I CANNOT say enough good things about this venue!! Allison, Dianna and Alex were AMAZING!! I booked the Brooklyn South room to host my daughter's Baby Shower and everything was perfect! Reasonably priced, excellent food (everything made from scratch), FABULOUS SERVICE, attention to detail, the staff was SUPER helpful and the guests had a great time! I will definitely book here again for another event. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR MAKING THIS A SPECTACULAR EVENT!

Boardwalk Bowling was an excellent spot for my son?s 21st birthday! The coordinator (Mimi) helped me through the party package selection process and made it easy for me. When we got to the bowling alley, the set-up was ready to go, including a ?Happy Birthday? message on the TV screens. The food was excellent, and everyone had a fantastic time.

We had a work event at Boardwalk Bowl last night with 50 people, 10 lanes, catered apps and drinks. We were assigned a server for the night, Haley, she was an absolute GEM! She was attentive, caring, our photographer when needed, and was always around if I needed to ask her a quick question. She would check on the guest we had throughout the night, clear plates out of the way, and continually just be there. She never missed a beat the whole night and truly made the experience and the event a huge success!

A great place for family fun! The family has a great time bowling and the servers take your orders and bring food to you. The menu had a lot of choices. Monday evenings there is half price bowling and shoes and it was very affordable.

If I didn't have to give this alley any stars, I wouldn't. The food menu is extremely expensive and niche. For example, the hamburgers are a beef/pork mixture as of recently, which excludes anyone with pork dietary concerns. Creamed corn is now a side (?) but the shredded cheese the menu lists as optional is no longer available because "people prefer nacho cheese". As for bowling, these lanes are in poor shape. I hosted my sons birthday party here and it was a great experience. Our hostess Ucerna was excellent. I wish the play cards had a little more play time on them. The kids could play roughly 2 games and that was it. However, it was still a good time.

The front desk does not answer their phone. I called three times and the person who answered said they would connect me to the front desk. I spent a combined 25 minutes on hold across the three calls. I still don't know their smallest shoe size or what they have available for kids. We were hoping to go for Father?s Day, but we will have to find a different way to spend it.

I held my wife's retirement get together here. Family and friends who attended really enjoyed themselves. I really liked that you put her name on the screens over the lanes reserved for us. We had a middle and high school event at this location. It was fantastic from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly from the planning to the day of. We had pizza with sides and added wings and drinks along with bowling. They worked to keep the price reasonable for our students. Everyone had a great time!

On 8/4 my family and myself came to the bowling alley to celebrate my nephews birthday. We paid for 2 lanes. Lanes 63/64. From the moment we started setting the lanes up we noticed a problems with lane 64 when the cage that reset the pins would not actually reset. It showed that the games was ongoing but the cage never lifted from the pins. I had to go reported twice and it took over 20 mins for someone to come to fix it while the time we paid for was running. Really nice play for a night out with your significant other or even a Christmas party like what we had. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Place was well kept up and for us the Christmas party food and drinks was plentiful and replaced when empty.

We had our wedding reception here a little over a month ago and truly have no words. The crew lead by Alli were out of this world! We were given so many options for dinner selections, 2 hours of free bowling, an easy line of communication with the staff and bartenders and an all around perfect night. Alli was SO HELPFUL setting up the occasion and making sure the whole night went off without a hitch! 1000/10 would have an event there again!

We have had our employee holiday party at this location on more than one occasion. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. They are very accommodating and attentive. This location has had some updates recently and it looks great. Thanks again for another successful employee event.

Even though a miscommunication happened between our league and the centre for a pre-bowl set up happened, the Boardwalk team was awesome and still freshly oiled lanes for us on a busy night. Top tier team at boardwalk!

Wanted to try another bowling place and this location didn't disappoint. This bowling alley is huge! So many lanes so many tables and arcade games. Price is great we spent $33 for 1 game. Definitely will return and try the food they serve in this place.

We recently went for the FleetDJs Music Conference Duke's & Boots Southern Soul Bowling Tournament Great place nice and clean alot of space and plenty of things to do if you don't bowl.

