What a gem! We stopped here to let our kiddos play for a bit while traveling through, and I'm so glad we did! This facility is fabulous! It's clean, expansive and a great value! The staff were also so kind and helpful!
Awesome place to bring the little ones to run and bounce all day. They have pizza, icees, nachos and soda. They have party rooms and laser tag. I will be bringing the grandkids back soon.
The kids had a great time. There were several fun activities including 3 large bouncy play castles, an arcade, laser tag, and a large multi level play gym. I'm giving 3 stars due to having to wait 15 minutes for any staff to show up and check us in, and another 15 minute wait for someone to come to the arcade ticket checkout. The arcade card machine was down and about 1/4 of the arcade games were not working. Parking was easy and the facility was comfortably climate controlled. We did not try the food or be
We recently visited Bounce Tag in Springfield, Illinois, and it was an absolute blast! My kids loved every minute of it. The place is super clean and the energy is infectious, making it a perfect spot for fun and excitement. The customer service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff ensuring we had a great experience. If you're looking for a high-energy, fun-filled destination, Bounce Tag is the place to be. Highly recommended!
We visited Bounce Tag on a Thursday morning and had the most amazing time! The staff were kind and attentive. The facility was clean and activities were very affordable! Most importantly, we had fun! You can't go wrong visiting Bounce Tag. Looking forward to visiting more this winter to burn my kids energy!
This place is awesome! The whole family has a blast. We will definitely be coming back! All ages is $17 and adult play pass is $5 and laser tag is $8 per game currently. (Written March 2025)
$15 a head is an entertainment deal. The kids can run and play to exhaustion ??. There is a 4 and under area(much appreciated) all 3 of the girls loved it. Plenty of adult seating. Of course there's extra ways to spend money with laser tag or video games and food. The staff were kind and helpful.
Everything about this place was great the amount if space was perfect for each obstacle or play area!!! I actually could get in and climb around and jump with my children and even go down the slides relatively easy! Prices are fair. Customer care was friendly and helpful! There was plenty of unique features for every kid from teeny tiny to big and mighty! It's a chunky cheese slash bounce house slash playground all in one. They have a great food concession stand and eating area as well! They also have an up
Thoroughly enjoyed this place! Wished they had a membership or something to help offset the cost for someone who would like to come more often. Also would be nice to see a discount for 0?2 year old since they can't participate in all the attractions. Overall, it was a great experience.
I don't ever leave reviews but I wanted to leave one for today because my kids attended the parents night out on valentines and they said they had a blast and they said that their babysitters made laser tag extra fun and they had like some sort of group contest . The place the little I saw was very clean and the man and women who were doing parents night out were very nice and seemed to work well with the kids and each other and even though the were separate groups they worked so well that I did not realize
Wow, what an experience! We love family outings and creating memories and this place did that and more. Parents, we found out we got in free which made this day that much more rewarding. Hard to believe this location has two buildings (inflatables and the other was the play equipment). The inflatable bigger than expected! I wish we had stuff like this as a kid. As far as the playground jungle gym equipment, thee only thing that was not working was the guns for the ball pit area (which was a bummer), but t
We've been several times. Kids have a great time. Food is ok. Pricing is ok. Birthday parties seem to be well organized enough. Some arcade games available. The bounce side is decent and the playhouse side seems to get more action.
Dear Bounce Tag, My family loved coming here! We would love to come again but probably wont. This is why you should consider memberships or passes. Paying for the whole family once a year, I can handle. Doing that multiple times just isn't going to happen. I would be happy, however, to pay more upfront for a pass that would save me a little money and allow us to come multiple times. With all your arcade games and machines, plus concessions, it would benefit you to get more people in the door for a little l
Great place for indoor recreation. Giant bounce house with slides. Other side with giant climbing apparatus with ball cage, slides. Also, with Laser Tag available.
Great place. Honestly for young teens from 12 to 17. This place is great for flag tag or basic tag with lots to parkour. This was a great find in the Springfield area, I will definitely return with a group. Fun fact: they've got a laser tag arena and a separately large kids area. You are sure to have FUN.
Great place to take kids. I took several fifth graders and they had a lot of fun. The staff is great and attentive. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the pizza is bad . It can cost a bit if you do games and laser tag on top of the admission price but it is worth the price of admission. Eat before you go and have a fantastic time with bounce houses, jungle gym, and fantastic staff!
My first time here for a birthday party. The kids never stopped playing. They truly enjoyed everything. Staff was great too!
