Ok so my review of the place really use to be a strong 5 star but that has gone downhill in some ways !!! been visiting sense 2013 yea I know :) enyways I have held 3 birthday party's hear in the past all with over 75 kids and it was good prices around 200 I wanna say for the party's cici use to have the pizza came from cici pizza when it was open beside the place, now thay do in house from what it looks like now! thay do have a pizza oven in there cook area with a popcorn cooker

My son had an absolute ball!!! He loved all the games, went in all the bounces houses!! The only thing I can say I didn't like is the prices for food and drinks, Very expensive !! But other then that, 9 outta 10!!??

We had an awesome time at Bounce House Family Entertainment! They had plenty of bounce houses to keep the kids entertained for hours, and the arcade was a great bonus. My family loved it?tons of fun, lots of space, and definitely a place we'll be coming back to. Highly recommend for a fun and active day with the kids!

Nice and clean. My kids had fun. My only issue was the prizes. They should have more prizes for less points. My little kids (5 and under) were not able to get much compared to how much we spent. There should be 10 point toys or treats for those little earners. I would still take my kids again.

Good for rainy days. My kids love earning tickets and choosing prizes (I've attached pictures of some of their ?ticket toys?). They also thoroughly enjoyed the jumping inflatables, though I wish there was better lighting over some of them. On the plus side, the center offers snacks and free WiFi, which is a nice touch for parents. Overall, a great place to let kids burn off energy and have fun, but some improvement in lighting would make it perfect!

It was everything I needed it to be for my 3 year old! She had a blast and so did her dad and I. The challenge is real people!! I got my bounce on and heart rate up. I'm all for burning calories. There were several differnt types of bouncey houses to choose from. They also had a toddle area too. My daughter conquered it and moved on to the bigger ones. I was shocked how tall some of them were and how high some of the slides were. I did it as my daughter is just flying by. She was so energetic. Totally in it

Absolutely a pleasure to hang out and bring your kids, ive brought multiple nephews here and watched them have the time of their lives, ive also played laser tag during there friday nights they do this cool event every friday they call ?core night? where you pay by the hour instead of by game for the night between 7-10 and i always come! 40$ for 3 whole hours of tag! So much fun

Love this place! We hosted a birthday party for our son here and it was the easiest planning we've ever done. The staff is helpful and kind, and the kids always have a blast.

The Bounce House was a nice experience and a good place to take your family. They have inflatables for little kids as well as bigger kids. The inflatables have slides as we as places where you can jumb Also, they have laser tag, which was so fun. The lady at the door was nice, and we were able to buy socks to enjoy the inflatables. So, please keep in mind that you can't wear shoes in the bounce houses so you must wear socks. However, you can wear shoes while playing laser tag. The place is not very la

The kids really enjoyed the Lazer tag. There is a big range of games to play in the main area. Pretty streamlined process here for first time goers. Sign waiver and then have fun. Prices are what you might expect so don't expect to be cheap. All in all a pretty good way to spend a couple of hours.

We come here often! The kids enjoy the biunce houses, the arcade, and the lazer tag. I enjoy knowing they are safe and having fun. Great fun for the price, especially on a rainy day.

Great facility. It was very quiet on a weekday but they were still open. Kids had a blast. Clean and family friendly

The cheapest and easiest way for a family to have fun in the Williamsburg area. We were here dueing the week and had the entire facility to ourselves. The arcade is top notch and a good way to stay entertained while the kids play.

It's a giant room with about 12 bounce houses and a arcade section and 1 giant bungee swing. Cost is very affordable. I paid less than what's on the website due to special offers they have on certain days. I like that the kids are constantly busy. They don't guard the toddler area well and if you have 2 different age groups it may be an issue for you to watch both sections. Other wise it's good they offer high priced microwave food here. Not worth the buy even the burgers are microwaved. They will order piz

My son had his birthday party here and absolutely loved it!!! The team was excellent and the atmosphere is safe, clean, and FUN! All we had to do was show up and the team did the rest. We will definitely be back!

My grandkids love the slides. They now have alot more games in there now. I heard it was expensive to play so we just paid to go on the inflatables. It was $13 for a 4 year old.

Took my 3 granddaughters - they enjoyed themselves - pricy, but you get to come back same day - next time I will plan to do that than to be a 1 hr time and done

Nick, the general manager, took extra steps to make our sons? joint birthday party an incredible experience! He and his team took care of every detail, and we had a wonderful time. We've held a few parties here over the years, and it's always a blast! Worth every penny.

