Bob-O's Family Fun Center

We always have fun when we come here. They have a wide variety of activities to choose from and different packages you can purchase. We like to get the 3 hour wristbands for the kids. The pizza is pretty good. It was hot and fresh. They have stuff for everyone to do. Bob-Os did not disappoint for my son's birthday.

I went on a field trip with my son's school and I thought it was great. Definitely recommend!

What a fun place! There is a arcade, dining room area where you can get pizza and other snacks, laser tag, outdoor go-karts for adults and kids, mini golf, bumper boats, and other attractions! My opinion of this place, and the reason I'm giving it 4 stars, is because we celebrated my daughter?s 11th birthday here and the facilities are very good. Went on my daughter?s field trip here and the lady who claimed to be the General Manager so EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Not having certain tables/sections per school is not right!! We had 4 schools there at 1 time so was kind of like good luck having all your school sit in the same area when eating to watch them! I will NEVER spend another penny here again!! I can't get over how rude, disorganized and unprofessional the GM was!!

Many outdoor events and indoor arcades which are very cheap and fun. The food court, on the other hand l, needs help. Lack of food selection and staff looks not as excited as the theme. Bathrooms ok. Men's stall has a broken lock so make sure to stick that small finger in the hole to move the latch. Not a bad place for a budget fun day out. Plenty of parking.

Second time visiting this place. We have enjoyed both times. Place is always well staffed. Clean. Great for any type of event. We had a small birthday party the first time and a small celebration the second time.

O my goodness, this place brings back a piece of the good old times. The only things missing is the malt shakes, old fashion burgers with fries and someone to greet you at the door. Had not been here in years, but now that I have children of my own who are old enough I decided to stop by. Staff was great and they had a good selection of arcade games. But what really made this place stand out was it's outdoor selection of amusement rides, enough for all ages. We came on a Wednesday and turned out they had a 1/2 off special on all the games and rides. They're family special for $50 was great. Fun day here. The packages are pricey and depending upon the one you buy, not as many games available for your money. The place is clean and the staff friendly. The go-carts are slow, not worth the price.

I am a personal caregiver for a young man that has impairments. The staff was patient, well mannered, and made him feel special. The go cart and golf attendants were exceptional. We will definetley be back!

Was there for a birthday party. Hostess Alyssa was awesome and took care of everything. Kids had a ton of fun. Only minor issue is that sometimes there's no one to give out golf clubs for the mini golf, you have to go back inside and get an employee to come to the counter.

We recently moved to the area and attended a kids birthday party here - we were pleasantly surprised! The facility was great with lots of play options, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The arcade games were fun, with a lot of games that we've seen at bigger chain places like Lucky Strike. This is the worse place for entertainment! Management sucks, lines are long and it's a waist of time. We waited 20 minutes for drink refills because the manager is more interested in socializing then helping his staff. I understand that during COVID a lot of business are understaffed however if management is great it would not show!!!

I like that they are open early even on weekdays. Slow days make for a good time to just get away with kids. They do have a variety of activities. Laser tag is is always fun and indoor arcade area seems to be updated somewhat. Mini golf , batting and outdoor area are also well kept and fun but I wish they had better packages or at least a frequent customer reward system for at least the first half of the day for us ballers on a budget. The food is not the best so we usually eat elsewhere before or after.

I had so much fun with my wife and kids. I had been here before on weekends and it was pretty packed. But today (Wednesday) there was just a few other people there, so it there was no wait times for all the fun activities!

This place is a lot of fun for the kids! My only issue was the laser tag, the instructional video wasn't working and the worker just talked briefly without explaining or giving examples. Once the match started I couldn't figure out why the laser gun wasn't working and wasted half the time trying to get the referee to help me fix it.

