Me, my son and his two friends drove an hour to check out Bounce Xtreme, and it was worth every mile. First off the staff, Mike and George were SO kind, and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. They talked me through payment, and waiver, told me which option to pay for to get the most for our money. They were very personable with the 3 boys?. Made them feel very comfortable and excited to be here!! They were right there when the boys had questions about the VR experiences with smiles on their face
11/24/2024 UPDATE New slide covers and what seems to be a few new claw machines have made a huge improvement. The claw machine with the little trucks in it was VERY EASY for a 4 year old, which is all we ask for. He took 4 turns and grabben 3 little toys, so he was super excited about that. Thanks for the improvement! Bounce Xtreme, the new improved Bounce town, has been excellent. The brand new inflatables are great for kids of any age, I take my 3 and 1 year old on everything and they have a blast. P
Death trap. Surprised nobody has been killed yet. My 10yr old and I were the only ones there. It's so loud and so far from the cashier, I don't think anyone would have even heard cries for help if we had needed it. The slides are so incredibly tall and steep that he fell forward off of one and hit his head on the harder section of bouncy flooring... bruised, hopefully not a concussion. On the run-up ramps he was climbing from one step to the next and fell off landing on his arm.... so lucky it didn't break.
Extremely clean and wonderful climbing bouncing and sliding experience. The front desk person was so nice. My twin sons (5.5 years old) had a blast and so did I! my arms and abs and core are sore!! It was a great exercise! Definitely going back.
Of all places, my kids love coming here to bounce in the indoor inflatable park, ride in the bumper cars and play a few of their favorite arcade games. Staff always keeps every part of this facility clean and in great shape. If you're passing through and need to have the kids let out some energy, this place is the best!
Unfortunately we could not afford to have my daughter's birthday party here. I called to asked if there was a promotion code, since the website mentions promotion code right before check out, and was told no, and abruptly hung up on. I figured maybe answering the phone as if they are speaking to another adult, or asking how they could help with booking, typical simple customer service/ respectful interactions. A simple, ? have a good day? before hang up would?ve been fine. I will try to bring my child alone
This place is DISGUSTING! Unfortunately, I made our reservation, sight unseen. I was led on by the overall rating and the few pictures available. First of all, the place is dingy. It's covered in outdated 90s murals. It's dusty, as in there are dust bunnies chasing the kids as part of the amusement. In my photos, you can see the layers of dust that have settled on the pipes and the balloons that hang from the ceiling. The bouncy houses are in terrible shape. They show signs of extreme wear. You can tell not
I wish there was an option of giving this place no star !!! Dirty , overpriced and charges for even one year old !!! Worst experience ever . Do yourself a favor and don't spend your money & valuable family time at this place !!!
My family I attended a birthday party here. It was a good time. The staff were pleasant and helpful. My 3 year old and 21 month old throughly enjoyed themselves in the bouncy house. My husband and I also enjoyed ourselves in the bouncy obstacle course. The bathrooms were kind of clean but can use a huge update. I felt like I couldn't touch anything in there.
The kids had fun. Staff were friendly. Great kids atmosphere
Fantastic Fun for Kids and Adults Alike! We recently visited Bounce Xtreme and it exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and ensured that we were well-informed about all the facility had to offer. Bounce Xtreme is spacious, clean, and has a variety of amusements to keep the kids entertained for hours. The inflatables offer a safe environment for children, with soft padding and attentive staff. I loved that there were activities for all age group
I had my sons birthday party and IT WAS A HIT!! Kylie and Michael Are Amazing!!! Because of them I booked the party here. I loved their personality and how they made me feel when I was looking for birthday venues. My family felt so welcomed and the kids had a BLAST!!! Thank you a million times! Place is so much fun for the kids!!
Great place for kids very clean! Michael, who works for Bounce Extreme is a great person! He made my daughter?s birthday extra special!
Mahogany was an top tier amazing host! Honestly all of the staff was courteous and kind and pitched in when needed with no problem! We didn't feel rushed and she really made things go smoothly! The place was definitely a zoo as there were other party?s booked and still we felt catered to.. they make sure to clear the area so that you get the privilege of having the bumper cars and or bungy jumper to yourself so your group can take their turns together! I'm so glad I didn't ?listen? to the negative reviews
The place has okay parking. My kids loved it there!! My son faced his fears with one bounce house they had.l. It doesn't have many arcade games but that's okay. I will go back! It was worth the 80min drive. .