The bounce house was great. We celebrated my grandson 2 year old birthday there last weekend. The experience was really great. Will definitely go back.

Took my 2 year old here and he had a blast. Nice arcade selection she lots of jump houses. Didn't get to eat anything, but my family had a good time.

Kids had a great time. Clean, friendly. Great place to burn off some energy during our long trip. Specific toddler area.

This place has a great assortment of activities for kids of all ages. My squad ranged from 2 - 11, and all had a fantastic time! The toddler area (for ages 1-4) has 4 or 5 bouncers and a slide. The main area has roughly 11 or so separate bouncers, which are spread out nicely. There are plenty of chairs for the adults throughout the facility, along with picnic tables near the snack bar. They have plenty of drinks and unhealthy snacks to choose from. Hahaha. Prices are reasonable, $11/kid to enter. Worth it.

My son loves this place. Its fun. Its clean. Its safe. Inexpensive. Buy a shirt next visit is half off when wearing shirt. Parents free. Kids $12 Price may be different if you want laser tag too. Only done the bounce side so far. But no complaints??

Great place to have fun! My only recommendation would be to ensure that the toddler area is "manned" to ensure that only toddlers are in the designated area. Too often, older kids were in the area and took over or played a little too rough in this space that is disgnated for the younger ones. This is common here and is often a deterrent when considering fun activities for my 2 year olds!

There for a 6 year olds birthday party all 11 children had a very good time. Staff were very helpful. Party room was nice, Mom got to set up decorations as she wished.

Would've given them 5 stars, unfortunately, the games in the Arcade are not very clean. My husband and I were the only ones there for our entire 1 1/2 hour stay - which we Loved. However, it was clear that the games do not get cleaned at the end of each day. They had visible finger prints & stickiness on all of them. That's pretty unacceptable, especially in a pandemic. Also, on games like Transformers and Jurassic Park, you have to keep swiping your game card, so it can eat up your money fairly quickly. A

Good, clean fun. My grandson had the run if the place as we visited in the off-season. This made for a safe, clean environmental and no waiting.

The Bounce House Williamsburg was the perfect birthday party venue for our joint 2 and 4 year old?s party! Our kids and their friends had non-stop fun! From the bounce houses to the slides and optional games, I've never seen a more happy group of kids. And they do it all- I walked in with my purse and nothing else. We selected to add on pizza, balloons, ice cream cups, and goodie bags, all for a super reasonable price. Hosting a party can be stressful and expensive but this venue made it completely easy and

Visited here recently and I knew it would be busy, kids weren't really the problem considering it's a bounce house. The idea behind the place is wonderful but I expected the toddler section ages 1-4 years old ONLY to be just that. I thought my two 3 year olds would be okay in there but I was constantly having to pull them from their own play section due to 8 year olds & up entering and being too rough. They have much more options for the big kids to play on but because the toddler section doesn't have any e

I used to love this place for my children until yesterday! A staff member targeted my daughter and niece while they're were playing in the kiddie area. They are eight years old yes we understand it's for the babies so we removed them. But what's truly making me mad is that there were children older than them that didn't get told to leave. All of the black children were told to leave and none of the white children. Bounce House you really need to do better.

It was okay but not what i expected. My family and i visited here while on vacation. It is really expensive for kids to just jump. The arcade is very small. The only amazing thing about this place ls laser tag which my whole family could participate in. Other than that?definitely made for kids 7 and under.

Lots of fun for kids 3 and up. I believe children younger would lose interest in a short amount of time. You must sign a waiver of liability in case of injury. The price to get in is on the expensive side, so get there early! There is a concession area, but I did not buy anything. The prices seemed reasonable for the food.

Nice big open space with a lot of different options for the kids to bounce on. Also went at a good time and wasn't busy at all. Place was nice and clean and all the blow up stuff were in good condition

This place is fun. Reasonably priced. They have a Tuesday deal and coupons in the Williamsburg magazine. I do think its more for kids 10 and under. Did not do the laser tag as that has different hours and prices.

Good variety of bounce houses and multiple arcade games. Price was high for our not quite 2 year old as 1 year and up pay $16 for the day. Don't remember what next price range was. Parents get in free but there aren't bounce houses for adults. Food and drinks are available on site but are a little pricy. No outside food or drink allowed. There are party rooms available for rent.

