but don't come here expecting literally anything else. Poor management and scheduling is ruining this place. First, you have to wait in a long line to get a lane because they have one person doing reservations/ payments & shoes. Once we finally got a lane we tried to order food. No one came to take our order for 30 minutes so my bf finally just went to the register to order. It took an hour for our pizza to come out. Not an exaggeration. In the meantime I observed other tab

Hands down the worst customer service experience of my life. We waited over two damn hours for our food. When we finally asked for a refund, it took the manager another 30+ minutes just to show up?and when they did, their attitude was just as trash as the service. We were celebrating a friend?s birthday and the staff couldn't have cared less. Zero urgency. Zero empathy. Just rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Total waste of time and money. Never again!!!

I went to this e Astoria venue bowl 360. The place looks great and fun but the service on the lane was terrible. They sat us down with a whole mess of food on the table. It took the waiter 1-HOUR! To come and get our order. They make you pay right away once placking the order so you are forced to tip before experiencing ANY SERVICE!!! You tip based on experience and service but they make you do it before hand. We order a large platter that we waiti?ed awhile for to realize they gave it to the WRONG LANE!!!!

The atmosphere walking in was really promising! Until we tried to get a couple of games of bowling in. Price gouging at its finest at this location! Anything above $15 per person a game is crazy! This place is over $25 per person / per game! LMAO! We unfortunately decided to play a ($5) pool game instead, ordered food and drinks? asked for extra wet buffalo tenders, to no surprise, they came out dried and cold. Asked the ?food runner for extra buffalo sauce, she told me, they were backed up. 20 mins later

Looks great and nice Vibe. However I went with a family of four and really hungry. No one approached us or ask if we will like anything. So we all just stared at the menu and dreamed of the food we wanted. So we decided to end the game and head to a diner. I mean this spot kind of lost some revenue. Imagine if this was a daily thing?

Great place to have a good time ! Affordable prices and great environment

This isn't my first time but I decided to give this another try and I think every time it gets worse. The service was terrible, the employees were just grouped up together and not assisting my group. My group was never offered any food or drinks even when we asked them multiple times. I understand it was busy but that was very unprofessional and my sister was pregnant and she was very thirsty and hungry but they did nothing. Also they did not clean up the previous group?s mess which was very unsanitary. Th

Bowling alley, some arcade games, good music, bad service, crowded, waiters are nice, front desk girl is unnecessarily rude, won't talk to you unless you call her out, tons of Birthday parties, general atmosphere is like Chuck N Chese.

great experience for a good price. the glow in the dark with the different bowling modes makes it more interesting and entertaining. def recommend and will be returning

There is no internet in the customer. The young girl who supposed to greet you and invite you, is busy watching her Facebook. I was waiting 3 minutes standing in front of her upon I call her to answer basic questions about this place since it was the first time for us. Interestingly, while you buying the tickets there is an option to tip. I don't get it! I never seen place that you have to tip before you get any service, more so there was a self service. Tip for buying entry tickets!!! How so?. She was z

Had a great time yesterday, I enjoyed the ambiance, music was great not too loud was perfect, we definitely going back.

We came here on a Saturday around 6pm. It was really crowded. We played one game and when we went to start our second games the receptionist let us know they sold our lane and we would have to move to a different lane so they could accommodate another party that was waiting. We ended up not playing a second game because we had just ordered food and drinks and we didn't want to relocate to another part of the bowling alley. Ended up leaving, disappointed. We usually come here often but we won't be returning.

While the ambiance was top-notch, the service left a lot to be desired. We expected to enjoy food and drinks here, but no one ever came to serve us. It's really frustrating to visit a nice place and not have the experience you're hoping fo

The place is very nice and calm. there was only one person on the front desk and we paid 20 because it's 10 each and we figured it was just entrance and shoes and to our surprise that was all we had to pay. we played 5 games. can't say anything about food because we wanted to order and no one was there to take our order. other than that it was really nice

The place has a beautiful ambiance and great potential, but the service was very disappointing. We waited for table service that never came. It's a shame because the environment is perfect for enjoying food and drinks, but we left without that experience

We called ahead to ask about wait times and reservations and were told to walk in since there were empty lanes. Arrived at 6:30 PM (Sunday) as a group of four, only to be told the wait time was 40 minutes to an hour. There was only one person handling the waitlist, payments, and shoe rentals, which made everything even slower. At least 4 lanes were empty while we were waiting! When I questioned why, our server literally told that since one person was handling everything, it takes time to have people start p

The atmosphere is fantastic, but the service needs major improvement. We were expecting to be served at our table, but no one came to assist us. This isn't the type of experience you would expect in such a nice place.