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ???? Is crazy Very unhappy with pricing super small , no area for kids under age 3 and still had to pay
Great place, my kids enjoyed every second of that place. Will go every week now that I have the membership!
Been coming here for YEARS! My daughter had her 2nd birthday party here and we still visit at least 3-5 times a month and she's 6 years old now.
Had my daughters party there - where to start .... it was a birthday she will never forget - played , got sweaty , ate and played again . On the drive home I looked back and she was snoring. To summarize everything in one word - expected less and got more !! Amazing.
It was our very first CT party and we had a great time. Our party host Michael was amazing. He was there ready to help with everything I needed and everything I forgot about. Great experience.
You cannot visit this place if you have asthma. Extremely dusty. Friendly staff and kids will have a great time. Just need to clean up a little.
The place is clean, and for the most part, my kids had fun, other than my 5yo hurt her back when going off the tall jump (there was no instruction or attendant). They would benefit to have a bigger space. Everything is so packed in and there is very little room for adults/walking space. My kids would've been good w 45min, 90 min was too much. I thought the price was high for what was included, and the Xtra features like bumper cars and VR are also overpriced, same w icecream. I would prefer taking my kids
I will never go back . Prices are outrageous . $50 for two kids plus $3 per pair of socks just to go in the inflatable area . It would be worth it if some of the other activities were included in the $50 like possibly some credits to play the games. bumper cars are additional $15 for a five minute ride.
I took my daughter on her birthday March 16 and it was great. Not crowded and I can't forget how helpful Andrew was, I mean it! I took a chance driving from NYC and it was worth it. Very clean, from the bouncy house to the bathroom. They had different bouncy area for different age group. My nephew is almost 2 years and he was able to play in the toddler area. The other kids there didn't crowd that area, because it was so much other bouncy house they can play. I order pizza which is from outside pizza shop (
We had my son?s 6th birthday party there this past weekend. It was incredible!! From booking the party with Jason to throwing it with the help of Andre and staff, it was an absolute blast! Just when you thought the fun was over, another thing was brought on or done to keep the party going! Parents told me their kiddos had the best time and with that fell asleep on the way home out of exhaustion, haha! I would absolutely recommend booking your party at Bounce Extreme! Thank you to the staff for a time filled
Every time I'm there we have the best time ever! If you haven't taken your child here, you are missing out on an amazing and fun experience for you and the kids.
My family loves Bounce Town USA! We've been there a few times, and my boys have always had a great time. Recently, we had my little one's birthday party there and it was amazing! The staff was so nice and helpful, especially the staff member we had hosting our party, and they all went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy. My son's classmate's still talk about his party and how much fun they had!
The service was amazing and the bounce area was very clean. Had such an amazing time. Definitely will be back and the workers were very friendly and helpful especially Domenic.
Had my daughters' birthdays here and it was a blast! All the other parents really enjoyed the place and the kids had a great time! This is the place to go, when you have energetic kiddos and let them run wild in a safe environment. Highly recommend and go when we can.
I have been bringing my son here yearly when visiting my family. He loves it but he was disappointed that they didn't have the giant slide anymore. That's the first place he goes when he gets here. ??????? Hopefully they will bring it back. Otherwise staff on duty was helpful when we had problems with the arcade games.
Went to this location for the first time this weekend for a birthday party. Staff was super nice and very attentive. The arcade games could use a well needed cleaning. In addition, 3 of the games were down at the moment which was unfortunate. I must mention the great and reasonable prices! The kids had a blast nonetheless.
The place is chaotic. It's very easy to lose track of your child here. The bouncy house at the back right must have a secret exit. A bunch of kids went missing in the chaos at that one. All the bouncy houses are jammed in there and you can't check the safety of your child cause there is no space to get around them and see where they are. Best for older kids. I don't recommend this place for small children. 5 plus at minimum.
I don't normally leave reviews but with the customer service I received from mahogany(mo) during my son's birthday party, i had to. Mo was extremely helpful and so kind. Mo did an amazing job getting the kids together and keeping them on schedule with the activities(working with kids is not an easy task, especially when bounce houses are involved lol). She constantly checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed. This was our first time here and it will not be our last. Thank you again so much M
Wonderful, fun and clean! This is our second time visiting and the improvements are so obvious. So many fun bounce options and games for kids! We have 3, between the ages of 2 and 7, and everyone was super happy and didn't want to leave! It's clear how much pride the new owner takes in the places and how much she cares about families having fun!
