Boomtown Blast

We are new to Wyoming and went to Boomtown tonight. The food was amazing!! Hot and fresh!! The customer service was great. The young man (I didn't get his name) was working really hard. He was serving the food, taking orders and was very patient with my son who was very undecided on what to get with his tickets. Always have a great time here, lanes look beautiful and the staff is always helpful. If you've had a bad experience in the past highly recommended trying them again. Got there wings and frys and wasn't disappointed, they even extended are game 5 minutes when we still had a few frames left. Great experience overall look forward to continuing to come back

Bowling ?? has new upgraded game options. It was really cold ?? in the bowling area, but it was 20 below zero outside. They do offer a lot of options for eating. Pizza ?? was really good, and kids really liked the fries ?? and chicken ?? nuggets ??. The arcade area was a little warmer. Lots of arcade games ?? ??. Just got back from "bowling" at Boomtown Blast. WARNING: Do NOT go if you want regular bowling. This place has strings on the end of the pins that can knock down other pins without touching them or kill the pin-action after you hit a large group of pins. WARNING: EXTREMELY DRY LANES!!!!! I recently visited this bowling alley, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The place was filthy, with trash on the floors and dirty tables that hadn't been cleaned in what seemed like forever. On top of that, it was unbearably hot inside?no air conditioning to speak of, which made it uncomfortable to even stay, let alone bowl. The waitresses need more training and the bar staff needs help in general. Game days are fun, but long wait time for simple drink orders and the food is questionable. This place hires the bare minimum effort and are literally kids working here.

As far as entertainment and fun it's a great place, my kid loved it. But in order to compete with el Marco, you should put more effort to the bowling experience. The lanes are terrible. Not a drop of oil in our lane, made the bowling awful. Everything else is awesome even the scoring system!

I wanted to get my 4 young kids out of the house and promised them a night out to dinner and some arcade games. When we arrived no one was sitting at the dining tables however every table was dirty and dishes were left on the table from previous guests. After waiting for about 15 minutes with 4 kids I asked if we could sit at a table to which 10 minutes later they began cleaning some tables. We did a 6 year olds birthday party here, I just wanted to shout out the amazing girl working that went above and beyond. This place has the potential to be really neat. They have a ton of unique arcade games, and I was really excited to come here. However, over 50% of their arcade games had error codes and wouldn't work. I figured they'd fix them overnight possibly, so I came back the next day. Nope. If I could give negative stars I would. Had a 2 hour party there and was quoted a price. Go to pay and was told I had to do a 18% tip. So the tip was $81 and they did not do a thing to earn it. In fact we had to go find them anytime we needed anything so what the hell did I have to tip for. I will never recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever step foot in there again. They are very greedy owners.

Fun place plenty of games for kids and adults

Stopped to see the remodel ... it looks amazing!! Wanted a beer so I sat at the bar. There were 2 other patrons having drinks in the entire bar area. I sat for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged by the patrons at the bar that said the bartender was in the back. It was another 3 minutes until the bartender walked out from the back and asked what I wanted. Would not recommend if you want to stop for a quick drink and expect service.

They deleted my last review, but this company is a joke, for multiple reasons. Over working minors, stealing tips from the employees, refused refunds on unplayed games, we ordered a pitcher of soda and they stopped refilling it after 2 refills even tho it says on all the menus it's unlimited, they're money hungry and a joke. My friends and I visit here frequently and have always had a blast but we've never had an experience like we did last night. We arrived and our server hadn't asked if we wanted to place our order so we went to the window and ordered nachos, chili fries, and a pizza. my husband and I have gone to dinner and have a good time, we lasted 30 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. We asked about the service and he was never there to take our order, the service and attention of the waiters is very poor and inattentive. The place is incredible and the food is excellent....it is disappointing that the staff is not trained to provide quality service.

Had our sons birthday party there today . Kids loved every minute of it ! Between bowling and the arcade the kids filled the 2 hours . Food was awesome . Service was amazing ! Everyone that worked today did an awesome job. Will definitely be back.

Had my son's birthday party here. Once we got going all was fine, it was getting going that was the problem. I had the room booked from 1230 to 230, I was told I could arrive around 1215 to set up as the room was booked for a party before that. I get there but the room is still occupied, I ask when can I get in to set up and am told it'll be a bit, the other party is still using it. I wait a bit longer and it's still in use, at this point guests are starting to show up, finally the employees clear the room

After waiting almost an hour just for soda I had to get our own refills several times and our own additional plates, and condiments. Our waitress, shout out to Bridgette, threated to call call the cops on me when I was walking a minor out to their parents at the front door. Went here for my birthday; the font desk person was also the kitchen person, so we waited for like 10 minutes to get in. This establishment is very affordable, compared to el Marco, and the staff are much more friendly and make your visit as fun as possible. If something had gone wrong they worked fast to fix it and apologized profusely. We had my son's birthday party there this last weekend. It was absolutely AMAZING!! Everyone was extremely helpful and very polite. It made a very crazy event fun. I highly recommend this place!! Thank you again to everyone that helped out.

