My daughter described it as "Bouncy fun". There are so many bouncy houses and fun arcades. There is even a fun area for toddlers. Reasonably priced. Definitely recommended.
We would not hesitate to take our granddaughter to Bouncyland. The place is exceptionally clean, well lit and supervised. Hand sanitizers are in every room and the inflatables are cleaned daily. The admission price is affordable. There is also a snack bar. The second floor is specifically designed for children 5 and under, which is a plus for smaller children. A great place to host a birthday party
I would leave zero stars if it was an option. This place discriminates towards those with special needs. Happened to me with my son (Autsim, they wanted him to leave over a paper wrist band) and multiple others. Be warned. They are NOT inclusive. They WILL make you leave or cancel parties if they find out too many special needs adults/children will be there. Regarding the owners reply. Your rules are wack lol I tried to add on decorations not knowing that you guys don't allow decorations because you're mon
Bouncyland is so fun, I had my daughter?s 3rd birthday party here and it was our first time even going to this place. All of my guests that arrived had a fantastic time. The kids and even myself loved bouncing and running around!! Great prizes for the arcades, great prices, great facility period, we will definitely be returning!
The food was expensive and it took forever, but it was pretty good. It's not no 5 star dining, but the food was good. It was fairly clean and the staff. We're very helpful
Very fun place for the kids. Would give a 5 star if they had better food options.
Very clean. So many staff. Anytime I saw a staff they were actively cleaning or checking the area. Bathrooms were very clean. Service was great. My 3 year old loved the toddler area and the downstairs area.
There is no place like this in the area. Our son and his friends love this place and I try to take him as often as possible. The games are always working, and the concessions are reasonably priced.
My son loves this place. We arrive when it opens and usually don't leave until a little before closing. He frequently asks to go to Bouncyland and has even got his little friends in Indy asking to go. The staff is friendly, helpful, and do a great job keeping the place clean. Bouncyland is also more affordable than most indoor playgrounds in Indy especially for toddlers and young children.
Discriminates against kids with disabilities. The owner is extremely rude and will respond to complaints on here saying you're lying. If you don't believe it make a Facebook post and ask for feed back or just search bouncy land on there and you'll see previous posts with numerous people saying they will never be back to this place. The own staff that work there will even say it's getting bad.
Staff are very rude. Terrible place for a party. No elevators for handicap access to the infant area?not to mention the infant area is right at the top of the stairs, and the stairs are very dangerous. Can't bring outside gifts in. Would reccomend escapades over this place.
The bounce houses are fun. The staff and management could be a lot more friendly. If you can over look there attitude you will probably have fun once you get in.
This is a great place for kids. They have multiple bounce houses, arcade area, and food. We just had a birthday party here and my daughter had a blast. They provide a host for the party, pizza, drinks, games and more. I definitely recommend.
Called ahead to make sure of closing time. Never been there before. Drove 40 minutes to see a sign on door saying "closing at 5:30". I was told they were open until 7pm on the phone before leaving. Never visit again. First impression is everything. Too many of their competitors around. NOT RECOMMENDED
I had a birthday party for my son?s 6th birthday and it was awful! We spent alot of money to not be able to enjoy the party room at all. We weren't aloud to put our pizza on the table or set the room up as needed for small children. 3 employees showed up at the door trying to escort an adult out for having a water after she had expressed that they could take it and poor it out. I was also told we could show up a little early to set up. They would not let us in until 2 minutes prior to the party. I walked my
The kids enjoyed it. Having a 9 month old and 4, 7 and 10 year olds I wish the baby area wasn't so far removed from the rest. Dad monitored the big kids while I went upstairs with the baby so I missed out on the big kids fun and dad missed out on the baby playing until we met up or had we swapped places. Other than that a great time for the price and the kids got to wear themselves out trying the multiple different bounce houses. Also, a worker was constantly walking around cleaning the equipment which was
The grandkids had fun, but it would be nice to have snacks available when it opens or an hour afterward.
Grandkids had a blast celebrating their birthdays, but it cost dearly to have the party there.
A couple things I didn't appreciate. 1. They watch you like a hawk, which is very off-putting. For example, I was the only person in the toddler area with my daughter and the worker stood there and stared at me the entire time. I was very uncomfortable. 2. They informed me in a previous visit my infant didn't need socks to play in the toddler area, so when we visited again we didn't put her in socks. We were then told we couldn't play in that area. I was also not allowed to sit in the toddler area and watc
The children enjoyed this place. Prices are just a little high for admission, plus all of the other great fun stuff. Like concessions, bears to build, arcades, souvenirs etc. I would recommend taking your kids here at least once.