They have done a great job with this place. Just to name a few things, they have bumper cars, bouncing and arcade and so much more. A great place for kids! My son and his cousin love it here. Over time they have added on and it's kid friendly from the bathroom to the play area. I'm impressed. Go Debbie!
Kids had a ball. Very clean. Staff is super friendly. Would absolutely return.
Amazing worker (the tall one with Glasses) He was also there by himself but was able to maintain and compose the activities and people all by himself, a Great place to bring the kids. They will love it
The place is absolutely amazing. We have been visiting for 2 years now. Staff is super friendly the place is clean. Kids have a lot of fun playing with other kids and they get the energy out.
Unfortunately my children and I did not have a good time. This is not a clean and sanitize play event for children. It was really dark, with very little light. There was not enough staff to monitor play area. My children used the virtual gaming and the staff did not clean or sanitize virtual game controller, before or after!!! I am not sure if they even properly are taking precaution to clean and sanitize the smaller children (2 and younger) play area, or any of the play areas. The building blocks were filt
First time there and my son fractured his foot in the basketball bouncy house . The staff member was very kind and helpful. Sadly, I'm still in the emergency room after leaving your establishment. There definitely should be more safety measures in place. ??????
We brought a group of 17 children in, ranging from ages 4:10 to 11, and they had a great time. We spent about 2 hours there. The admission cost only cover the jump house, climbing wall, bumper cars, arcade, and trampoline are extra. So I would recommend sending a time limit before you go in. Overall I was so happy with this place and will be returning.
I had my daughters bday party at Bounce Town a few weeks ago and the place was absolutely perfect. The staff was very nice, attentive to the kids, and helpful. We had to make several trips from the car to bring decorations and food etc into the facility and without even being asked the staff came outside and helped us bring things in. We rented the Hollywood room, we had approximately 40 people (including adults) and it was more than enough room and chairs for everyone. The facility was very clean and safe
Fun place to bring your kids to, kids under 4 are only 10 bucks entry, that's for a whole day! Place is more set for older kids, but my 18 month still had a blast. Friendly staff, area seemed clean, came on a Saturday lunch time, was enough people so it's not like a ghost town, but not too crowded that you can't find your kid. Place not too loud, occasional party music, good environment to bring your kid in for a morning or afternoon.
Decided to take my kids out for a fun day. - away from their tablets! They had a great time.
Reasonable price for unlimited bounce houses ($15 age 4 and up, $10 under 4). Staff was friendly and let us help our kids in the bounce houses when they needed it (it wasn't busy, nobody took advantage). Observed three nice, themed rooms for birthday parties. Hollywood and Jungle themes looked pretty cool. Ample restrooms, even a family restroom with a changing table. Somewhat large arcade games (these all cost extra) and other activities (volcano climb and bumper cars) intertwined. Really nice toddler s
Today was my first time at a bounce town and my family had fun. I had to ask the attendant (Andre) his name because he was exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind throughout but then to see how he handled my autistic daughter who was afraid to jump on the pressurized trampoline (I should of got the name of the ride). I literally prayed for him. He was so gentle and patient with her. He took his time holding her and jumping her slowly and gradually she losen her grip and enjoyed her jump. He
Haven't been here in a while and came because my daughter wanted to and never again. Employees are young rude kids. My daughter is 6 went on the little kid area employee said she couldn't cause she's not a toddler but let a 5yr old go on when I said something the employee told me well that is because I know him and his here a lot so he can but she can't she not a toddler. I will never be bringing my daughter back. You can not play favorites. My daughter was upset that her friend could go on but she could no
My kids were extremely excited to get out of the house after a lot of back and forth, we decided to go. We walked in and a lot of the staff members and people attending were not wearing masks, but since we paid and committed we couldn't let the kids down after a year of isolation. My baby can't wear a mask and my daughter is young and does not keep it on. I am completely understanding of the kids running and jumping with masks on it's extremely difficult. So, they jumped, they had a blast! However, it was o
This was the first time taking my kids. Absolute chaos when you walk in. The first thing I see is a mother who could not find her son and I didn't see staff having a sense of urgency to help. There was no staff regulating the different sections at all. I0 minutes in, my husband went up the stairs to a bounce house with my 3.5 year old and almost 2 year old and walked right over a large switchblade knife!!! Yes there was a knife accessible to small children that JUMP around. Imagine if that knife was found b
The grandson had a blast, we'll DEFINITELY be bringing him back again and again.
