We went for happy hour and were very pleasantly surprised. The lanes are far enough away from the open bar area that it was cool to hear in the background and they were glow bowling! Great nachos and drinks. Staff and patrons were so nice and very easy to have a fun night out.
Birthday party was good, although not alot of food for the price. A lot of games to play and bowling was fun ! People were really nice! Would recommend
My family and I went to Blue fusion to have a famiy outing. We paid for an hourly rate of bowling. We were assigned a lane and paid for shoes. During our first game the lane we were on started to not have all the pin set. Pins were missing. Then the lane would just shut down. We talked to the front desk they sent someone and ave us more time. This happen 3 more times then they moved our lane. The next lane was not any better. Same issues missing pins and the lane would shut down. More visits to the desk mor
We have been here a few times before and always have a great time. There are plenty of games and attractions to keep everyone entertained for a few hours. However, I would like to share our experience having a birthday party there. I am very disappointed in our experience, especially for what we paid for vs what we got. When I called to set up the birthday party I asked for the private room with the bowling alley. I made sure to verify that it was the private room with the bowling alley. When we arrived we
My family has bowled here dozens of times.. my wife bowled in one of their leagues. EVERY time we bowled here, our balls were gouged by their equipment. My wife had to complain several times in order to get her ball ?repaired? (yikes).. after my wife raised h3ll about it, they put up a sign, ?not responsible for damage to bowling balls.? Lol.. if you want your limited run $250 ball chewed like a $0.05 piece of gum, sure.. go right on and bowl here. Dreadful people, even more dreadful ball returns (don't get
My son goes to the arcade every year for his birthday. He loves it. Half the games are scams. Half steal your points. Very expensive for what you get.
Some of the best customer service we have experienced in a long time! The prices were extremely fair. The owner/manager in charge made sure our kids had the correct balls and set us up on our lane and made adjustments as needed. Our bartender showed us extra love! The kids had a blast at the arcade and the lady who redeemed their tickets was more than fair on their price limit. Thank you so much!
Great atmosphere but we had a lot of issues with our bowling lane and to our knowledge as well as the employees knowledge this is a bowling lane that has continued to have problems. Please fix this. Please also replace the neon lighting and exterior lighting that signifies what this place is so you can attract more people and just because it makes the place more appealing. Half of the lighting around the wording on the front doesn't work and the sign by Burger King doesn't even light up anymore which reduce
Great place to bring the kids the arcade area is so much fun. If you just want some drinks visit the bar and grill they have. If you just want to do some bowling then grab yourself a pizza and hit up there lanes. There is plenty to do for kids and adults of all ages. The food taste great. The prizes in the arcade do not take a crazy amount of tickets. There are prizes for kids of all ages. I really wanted the rick and Morty electric glow but I didnt have enough tickets:( so bring your kids out for a good ti
It was just horrible me and my family did not like it the manager I think was being vary rude to one of the workers and I did not appreciate my kids hearing that the food made my kids sick for a week I don't think we'll come back any time soon
The staff was never around as my sister had rented the room for a birthday party. The lanes kept breaking down so the time we got was cut short. The pizza was decent. This place is usually dirty and I hate coming because of that
Bowling lanes are awesome, people at front desk have no clue how to tell you price for family. When they say one hour that's what they mean,e were on the last frame with three people to bowl and it just cut us off. Close the lane down. Come on. My kids first time bowling oh, they were so upset...
Everyone gave me different prices for everything. We could not find a place to even eat in there, and the staff all seemed like they were on another planet..... UPDATE.... This place must be under nee management. We went for a birthday party. First they sent us to the wrong lane....but then everything else went great!
Long wait for bowling lanes on the weekend. Best advice to avoid the wait time call and reserve your lane ahead of time. ??
A very large space for family fun and events. Food, bowling, pool, arcade, plenty of seating.
We come here often, there is a kids bowling program they have which saves some money but also they have a fun arcade our son loves. We had a blast and did their arcade lanes which are about 1/2 the size but fun to play. We drive the 40min every couple months for this place. Food is good and lanes are well maintained for bowling.