Went to a birthday party here and the kids had a great time. I hadn't visited in years and it has really come a long way! So much variety in activities aside from bounce houses. They have a full arcade, laser tag and other unique activities too!

Lots to do. Bounce houses are in great shape. The play area, food area, and reatrooms are very clean. We had a great experience here.

Son wanted to throw a non-birthday party somewhere (which is harder to track down than you'd think!). The quality experience began over the phone! Nicholas called me back, and I was expecting the "bored kid" standard review of the birthday packages that I could have checked online, but he was downright cheerful in walking through all of the party options and tailoring a package option that would suit my needs, he answered all of my questions so considerately, and I booked on the spot. At least I tried to, a

It is a hit with my toddlers. While it can get busy on weekends, it's so much fun, especially with a dedicated section for little kids. Most of the time, it's a safe and enjoyable space for little ones to play. However, there have been a few instances where older kids or teenagers joined in, prompting me to take my little ones out. Overall, it's a fantastic place to bring kids for a fun and active experience.

Lots of bouncing castles and slides including a toddler area. The are area was lots of fun as well.

My grandchildren spent two day back-to-back over 6 hours a day! The staff were great. Play area clean.

Was a pretty fun experience, the kids loved all the bounce houses they had. They had a pretty good variety of arcade games too. Kids and adults had fun! The staff was also nice. Arcade games pretty similar prices to all the other arcades we go to. About $1.00 to $2.00 for every game.

Kids loved it. Last of different types of bounce sets with a good variety. First time visitors have to sign a waiver. Also with that many kids make sure you bring lots of hand sanitizer and make your kids use it pretty often.

It wasn't really set up for a 2 year old to play. There were several 6-8 year olds running all over the place and no one was there to watch out for smaller children. One little girl was so sweet and helpful while she was helping our granddaughter climb up to use one of the sliding boards

I took my neices here and they had a pleasant time. The facility appeared clean and the employees are wicked nice. It would have been nice if they had a more diverse arcade. But overall, a safe place to keep kids busy for a few hours.

Super clean, great employees, and wonderful food. They did up the price to $20 a child but I'm still taking mine. My daughter always makes friends when we're there. I did the laser tag years ago and it was super fun!!

Fun time for the kids. The prices are a too high for entrance and the food/drinks. We ended up spending $70. Not worth the $20 to get in. Just go to Busch Gardens and if it rains, go to one of the libraries. They have fun play areas.

Went with my 13 and 10 year old and was disappointed that this is for little kids. They did have laser tag that looked fun but as far as an arcade gos they only had a few games. They had around 7 maybe more bouncy houses. And a big swing all would be the perfect place to take a little kid. They also had a photo booth so we just paid for a picture in that and left.

Great place for littles. We visited from out of town. Took my 4 year old and he had a great time. I guess I went at a good time because it wasn't crowded at all. He enjoyed climbing, jumping and sliding. We also enjoyed playing the small selection of arcade games they have there. We got some nuggets and fries to share and it was ok. They had kid friendly options. Best part is, you don't have to pay for adult entry only the kid which is great!! Most places where I'm from require you to pay for the adult e

This was an amazing place to have a party. We rented the whole place out for a private event and are event manager was amazing her service was amazing couldn't have asked for a better party.

This is my favorite place to take my kids. I have been coming here when we stay in Williamsburg or are even just passing through for going on 3 years. So long as this place is open, it's a draw for us. The simplicity is what makes this place great. It's big enough for your big active kids and small enough for your 1 year olds. This is a small warehouse full of blow-up jump houses. They are all shapes and sizes and have varying ranges of difficulty - from obstacle course to just jumping. You can bring you

The perfect place to have your child?s birthday party at. They provide hostess/host which allows you to truly enjoy all of the festivities. They have different colored party rooms that you can pick from as well as offer variety of party packages to help make your day perfect. They also have laser tag, which was super fun as well as a high flying bungee, jumping station. It's a must visit for me if you have kids who always have energy needing to burn.

One of the best family fun places to take kids. We have a 3 and 4 and they love it. We took our 11 niece there and she wanted to go back! Tons of inflatables as well as kid friendly arcade

Took my young kiddo on a rainy day during a vacation when we couldn't do the theme parks. Had a blast! Staff was nice and it was a wonderful way to expend energy on a rainy vacation day.