If you have a child under 12 they will enjoy it but you cannot make an entire day out of it. They have 5 big bounce things then 1 for toddlers. I will say they keep it pretty clean, it's the cleanest one I've been to. We spent 2 hours there and that was enough for us.
I liked this place when it opened up but it's even nicer now they've redone the floors and entrance. The staff is friendly and helpful. They keep it nice and clean which I really appreciate and there's always something new that the kids get excited about..
$15 for a 4 year old is on the expensive side, just saying! Inflatables are way to close to each other and the kids kept falling through them, definetly a safety concern. I can't believe the state allows them to stay open! The bounces are set up in a way where you can't see the kids once they go. I would never come on the weekend, I would imagine kids go missing in a regular basis! After I spent $60 for 4 kids and then $13 for ice cream, I went to purchase a juice which was $1.50 I was told I needed a $5 mi
Came here today and was told by two employees I could buy a prize even was asked which color item I wanted just for them to later tell me and my son we couldn't purchase that prize but could purchase other prizes , they already took my card for the prize and agreed to $15 smh. I've had bday parties here before but what a way to make my sons experience bad while he was there. They should have agreed considering they already gave me a price for it and took my card
Fun little spot for the kiddos. My children love going there and just having fun in a clean, safe and friendly environment. I have not encountered a crowded scenario yet, maybe it's bc I go on the weekends but either way, it's a great fun place to kill a few hours.
We have traveled the 75 min to get here many times now, even though there is a competing "bounce town" closer. My kids love it here, from the mini arcade, bumper car thingies, Climbing wall and of course - bounce houses. They have 3 rooms to do birthday parties, ample restrooms and occasionally offer some food (popcorn, pizza). There is a cool toddler area for the little ones not big enough to do the full size bouncers. My daughter can't get enough of the jumbo slide! There is also an alien spaceship, a so
Happy that this place is open as other similar places have closed permanently from the pandemic. My 8 year old son needs some outlet to play and have normalcy. They also have arcade games in the front as well as bumper cars. Right now they limit the amount of people inside the building and of course adults must wear masks. The equipment is in decent shape and clean enough. I gave three stars because it is much pricier than say Andie's Bouncebarn was, and there is a time limit, unlike Andie's. Also if parent
Went to my nephew's 6th birthday party here and all I can say it OMG!! I wish I went here as a kid!! Best place everrrr. Biggest inflatables I've ever seen! I enjoyed the arcade and would recommend this place for a party if younger all day
Lots of fun, especially for kids under 12.
First of all, the entrance is not very inviting. When I walked in I was instantly hit with the smell of Febreze. Honestly that is not really the company's fault but still. My Friends and I had fun for about 3 minutes for that is as long as it took for us to go on all the attractions you get with admission price (15 us dollars) Everything else is 5 dollars per person. If the admission price is 15 dollars I should get more than 4 attractions. I stayed for 20 minutes. It is safe to say I will not be coming bac
Kids had fun. Place is clean. Only issue I had were adults playing (not supervising) kids on the inflatables and older kids in the toddler area. Will definitely be back.
It was our first time here, Andre was awesome! Thanks so much. Looking forward to bringing our son back.
Amazing place for kids. Very friendly staff (we arrived a bit late and they kept the park open a little longer so we can enjoy our visit to the fullest. So nice!).
I have had my daughter's birthday party there for the past 3 years and she and her friends always have so much fun. We just attended another child's party today and the service was great and everyone had such a good time. Thank you Bounce Town USA. ??
Awesome customer service. Very friendly. Good prices for all the activities. My kids had tons of fun. I would go again. Best bounce house place to go next to kidzone.
