Great customer service. The girl who helped us was super friendly, she answered all of our questions and even gave us a small sample to taste. They have a huge variety of selections to choose from. The bite size food were perfect snacks for on the go.

Went here for our first time we all loved it very delicious ?? 5 stars!!?? This is definitely our go to spot for boba! And their macrons were amazing!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm fairly new to boba and a friend wanted to try this place out. I asked for the drink that was on the wooden board outside and the cashier completely ignored me and just kept asking ?what can I get you? I was like the drink that's outside on the board I'm not sure what it's called. Again she ignored me and just was like ?what can I get you?? In a monotone rude voice. I decided just to randomly pick something from the menu that looked good. Definitely won't be coming back here again.

Amazing customer service!! The cashier had recommended several great drinks to try since it was my first time. The other worker had made me a big sample to take home. Both workers had given multiple recommendations for the Nintendo switch to play too. The drinks were great and the cashier said if we didn't like anything that they could fix it.

Always great customer service! However the location is a bit hidden and gets sketchy at night. So i usually go to the one across Fresno State if it's later in the evening. But definitely like the drinks from here.

No restroom at all (you have to go to Taco Bell), unfriendly staff, kind of dirty(tables, chairs, food counters), empty location (no customers except me), and the drink was not good (mainly ice and way too sweeeet). Please go to the one by the Fresno State stadium. That one has a restroom, the staff is friendly, it is clean, they have some games & music, the drinks are good, and there's always students/people? a better vibe overall :)

Things to note: Great service, Warm welcoming, and AMAZING drinks. They gave some free samples of drinks they made of their own and it was something that wasn't like other areas! 2 months ago I had taro in this place, but when I got it again it was better than before! I don't know what happened but they done an upgrade~ Well that's all and I wanna say thanks Boba Pub 2.0!

My cheese dog sucked. It was hard like a brick. I tried ripping it off with finger but could not chew. Waste of money!. I didnt know until I have left the facility and went down a block to starbucks to eat. My garlic fries is super salty, I had a headache from eating a few. Owner went above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction. Delicious drinks, but took a while to dial in the sweetness to a drinkable level, tbh. Be aware that the sparkling soda explodes when you pierce it with the straw. Open late, which is great for night owls like us.

The thai tea was good, a little on the tangy side. The churros however were very hard, I couldnt bite It and hurt my tooth trying to bite a piece off.

Honestly great place, good people and the person who made my drink was very nice. they offered games while waiting for drinks. The only issue i could see is just their electric butterfly is a bit too sweet.

Ordered a matcha latte at 25% sweetness but was too sweet to even drink. Not sure if it was a mistake or if they just make the drinks super sweet here. Nice atmosphere, games out to play etc though.

Angie and Nellie were very helpful in assisting me with finding the best option for me. The MANGO-RITA is absolutely fantastic. I totally recommend this place. Make sure and ask for Angie or Nellie!!

I've been to at least a dozen Boba places around Fresno and Clovis, but this place is hands down the best when it comes to Boba drinks. They also have a huge variety of options and it's highly customizable. You can basically do whatever you want with you drinks. They're prices are really reasonable compared to all other Boba places. They staff is always very friendly (unlike some other places) but the shopping center is quiet often filled with shady characters.

1st time I went cause it was close to my house. And i order the hot fries cheese. For the 1st time there. My fries wasn't even cook. N yesterday I went there again. Asking for the hot fries again but this time asking for well done. It was well done on top, but once u get to the middle and the bottom the fires was COLD and RAW. I will never go there anymore. My family and I came to this spot to get a boba however they didn't have the flavor we were looking for so we decided to get their rolled ice cream. Best Boba place in town! Their other location is the only place that can compare!! The staff is awesome and the prices let my son go daily to get his favorite drink. Even when we went in 10 minutes till closing on a Saturday night and not only were they super nice and not irritated at all they gave us extra cookies!!! The only thing I wish they maybe had was a monthly one drink a day membership type of thing I could get for my son but I'm very grateful for their reasonable prices regardless!! ????

Went to Cali for just the weekend to see my friends from college. We were sort of in the area, which was why my friend suggested coming here. The drinks came out super cute, not to mention that they were tasty too! Would definitely recommend! I hope they open more locations from where I am from.

I go here almost every day for my favorite drinks, ive been to quite a few boba spots but this one is always going to be my first choice for sure. Shout out to Angie, my cashier this time, she was really nice during my visit and even hooked me up with a few extra macaroons ?? (which are delicious)

Bob pub is a great place to get a refreshing drink after you get off from work or school. They have different flavors to choose from. The employees make sure you are well taking care of. I will definitely go back again!!

Service was subpar. Ordered a Taro milk tea without boba as I don't like it and my drink still had boba in it. Unfortunately, sweetness level cannot really be adjusted to your liking on most of their drinks. Their in store QR code you can scan to see their menu has a link to order online which takes you to a questionable and inappropriate site.

Incompetent workers. I ordered two simple boba drinks and then several people who came in after me had received their orders before mine. I then grew impatient and asked the status on my order and the woman said "oh I gave your order to someone else." Like really how does that even happen? I just asked for a refund and they insisted that they would refund me as well as making my order again but I had wasted enough to time so I just got my refund and left. Never returning. Dumb workers all due respect.

Great customer service, but the place was dirty and the floor was so sticky my shoes kept sticking when we walked in. I figured that someone dropped a drink and it wasn't cleaned up properly. The drinks and food were really tasty (we ate in my truck ??).

Ordered Boba drinks for the office, when drinks were delivered none of the drinks had Boba. Our door dash receipt had a note that stated "we are currently making our first batch of boba. I'm sorry about that, we threw in macarons". We ordered 8 drinks and none of them came with boba and they sent us 3 macarons to make up that none of the drinks were made correctly. Came here last Thursday late at night because my friends were craving boba and our usual regular boba shops were already closed. Despite arriving near their closing hours, all the staff were still very polite, helpful, and patient. I've never had boba before. This place is so good! Boba Pub is my all-time favorite boba shop because it is consistent with drinks and has a team that operates efficiently. They have freshly brewed tea and non caffeinated options at all times. Their doordash delivery is very fast too! There is a wide variety of options to choose from at Boba Pub as well as different levels of sweetness. My favorite thing about Boba Pub is that they are generous and their non caffeinated options are also really yummy. The quality of drinks is top tier.

So rude! Their sign outside clearly says they close at midnight and we came right at 11 pm! They seem offended that we even walked into the store when it was open and unlocked! They told us it was close and we have to leave. Horrible staff never going here again.

This is one of my favorite boba places! There are so many creative flavor options and the prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommend the jasmine milk tea or the blueberry ice milk.

Came in to pick up an order. Was told 5 minutes. Other people order, get their drinks, I'm told another 5 minutes after it's been 15 minutes. Over 30 minutes waiting, I finally got the mobile order. Poor service