I'm really upset the price I paid for this party for my son and the pizza I bought was absolutely disappointing it was overcooked and over sauced even the kids wouldn't really eat it and apparently they had a chair in there for the kids to sit in and the hostess literally said the chair cost $5000 and the kids can't sit in it and eat but my point is why why would you have a chair that costs that much for a kids room! On the upside my son did have a good time but I will not be coming back everything is overp
Pretty good experience great for my 6yr daughter! Staff was attentive and not ridiculously over priced.
This is a great place for kids to waste all their energy ??. My kids had an amazing time and be being a big kid myself loved it!!
My daughter just had her 5th birthday party here today! It was our first ever time here and to say we had a blast is an understatement!!! She and her friends had the best time in the bouncy houses and especially in the arcade! The party room we rented was beautifully decorated. The pizza was delicious and our party host, Ginger, was amazing! She was so helpful and so sweet during the whole time we had the party room! There was also another gentleman in there helping and unfortunately, I didn't get his name
We've been here a few times now and what I can say is it's awesome. It's a gray place for the kids to play. We know they are watched by their staff in each room so we can just hang out and chat while they play. The whole facility is perfectly clean. They cleaned the game room 5 times alone in the 2 1/2 hours we were there. It's a 5 star right away.
Took my grandson, we loved it. Very clean & well taken care of. The staff are all super friendly!
We love bouncyland! It is clean, well monitored and it's a safe place for littles to explore and have fun.
I took my kiddo to Bouncyland for the first time yesterday and it was absolutely incredible! The staff were so friendly and accommodating and everything was clean. We didn't try the food, but the kitchen smelled delicious. We will definitely be back for another visit soon!
Allergen sheets and info need to be readily available at any location that serves food. Otherwise this place has a TON of potential? but is currently managed in a way that feels limiting. Definitely could go back in the future with the right changes
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A PARTY HERE! we rented a party room for 3/9 and someone called me two days before to tell us all of the items we couldn't bring and confirm we are still coming, said we could get into the room 15 mins early said thanks and hung up. We get here, it's insanely busy 3 other parties etc no biggie. They tell me that someone is in the room and that if I wanted to add any decorations I should have come on Thursday- ya know the day they called me to confirm and no one said a thing about
I'll go ahead and give a one star due to the facility being very clean and well maintained. As for the staff, and their lack of communication.. no stars are deserved in that aspect. We had a party of 16 children and 9 adults. My husband and I, alone spent over 300 dollars. The blond lady at the front desk, told us all the rules, all 9 of us adults. After we go back to let our kids jump, not even 3 mintues into jumping, another staff member comes up and tells us another set of rules that were completely di
My kids love this place. It's clean, the people are friendly, service is good. My issue isn't with the company at all. It's the patrons who clearly don't follow the rules and want to make a big scene in front of a bunch of kids. If you don't like their rules, don't go back. I'm not paying money for my kids to see you act the way you do. We're all adults and you're not doing anything but showing, not just my kids, but all the other kids in attendance, how to be disrespectful. Grow up.
My husband and I took our 4 year old daughter there for the first time today, and she really liked it! The girl at the counter was very friendly and professional. We didn't know anything about it at first, of course, but she immediately asked if we had been there before, then explained everything very well. It felt very clean in there, and everything was well-managed. We live an hour away, but will definitely be coming back!
We have been here twice, both times all the employees were very nice and helpful. They do have people that hang out in each rooms which is nice to have an extra set of eyes if you have more than one kid. my oldest has managed to ?lose? his socks and the employees were very nice when asking him to put them back on. We love it here! So glad to have a fun family environment.
The bounce houses are nice. My kids (ages 6 & 2) both love playing there. The facility is clean, lots of different games in the game room that are always up and running when we've been there. The quality of the staff is hit or miss. There is an elderly lady who usually works in the ?middle? room who should consider retiring. She is very lucky she has never spoken to my children the way I have heard her speak to others. ?Enforcing rules? or not. Also, my son was here with his cousins. He had his coat and
The service staff take their job very seriously. Did not encounter many smiles. Update after owner response: Well, I guess I won't be coy and now give my truth. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by a very long line that was chaotic and disorganized. Before the party. My family had to go through what seemed like unnecessary explanations of the overwhelming rules. They made such a big deal about how many pizzas we ordered. 9 14 in pizzas for 20 adults and 8 children. Not too wild in my opi
Loved the experience. The kids enjoyed meeting new kids and playing. The staff are wonderful and worked well with the kids to keep them safe while enjoying their time. We will be there again!
