Ok so my review of the place really use to be a strong 5 star but that has gone downhill in some ways !!! been visiting sense 2013 yea I know :) enyways I have held 3 birthday party's hear in the past all with over 75 kids and it was good prices around 200 I wanna say for the party's cici use to have the pizza came from cici pizza when it was open beside the place, now thay do in house from what it looks like now! thay do have a pizza oven in there cook area with a popcorn cooker

My son had an absolute ball!!! He loved all the games, went in all the bounces houses!! The only thing I can say I didn't like is the prices for food and drinks, Very expensive !! But other then that, 9 outta 10!!??

We had an awesome time at Bounce House Family Entertainment! They had plenty of bounce houses to keep the kids entertained for hours, and the arcade was a great bonus. My family loved it?tons of fun, lots of space, and definitely a place we'll be coming back to. Highly recommend for a fun and active day with the kids!

Nice and clean. My kids had fun. My only issue was the prizes. They should have more prizes for less points. My little kids (5 and under) were not able to get much compared to how much we spent. There should be 10 point toys or treats for those little earners. I would still take my kids again.

Good for rainy days. My kids love earning tickets and choosing prizes (I've attached pictures of some of their ?ticket toys?). They also thoroughly enjoyed the jumping inflatables, though I wish there was better lighting over some of them. On the plus side, the center offers snacks and free WiFi, which is a nice touch for parents. Overall, a great place to let kids burn off energy and have fun, but some improvement in lighting would make it perfect!

It was everything I needed it to be for my 3 year old! She had a blast and so did her dad and I. The challenge is real people!! I got my bounce on and heart rate up. I'm all for burning calories. There were several differnt types of bouncey houses to choose from. They also had a toddle area too. My daughter conquered it and moved on to the bigger ones. I was shocked how tall some of them were and how high some of the slides were. I did it as my daughter is just flying by. She was so energetic. Totally in it

Absolutely a pleasure to hang out and bring your kids, ive brought multiple nephews here and watched them have the time of their lives, ive also played laser tag during there friday nights they do this cool event every friday they call ?core night? where you pay by the hour instead of by game for the night between 7-10 and i always come! 40$ for 3 whole hours of tag! Love this place! We hosted a birthday party for our son here and it was the easiest planning we've ever done. The staff is helpful and kind, and the kids always have a blast.

The Bounce House was a nice experience and a good place to take your family. They have inflatables for little kids as well as bigger kids. The inflatables have slides as we as places where you can jumb Also, they have laser tag, which was so fun. The lady at the door was nice, and we were able to buy socks to enjoy the inflatables. The kids really enjoyed the Lazer tag. There is a big range of games to play in the main area. Pretty streamlined process here for first time goers. Sign waiver and then have fun. Prices are what you might expect so don't expect to be cheap. All in all a pretty good way to spend a couple of hours.

We come here often! The kids enjoy the biunce houses, the arcade, and the lazer tag. I enjoy knowing they are safe and having fun. Great fun for the price, especially on a rainy day.

The cheapest and easiest way for a family to have fun in the Williamsburg area. We were here dueing the week and had the entire facility to ourselves. The arcade is top notch and a good way to stay entertained while the kids play.

It's a giant room with about 12 bounce houses and a arcade section and 1 giant bungee swing. Cost is very affordable. I paid less than what's on the website due to special offers they have on certain days. I like that the kids are constantly busy. They don't guard the toddler area well and if you have 2 different age groups it may be an issue for you to watch both sections. Other wise it's good they offer high priced microwave food here. My son had his birthday party here and absolutely loved it!!! The team was excellent and the atmosphere is safe, clean, and FUN! All we had to do was show up and the team did the rest. We will definitely be back!

My grandkids love the slides. They now have alot more games in there now. I heard it was expensive to play so we just paid to go on the inflatables. It was $13 for a 4 year old.

Took my 3 granddaughters - they enjoyed themselves - pricy, but you get to come back same day - next time I will plan to do that than to be a 1 hr time and done

Nick, the general manager, took extra steps to make our sons? joint birthday party an incredible experience! He and his team took care of every detail, and we had a wonderful time. We've held a few parties here over the years, and it's always a blast! Worth every penny.

The bounce house was great. We celebrated my grandson 2 year old birthday there last weekend. The experience was really great. Will definitely go back.

Took my 2 year old here and he had a blast. Nice arcade selection she lots of jump houses. Didn't get to eat anything, but my family had a good time.

This place has a great assortment of activities for kids of all ages. My squad ranged from 2 - 11, and all had a fantastic time! The toddler area (for ages 1-4) has 4 or 5 bouncers and a slide. The main area has roughly 11 or so separate bouncers, which are spread out nicely. There are plenty of chairs for the adults throughout the facility, along with picnic tables near the snack bar. They have plenty of drinks and unhealthy snacks to choose from. Hahaha. Prices are reasonable, $11/kid to enter. Worth it.

Great place to have fun! My only recommendation would be to ensure that the toddler area is "manned" to ensure that only toddlers are in the designated area. Too often, older kids were in the area and took over or played a little too rough in this space that is disgnated for the younger ones. This is common here and is often a deterrent when considering fun activities for my 2 year olds!

There for a 6 year olds birthday party all 11 children had a very good time. Staff were very helpful. Party room was nice, Mom got to set up decorations as she wished.