Poorly run facility. Over crowded in a very small space. The toddler section is one inflatable and two mini single person trampolines. The attendees do not enforce the rules of not allowing older children there and the place is overrun by parties happening at the same time.
super fun for children and families. a bit pricey only cause most things are paid for separately, bumper cars separately, games, separately, bungie jump and laser tag separate but, bouncy houses are one flat fee around $16 when separately events are approximately $6 each. we go often , bumper cars only if were in a time crunch
This place is crazy 4 dollars for ice cream? Crazy one of the employees told my 4 year old cousin to shut up? the attitude is crazy the toys and bouncy stuff suck I got a burn because one of the slides.
Had a great time the one staff member that was there I forgot his name young black kid he was really really nice Jamaican dude awesome made the experience for my son really really great definitely will go back there only when he's there My son had a great time with him.... five stars
Grandkids had a blast. Prices were good. Parking is difficult to find and the place is hidden back from the road east to drive past it.
Small place. Very congested. But good quality bouncing stuff. Kids loved it
We are kind of bouncy place connoisseurs by this point since on road trips one needs to stop and let toddlers run off some steam and we actively seek out bouncy house places, but this one is our least favorite. Most places have a designated space for younger children, but brave tots like mine could also go into the middle size ones because there are gradual increases in size and required physical ability. Here this was not really possible because everything beyond the tot section was huge, meaning we paid f
I have a 21 month old and she loves the toddler area of this place. I have two gripes though. The mickey mouse bounce house is loaded with clumps of hair all over it , its kind of gross, cant be too hard to vacuum that at night. My other (very minor) gripe is that they check to make sure my 21 month old has her hand stamped every time she enters or leaves the area. Seriously, shes going to sneak in? If only they put that much effort into cleaning the kids bounce houses.
Really good with kids. It's a fun place for parties and activities. Staff is really good at their jobs. they are trying to control the spread of COVID by sanitizing frequently and reducing crowd sizes. Will return soon!
Meg was so nice and sweet to my daughter, the party was so fun and we had lots of laughs!! Will be coming back! #so fun #love #party time
Play is relatively cheap compared to others around the area but I find it dirty. Lots of dust I'm sure no one is wiping down the sides or any bounce materials which is gross and unsanitary
The family loved it! Place was clean, employees are so nice and helpful. The biggest inflatables I've ever seen! Better than any other bounce house place. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Will definitely be back soon!
This place was perfect for my kids. We could spend all day here. The pricing is perfect. The 25$ deal is the way to go. Staff was awesome too!
My daughter loves it. Last year we had her birthday party and all the kids had a blast. Staff was very helpful as well
Biggest rip off EVER!!! Customer service sucked.... my niece wanted food they didn't have anything, the guy in the food station was in his phone all day.. i preferred to take my niece to chuck e chesse or monkey joe's.This was my first time coming here and i am never going back everything was disgusting. If i could give a less than 1 star i would. Don't waste your money!!!! You're disappointing. Close down, clean up, get new employees, and then try to re-open.
Its an awesome place for young children. Lots to do!
This place is great, my kids had such a blast! Thank you for being mask-optional. Finally some normalcy for our children, and letting kids just be kids!
I bring my daugther here atleast once to twice a month. She's 2 years old and can't get enough of this place. There's many bounce houses, giant slide and a mediocre sized play area. My girlfriend and i also love coming here. The arcade games are well worth the time my daugther spends here lol. Very reccomened for kids 1-10.
I liked it, and my daughter who is turning three soon she liked it and had fun. But I think it needs more improvement, specially when you pay for one hour I think it should be a timer or something so you don't go more than an hour. And I think there should be more inflates or different ones. Just a thought.
Our host Micheal was THE BOMB! Thank you for all your help in making my daughters 3rd birthday party positively memorable! You are appreciated!!!!!! ??
It was fun and a good place.. staff was nice and watch out for everything so make sure things are ok.. and they let us go on the infainflatable So we were able to have a good time as well and the onther kids loved it as well..
The "masks optional" sign should make it clear that it's optional for people who have been vaccinated! Kids had a good time. Just seemed like all Covid precautions were out the window
Too expensive for what they offer, it came to 27.99 for 2 of my kids to bounce, didn't include the rock climb or bungee trampoline, literally they were bored within 15 minutes there is only 3 slides and 1 bounce house and a 3 and under area. very small compared to monkey joes or Andys bounce barn in seymour. Arcade was also a rip off, very small and no selection besides "throw your token away to see if you can hit the jackpot" and again, even after we earned 210 tickets my kids were only able to get a few p
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