We went to a birthday party here. That was nice. Big room! But unfortunately they are very strict on the equipment which is hard when you have a little that needs help. But otherwise, a very clean place and staff were nice
Bouncy land is awesome. The kids had a great time and we enjoyed watching them play. There are several bouncy houses for kids up to 12 y/o. There are also arcade games, toddler play areas, plushy pals building area (similar to build-a-bear), and a concession area. To the parents: the facility was very clean and even had a clean smell to it. Staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful. They have 4 birthday party rooms. All activities are very reasonably priced. There was also an overlook area above a co
Decent price for what they offer! Kids seemed to love it! Did not like however being followed by staff and watched ridiculously closely. Literally every time we moved to a new room the staff member immediately followed us and stood near us watching us. Kept telling us different places we were allowed and not allowed to sit or stand. Our kids were being quiet and well behaved for the type of play in here. And my husband and I weren't causing issues either. So I have no clue why we were being watched so clo
Nice place, very clean with attentive staff. Check in is a little slow. Safety is a priority in every way. Nice arcade. At the end of the day, if your kid enjoys it, it's worth it. Much nicer than the Indianapolis chain inflatable places and the kids are better behaved.
Took my daughter today she had absolute blast. The prices are a little bit much she is 2 she couldn't get up some of the slides and I had to pay another $20 in order to just help her up to be able to get up and down the bounce houses. The food was pretty good. We will bringing our other kid there soon.
Very nice place. There is a lot to do. There is an area to build a bear or other animal. Reasonably priced on everything.
Very disappointing both times we have brought our kids to play. The first time one of the workers literally was screaming at children to the point I had to report her to management (and it wasn't even any of my children that was being screamed at) it's understandable to tell children they have to follow the rules but to literally scream in their face is not. The second visit my children had been anticipating for almost 2 weeks they did chores to help earn money and everything unfortunately my husband works
Strongly recommend not doing a party here. In my opinion their reply shows how rigid they are and took no responsibility. Look at their response to every negative review and you will see they always blame the person writing the review. Also announcing we only had 2 gifts if poor form on your part (we asked for no gifts as this was not a birthday party and only want to have a celebration). The staff was friendly although the manager made them tell me the bad news and couldn't come talk to me. I thought t
My toddler loved this place, though not so much the area specifically dedicated to his age. He only wanted to play on the bounce houses geared towards older kids. But only 1 could he not really do, so it worked out well. Biggest downside was not being allowed to bring in outside food. My toddler eats healthier than what the location provided. We had lunch in our car, but despite being able to go back in with the all day passes, we ended up just heading out for the rest of the day after eating. Given the
So much fun, keeps my boy busy for hours
Unwilling to accommodate children with food allergies, not compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. We recently went to Bouncyland for my son?s birthday. (We didn't book ahead of time for an event. We just showed up for the kids to play.) Upon arrival, we attempted to get permission to bring in an allergy friendly sandwich for our 3 year old who has severe allergies to peanuts, eggs, and dairy products. Getting something off the menu at a restaurant that would ordinarily be a safe food is too ri
Just took my three grandkids to Bouncyland. We've been there several times before and each time the place is clean, reasonably priced and friendly staff all around to help with any questions. But, today, a couple of staffers stood out. The lady who was behind the snack counter suggested the breadsticks when I couldn't decide what I wanted. I ordered the handmade breadsticks and they were hands-down the BEST sticks I've ever had! Even my three very picky grandkids loved them. The guy who made them came out o
Lots of fun for kids, decent pricing, food is okay- not diet friendly- but overall fun!
We love this place! Visited twice in one week! Incredibly clean and up to date. All brand new games, clean bathroom and the bounce housES are the coolest! Concession stand food is great but does take about 30 minutes. I would recommend ordering and keep allowing your kids to bounce until your food is done. They give you beepers to let you know it's ready. Which is GREAT! AWESOME PLACE. You won't regret it!
We always have fun when we come here. It's very clean. It's year round fun, but is beyond helpful to have such an awesome place to go in the winter months!!! Friendly employees willing to help, great customer service!