Today we celebrated my son?s 10th birthday at Bowl 360 Astoria. I cannot express my appreciation more for the entire staff. Everything from the planing to the execution went great. The food provided to the guests tasted great and was brought out without any delay. Our server was phenomenal and was attentive through out the entire event. Most importantly my son and all his friends had such a blast and they couldn't stop about how great Bowl 360 is. Thank you for an unforgettable day!

We went on Saturday night and the wait wasn't too long luckily. Customer service was a bit slow, but understandable due to COVID-19. Loved their $3 special for draft beer and we got to play for 1 hr.

The place was great, the games were amazing, the atmosphere was incredible, and the staff was so nice and welcoming, especially Mariel, who was mad funny, and so nice, if you ask me, employee of the month! He was amazing

Came here with family on new year?s day, it was pretty busy. Nice atmosphere, the staff was nice but seemed overworked and understaffed. But we had lots of fun! Don't waste your money on the food unless you're really hungry. Would have rather eaten beforehand.

My kids went on a school trip today and they had lots of fun ?? staff was great

Cosmic bowling is always a blast. I think they really need to start replacing some of the shoes they provide. The pairs my group and I received were just so worn out and not much life in them left. The lava cake as dessert was very yummy!

The venue is stunning, and the vibe is great, but the service ruined the experience. We sat down expecting to order, but no one came to take our order. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy what this place had to offe

Service was great. Drinks were delicious and as well as the food. Staff were very respectful

If i could them Zero stars i absolutely would. Why did i come here and feel like i had to BEG these people to bowl? Managers had attitudes and all that. We'll be taking our business else where have very much prejudice if you ask me. Don't recommend if you're a black person. On top of that their bathrooms are set up like jail bathrooms dirty and stinky. Wouldn't recommend. Attaching a photo so y?all know I'm not lying about going there

Kid friendly and they turn down the lights in the evening to make it a fun experience for everyone. Full food menu you'd typically get at a bar/grill. Loud music. Very fun!

The environment is perfect for a relaxing evening, but the service was non-existent. We were excited to try the food and drinks, but after waiting endlessly without any service, we had no choice but to leave.

My experience at bowl 360 was perfect. The manager took very good care of me and my family and service was excellent I will most definitely come back

Great food selection, reasonable prices, parking available, so far nothing I dislike bout this place! I will need to take more photos the next time I return! So far ive tried their waffle fries, astoria fries, shoestring fries, and mozzarella sticks. They're all delicious. Their burger looks amazing when a friend ordered it but they immediately consumed it and I was unable to steal a photo.

If you think this bowling alley is for bowlers you are mistaken. Lanes are not oiled AT ALL. They placed me on a lane without cleaning up after the birthday party that was there before. Literal garbage on the approach. Terrible alley would rate 0 if I could. Thought I'd get some practice while out of town and left after 10 minutes of mindlessly throwing the ball down the lane

The place was filthy... the floor was super sticky. There was food all over the floor. We had to ask an employee to come and wipe down the seats and sweep the floor. The food was subpar but it is bowling alley food, so not all their fault.

Looks promising, but gross. Sticky floors everywhere. Garbage in actual lane gutters and under the bowling ball dispenser. We got assigned lane that wasn't cleaned from previous party. Waited 20 min for someone to clean up dishes/glasses and wipe down table. Waited another 15 to get the same person to take our order. And charged me $4 cup of water for my toddler. Pins are on strings, seems cheap. Upstairs games have drinks spilled all over them and toilet paper all over the stairs by bathroom. And found 2

My company and I had a great time! We were helped by Vanessa, who was truly kind and provided a great service. Looking forward to coming back!