Decent bowling alley. Staff seemed unorganized and unprepared to serve guests with constant ?system issues? occurring. Please keep your receipts also..I paid for my party upfront and was asked later on if I paid, as their system showed a balance was owed! I showed my receipt and resolved that issue. The guy who ran food from their kitchen was awesome and so was the young lady who checked me in. The man working the bar pretty much ignored you if you didn't look like him. I say this because he assisted a man
Went here for my son's 10th birthday party we had a great time, the kids loved it food was good a little pricey tho
This place is fabulous! I absolutely love it. From the staff, to the layout, the bowling, the atmosphere, the arcade. I didn't order food but it looked like typical American fare?such as a burgers and fries. You can reserve the two lanes on the far left or northern side of the alley for parties. We attended one last fall and it was fun. A fantastic place and think whoever owns it, has a real gem on their hands. What pride they must feel in operating this special place to make memories right in Marion
Cool place to hang out enjoyed our time here
Went to a birthday party my child was invited to=OMG!!! Front desk said it wasn't paid for and i needed to pay (150.00), repeatedly told them I was an invited guest, took them 15 minutes to understand that. Then they told me I was there at the wrong time (I showed them my invitation) , that took another 7 minutes, to show me to the room the party had already started in, ???????,, incompetent, very grimy, gross, and most games not in working order. If I was the paying parent, I would have demanded a refund
I'm going to give 5 stars basically cause it really met all my main points. the place was clean, looked great, staff was very friendly. Food was eh, potato wedges were amazingly good. Management was amazing. I had to learn quickly they don't have waitresses but all and all a great place to visit for out of town people. Thanks for having us and if were ever back in the area we're definitely coming back
Had a great time. Wish front desk staff took time from chatting with friends to see customers.
Staff was very helpful and friendly, place is clean, family friendly, and our grandson was thrilled with all the arcade games. The only down side was the food..it was horrible. My fish & chips were fine BUT my husband's chicken sandwich was terrible and our grandsons hot dog & fries were worse. The hot dog was old shriveled up and one end was hard the bun was even harder.. definitely not worth the $35 we paid. Will definitely go back but will eat somewhere else before we go.
Great place for the kids and awesome service
Always a blast! Kids love it! **UPDATE** Want to say that the staff is amazing. We had some drunk guys making comments at my barley teenage girls, and the staff lady sat with us for a few to make sure all was well, then said something to the guys. (This was about a year ago) **update 04/22** Still a family fun place! Definitely will be returning! ??
If your looking for some adult fun this isn't a bad place to check out . They had video games, pool tables, bowling and they have a bar . The Place had a good atmosphere the prices aren't bad Service was friendly places all right in my book
Love this alley. It has an arcade and lots of lanes. Great food and fun for all.
Won multiple jackpots in a row and after waiting for the tickets to count wondered why they didn't add to my card. Questioned the managers and they told me swiping a card after you won deletes your previous tickets and they couldn't do anything about it even after I had just spend $30 and lost everything I won with it. While it may not be the workers fault, I did not receive any compensation for an issue that I was not at fault for. Please post signs announcing this issue before you take the money of unknow
I had never been here before today as I am new to exploring Marion. I can tell you that this place stacks up better against places in much bigger cities than Columbus. There are a great variety of games and very cool prizes to redeem tickets for. Those are fairly priced as well. There is bowling, billiards, a full menu, a very nice bar and spaces for private events. The birthday party we attended was quite fun and the pizza was rather tasty. The staff is very friendly and the customer service is excep
The people working front desk were absolutely the rudest. Cussed our large group out for arriving early. They tried to tell us to go away till our time. Instead the bartender who was the greatest guy ever took us in the bar for pool and yummy Shirley Temples. He was the only good part of the night. The place smelled of raw sewage. Food was beyond terrible. Never ever again.
Had a great time on a rainy Thursday. It wasn't too busy, food service was fast, excellent french fries and affordable drinks. The staff were all very attentive.
We rented the private bowling room for a birthday party. The service was ok we had to wait a bit for the pizza but other than that we had a great time. The room was sanitized as we were coming in so very clean. It was a great way to get out and be social without being around to many people. Which can be appreciated during these times.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good and we had a lot of fun bowling and then playing games. The only complaints I have are that they didn't have shoes small enough for my 6 y.o. and that the computer kept messing up as to who's turn it was. However, none of the staff said anything if they noticed my son was wearing his regular shoes. Twice we got a staff member to "fix" the computer-who's-turn issue. It still continued to happen but we figured out that if we just took the turn it wron
Had a great time bowling and playing games!