I really liked Bouncyland. You might want to book a Birthday party early for a preferred time frame because someone else might have that same time frame for their kids. So you will have to book it early. I love how nice the Bouncy Castles are. Unfortunately, the Ice Cream Fridge has been broken for like 2-3 months now. I asked them what's wrong and that's what they said it has been broken for like 2 months now. Anyway I love this place!
We've been numerous times I've had a birthday party and we've been on regular business days. All of the times we've been along with others of our family and friends we've invited, which is prob 6-8 times, the workers who monitor the rooms make people feel very awkward, I get you have to see what's going on but it's going too far when u feel like they're breathing down your neck. Also yelling at kids for playing basketball in the bounce house with 2 goals in it! It's what it's for. There were some being a li
I went there with my family once and the place is amazing. Their hotdogs are really good and the staff is really nice. The variety of arcade machines is really nice to play on. Overall, the management is amazing and the staff are wonderful. I definitely recommend going here.
I have an almost 2 year old that absolutely loves this place! He has so much fun at the arcades & all the bounce houses. We recently took our nephew & niece here as well. I feel like for the cost it's a great value. The only negative I would say is how close the workers would get to us. I could literally feel a woman breathing down my neck. At one point I had to push my way in between her & my husband so I could watch my child play. It started to become quite frustrating. I am a person who likes personal sp
Great place to let your kids run off some energy when Indiana?s weather doesn't cooperate for outdoor fun. If you are a helicopter parent and have to have your eyes on your child all the time this might not be the place for you. The kids run from bouncy house to bouncy house so you might loose track of them time to time. The staff was nice and friendly. Overall nice place!
Great place to come and entertain the kids for a day. 3 rooms of bounce houses including a toddler room to keep the littles out of harms way. An arcade to keep them busy while waiting for food. The pizza was also super delicious. Will definitely be going back soon
Great facility and so clean!! Glad we found it??
1. My "drink" was a bottle of water with a sealed top that would not allow for spills. I was told by staff that we were not allowed to have water in the bouncy rooms, so twice I walked my children to the dining room to have a drink, complying with their rules. Several minutes later, when said water bottle was stowed in my bag and no one was drinking from it, I was asked to leave. Which was fine with me because we were ready to go anyway. 2. Well-run establishments may not allow outside food and beverages
Bouncyland was very clean! My 5 year old niece had a blast! The food was really good and the variety was great. I know they are probably going through a very difficult financial time due to covid. I hope Bouncyland can make it. All of the staff members were super friendly. I highly recommend going here!
My sister paid almost $300 for a party here and if we wanted to assist our kids us adults had to pay an additional $20. Only 5 kids showed up!!!! And we could have up to 30 people! The kids had fun that's all that matters. Place is too pricey not worth it in my opinion. The lady who showed us to the room wouldn't even leave the room after showing us to the room! It was just awkward all around. I showed up and they wouldn't even let me in the party room as well bc my sister was running late we paid for an ho
We spent the day here with our three boys (5, 8, and 10). They had so much fun! There are so many bounce houses and the facility is super clean. Our older daughter lives in Muncie, and we will definitely be back.
I'm pretty sure prisoners have more freedom than the kids are allowed here. The staff were breathing down the kids necks, poking their heads in the bounce houses looking for a reason to reprimand someone. I'd give no stars if I could, definitely won't be coming back here.
THERE IS A REASON WHY THEY HAD TO TURN OFF THEIR FACEBOOK REVIEW SECTION!!!! BE AWARE PEOPLE!! Go to Escapades or be patient for the opening of Sky Zone coming to Muncie SOON!! If you attend this place with your kids - YOU BETTER OBEY THEIR NO DRINK IN CARPETED AREAS POLICY!!!! Even if its a closed container in a bag! They will ask you to leave! They do not care!! My simple response was --- I completely understand why you have a no drink policy on carpeted areas. But these are closed containers in my ba
If you are a parent of 1 maybe 2 children, this would be an OK place. But the place is so broke up. 4 different bounce rooms on opposite sides/floors. No real place for parents to sit and watch children play. We came as a group with 4 families and we were all separated basically the entire time. Finally, I found the check in process complicated and lengthy. And the check in people were very stress which made them seem very rude. Overall, it was not a great experience. But, like I stated earlier, if you just
Overall just an okay experience. My kids could not play at the same time due to their ages (2 and 6) since I was the only adult with them. So if you have an age gap between kiddos like I do, best to bring another adult with you.