The bowling is fun. They have nice lanes and good music. BUT I can't remember a time I had worse food + drink service. During our two games which took over an hour, we never received our food nor did the server ever come to check on us. I went up to her twice to ask for service and she never remembered to come back. We finally reminded her about our food after we finished our games. She said there was a ?mix-up? with our food, but she never let us know until we asked an hour later. When our food did arrive,

I've been to this place a dozen times before COVID and I am so happy it is still in business . It's a small bowling alley . Plenty of street parking and they also have parking on the side of the business for bowling patrons . They sell food , and have a lounge and bar . ( this was the last day of indoor dining due to COVID restrictions in nyc. ) The staff do a really good job with enforcing social distancing . When you come in there is a thermal temperature taker at the front and the person at the desk al

Prior to me coming to this place I called, to see if they had lanes I was told to come it that it wasn't busy. I arrived 40 mins later and it was packed. When I first walked in I was pushed by a chick with a braid, she appeared to have an attitude, she didn't apologize or anything. Come to find out she was an employee. When I informed who appeared to be a team leader of the sort, about my prior call she looked me right in my face and said it wasn't busy two hours ago, she was hasty and condescending. I tri

It seems to be nice inside Bowl 360 Astoria. It's a good place for a kid?s birthday party knowing that they just want to be around with friends. It took over one hour to travel from Manhattan to Queens, so probably leave early to be on time. We left just a few minutes later than planned and ended up being almost half an hour late. For drop off, Q101 stop is right outside the entrance, and Q100 stop is behind the building. It's not convenient to go around without a car in Queens. But if we were just here for

The place is super loud and everything....i mean everything is expensive here. Nice concept but definitely not a venue for a young family on a Saturday afternoon.

We had fun ,it was only a problem when we paid, one they didn't want to give me a receipt, and when they gave me my receipt it was ripped on the end . next day I sow my bank it was 320.34 whe, The total was 260 , and they put the tip by there self, we left the tip cash ??, and I went back we my have received it and told them I was right .They gave me my money back ,be careful when you paid...always check your bank and ask for your receipt ...other then that it was ok ??

$38 a person for 2 games. Not bad for price and lively/nice spot with music. Didnt have to wait for a lane. Definitely was a lot of kids and groups there.

Way too busy on a Saturday to only have one server. Arrived at 630 with out group and didn't get a lane until minutes to 9. All while seeing lanes open but reserved for 9pm play. We would have been done by the time those reservations arrived. Don't recommend going on a Saturday. When we asked the server to place our order she stated that we had 5 people ahead of us. After placing our food order it took 1.5 hours to come out. Disappointed with the whole experience.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this bowling alley. I'm not sure how it remains in business. I couldn't find a suitable bowling ball, as all of them were worn and used; there wasn't a single available that was in good condition. Additionally, the seating was dirty and clearly not cleaned. The pricing is outrageous?charging $25 for just two hours of bowling is excessive.

Amazing staff! Great place to enjoy with family, workers were very sweet.

I'm a committed, tried and true bowler. I bowl in various leagues at various bowling houses. Astoria bowl is a pretty cool place to bowl. The lanes are great for the serious bowler and also the casual, once in a blue moon bowler. It's a great place for grown folks to get a drink and hang out on a Friday night, but it's also a family oriented place, great and fun place to take the kids and hold birthday parties. They also have video arcade games, a full service bar and snack bar, lotto machine.

We absolutely love coming to this location , it has been a while since we have gone bowling as a family so we took advantage of the $10.00 for two hours deal that they offer since the kids were off from school today. This bowling alley has something for everyone to do & it is always well kept ! We really want to give a big shoutout to Lori who has been the manager for quite some time & always makes us feel right at home when we do get the chance to visit. We had such an amazing time today & we cant wait to

This is the first time that I have to look for a staff to order a drink They should come and take your order. It was my first time and last Bad service not recommended

First they make anyone who is not in a league bowl in the fluorescent lights. When you go up to the front desk, the people ignore you at first until you wait there long enough. The service is horrific and they don't let you go to the bar to get your own drink? You have to wait for a server to come and then another 25 mins for them to bring the actual drink. But don't worry, when it takes too long the server will let you know that they are eating their dinner so that's why it's taking so long. The whole buil

We had a Great time 10 friends 2 lanes 100 % Good time Staff very helpful ?? Great Location (Astoria Queens)

Cool bowling place. The only problem is the music is too loud and it just got louder and louder from each song. Drinks had barely any alcohol in it but they tasted good.