Awesome bowling alley. Great atmosphere. Awesome Video arcade
It was my first time coming to Blue fusion and I must say it was very fun! We brought my boyfriend and his kids and nieces and we all went bowling and everybody was kind and friendly including the patrons, while it was mildly busy they shared their balls with the kids so we wouldn't waste a bunch of time looking for them. We were there two hours and still didn't have enough time to explore everything there! If you have a rainy day or just want to do something with the kids it's a perfect place to go and rea
Great place good food
This is the place to go ! We had our sons birthday party here and it was an amazing experience ! Great food ... great service .. there were a few hiccups but they over compensate!!! The management team is a wonderful team! All of the workers are amazing !!! The food is awesome !!!! They have the best cook as well !!!! We visit often and they always make it a great place for us to hang out !!! Special shout out to Jared ... Ian ( I think that's his name ) .... Josh and Leon !!! To many others there but those
Had my grandsons birthday party there this afternoon. Everything was great. Pizzas where delicious and staf was awesome. His birthday was a great success. Thanks to the staff the helped us from start to finish. Wouldnt hesitate to do it again and will recommend to friends.
Pizza was good. Booked for a private event and after we arrived we learned half the private room lanes hadn't been working. We were compensated monetarily but it would have been nice to have the option to reschedule before the party. It was nice the kids were able to play but some of our guests left early due to the lack of lanes. It is also difficult to contact the person who schedules. I left multiple messages and finally got through.
My wife and I had fun bowling but the alley itself kept not laying pins or counted pins wrong. For truly competitive play I am not sure this would be the place to go. Its great for kids or family fun. They advertise for leagues but as I said previously the system is buggy and not suitable for competition.
Bad service. I will not go back. Took grandkids and paid 46.+ for one game 5 people b4 we could write the scores they took them down . I went to the desk to see if we could get them and was told already someone on the lane and could not get them. Said the had a waiting list. This was my grandkids 1st experience at bowling we will go else where next time . If they ever want to go again. Thanks
Used to be a nice place. Really gone down hill since the last time I was there. Took way to long to check in. Shoes in need of replacing. Food was mediocre. Restroom was nasty. And our lane rarely recorded the correct pins. The lane beside us had bumper rails that the dad had to pull one side up manually everytime they were suppose to raise.
Food was good. Games were fun, a few were closed and one messed up on us but they gave us our points back no fuzz. Only issue, place was supposed to be open until 10pm. Signs say said 10. Facebook, 10. Google, 10. They shut everything down at 8pm. Was really awkward.
Games are all digital, and the tickets issued out on the actual games were disappointing for the kids. They still had fun though, and figured out which machine scored them the most tickets (clue .... it has a claw). The food leaves a lot to be desired, the bowling was fun as well, our lane kept breaking, which shortened our number of games, but management extended our playtime, so theybmade it right. Overall fun, and we'll return back for some more fun!!!
The whole staff went above and beyond to make us have a fun night! Especially Blake, he has a good personality. Love the games and the prize selections in the arcade too, thank you!
Best bowling experience I have had. Great place for groups or a small family. Lots of games and plenty of bowling alley's. The owner of the place came over and introduce himself to us and showed us how he cleans up a 7-10 split. Lots of fun and can't wait to go again .
I reserved the Bowl Blast Package for my son's birthday on 1-4-2020. Erin was very helpful and answered all of my questions! Once we got there, Brad made sure everything was ready and was very attentive to my party with our food, shoes, and lane set up. Excellent service by the entire staff
Fun experience for the kids. They all had a blast. Good value for a birthday party. Would've given 5 stars, but the outside area is filthy. A leaf blower on the sidewalk would be a big improvement.
I had my son's graduation party there and it was fantastic. They did the set up, provided excellent customer service and the food was amazing. The Hall of Fame is the perfect place to host a private event.