Absolutely wonderful!! So much fun!! Great selection of venues.. food.. just so much to choose and wonderful prices!! Can't wait to go back!! The kids Absolutely love it.. even the big kids ??!!
Came here with a group today and was surprised at how much bouncyland has to offer!! My favorite part had to be the concession stand and plushy pal! The food is great and the variety is even better. Would highly recommend this place! Also saw that they have a cotton candy machine! The kids loved it! Can't wait to go back!
So much fun for all ages and definitely a service Muncie needed. Staff is very attentive and great with the kids. The toddler area is age appropriate and a great safe space for the little ones. I will 100% be going back!
Awesome place, not perfect, staff could've been a little friendlier we have two kids under 2 and my daughter just turned 6, like on her birthday we brought her here, and she wanted to play upstairs with her siblings where they could play and after awhile they said she couldn't be in the upstairs play area because of her age, even though she was just sitting in the ball pit with both her siblings, but we went downstairs and had a blast with all three of the kids, the arcade was awesome, food was awesome, gift
This place is so amazing, great for all ages. The prices aren't too bad either Great place to bring the whole family for a good time. Flat out, hands down wonderful, and the management staff makes you feel like family. Wish I could give this place a hundred stars, because 5 is an understatement.
We have had overall good experiences here. But there is a older lady who is extremely overbearing and follows you around and it makes us uncomfortable. My kids aren't breaking rules or being unreasonable in the least but the way she acts you feel on pins and needles constantly. She tries to find some thorn negative to point out to get your kids in trouble. I'm not the only who has experienced her. A friend of mine said she was creeped out by this employee to. She almost chases the kids to make sure they ar
Pretty good! My boys had fun! Price wasn't bad. Lots of staff walking around though. Seemed like a bit too many. Like 4 to a tiny area? Not sure why. But overall nice place.
5 yr old granddaughter loves this place and if you stick to the bouncing, it doesn't break the bank ($14). Snakbar is Snakbar quality food but not over priced, either. I think we paid $1.80 for an icecream sandwich and $1.04 for a cup of popcorn.
This place is absolutely amazing. I can't believe the great experience we had. The staff were friendly and helpful, the prices are affordable, and they were sanitizing the games and stuff all the time. Also this is not corporately owned but locally! I highly recommend making a visit as soon as you can!
Our first visit and it was amazing! Very clean establishment! 3 rooms of bounce houses for kids and each room had an attendant in it to make sure everyone was following the rules! We will be back!
Trying to get inside was hard because people checking in and people trying to come out. We went for our grandsons birthday party. It was very organized in the party room.it was our first time here and the bouncy things were very cool and someone was always cleaning and wiping things down very impressed by this.
Hi, I made a comment on their Facebook but apparently they deleted my comment instead of addressing it. Jessica Knight who allegedly works there, is a scammer. This is a family kind of business for kids and you guys have a scammer working there! Until Jessica knight owns up for her wrongdoings I will have no other choice but to contact higher ups!
A great place to spend your weekends.
Great place to take the kids. Clean and staff very friendly. The food was really good, I recommend the Chicago dog..all around good time for everyone!!!!
Really fun! Place was very clean and they are taking all the necessary precautions right now during this pandemic. Will be back soon! Great family fun place to bring the kiddos.
Foods better than chuck e cheese. Decent price for parties kids loved it. Wish the arcade credits were a little cheaper.
My 2 year old loves it. So long as he's feeling brave enough to navigate the bounce houses alone, he can't get enough. Tires him out for the rest of the day too, which is an added bonus.
Very nice place. Lots of bounce houses. Snack bar, arcade. Professional and clean. Plenty of staff to keep an eye on the little ones and keep the place clean. Best value in muncie to help your little one get some energy out!
Hello, I would like to thank everyone at bouncyland for the great birthday parties that I've been too...I've had three grandchildren parties there and will have four more because of the great service and the fun my grandchildren has had. I will continue to visit with them . Thank you for a great time .
My wife and I take our grandkids and they have a ball at bouncy land very nice place to go employees are friendly and seem to be very happy and helpful the food is great in the atmosphere is really good also they have a ball there Really needed this place in Muncie years ago for kids to enjoy if you haven't been you need to go and have lots of fun
Great place for kids 12 and under to bounce around and play arcade games for tickets and prizes. The basketball and ball drop game is the way to score huge tickets. IMO...better than the chuck'
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