Me and boyfriend had to wait about 5 / 10 minutes before getting help because there was some one in front of us ordering food and was taking for ever and one of the other staff walked passed us not saying any thing or helping us. And the lady that did help us after waiting 5 or 10 minutes did not describe the prices really well she said $15 per game + 15 per person = $30 and even on the receipt it says 2 games for $30.00 and the mac and cheese bites taste like they bought them at the dollar store. I would n

My experience here was great. When we arrived all lanes were occupied for a bowling tournament but they offered us free unlimited ping pong in a private room as a courtesy. Place was clean and not packed, ample parking and in a nice neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

Editing after my group of 10*** got here ?? the place is a joke. 10 ppl in 1 lane.. because everything is reserved but they ?dont do reservations? .. ?Place was pretty empty on a Saturday night- thought it was great since parking was convenient. Lanes were smooth since our first game didn't mess up but they didn't let us finish our food / drinks. Our food came towards the end of the game which is understandable but they immediately put another party of 2 in our lane when we were still working on completely

They made me wait almost an hour for a quesadilla. I told them I no longer wanted it, I'll just get a refill (don sunrise). The drink had a bug floating on the top. They gave complimentary shots. However I recommend going to the other locations? Not cool!

Bowl 360 is really fun spot! Lots of lanes. Sports or music vids on large screens. The staff is friendly. I really enjoyed this place, and would recommend it for a fun evening out bowling with friends!

The children had a great time. We bowled, ate and the food was brought to us. Then the children went upstairs and played video games. They fell asleep on our drive back.

Was here the other day the bartender girl is cool but I felt bad for her because we got the wrong drinks every time someone came and she looked overwhelmed because of it.

The place was clean and it was a fun atmosphere but it took like 30 minutes for an order of sliders and fries come on

Cool spot to get the kids out on a Saturday night. The only problem is that there is a long waiting list. Once you are bowling the service is ok. The server don't go to lane 1 and you have to chase them down. Once you get their attention they tell you that will stop by your lane, and they never show up. The bowling games are expensive for the experience.

We order food and waited 50 minutes, no one comes with our food, we had to walk to front desk and request a refund.

Worse play to have food. We waited 1:50hr for the food and when we asked for refund they made us wait 20 mins to have arguments before refund. Never going again

It's a great place. They have a lot of lanes and it has a bar and like a locker space upstairs. Staff is very helpful and nice. Small area to eat. Overall a great place to bring your kids and have a good time.

Fun, accessible bowling alley with additional arcade games. They serve a full menu.

Large and spacious yet very clean facility. Saw the custodian actively cleaning the area throughout the 3 hours our group was there. Organized staff. Arcade games were fun! Will be back!

Honestly it's a great place to go since its not close to many other buildings. Its quite isolated and wait times depend on the day you are going and time. I was lucky enough to get a lane easily, however, I heard people average a 30-1hr wait-time. I didn't try out the food, the bathrooms were dirty, paper everywhere. Staff very not up to par very egoistic. The arcade upstairs was horrendus, dirty, and the gun machine game was broken. The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because the bowling was f

Went there a few times for my kids school trips and even did my sons birthday there. Afordable, we walked in for his birthday, no reservation was neede. and they were very nice.

Ok so I came here for an adult birthday. The service was soooooo slow. We waited an hour just for someone to take the order but they only came after we asked the front desk for a someone to take our order 3times! The food is super cheap freezer food they charge mid end restaurant prices for. To add insult to injury the waitress told us they don't have beer on draft they just pour glass bottles into a pitcher even though it says draft on the menu. All in all a poor experience. Especially the atmosphere. It's

It was fun. Did not get any food. The bathrooms need a little update.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