I was looking for a place where my 1 year old grand would enjoy himself as much as my 5 years olders did and I found it here! They enjoyed themselves!! The price was right, parking was convenient; there was pizza and nachos, etc! We will be back!
Worst ever ! Advertising on Facebook for a Parents Day Out today 12/21/24 from 10-1. Pizza, a drink, laser tag and arcade games were supposed to be provided for $35 a person ! I told the girl when we arrive that we were there for the RSVP event and I paid. Upon picking up my children, my kids informed me that they didn't get any thing extra ! No drink no pizza no arcade $5 card no laser tag ! Will never ever take my children back here ! Update: Heard from Eric the GM and he offered free e passes for my 2 da
We went in with 10 people and had a blast. Thank you so much! However, the water bottle cost verses what we received was outrageous. They charged us the same price for a half sized water bottle because I'm assuming the large ones ran out. Give us a discount on water. It was a thousand degrees and water was needed.
Kids loved it place was clean staff helpful. Nice they have food chicken straps hot dogs pizza
Had my sons 5th b day party there today and they had so much fun! Laser tag was their favorite and Victoria was our host and she was super nice and on it. So much for them to do! Thanks for a great time!
This place is the best and it's because of the manager Eric. A stand up guy who is innovative in business and has that place running very smoothly. I have been taking my daughter there for daddy daughter days for years now and it's always a terrific experience. Friendly staff, clean, with new improvements each time we go. This place will always hold a special place in my heart. -Blake
We visited this establishment on the weekend we had to show at the state fair with our kids and the kids had a blast. Also, I was pregnant at the time with health issues and was very impressed to see that they had expecting moms parking. Was very thankful since the reason we couldn't stay all day at the fair while they waited for their projects to be judged, is because I couldn't walk very much. Kids had a blast and there was plenty of areas to sit. Great place!
To many children without parent supervision in the game area. We had 3 separate incidents where the kids came up to us wanting us to pay for their games. Parents nowhere close to be seen.
Perfect for any kids birthday. The staff does so much to help out and are amazing about communicating everything with you as u go and beforehand. My daughter had the best 3rd birthday and all the kids who came had a blast also.
This is the second time I have been here for my grandkids birthday's. I really enjoyed watching them having so much fun.
Attended my grandsons birthday party. This is a very fun play to take kids. There is also a section for the toddler aged. Adults are allowed to join the fun in the bounce house as well. And....They serve pizza!!!
Fantastic place to have a birthday party or just to have some family fun. Great staff, tons of activities, and a very clean facility! A definite must go if you've never been. Highly recommend!!
It is a good clean place to take kids. I would like to go back there.
We had a awesome time together the kids loved it there.
I had my son?s 5th birthday party here, it was amazing!
We attended a birthday party on March 3rd. We were in the deluxe part room. The room was very hot. They have a portable AC unit in the room that is not properly vented. It cools but the exhaust vent sits in the room and blows very hot air. Multiple highchairs are broken with no straps. The room was very dirty. They just swept a crap load of filth behind a broken mini fridge and trash can. My children being toddlers of course found this as a challenge to attempt to play in it. The amount of money my sister i
Bounce area is large, nice jungle gym, arcade had a few games out of order, laser tag costs extra (just under $8 a person per game). Decent selection of food and drinks for a bounce place.
We had our child's 2nd birthday party here. All the kids had fun! It ended up being QUITE expensive! We paid for the party and everyone's pizza and drinks (our choice I know). It cost nearly $400 for all. The place was very busy and loud. The pizza was good but not excellent.
Lots of activities for the kids. Food and beverages available for the usual fee (an arm and a leg). They also have party rooms and an arcade. They use the digital cards for arcade, so no physical tickets when you win. The ticket payout is pretty lousy, but you can pay the difference for the prizes.
My grandaughter and daughter both had lots of fun!!
Amazing place fun for everyone and reasonably priced.
For the children, it is the most fun that they could possibly have because there quite a lot for them to do. But for the adults not as much fun because the children can be extremely loud and if loud noises are a problem for you it can be an issue.
