Bounce Xtreme

Me, my son and his two friends drove an hour to check out Bounce Xtreme, and it was worth every mile. First off the staff, Mike and George were SO kind, and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. They talked me through payment, and waiver, told me which option to pay for to get the most for our money. They were very personable with the 3 boys?. Made them feel very comfortable and excited to be here!! They were right there when the boys had questions about the VR experiences with smiles on their face

11/24/2024 UPDATE New slide covers and what seems to be a few new claw machines have made a huge improvement. The claw machine with the little trucks in it was VERY EASY for a 4 year old, which is all we ask for. He took 4 turns and grabben 3 little toys, so he was super excited about that. Thanks for the improvement! Bounce Xtreme, the new improved Bounce town, has been excellent. The brand new inflatables are great for kids of any age, I take my 3 and 1 year old on everything and they have a blast. P

Death trap. Surprised nobody has been killed yet. My 10yr old and I were the only ones there. It's so loud and so far from the cashier, I don't think anyone would have even heard cries for help if we had needed it. The slides are so incredibly tall and steep that he fell forward off of one and hit his head on the harder section of bouncy flooring... bruised, hopefully not a concussion. On the run-up ramps he was climbing from one step to the next and fell off landing on his arm.... so lucky it didn't break.

Extremely clean and wonderful climbing bouncing and sliding experience. The front desk person was so nice. My twin sons (5.5 years old) had a blast and so did I! my arms and abs and core are sore!! It was a great exercise! Definitely going back.

Of all places, my kids love coming here to bounce in the indoor inflatable park, ride in the bumper cars and play a few of their favorite arcade games. Staff always keeps every part of this facility clean and in great shape. If you're passing through and need to have the kids let out some energy, this place is the best!

Unfortunately we could not afford to have my daughter's birthday party here. I called to asked if there was a promotion code, since the website mentions promotion code right before check out, and was told no, and abruptly hung up on. I figured maybe answering the phone as if they are speaking to another adult, or asking how they could help with booking, typical simple customer service/ respectful interactions. This place is DISGUSTING! Unfortunately, I made our reservation, sight unseen. I was led on by the overall rating and the few pictures available. First of all, the place is dingy. It's covered in outdated 90s murals. It's dusty, as in there are dust bunnies chasing the kids as part of the amusement. In my photos, you can see the layers of dust that have settled on the pipes and the balloons that hang from the ceiling. The bouncy houses are in terrible shape. They show signs of extreme wear. My family I attended a birthday party here. It was a good time. The staff were pleasant and helpful. My 3 year old and 21 month old throughly enjoyed themselves in the bouncy house. My husband and I also enjoyed ourselves in the bouncy obstacle course. The bathrooms were kind of clean but can use a huge update. I felt like I couldn't touch anything in there.

Mahogany was an top tier amazing host! Honestly all of the staff was courteous and kind and pitched in when needed with no problem! We didn't feel rushed and she really made things go smoothly! The place was definitely a zoo as there were other party?s booked and still we felt catered to.. they make sure to clear the area so that you get the privilege of having the bumper cars and or bungy jumper to yourself so your group can take their turns together! The place has okay parking. My kids loved it there!! My son faced his fears with one bounce house they had.l. It doesn't have many arcade games but that's okay. I will go back! It was worth the 80min drive. .

Been coming here for YEARS! My daughter had her 2nd birthday party here and we still visit at least 3-5 times a month and she's 6 years old now.

Had my daughters party there - where to start .... it was a birthday she will never forget - played , got sweaty , ate and played again . On the drive home I looked back and she was snoring. To summarize everything in one word - expected less and got more !! Amazing.

It was our very first CT party and we had a great time. Our party host Michael was amazing. He was there ready to help with everything I needed and everything I forgot about. Great experience.

The place is clean, and for the most part, my kids had fun, other than my 5yo hurt her back when going off the tall jump (there was no instruction or attendant). They would benefit to have a bigger space. Everything is so packed in and there is very little room for adults/walking space. My kids would've been good w 45min, 90 min was too much. I thought the price was high for what was included, and the Xtra features like bumper cars and VR are also overpriced, same w icecream. I would prefer taking my kids

I will never go back . Prices are outrageous . $50 for two kids plus $3 per pair of socks just to go in the inflatable area . It would be worth it if some of the other activities were included in the $50 like possibly some credits to play the games. bumper cars are additional $15 for a five minute ride.

I took my daughter on her birthday March 16 and it was great. Not crowded and I can't forget how helpful Andrew was, I mean it! I took a chance driving from NYC and it was worth it. We had my son?s 6th birthday party there this past weekend. It was incredible!! From booking the party with Jason to throwing it with the help of Andre and staff, it was an absolute blast! Just when you thought the fun was over, another thing was brought on or done to keep the party going! Parents told me their kiddos had the best time and with that fell asleep on the way home out of exhaustion, haha! I would absolutely recommend booking your party at Bounce Extreme! My family loves Bounce Town USA! We've been there a few times, and my boys have always had a great time. Recently, we had my little one's birthday party there and it was amazing! The staff was so nice and helpful, especially the staff member we had hosting our party, and they all went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy. My son's classmate's still talk about his party and how much fun they had!

Had my daughters' birthdays here and it was a blast! All the other parents really enjoyed the place and the kids had a great time! This is the place to go, when you have energetic kiddos and let them run wild in a safe environment. Highly recommend and go when we can.