The alley broke down every game I played, took my ball, had missing pins ar the start. The lane turned off in middle of game for ordering food and got the wrong order, then a woman employee was insulting. Worsted experience in a bowling alley I've ever had all on a Saturday night. Be warned
Really bad overwhelmed service personal. Very rude when paying, long waits for bowling lanes, warm beer. Over priced games, no service to pick up empty bottles or food waste. Open lanes but still people were waiting and when playing you can't extend play time on a lane. Over all bad service and poor food. Nice place but needs new management to coordinate their employees and they need service training and how to deal with customers politely. $25 an hour to bowl, you think service would be better.
We were here for a birthday party in the backroom. There was food paid for by the host, but there were no napkins or plates. There were also no trash cans so to throw anything away you had to use the restroom trash cans outside the room. The staff seemed to forget about us and no one was wearing masks even though the place was very crowded.
Bluefusion is a family friendly environment. One of the best options for this time of year. The only reason why I did not give five stars is because they did seem a bit understaffed. The wait for drinks, and other services was longer than I felt was acceptable. However, Our food order was served in a timely manner. Even though We had to go to the bar area to place Our order. I am sure that We will go back again. There are many different types of entertainment options.
Bluefusion is always a fun place! Whether it be for a family fun night or just a fun time with some friends. The arcade is a blast! Definitely call to reserve bowling though! Wasn't too happy last experience. Barley got to bowl bc the bumpers were being a pain and didn't have ramp for kids to use. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves.
What a garbage place. I have had multiple balls gouged by their equipment, with nothing offered in return but rudeness. Stay away from this place if you're a bowler who uses their own equipment. Staff is friendly, owners are not. There is a much much much better bowling center something like 3 miles away. I will NEVER step foot inside here again.
It's a nice place, especially for Marion, Ohio, but at least every other frame and sometimes more than one frame in a row a ball would not return or the pins wouldn't reset, and someone had to come fix things while our hour just ticked away and we didn't even get to finish our game.
They just reduced their hours so now it's not as fun especially when you've got a five-year-old that loves it as much as he does
Went to here with my friends to bowl for a couple of hours. The employees here are extremely friendly and are always looking to see if anyone needs help with more drinks/food. They also make sure to watch for jams, stuck balls, and malfunctioning pin placers. This is all around one of the best places to go bowling
Made reservations on January 14th for March 7th. When we got there they had given our private room to someone else. Then not to long later someone else came on for the same room as well. We paid $200 for the private room and after all that they didn't even give a discount. They booked 3 partys for the same 2 hours. What a joke. Our pizza was late as well. Felt like were rushing us out of their way because our private room they gave us was on open room by the bar for a teenagets party. Won't go back and do n
Took my 2 year old grandbaby there his first time most of the games were unavailable. Waited to spend his tickets no help was there finally when there was help the workers didn't say a word to the people who butted in front two different times. We just left... A 2 year old cant stand still for that long no matter how well behaved. Felt bad he couldnt pick out any prizes.
The service, prices, environment and everything else is awesome! Me and my kids spent over 8 hours here in one day and had so much fun and company was over all awesome! Would recommend and always go there when my family comes in to visit!!
Bluefusion is good for fun and games, but I would NOT recommend the Poppy's Restaurant. The food takes way too long to be served and it's horrible. I've had better frozen food entree's than what they served that took over 90 minutes to be served. The food was cold too! It's my opinion the manager could use some training in customer service as well to handle such poor situations.
We used four lanes and ordered pizza. Lanes were broken as the scoring was messed up. We were told the cameras that read the pins were broken. Then after two hours our pizza was still not ready. We asked for refund for the pizza so we could leave and feed the kids since we had been done bowling for a while. Then the pizza was delivered... But no plates, forks or cups for our pitcher of soda. Take your family somewhere else to bowl for a fun evening. Cooper's Bowling out by the mall is a lot cheaper, their e
Bowling is always nice, arcade could use a little more variety, also there's a cool rail shooter machine with motorized gun turrets where you shoot werewolves and stuff but one of the turrets doesn't move like it's supposed to and the other one kept losing its calibration. Didn't try the food, maybe it's good maybe it isn't.
The worst lane in Marion, I lane messed up my ball so bad there are cuts everywhere on it, no body will help you with the lane when there is an error, I was stuck on the same frame for 20 minutes, lanes won't set the right amount of pins. This place is the worst bowling place i've EVER been to. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY EVENTS OR FOR FUN.
Fun atmosphere, great pizza, facilities nice and clean. Staff nice and helpful.