Used to love coming to bob-os. They were affordable and fun. Unlimited lazertag was the best thing. Went in today for some fun and left immediately because they no longer do the unlimited lazertag. Instead you now pay for four hours which costs 40 dollars a person and the laser tag is not included. Instead it now takes 40 credits to play a game of lasertag and the credit cost is high. It's a shame that it was done away with. Hopefully they see their mistake.

Booked my Son's birthday party here on a Sunday early afternoon and it was an overall great experience, the party host was on top of everything and made sure everything was on schedule ( her name was Alyssa). The pizza and wings were delicious and the food came out right on time, once the party is over (2hrs reserved time) you get moved to another seating area so that your guests may finish playing games, eating, opening gifts, etc. Everyone got 2 hrs of outside amenities and 150 credits for arcade games. Don't waste your time. This place is not worth the credit prices. They have so few arcade games, most of them looked like they didn't even work. The place smelled awful, the kitchen looked absolutely disgusting for having no customers. They have a candy claw machine with what looks like possibly really old candy. Nothing fun or interesting. It was like walking into a CiCi's Pizza but with a very small arcade. Very disappointing. Really glad I decided to walk out and go somewhere else before I paid for a car

Workers are very rude and judgemental don't be afraid to hold back on them they should be able to handle it if they're gonna do it

Indoor dining and kitchen is nasty! The workers leave the tables dirty so there are flies everywhere. Kitchen staff is not sanitary at all. A bunch of employees just standing around in the back talking and not working when there is clearly tables to be cleaned. 1 employee had the worst attitude because he was asked to fill the ice machine that was completely empty. Definitely never going back and never recommending this to anyone.

Nice place wish they had more food varieties

We are regulars at Bobos and I'm extremely disappointed in our last experience. We had over 3k in tickets. We turned them into the desk and my daughter decided she didn't want to use all them so we said we would save them. The lady claimed she gave us our bobos cards back. But I looked in my purse and they were nowhere to be found. No big deal we will go ahead and spend them. The lady at the desk told us she had already closed it out and that our 700+ tickets could not be used. I think we all know how much

For the price you pay you would expect all games to be working. We wasted a lot of tokens on games that were not working correctly. Air hockey and basketball are super outdated and not even counting the points. Only 2 batting cages were working. Workers asking for receipts for everything as if we kept lying. The food was good. Rides were good too.

Laser tag and arcade is awesome. We really didn't do much else but everything looked fun.

My family and I recently moved to El Paso due to my husband being stationed at Fort Bliss , we had been looking for fun things to do over the weekends for our kids and this place is by far the nicest and the most fun our kids have had since we've been here. Family fun decent price lots to do eats n drinks

i do NOT recommend eating the hot dogs from here. we just went yesterday & my girlfriend got food poisoning. i?m not sure if it wasn't cooked right or it had parasites or bacteria & she was the only one that ate that hot dog. the hot dog was weird looking as well. will not eat their food ever again.

Great way to entertain the family for a few hours. Prices aren't outrageous for the 3hrs unlimited i definitely feel you get more than your money's worth

I bought 3 unlimited for 3 hour cards. There were only 3 staff working outside and 2 were manning the go- carts. There was rarely anyone covering any of the activities for kids 40inches and below. It was a complete waste of money. It's better suited for older kids. My 9 year old had a good time, but my 3 year old was pretty miserable. If I ever returned with my little one (doubt it) I'll just purchase the credits.

Very impressed. Staff were incredibly friendly and very happy to help. I even had a young gentleman say "I hope you have fun." The overall vibe of was truly remarkable. We celebrated my nieces birthday and she had an amazing time. We all had loads of fun and I was very surprised by how fair the prices were. I highly recommend Bobo's thank you for a great night.

Went here for a mini-golf date, it was fun! Bit crowded at the time we went (~7pm on a Friday) so a bit of holdup moving throughout the course, but not bad. Was nice to chill between holes and talk. The course was enjoyable, in decent shape (quite a bit of mesquite beans on the green, the water was a bit gross), but a little basic - some boulders and hills, and it stayed at a pretty consistent difficulty level. Amazing fun place for the whole family. Just be very careful with your belongings. A family member got their car broken into. So do not leave purses, wallets or anything of value in your vehicle and LOCK IT.