I have been bringing my son here yearly when visiting my family. He loves it but he was disappointed that they didn't have the giant slide anymore. That's the first place he goes when he gets here. ??????? Hopefully they will bring it back. Otherwise staff on duty was helpful when we had problems with the arcade games.

Went to this location for the first time this weekend for a birthday party. Staff was super nice and very attentive. The arcade games could use a well needed cleaning. In addition, 3 of the games were down at the moment which was unfortunate. I must mention the great and reasonable prices! The kids had a blast nonetheless.

The place is chaotic. It's very easy to lose track of your child here. The bouncy house at the back right must have a secret exit. A bunch of kids went missing in the chaos at that one. All the bouncy houses are jammed in there and you can't check the safety of your child cause there is no space to get around them and see where they are. Best for older kids. I don't recommend this place for small children. 5 plus at minimum.

I don't normally leave reviews but with the customer service I received from mahogany(mo) during my son's birthday party, i had to. Mo was extremely helpful and so kind. Mo did an amazing job getting the kids together and keeping them on schedule with the activities(working with kids is not an easy task, especially when bounce houses are involved lol). She constantly checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed. This was our first time here and it will not be our last. Thank you again so much M

Wonderful, fun and clean! This is our second time visiting and the improvements are so obvious. So many fun bounce options and games for kids! We have 3, between the ages of 2 and 7, and everyone was super happy and didn't want to leave! It's clear how much pride the new owner takes in the places and how much she cares about families having fun!

They have done a great job with this place. Just to name a few things, they have bumper cars, bouncing and arcade and so much more. A great place for kids! My son and his cousin love it here. Unfortunately my children and I did not have a good time. This is not a clean and sanitize play event for children. It was really dark, with very little light. There was not enough staff to monitor play area. My children used the virtual gaming and the staff did not clean or sanitize virtual game controller, before or after!!! We brought a group of 17 children in, ranging from ages 4:10 to 11, and they had a great time. We spent about 2 hours there. The admission cost only cover the jump house, climbing wall, bumper cars, arcade, and trampoline are extra. So I would recommend sending a time limit before you go in. Overall I was so happy with this place and will be returning.

I had my daughters bday party at Bounce Town a few weeks ago and the place was absolutely perfect. The staff was very nice, attentive to the kids, and helpful. We had to make several trips from the car to bring decorations and food etc into the facility and without even being asked the staff came outside and helped us bring things in. We rented the Hollywood room, we had approximately 40 people (including adults) and it was more than enough room and chairs for everyone. The facility was very clean and safe

Fun place to bring your kids to, kids under 4 are only 10 bucks entry, that's for a whole day! Place is more set for older kids, but my 18 month still had a blast. Friendly staff, area seemed clean, came on a Saturday lunch time, was enough people so it's not like a ghost town, but not too crowded that you can't find your kid. Poorly run facility. Over crowded in a very small space. The toddler section is one inflatable and two mini single person trampolines. The attendees do not enforce the rules of not allowing older children there and the place is overrun by parties happening at the same time.

super fun for children and families. a bit pricey only cause most things are paid for separately, bumper cars separately, games, separately, bungie jump and laser tag separate but, bouncy houses are one flat fee around $16 when separately events are approximately $6 each. we go often , bumper cars only if were in a time crunch

This place is crazy 4 dollars for ice cream? Crazy one of the employees told my 4 year old cousin to shut up? the attitude is crazy the toys and bouncy stuff suck I got a burn because one of the slides.

We are kind of bouncy place connoisseurs by this point since on road trips one needs to stop and let toddlers run off some steam and we actively seek out bouncy house places, but this one is our least favorite. Most places have a designated space for younger children, but brave tots like mine could also go into the middle size ones because there are gradual increases in size and required physical ability. I have a 21 month old and she loves the toddler area of this place. I have two gripes though. The mickey mouse bounce house is loaded with clumps of hair all over it , its kind of gross, cant be too hard to vacuum that at night. My other (very minor) gripe is that they check to make sure my 21 month old has her hand stamped every time she enters or leaves the area. Seriously, shes going to sneak in? If only they put that much effort into cleaning the kids bounce houses.

Really good with kids. It's a fun place for parties and activities. Staff is really good at their jobs. they are trying to control the spread of COVID by sanitizing frequently and reducing crowd sizes. Will return soon!

Play is relatively cheap compared to others around the area but I find it dirty. Lots of dust I'm sure no one is wiping down the sides or any bounce materials which is gross and unsanitary

Biggest rip off EVER!!! Customer service sucked.... my niece wanted food they didn't have anything, the guy in the food station was in his phone all day.. i preferred to take my niece to chuck e chesse or monkey joe's.This was my first time coming here and i am never going back everything was disgusting. I bring my daugther here atleast once to twice a month. She's 2 years old and can't get enough of this place. There's many bounce houses, giant slide and a mediocre sized play area. My girlfriend and i also love coming here. The arcade games are well worth the time my daugther spends here lol. Very reccomened for kids 1-10.

I liked it, and my daughter who is turning three soon she liked it and had fun. But I think it needs more improvement, specially when you pay for one hour I think it should be a timer or something so you don't go more than an hour. And I think there should be more inflates or different ones. Just a thought.
