I used to enjoy going to Bonaventure when I was a teen. Now it is over priced, the staff is slow with helping customers and when I took my children yesterday, the music they played was wildly inappropriate. Cursing, nothing was censored. No one was regulating the play area, and just kept it unlocked so older kids were trampling over my 5 year old. It was a terrible experience and I hope they do better in the future.

I brought my kids just for some fun on a rainy day and the service was just horrible. I was given used game cards and when my kids tried to use them I was told it was nothing they could do about it. Visited this rink during mid-winter break to kid so the little guy could have some fun. The school district sent emails which included information about the fundraising opportunity as well as a card to present to Bonaventure. I did not receive cards from the school only the email sent to me which I also presented. The voucher I presented as explained to me by Donald Peters, the manager on duty was invalid. It is a great place for you and your family to enjoy a weekend day. prices are acceptable & the area is clean and there is space for everything, you can have lunch and skate and play with other games. i highly recommend it and totally will visit again.

I gave the guys my shoe and they gave me my skates. I went out onto the rank and had a great time until I went back to get my shoe and it wasn't there. Turns out they left it out on the counter and someone took it thinking it was their own. I had a really good time here. People somewhat tried to social distance while standing in line to get their tickets. It was about $16 total for entrance and skate rental. You had more social distancing on the rink than anywhere else. The place did become packed on the sitting side. Most people wore a mask today. Dj was really good and kept the skate momentum up. Went here for the ball drop earlier and all adults 30 and over were plowing over kids to get balloons when the ball drop is supposed to be for younger people. Me 17 years old was being pushed by a GROWN 6 foot adult trying to get a balloons. Non of the balloons had little papers in it to get anything. I have been coming here for years and it has never been this bad. The music was also horrible it was mostly music from 70?s.

Who actually likes that painted surface? It's garbage, no longer a roller rink floor. If ownership did not want to spend the money re-doing it the right way, they should not have purchased the business, let alone two. I had my son's birthday party here and I wasn't disappointed. This is a great facility and we will be spending some cold winter Sundays here, rolling. Update: This has become our second home. Saturdays are such a fun time. Great staff, decent food and they take music requests. We've made some great friends here and hope we have many years of enjoyment ahead!

Where do I begin?!?!? I was here for my niece's birthday party, and it was a blast!! We rented out the building and originally only planned to have 50 guests, but we had well over 80 show up and they still accommodated us!! The mere fact that they have the audacity to charge a $6 non skating fee for a parent to just sit there and wait for his kid is absolutely petty and ridiculous to say the least. Bonaventure was lots of fun! We were invited for a birthday party and we had a ball. The skating rink was pretty large. They have lots of arcade games and a nice size play and climb area for kids. Went to this place for my friend?s birthday last night & the service was abysmal. We had the rink reserved from 10-12 & management allowed people who were not in our party to be there until 11:00 (?) Then they tried to offset the inconvenience by first offering 15 extra minutes of skating time (?) and then ultimately decided on giving 2 free skate passes. Not ran like a proper rollerskating center. No floor guards or staff supervising the floor. Parents with muddy shoes walking on the floor with drinks in their hands. The new owners should stick to laser tag places. Rinks should not be dead on a winter Friday night. Riverside Arena and Skate World should be visited and notes taken.

Wow...I was very impressed with this skate arena. Roomy enough for a good number of people and still not feel crowded in. Tons of seating. A separate area for birthdays. Good amount of arcade games that use the card/ticket prize system. Most things can be ordered by kiosk..entry tickets, food, etc. They will send you a text when food is ready. One of the stafff member was rude today. The kids earned 72 points in Arcade and although there is nothing available for 70points she did not let them choose for 75 points. The manager Andrew was extremely rude and disrespectful. I handed my money to them in their hands, and Andrew threw it on the counter and when I asked him why wasn't he giving it back to me in my hand, he rolled his eyes and said to pick it up . Update: we just returned this past Saturday and music was nice and loud. And no repeats. Food is expensive for the quantity. However, they allowed us non skaters to walk around in the rink to help our kids and they keep you coming back. They gave us a gift card for the arcade games that we'll have to use another time.

Roller skate and blade both are available and change each other. You can forget about your age and enjoy like teenagers :)

Had my daughter's birthday party here and we had a ball! It's so clean and the party area is much more spacious than another popular roller rink I went to recently. Go here if you want a headache. Everything is about 50% too loud. It's overcrowded and overpriced. I left the place a few hours ago and my ears are still ringing. Expect to wait up to 30 minutes to get your skate rental. Someone needs to tell the people who come on the mic they don't need to yell in to the thing. Also, just turn the volume down.

I came here as a teenager from 12 until 17 years old (16-21 yrs ago). We went almost EVERY WEEKEND! Now my daughter does the same with her friends. I Love it. This place has improved a lot since back then. Many more things to entertain yourself besides just skating. Back then there were 3-4 games and a Dance Dance Revolution game then the cafeteria area. So much more to do now and hear for ALL AGES. THANK YOU for providing a clean, safe, and fun environment for families/People of all ages.

It was clean and kid friendly the music was ok it could have been a mix of pop music not so much rap food prices are a little high not really worth buying but to each its own they also had a playscape that was there but of course u had to pay extra for that I thought that was ridiculous!! Unfortunately sometime during COVID a lot of the employees left and the place has sadly been on a decline ever since. Nice last minute party for my daughter skating party. Keep in mind that you will be charge at the end of the party so be prepare for additional fees if you have additional children joining. Keep track of the wristbands that they give out. Beside running out of pizza and the floor was stickey in the party area me and my family love it. The play scape + arcade not included.

My daughter?s school held an event here, which was our first time checking out this place, liked it. So the following Saturday, we went again, very disappointed: too many people waiting in line to get tickets, very slow, and many people cut the line, so messed up. Good people were waiting in line for 30 mins, but who cut the line can get tickets in 5 mins.

It was my first time and the lack of organization is incredible. First of all, it was packed.. dirty tables everywhere and I get it's short staffed but it does not justify the craziness of the place. My autistic partially verbal son who was playing at the kids structure (I was watching him all the time) was pushed by a kid and hurt his hand. Did someone knew or asked if he needed anything? NO! I'd rather pay double of what I paid (which it was expensive, around $100) to never go there again.