This was a great experience. We rented a party room and paid for the deluxe tagger experiences. We took 5 kids, aged 5-9, with 2 adults. We had a blast. I felt like this was pretty low-key for the adults. There are basically 4 areas of fun for that age- 1. HUGE bounce inflatable, 2. Laser tag, 3. Arcade, and 4. A large climbing installation. There's also a toddler area for kids under 4. The party host comes around to ask about food and schedule the food delivery and laser tag time. My husband and I took tur
My grandson loves this place. There's plenty of things for kids to do, from bounce houses, laser tag, obstacle courses, slides, video games, etc. Hours of fun for all ages. Don't let this place slide bye without a visit, you'll be sorry if ya do. I was impressed with plenty of staff on duty, the facilities were very neat and clean during our two times there. Plenty of parking and they have a pretty good snack shack with a variety of eats.
My 2 year old LOVED LOVED LOVED this place!! Amazing price (only $10!) -parents are FREE! So many things to do! We spent 3 hours there and he still wanted to stay! He played with the big kids and little kids there. I only thought it was the inflatable park, but there's a whole other room with a huge jungle gym with so many twist, turns, and slides! Great little arcade to take a break at. The prizes are cheap so my kid thought he was a big winner! Will DEFINITELY be coming here once a week!
Attended a birthday party with my daughter. It was our family?s first time there. I was very impressed with how much space there was. There were lots of people, but it never seemed crowded. Great variety of things to do, and the arcade swipe cards were easy to use to cash in for prizes. Staff was extremely friendly. Party rooms were large and out of the way upstairs, and offered a nice view of the kids playing. My only complaint is the fact that it gets a little crowded at the entrance. Overall, a really co
Great place for the kids. Fairly priced. Not timed like skyzone. You can be there all day if you want to.
Arrived in the city the day after a tornado. With more thunderstorms brewing and power outages at multiple locations, our entertainment plans were forced to change. The concierge at our hotel noticed our children and mentioned a few places her nieces and nephews enjoy. Bounce Tag was the only one open and did not disappoint. For $50 between the admission and the arcade, the two kids had a blast and ran around until they were exhausted. Kids asleep by 8:30pm!
Let me just say the WORKERS are terrible, checking in the lady was rude and uptight, the one black lady with the small pony tail inside the bounce house was laid down on her phone several times, there's parts to the bounce house that kids could seriously get hurt on. This whole experience was terrible, way too many kids. My child rolled her ankle as I'm asking the worker what happened she shrugged her shoulders if she was doing her job she would have known what happened but she was to busy talking to anothe
Our young ones aged 1.5 and 4 had a blast! Mom and dad had fun too. Seemed pretty clean and the food was reasonably priced and tasted good. Would go back!
My son had a blast for his birthday. The upstairs ?big room? was nice and quiet from the chaos downstairs. However, it was a little toasty. Staff was prompt and polite and we'd definitely host an event again.
WOW! We brought our 14 month old here and we all had a blast!! It was very clean and the staff seemed to be enforcing the rules - which is phenomenal! There is a giant blow up for 4 and under, as well as an entire area for 4 and under. We will absolutely be back!!
We have enjoyed this place both times we have went. My daughter always has a great time and I like that I can get on the bounce equipment and junglejim area with her. I also like that they have food available, this time they even had more options which was great. The last time that I like is that on their non summer hours they have a day where they are open during the day for a toddler jump.
Keep your kid?s shoes on you. We made the mistake of using the provided cubbies right next to the front desk. I had to console my crying kid after his favorite shoes were stolen during a birthday party and carry him to the car. My nephew, whose shoes were also stolen, had to walk in his socks to the car. Employees said the shoes were likely misplaced and they'd keep an eye out for them. This was not the case. The manager said we should have paid for a locker but mentioned they could reimburse the cost of th
Was a great place to take the kids on a rainy day! I definitely will be back and was surprised by the amount of stuff to do with the kids! Almost nothing was off limits except the arcade that's about what you expect from any arcade section in a place like this. 5/5 absolutely will be here for a birthday party soon!
Not going to lie, this place is definitely not the best, but not the worst either. My cousin had a birthday party here, and the workers did not seem to know what they were doing. Rented a party room and it wasn't ready at the scheduled time. Then they tried to kick us out about 20 minutes before our time was up. If you're going for a party and booked a room, just don't. Of you're going as a family to have fun, you'll enjoy it.