I come here with my daughter pretty often. The arcade is still wildly expensive and some of the games are rigged. Not a single rubber grip on any claw machines. Ticket win amount capped on some games and the cap is low etc. The bounce house part is nice though. Plenty of room to play and run around and the off season staff is super friendly.

Great way to let kids run and have fun in a secured area.

My son has been to a few birthday parties here. It has been awesome every time. He loves it there. And at the birthday party, the 1st hour they can do Lazer tag for free!! Such a great environment too!! Definitely will be going back!

Great place for small children. Under 8 and they are going to have fun. A bit expensive. Expect to spend $50.

Our kids had a great time here, plenty for them to do. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. We'll be coming back

This place is great! My kids enjoyed themselves!!

This is a reasonably priced entertainment for your grandchildren or children or if you like arcade and laser even for adults. We had a great time. The kids played in the bouncing houses for 2 hours. These kids were 13, 12, 12, and 8 years of age. Then the laser tag was fun for them and a 71 and 69 year old. Then lunch at Cafe. I personally did not like the burger or the fries. Then to arcade games great all day fun.

The facility itself is very nice and well maintained, but only giving 3 stars for one reason. The reason is that in the younger children?s area there are no staff regulating who should and shouldn't be in there. Several times my 2 year old got absolutely ran over by children much bigger than should?ve been in there. That's a huge safety hazard. The area needs staff oversight.

soo firstly they're unnecessarily EXPENSIVEEEEE, then to top it off the facility is dirty... shockingly the bathrooms were the cleanest part.....I purchased popcorn for my kids and we had to wait 15 minutes for it to get done. I watched within these 15 minutes two female employees playing with their hair, touching all over their faces and clearly the popcorn machine wasn't clean the night before because as it heated up the two noticed all of the nasty old butter residue and took paper towel ( NO SPRAY, NO S

Frankly I think its overpriced. The kids had a blast. The older kids did laser tag as well. We have a place back home that I like way more and the cost is better. I would add in response to the owners reply that the staff was quick and nice. The boy behind the snack counter handled the line with a smile and great service. I don't know the prices for things around here but with the offers for people local it seems like a good deal.We didnt spend all day, maybe 2 hours.

Great way to beat the heat. Clean, affordable arcade, all day entry at an affordable rate. They also offer laser tag.

We had a great time! It was not crowded. The snack bar was not opened. At first, my daughter was a little scared to go in a lot of the bounce houses because they can be a little dark inside, but she got over it. They have a Toddler section for ages 1-4. There were no paper towels in the ladies' bathroom, but I'm sure they would have replenished them if I had mentioned it. We did not do the laser tag. Bring cash/quarters. There are games and rides that require quarters. Reduced rates mid week. We will be bac

The kids love it here. They seem to do a good job keeping it clean and well-maintained. Friday evenings are our favorite time to go because there's enough kids for ours to find some to play with but it's not overwhelmingly crowded. Regarding older kids in the toddler area, if parents would put their phone down and pay attention to their kid's behavior once in awhile it wouldn't be such a problem. But since some can't be bothered, maybe more measures to curb the issue, unless they're calm and helping a young

Nice place to spend with the kids in a hot day, but... If you only go for an hour as we did - it's a ripoff. We had an hour to kill, and there are no hourly plans, so we had to pay the full price. It's simply not worth it.

We take our 5 year old here once a month or so. The prices are reasonable and our daughter has a great time. There are a number of arcade games, including a retro cabinet, which is nice. The staff is generally pleasant. We scheduled a birthday here for my daughter, but it got snowed out. The staff apologized and gave us coupons for free visits. Overall, I have nothing negative to say. Great place to get a younger child some exercise.

This place is fun for the kids when the weather is cold and rainy. Inside it has a sort of dingy feel. Not much supervision or walk through a? I've noticed maintenance doors left open and kids playing in parts of the bounce houses that aren't for them to be. Parents just sit in there chairs on their phones also not supervising much. Be on alert if considering bringing your 3 and under littles. The front desk guy is really nice though.

Great place for kids and adults. Laser tag, games and bouncy houses.

Our kiddos LOVE this place! We've been coming since my now 11 year old was 1 years old. Prices are a little high I would say but I understand prices of everything are going up these days. The staff is always incredible. At our last visit my niece fell and busted her nose (to no fault of anyone else, she's just clumsy lol) and I felt terrible about the bloody mess. Multiple staff members reassured me that they are there to help and not to stress. I offered to clean up everything and they quickly jumped to t

It was amazing!y 2-year-old absolutely loved the bounce houses/slides and arcade. It was definitely fun for us too! It was a good rainy day activity on our vacation and the prices were great!