Would've given them 5 stars, unfortunately, the games in the Arcade are not very clean. My husband and I were the only ones there for our entire 1 1/2 hour stay - which we Loved. However, it was clear that the games do not get cleaned at the end of each day. They had visible finger prints & stickiness on all of them. That's pretty unacceptable, especially in a pandemic. Also, on games like Transformers and Jurassic Park, you have to keep swiping your game card, so it can eat up your money fairly quickly. A

Visited here recently and I knew it would be busy, kids weren't really the problem considering it's a bounce house. The idea behind the place is wonderful but I expected the toddler section ages 1-4 years old ONLY to be just that. I used to love this place for my children until yesterday! A staff member targeted my daughter and niece while they're were playing in the kiddie area. They are eight years old yes we understand it's for the babies so we removed them. But what's truly making me mad is that there were children older than them that didn't get told to leave. All of the black children were told to leave and none of the white children. Bounce House you really need to do better.

It was okay but not what i expected. My family and i visited here while on vacation. It is really expensive for kids to just jump. The arcade is very small. Lots of fun for kids 3 and up. I believe children younger would lose interest in a short amount of time. You must sign a waiver of liability in case of injury. The price to get in is on the expensive side, so get there early! There is a concession area, but I did not buy anything. The prices seemed reasonable for the food.

This place is fun. Reasonably priced. They have a Tuesday deal and coupons in the Williamsburg magazine. I do think its more for kids 10 and under. Did not do the laser tag as that has different hours and prices.

Good variety of bounce houses and multiple arcade games. Price was high for our not quite 2 year old as 1 year and up pay $16 for the day. Don't remember what next price range was. Parents get in free but there aren't bounce houses for adults. Food and drinks are available on site but are a little pricy. No outside food or drink allowed. It is a hit with my toddlers. While it can get busy on weekends, it's so much fun, especially with a dedicated section for little kids. Most of the time, it's a safe and enjoyable space for little ones to play. However, there have been a few instances where older kids or teenagers joined in, prompting me to take my little ones out. Overall, it's a fantastic place to bring kids for a fun and active experience.

Lots of bouncing castles and slides including a toddler area. The are area was lots of fun as well.

Kids loved it. Last of different types of bounce sets with a good variety. First time visitors have to sign a waiver. Also with that many kids make sure you bring lots of hand sanitizer and make your kids use it pretty often.

Fun time for the kids. The prices are a too high for entrance and the food/drinks. We ended up spending $70. Not worth the $20 to get in. Just go to Busch Gardens and if it rains, go to one of the libraries. They have fun play areas.

Went with my 13 and 10 year old and was disappointed that this is for little kids. They did have laser tag that looked fun but as far as an arcade gos they only had a few games. They had around 7 maybe more bouncy houses. And a big swing all would be the perfect place to take a little kid. They also had a photo booth so we just paid for a picture in that and left.

I come here with my daughter pretty often. The arcade is still wildly expensive and some of the games are rigged. Not a single rubber grip on any claw machines. Ticket win amount capped on some games and the cap is low etc. The bounce house part is nice though. Plenty of room to play and run around and the off season staff is super friendly.

This is a reasonably priced entertainment for your grandchildren or children or if you like arcade and laser even for adults. We had a great time. The kids played in the bouncing houses for 2 hours. These kids were 13, 12, 12, and 8 years of age. Then the laser tag was fun for them and a 71 and 69 year old. Then lunch at Cafe. I personally did not like the burger or the fries. Then to arcade games great all day fun.

The facility itself is very nice and well maintained, but only giving 3 stars for one reason. The reason is that in the younger children?s area there are no staff regulating who should and shouldn't be in there. Several times my 2 year old got absolutely ran over by children much bigger than should?ve been in there. That's a huge safety hazard. The area needs staff oversight.

Nice place to spend with the kids in a hot day, but... If you only go for an hour as we did - it's a ripoff. We had an hour to kill, and there are no hourly plans, so we had to pay the full price. It's simply not worth it.

We take our 5 year old here once a month or so. The prices are reasonable and our daughter has a great time. There are a number of arcade games, including a retro cabinet, which is nice. The staff is generally pleasant. We scheduled a birthday here for my daughter, but it got snowed out. The staff apologized and gave us coupons for free visits. This place is fun for the kids when the weather is cold and rainy. Inside it has a sort of dingy feel. Not much supervision or walk through a? I've noticed maintenance doors left open and kids playing in parts of the bounce houses that aren't for them to be. Parents just sit in there chairs on their phones also not supervising much. My son had his 8th birthday there today! Our party was in the blue room. Our party host Ryland was amazing! If it wasn't for him I'm not sure how I would've gotten the party to run so smoothly! We had 17 kids! He was on top of everything and was also training another girl. She did very good too! All of the kids had a blast!!

My kids LOVED this place. It's really clean and has tons of bounceys... my kiddos ran themselves completely tired and there was ample seating for me and my husband to watch them. When you are looking for an alternate activity while in Williamsburg this is an awesome option! I think the price was totally fair for unlimited time! They slept like babies that night! I took my 10yr old granddaughter, who was visiting from Texas. She loved it. Quite a valuable at $19 for the whole day. You only pay for the kid, not the adult with them.

My kids would probably give it 5 stars. My kids ages 1,6,10 went on a Saturday and we purchased $3 worth of socks and the total came to $42. It was 6:30 ish they close at 8 so we left for a quick bite at the pizza spot next door we come back and the whole place is locked up with my kids shoes inside we had to literally call 5 times and bang on the doors to get a response to get my kids shoes back. Fantastic! Would highly recommend this place for families with kids.? We are not local and were passing through on family vacation. We came December and it was too cold to do anything outdoors.? Thank goodness we found this place!? There is a wonderful toddler area for kids 1_4 only.? There are 3 or 4 mom bounces on that area alone. This place is absolutely amazing. Went here for the first time for my nephews birthday. My kids absolutely loved it. They offer socks for a dollar for kids if you dont have any. The staff is helpful and friendly. The place looks clean. My kids were not very happy about having to leave.