My 5yr loved it. Had lots of fun climbing and playing with her friends. The negatives - pizza was HORRIBLE. This was 2nd time there, both times pizza rated in top 2 worst pizza ever had. Other negative was price for package. If you want to bring your own cupcakes/cake you have to pay for a "table" (lots of tables for free) so for $55 you get to bring own cake and they write your name on little sign at table. The $55 is on top of the admission per person too ($15ea) I wouldn't complain for a $10 or even $20
Our family had such a good time here! Our 4 boys (ages between 1 and 10) had a fantastic time jumping, climbing, playing, running and playing in the arcade. We didn't even make it to laser tag on this trip, so we will definitely be back! Admission was surprisingly affordable. Highly recommend Bounce Tag for a family outing
This place is great! I haven't played the laser tag yet, so I'm not sure how it is. But, the rest is really fun for kids. 2 bounce areas, one for smaller kids, one for everyone else. Rock climbing wall in the bigger bounce area with age/height restrictions. Toddler area is pretty small, if it was busy, it would get crowded. It's easier to see your little ones, but in a different room than the big play place. The play place is huge and very cool. Ball pit, trampoline, swings, tunnels, slides, air guns that
Kids love it; that is a good thing. Bit of a parents nightmare scenario. That is how you know kids love it. The noise, just so loud, much from echoes; some well placed sound dampening panels would do wonders. I suspect they choose not to so parents are more compelled to leave. Try not to notice all the kids and all the ways they are spreading all the germs. Seriously, distract yourself or your thoughts will turn to worry and a bit of parental horror. The food choices are limited but serviceable. The
This place has lots to do for children. They really need to remove the ballpit and the balls because kids use them to throw at other kids and out onto the floor and up in the climbing area.
Such a fun place! My daughter is 7 and can spend 3 hours here with the inflatables, the playplace, and arcade. Highly recommend!
The kids enjoyed it very much. I did not like that there were posted rules that were not followed about only small children on a certain play area but bigger, rougher kids were still allowed on. When I asked the girl at the front register about it she said that it's usually only a problem when little kids start getting flung off of the twirling thing. Also, I needed to ask a question to the person at the concession stand. He saw me as he was in the middle of doing something but would not acknowledge me unti
Huge indoor play area! Full concession stand with pizza, candy, soda, coffee drinks, etc. After here with my 8&12 yo for 4 hours! We had a great time. Keep an eye on the little ones this place is easy to get lost in! My 12 year old boy loved to laser tag, he was new to it and the staff helped make it a great experience. Seemed like there was plenty of watchful eyes on hand. We went on opening day, there we a few minor kinks but the workers helped make things right. Hope this place is able to afford the upke
Boy friend twin grand sons had there 9th birthday party there. Was great for them. His daughter and son-law through the party. Had 8 school friends came. Employees were helpful and keep every thing on schedule.
My child had a blast playing on the big slides. The games were outrageous to play and the prizes were so cheesy and almost gone in the middle of the afternoon. They were out of everything food wise except pizza. They were selling the kids chips with no cheese for the price of nachos. Definitely feed your kids first but still fun for all ages.
Better for younger kids. The young adults that work here are wonderful. If the kids are older stick to skyzone
I had my foster son?s birthday party here last Saturday and would not recommend this establishment for such an important day. Upon first arriving (I have never been there before) there was a sign in sheet at a table in the entryway, there was no staff to help direct me on where to go. I noticed a young boy who seemed employed by bounce tag in a booth by the door I asked him if he could help me, or at least find an employee to help direct me. He went to look for someone and came back to the booth empty hand
We booked a party for my boy in the orange room. The kids had a great time. There's a lot to do. Bounce room with the biggest inflatable I've seen. Then they have a indoor park in the next room. Arcade, Lazer tag and concession stand. Staff was friendly. Definitely was a good time!
My daughter had her 3rd birthday here. Kids loved it and so did the adults. Very busy but the staff who helped us in the Yellow Room was amazing!!
Can't think of too many places a kid would rather be. Prices are reasonable and I like how there's just an admission cost as opposed to buying time. They have a giant blow up playground on one side and a giant indoor play park on the other side plus an arcade and concessions. Laser tag also with party rooms spread throughout.
Good place to host a child's birthday party. There is a separate space for the under 4 years old kids to play without bing trampled by larger kids. The ball cannons are not serviced and many balls are crushed but there are a few ticket games to earn little plastic trinkets.
We had a great experience at bounce tag! The employees there were great with our kids! The worker in the kiddie land was super kid friendly playing with all the kids. My oldest daughter got stuck between the blow up set and got scared the woman got her out and cheered her up by giving her a arcade card to play the games! We will definitely be back and refer our friends!!