My son had his 8th birthday there today! Our party was in the blue room. Our party host Ryland was amazing! If it wasn't for him I'm not sure how I would've gotten the party to run so smoothly! We had 17 kids! He was on top of everything and was also training another girl. She did very good too! All of the kids had a blast!!

My kids LOVED this place. It's really clean and has tons of bounceys... my kiddos ran themselves completely tired and there was ample seating for me and my husband to watch them. When you are looking for an alternate activity while in Williamsburg this is an awesome option! I think the price was totally fair for unlimited time! They slept like babies that night! Side note... try the funnel cake fries!! ????????

I took my 10yr old granddaughter, who was visiting from Texas. She loved it. Quite a valuable at $19 for the whole day. You only pay for the kid, not the adult with them.

My kids would probably give it 5 stars. My kids ages 1,6,10 went on a Saturday and we purchased $3 worth of socks and the total came to $42. I went around 6pm and it was slow but the place was dirty -popcorn all over the floor and in the toddler area which is such a hazard and the bowl in the kitchen set has nasty real food stains in it. The bounce houses gave my kids a good time, they were worn but I'm only taking off stars for the cleanliness. Of course even walking towards the bathrooms was a smelly ex

brought my 2 year old and his 11 year old cousin for the first and we will definitely be returning! everything is in good shape and in good working order, staff is amazing and even with a bunch of kids running around it's not too overwhelming with a small child. we love it here and wish we knew about it sooner!

The kids always enjoy the huge selection of bounce equipment here, and the laser tag course is one of the best I've experienced in the area! For laser tag, you'll need an adult chaperone for children under 8 years old. Had a terrific birthday party here recently and staff was all kind and accommodating, ensuring everyone enjoyed their time.

Overall it's a fun place and my son loves the bounce houses. But past few times I've dealt with little bullies and parents are just MIA. This last time on Tuesday , a little girl bite my son on the arm and left marks. There were two girls and one didn't have front teeth. My son pointed who did it(he's almost 5 so he knows ) and the girl was a good 7-8 who shouldn't be biting. She denied it over and over and I couldn't find her parents. There was a bday party so maybe they were in the back, not sure. But the

Clean location with more than enough to justify the price to get in. Many large bounce houses and a few for the smaller kids. Plenty of arcade games. Clean restrooms and floor. Didn't get to do the lazer tag but seemed cool either way. Worth checking out.

You are missing out if you don't stop here. We came for the laser tag and has to be best environment room we have ever played. In addition if you have smaller kids the bounce house is literally loaded with all kinds of inflatable slides climbing etc... super clean drum covid everything was sanitized. We had a great time here and would come again!!

It was 6:30 ish they close at 8 so we left for a quick bite at the pizza spot next door we come back and the whole place is locked up with my kids shoes inside we had to literally call 5 times and bang on the doors to get a response to get my kids shoes back. Edit: owner replied and has spoken with those employees and gave a refund which I do appreciate

Fantastic! Would highly recommend this place for families with kids.? We are not local and were passing through on family vacation. We came December and it was too cold to do anything outdoors.? Thank goodness we found this place!? There is a wonderful toddler area for kids 1_4 only.? There are 3 or 4 mom bounces on that area alone. There is even a kitchen and another playground with kitchen.? The other side has more moon bounces for older kids, arcade games and rides. You do need to pay extra so parents br

Granddaughter had a great time attending a birthday

This place is absolutely amazing. Went here for the first time for my nephews birthday. My kids absolutely loved it. They offer socks for a dollar for kids if you dont have any. The staff is helpful and friendly. The place looks clean. My kids were not very happy about having to leave.

This is a great place for a rainy or cold day. Very big and open. The price is unbeatable. The little kids can have a lot of fun. There is an arcade for older kids and a snack area. You can also have birthday parties here. There is food around the corner if you need a real meal. I'm definitely taking my kid back.

We love Bounce House and visit frequently. My ONLY complaint (I don't even want to call it a complaint but I'm not sure what the appropriate word would be..maybe wish?) is that I wish there was some type of gate or something to safety separate the toddler area from the rest of the facility. We visit frequently and every single time we've had issues with much older kids coming onto the bounce houses for tiny little ones and knocking the toddlers over repeatedly. This most recent Saturday, there was a large g

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