There was nowhere to sit and wait, except a dark excuse for a restaurant with no working lights and an upside down table. then, we got there and they told us a 40 minute wait, which was fine, but 30 minutes later they told us 45 minutes later, so that's fun. they have seven lanes closed down, no tvs on the wall, and all of the employees were openly vaping in the kitchen around the food.

We had a work party here last week. Rented lanes and arcade for 2 hours. Super fun, new place is looking good. Staff was very helpful. We had a great time and will definitely be back again.

It's a nice upgraded bowling alley. My downfall was HOW LOUD the music is. If the music wasn't that loud I'd love to take my family back. Otherwise, even being just 30 years old, the music was so unbearably loud I left with a terrible headache.

Great environment with excellent and attentive staff, my 12 year old daughter and I had a super fun time bowling and in the arcade. Only thing is that it is VERY expensive, 39$ for her and I to bowl for an hour and every game in the arcade cost around $2 to play.

It was a poor experience. Lied about the wait time, didn't let us reserve a lane when I called. They let others go infront of us. Most of the lanes are down. Had lunch in the restaurant last Friday with girlfriends. Service was great! Food was good and reasonably priced. They have a daily special. Check them out, we were all pleased!

The chicken nachos definitely have a kick! If you have a hankerin' for some spicy nachos, they will hit the spot. The burgers are also pretty darn good. Drink prices are reasonable as well.

I love going here with my friends, but Every time I get the the pitcher of any fountain drink i always get a sore throat, Idk if it's the soda machines that need cleaning or the ice machine, or if they don't clean the cups or pitchers good enough

The lanes had the absolute worst oil job I've ever seen. The employees are rude. And the lanes all in all are ghetto. No oil on most of the lane, and the only parts that had oil are typically the least oiled areas. Overpriced and not at all worth a quarter of what I paid. Maybe a halfway decent place if you don't know anything about bowling. But if your used to using a real lane at a real bowling alley, do not even bother.

Went with the family for their Lazer bowl. The staff is very lazy but that is what you get when you hire kids to work I guess. Loved the fact that the bumpers for my kids were busted up and only partially stopped the ball. Half the bumpers on the left side of the lane were missing and had a space between a 2 foot section and then another section that was roughly 8 feet long. The pins wouldn't reset multiple times because the sensor wouldnt activate and according to the staff we had to push a button to reset

While I'm still a little skeptical about the magic wires that control the pins this place is still amazingly fun and awesome to be in. They also have such good food making it the perfect one stop place for a great time out with friends or family!

When we arrived, there was one person working the lanes, front desk, AND concessions. Worker was helpful and worked as quickly as possible to help everyone but 3 hats is a lot to demand of 1 worker. If going just to have fun with friends it is a great time. BUT if you want good bowling, the balls are very worn and several we grabbed had cracks in them. Shoes are there worn and most are torn.

The bowling lane we had was awful and charging per hour is DUMB! Go back to charging per line of bowling and you might get more business.

Sunrise used to be decent. The lanes are very poorly maintained and break frequently. If you have kids don't even bother using bumpers because they're broken in sections and barely work. For the price they charge the service is terrible.

Used to work in the kitchen- no training what-so-ever. Luckily, I knew my way around. Only reviewing because my little sis got food poisoning last week from undercooked chicken wings :( Don't order food unless it's pizza. Seems like that's the only thing people are trained on.

No music which sucks. Incompetent and slow employees. Waitresses had no idea who's lane was who's and didn't care at all about good service. If you just wanna toss some headphones in and bowl alone this is a chill spot, as long as you don't order anything.

It's not dislike they bring you food to table on the lane side and asked if you need sauces then proceed to charge you for them also fill only a quarter way so lesson learned bring Sauce packets

I love this place ! The only downside is you buy bowling lane per hour ,not per game ...and it stops when time is out , regardless if you are in the middle of the game . Shoes are not included in the game price .

I took my family to bowl last week, I found this bowling alley to be filthy, and the staff to be incredibly lazy and rude. One of the tables was covered in plates of crusty old food, and when I asked the girl at the counter to please have the table cleaned off so we could use it, she sighed, then rolled her eyes at me and moved the plates from one table to another instead of cleaning the table! I just want to say, these guys handled a party of 15 really quickly. The service was great and friendly. The lanes are a little busted up, but it's still a wonderful place to go cosmic bowling on a friday night.

Me and my mother had come here Sunday, November 7. We come to have fun but yet turned down in a harsh way. I honestly don't think these people should run this place like they should. I don't recommend coming here at all no matter the circumstances.

I went there with my son and his friends. He ordered some cheese sticks to snack on while bowling. It took them 2 hours to bring them and that was after giving the first ones to someone else and instead of refunding the money he was still charged for them and told he couldn't send them back..

There really should be two people running the arcade counter/bowling checkin.. it's a nice place but not enough workers, there was a lot of waiting??for a bunch of people!