Oh the world of adventures!!! We've enjoyed Bob O?s each time we visited. From the out door options to the indoor arcade games, my kids have never complained, except once they ran out of credits ??. The pricing isn't too bad either and you do get a decent option in games. The kiddos love the putt putt and go carts, and glad they were all tall enough to drive and experience them for themselves! Fun adventure zone with arcade, mini golf, Lazer tag, bumper boats, and a ride on toddler train. Decent price with options on packages. Pizza was really good, and we received free fountain drink refills.

We had a great time there with the family. The lines for the rides went fast. We never had to really wait in line. We got enough tickets to get our son something really cool. The food area was dirty, they didn't have enough people to clean up and wipe tables down, when people left. They also weren't wiping anything else down between uses. Other then that it was fun.

Online reservation system was great and easy to use. Setup my kid's birthday party with ease. It explained pricing and easily allowed me to preorder food, play cards, and laser tag...but when we got there, there was no signage to indicate where we were supposed to go or check in. So we asked a random person at the birthday sign up counter who just pointed to two open doors and said "the door is open". Figured out which room was ours because it had two murals instead of one, like the pictures showed... Then

Terrible experience! Had our end of year field trip on Friday. There were six other schools there. It was overcrowded inside and outside. Our students had to wait in line at least 30 minutes to get on any of the rides, get into the laser tag, and get their food. It was very inconsiderate of whoever manages that place to book elementary schools with a middle school on the same day. My kids enjoyed going here. The outdoor activities were the best and funnest to go and have fun. Some of the arcade machines were out of order when we went. The go kart course is really fun. The water boats were great too. We did some hitting in the batters box. We ordered pizza and wings and the food was decent. Overall great for kids and great for parties as well

Everytime you go to Bob o's, you know you're going to have a fun time. The food is great tasting and have a lot of cool prices for the kids to win. All of my kids have a blast each time we go and its great they have indoor and outdoor activities they can enjoy. We went on a cloudy rainy day and while they did get to enjoy the outdoor activities once it began raining they went inside and continued having fun! I would definitely recommend!

Excellent property. The staff is amazing, my family and I had a very fun and memorable experience. Laser tag was fun, the go carts were cool, lots of arcade games to play. The putt putt was lovely. Angelica is an awesome manager with the patience of a Saint. She is on top of how her staff performs and works hard to ensure that all the guest have a fun wholesome time. The staff was awesome! The whole place was clean and they gave us pizza and some drinks and we got to enjoy the rides so much.

We love coming to Bob-O's. There is plenty of fun things for my kids. We have 4 kids ranging from 3 to 12 and this place is one of the few places that offers something for all of them. Jumping places get boring for the kids after about an hour max. We've stayed here almost all day and the kids still didn't want to leave. The staff is awesome and kind to the kids every time we've been. It's clean and comfortable. The food is pretty good, too! I highly recommend this place!

Awesome little spot to take the kids. Great environment, friendly staff but they definitely need to hire a bit more to attend all the outdoor rides. They are very short staffed you got them running back and fourth trying to accommodate everyone so there is a wait time but other then that it's a very great place for the kids and will definitely be back again.

Got soaked on the bumper boats - but the good thing in El Paso is you dry fast! My daughter always wants to do the go carts and this year she's big enough to drive herself. The carts are easy enough for her to drive and the staff are helpful and kind.

Bob-O's was a fun venue for a 7 year oldest birthday party. Their pretty unique go carts for smaller kids and the bigger ones are great. Noisy and smelly, the kids do drive them themselves and love it. The powered squirt guns in the boats are another favorite, as is the Laser tag. Good food and excellent attendants and staff. This is not exactly an " amusement park", it is Bob-O's.
