What a gem! We stopped here to let our kiddos play for a bit while traveling through, and I'm so glad we did! This facility is fabulous! It's clean, expansive and a great value! The staff were also so kind and helpful!

Awesome place to bring the little ones to run and bounce all day. They have pizza, icees, nachos and soda. They have party rooms and laser tag. I will be bringing the grandkids back soon.

The kids had a great time. There were several fun activities including 3 large bouncy play castles, an arcade, laser tag, and a large multi level play gym. We recently visited Bounce Tag in Springfield, Illinois, and it was an absolute blast! My kids loved every minute of it. The place is super clean and the energy is infectious, making it a perfect spot for fun and excitement. The customer service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff ensuring we had a great experience. If you're looking for a high-energy, fun-filled destination, Bounce Tag is the place to be. We visited Bounce Tag on a Thursday morning and had the most amazing time! The staff were kind and attentive. The facility was clean and activities were very affordable! Most importantly, we had fun! You can't go wrong visiting Bounce Tag. Looking forward to visiting more this winter to burn my kids energy!

I don't ever leave reviews but I wanted to leave one for today because my kids attended the parents night out on valentines and they said they had a blast and they said that their babysitters made laser tag extra fun and they had like some sort of group contest . Dear Bounce Tag, My family loved coming here! We would love to come again but probably wont. This is why you should consider memberships or passes. Great place. Honestly for young teens from 12 to 17. This place is great for flag tag or basic tag with lots to parkour. This was a great find in the Springfield area, I will definitely return with a group. Fun fact: they've got a laser tag arena and a separately large kids area. You are sure to have FUN.

Great place to take kids. I took several fifth graders and they had a lot of fun. The staff is great and attentive. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the pizza is bad . It can cost a bit if you do games and laser tag on top of the admission price but it is worth the price of admission. Worst ever ! Advertising on Facebook for a Parents Day Out today 12/21/24 from 10-1. Pizza, a drink, laser tag and arcade games were supposed to be provided for $35 a person ! I told the girl when we arrive that we were there for the RSVP event and I paid. Upon picking up my children, my kids informed me that they didn't get any thing extra ! We went in with 10 people and had a blast. Thank you so much! However, the water bottle cost verses what we received was outrageous. They charged us the same price for a half sized water bottle because I'm assuming the large ones ran out. Give us a discount on water. It was a thousand degrees and water was needed.

This place is the best and it's because of the manager Eric. A stand up guy who is innovative in business and has that place running very smoothly. I have been taking my daughter there for daddy daughter days for years now and it's always a terrific experience. Friendly staff, clean, with new improvements each time we go. We visited this establishment on the weekend we had to show at the state fair with our kids and the kids had a blast. Also, I was pregnant at the time with health issues and was very impressed to see that they had expecting moms parking. Was very thankful since the reason we couldn't stay all day at the fair while they waited for their projects to be judged, is because I couldn't walk very much. Kids had a blast and there was plenty of areas to sit. Great place!

To many children without parent supervision in the game area. We had 3 separate incidents where the kids came up to us wanting us to pay for their games. Parents nowhere close to be seen.

We attended a birthday party on March 3rd. We were in the deluxe part room. The room was very hot. They have a portable AC unit in the room that is not properly vented. It cools but the exhaust vent sits in the room and blows very hot air. Multiple highchairs are broken with no straps. The room was very dirty. We had our child's 2nd birthday party here. All the kids had fun! It ended up being QUITE expensive! We paid for the party and everyone's pizza and drinks (our choice I know). It cost nearly $400 for all. The place was very busy and loud. The pizza was good but not excellent.

Lots of activities for the kids. Food and beverages available for the usual fee (an arm and a leg). They also have party rooms and an arcade. They use the digital cards for arcade, so no physical tickets when you win. The ticket payout is pretty lousy, but you can pay the difference for the prizes.

For the children, it is the most fun that they could possibly have because there quite a lot for them to do. But for the adults not as much fun because the children can be extremely loud and if loud noises are a problem for you it can be an issue.

My grandson loves this place. There's plenty of things for kids to do, from bounce houses, laser tag, obstacle courses, slides, video games, etc. Hours of fun for all ages. Arrived in the city the day after a tornado. With more thunderstorms brewing and power outages at multiple locations, our entertainment plans were forced to change. Let me just say the WORKERS are terrible, checking in the lady was rude and uptight, the one black lady with the small pony tail inside the bounce house was laid down on her phone several times, there's parts to the bounce house that kids could seriously get hurt on. Keep your kid?s shoes on you. We made the mistake of using the provided cubbies right next to the front desk. Not going to lie, this place is definitely not the best, but not the worst either. My cousin had a birthday party here, and the workers did not seem to know what they were doing. Rented a party room and it wasn't ready at the scheduled time. Then they tried to kick us out about 20 minutes before our time was up. If you're going for a party and booked a room, just don't. Of you're going as a family to have fun, you'll enjoy it.

My 5yr loved it. Had lots of fun climbing and playing with her friends. The negatives - pizza was HORRIBLE. This was 2nd time there, both times pizza rated in top 2 worst pizza ever had. Other negative was price for package. The games were outrageous to play and the prizes were so cheesy and almost gone in the middle of the afternoon.They were out of everything food wise except pizza. I had my foster son?s birthday party here last Saturday and would not recommend this establishment for such an important day. Upon first arriving (I have never been there before) there was a sign in sheet at a table in the entryway, there was no staff to help direct me on where to go. I noticed a young boy who seemed employed by bounce tag in a booth by the door I asked him if he could help me, or at least find an employee to help direct me. He went to look for someone and came back to the booth empty hand

Can't think of too many places a kid would rather be. Prices are reasonable and I like how there's just an admission cost as opposed to buying time. They have a giant blow up playground on one side and a giant indoor play park on the other side plus an arcade and concessions. Laser tag also with party rooms spread throughout.

Good place to host a child's birthday party. There is a separate space for the under 4 years old kids to play without bing trampled by larger kids. The ball cannons are not serviced and many balls are crushed but there are a few ticket games to earn little plastic trinkets.

We had a great experience at bounce tag! The employees there were great with our kids! The worker in the kiddie land was super kid friendly playing with all the kids. My oldest daughter got stuck between the blow up set and got scared the woman got her out and cheered her up by giving her a arcade card to play the games! I had my daughters birthday party there today the bathrooms were dirty and a toilet was overflowing and even after I mentioned to an employee nothing was done. I had a private room the employee i had as a host was so unhelpful. She didn't do anything for us she said she'd bring us drinks up never came back I had to go ask around for someone to even get them. We weren't given our arcade cards I also had to rush around looking for her everywhere to be given them as well. It just wasn't a good experience.

Watch your personal belongings like a hawk. They have theft issues and apparently inadequate surveillance. Staff was unhelpful with the matter, and management wsn't any better. We went there on our son's birthday. He had an amazing time playing on the bounce castle, play area and really enjoyed the arcade. Mommy and Daddy also really liked playing in the arcade. This place is awesome and affordable. Highly recommend it!!!!!!

They did have a lady help me, who tried to tell me I booked it wrong but funnily enough, could not show me the "correct" way to do it. Bounce tag is great. We have been twice and my only complaint was one time their were big kids in the 4 and under area throwing balls and my 12 month old was a little scared ? but other than that! It's been great.

It was nice that we were able to purchase a preloaded game card and that any "tickets" he won went on there and he could take it to the counter and get his prizes.