Not as good as it used to be. Bowling screen is not properly formatted for the TV so it cuts the name and scores off so you have to really pay attention to see anything.
Drove 1 hr to bowl. Get there and I was told it was a 40 min wait. Over an hr later I finally get a lane just to find out its broke. 20 mins later still dont know when it will be fixed. Just got a refund and left. 3.5 hrs of my time wasted. They compensated me with $10 in arcade money. Why not just give me a free hour of bowling? Dont know if I will be back. Mixed drinks at the bar were awful but their chicken wings were awesome.
One of the few places in Marion for kids and adults to hang out and have a little fun. Wish they had the funds for a little revamp. Nevertheless, it's still a fun place to be.
I ordered a hot chocolate and it only had one marshmallow. I will never financially recover from this very unpleasant. What kind of establishment would do that?
Our company had a great christmas party. We rented the entire venue for an evening. Bowling, games, dinner, desserts, drinks, music. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Employees had a fun night.
Great place for family fun
A great video game selection for all ages. Bowling is fantastic and you can have birthday parties ?? in the back room. One of the few things to do in Marion today.
Great place to go for family outings. Or just to have an adult day. Although when paying for bowling if you have a big group of like 5-7 people pay buy game instead of for an hour. You will not get through one game in that time.
Completely disappointing establishment. We've tried for 2 weeks solid to book a birthday party.. INCLUDING making a stop in last night 11/23. We were promised, again, by staff the supposed 'party planner' (apparently the only person on the entire staff that can book a flippin' birthday party) would call us first thing this morning. Guess who got a call? Not me... again. So sad, I can remember when the Plaza was there, and burnt down. I can remember when Bluefusion opened, and they had an awesome indoor mini
Nice swanky bowling alley- minus the breakdowns. But all bowling alleys do that, so... Also, any of you Marionites remember the ball pit at BF with the air cannons? They got rid of that! It was so awesome. It was there I learned what vigilante justice was as a small boy, sniping kids who were being jerks with the ball cannon ?? their parents sometimes got mad tho
Very nice place. Good activities, decent food. Reasonable prices. Needed more staff, those poor kids ran their butts off. Would definitely recommend
If your balls ever get scratched or damaged apparently they are not responsible which I think is wrong they just don't want to admit that they have messed up machines
My family went bowling for the first time. It was pretty slow inside, and our lane kept breaking down, which ate into our time. We were not compensated for the delaya, which was almost a total time of a game since we pay for time use versus games played. There was bare minimal staff, only 2, but we'd come back still, just not that lane number 5 again.
Half the games in the arcade don't even work. It takes forever to get a staff member to help you & especially when you want to turn in arcade tickets for prizes. The bowling area is great! But the front part of the building for arcade is horrible!!! Look at the games to make sure they work before you purchase a card for games
Great for a fun time. Food is available in this venue and outside food and drink are not allowed. Arcade games are independent from the bowling. Party options available. Prizes from the arcade are decent. Spend as much or as little as you want.
Got 10,000 tickets on a machine and tickets stopped counting on card I went to front desk where the lady was super rude, saying there's a sign on machine saying you can't rack up tickets, there is no sign, didn't want to fix it I had to demand my money back. Save your money and go else where either machine are broke or no one wants to help you.
Had company Xmas party today.. Had to be the worst pizza and hard breadsticks I've had.pretty bad when u can't taste any items on it besides pizza sauce..cicis is 5 times better and that's not saying much. Guy at the bar got me half cup of Pepsi,, then put ice in it and topped it off with mountain dew...i won't be back weather party or no party
We had my daughters birthday party there last Saturday and it took them about 20 mins to bring her pizza then brought the drinks about 15 mins later after my husband had to go ask for it the kids had toneat without a drink we had to ask for all of our games cards then half of them they gave us was not even loaded so we had to take them back up to the desk alot of games where down the staff was rude my daughter didn't even get the birthday shirt from them I will not have another party there I told my son to
Went here with the family for a fun night. Had to wait 3 hours before a lane was open but when we got our lane it broke after the first round. Half of the lanes were down and the others were reserved. Disappointed.
Dont follow up or have anything set for party after a 2 week notice. So unprofessional. Staff more interested in talking on phone, goofing off, hanging out with thier friends then taking care of the customer.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