Great place and awesome coaches. They really care about the kids that go there. Oh oh and don't get me started on the food. Fast and delicious chicken strips with tater tots was perfect compliment to a great day of bowling.

Fun with the family, Bowling. Sunday afternoons after 6 are ideal, crowd is light. They start the glow in the dark pins from about twilight until. Music volume is a little above average but family friendly. Always have fun here with no worries.

One of the best bowling alleys I've ever been to! 80 lanes! No strings attached! (All lanes use Brunswick GSX freefall pinsetters). Nice food! Great for people who are afraid of t-storms! Lots of different games available besides bowling! There was one day that I enjoyed this bowling alley so much that I got four strikes in a row!

The space was good! Is big! But the food area I was a mess, my order was wrongly taken, they give me one first plate and after 25 minutos the other. Then I was playing with my family and when I went to the table again they took all my food and I was almost complete! The food services was terrible, and the manager (Thursday 11-Nov-21 PM) was so inconsiderate. They don't have any organization.

My dad and I have been coming here for months just to play billiards after work. We had a great time and conversation with Josh. We ordered food along with drinks and we have no complaints. Went to a Wedding at The Bridge event center at Boardwalk Bowl. What a fantastic event, staff did a fabulous job. Everything was so beautifully decorated to the couple theme. The food was unbelievable!! Never expected to get such a great experience at a Bowling center.

Poor & dishonest Service . We paid for 2 hrs and lost around 30 minutes waiting on stock balls and repairs in the lane and never received time compensation or even an apology. Overall this place is lacking of good management.

Every time I come here, i always have a good time. But every time I go, they give me shoes with holes in them or missing insoles. You're better off bringing your own shoes. It's probably one of my favorite bowling alleys as it has so many lanes to offer, so wait time isn't too long. They also have a pool hall attached, arcade, karaoke bar, and more within. The place is truly an entertainment center.

Large, clean facility that includes a lounge, bowling, pool tables, arcade, and food & drinks service counters. Nice staff. Our large family group had a blast! July 2022.

We went to the boardwalk to play some pool. The moment we got there, it was really packed. We spoke to Josh, who works in the Billard and he made the entire experience amazing. We had to wait one hour, and he kept on apologizing even though it wasn't his fault. Once it was our turn, he took care of us. We were very happy with everything. Thank you Josh!

Boardwalk has an amazing staff. The food court serves what you would except to find at sit a sit down restaurant. Their pizza is by far better than local pizza shops.

We attended the Latin Night on April 28th and had a BLAST! The band Orquesta Presencia's music was amazing! I do not say this loosely as I grew up in New York and Puerto Rico in the 70's & 80's plus DJed Latin Music 90's & 2000's in different parts of the country while in the Air Force . A mature crowd, great environment, ample parking, and admission was free!

I called this establishment on Tuesday, 10/15/2024 at about 5:30 PM. I called to ask about pricing and the time they closed. When I arrived to the bowling alley I was informed on Tuesday?s they have league who rents out the lane and no lanes are available until 10 PM. I expressed my frustration and confusion because I told the employee I spoke to someone on the phone and they mentioned nothing about this. Wonderful times with friends. Affordable, enough lanes to not feel squished, and friendly staff. Chase was very polite and helpful with setting my family up for the night. He even answered my questions about joining a league in the coming months.

Boardwalk is our go to place for bowling. They have great deals and a very relaxing atmosphere. There's always plenty of lanes available and it's so spacious that it never feels crowded. There's also a pro shop at the front that offers all sorts of products and services. We got our balls drilled there and they gave us free games!

We have had multiple corporate events there, the team headed up by Allison McMullan are amazing & customer focused!!! She and team do everything possible to accommodate, go above and beyond to please the customer! The food is so tasty don't skip the brussel sprouts!! They are life changing?? the wings, pizza all of is great! Not your typical "bowling alley" is bright, clean and tons of things to do and enjoy while there!