I had my daughters birthday party there today the bathrooms were dirty and a toilet was overflowing and even after I mentioned to an employee nothing was done. I had a private room the employee i had as a host was so unhelpful. She didn't do anything for us she said she'd bring us drinks up never came back I had to go ask around for someone to even get them. We weren't given our arcade cards I also had to rush around looking for her everywhere to be given them as well. It just wasn't a good experience.
Great place for kid's birthday party and regular fun for all ages !
Place is new and clean for now. Took two children aged 8 who were ready to leave after 30 minutes. They felt there was nothing new here. What was here: 3 bounce arenas 1 each for over 45 inches, under 42 inches and toddler. The toddler area featured a carousel, climbing, slide, etc. The over 45 inches included a low climbing wall and tall slide. Admission included a large climbing structure with slides (curved tunnel, open tall wave with 4 lanes and inner tube). Kids thought the slides were the b
Watch your personal belongings like a hawk. They have theft issues and apparently inadequate surveillance. Staff was unhelpful with the matter, and management wsn't any better. I've called multiple times and I am still waiting on a phone call back. Update to post- Still waiting on my phone call back. Glad to know they have the time to respond to reviews.
We went there on our son's birthday. He had an amazing time playing on the bounce castle, play area and really enjoyed the arcade. Mommy and Daddy also really liked playing in the arcade. This place is awesome and affordable. Highly recommend it!!!!!!
We had a great time. Highly recommend. Our kids loved it. Side note, this place gets very busy at times so parents will need to watch their little ones/go into the bounce house with them at times.
What a disappointment! Booked a table AND paid amount in advance. Day of, no table available. They did have a lady help me, who tried to tell me I booked it wrong but funnily enough, could not show me the "correct" way to do it. I was told the only thing she could do was refund me what I had already paid as there was no manager there to help. She did accommodate my party by pushing some tables together, but in the public area where I had to worry about everyone and their kids..not to mention, I was not able
Food could have been better for the price you pay and the dip n dots are NOT worth 4.50 for 4bites. Yet the games are reasonable but not good always need fixed, the bounce house and climbing areas are cool wish they were a bit cleaner and less lost socks everywhere!
Bounce tag is great. We have been twice and my only complaint was one time their were big kids in the 4 and under area throwing balls and my 12 month old was a little scared ? but other than that! It's been great.
Very clean. polite staff. Machine malfunctioned on a large amount of tickets and they made it right. Equipment was recently updated and arcade has more games than before!
This place was awesome. It was are first visit and luckily it was not over crowded for a no school day. I took my 4 yr. Old granddaughter and they have a special padded play area for children 5 and under. She had a blast playing there and then she went to the Giant bounce house that had to be over 200 feet long she was hoping like a kangaroo and tumbling for an hour. I finally coaxed her to see the other room to see the Giant Jungle Jim that she climbed for 45 minutes. They also have an Arcade and Lazer Ta
Met my daughter and grandson (2 years old) there for a Sunday funday. It was nice that I didnt have to pay to watch. He had an awesome time and jumped his little legs off! It was nice that we were able to purchase a preloaded game card and that any "tickets" he won went on there and he could take it to the counter and get his prizes. The only negative I had was that they only had 1 person at the prize counter and people were getting frustrated waiting in line. Maybe add another person and it will move thin
Took my nephews there cause one of them had a birthday that day they had the best time of theirs life there
My grandson had a blast ! Strongly suggest that when you go , go early ! We were 45 minutes behind schedule. Was hoping to be walking in at opening ,( 10 am ) , by 10:45 it was already getting to be a little busy . By almost noon , I was getting a little stressed worrying on what bigger kid , or adult , would run over my 5 yr old . Go early or go on a weekday . We were there Saturday mid morning . Pizza was old . Had been on the warmer way too long . We , ( meaning me & grandsons ) , will be back
Great fun place, extremely friendly staff who seem to love their jobs and work great with the kids. Definitely a great addition to the Springfield area and great price. My sons new favorite place and will be back multiple times in the future.
Very large indoor play area. Lots of space for the kids to run around in with a large jungle gym and bounce tag area. Also serves food and drinks. My only complaint is minor: the arcade area is more about games of chance in order to win tickets rather than video games.
Great fun place for kids. I myself had a great time watching my little sister have the best time and the place was pretty fun for me to. I would say any age can have fun here. Cheep and fun. Perfect way to spend a free day!
Lots of fun for younger kids. Little hectic but that's what you get at these places with a million kids running around. Would recommend for a fun day.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
