These 5 star reviews gotta be from the owners. ?? I've been to this place a few times. It is NOT clean at all. It has fallen off big time over the years. 9.5/10, it's just a bunch of creepy guys standing around staring at you. I can't imagine anyone that's been to this place in the last 2 or so years honestly giving them a 5 star rating. This place COULD be nice, but they've let it go to crap. I'd give it half a star if I could.

Most of the employees are nice but there is a black guy who cleans the room, always so aggressive Latinos , but he is nice to his own people.

First time visiting and employees very helpful and friendly. Clean inside. Very enjoyable and will return. Viewing room/theater was the best we have seen. All patrons we met were nice and polite. Everyone treated others with respect.

I went there once. I live in Oklahoma, so not able to go easily, but I do plan to again. I found the place to be very clean, the people were friendly. It was couples night. I didn't stay very long, as I was in Dallas just to see what kind of fun I could have. I do plan on going back. Hopefully a couple will ask me to join, or a single woman.

The Guy in Maintenance VERY UGLY PERSON, HE HAYES HIS JOB, ALWAYS MAD CAUSING AT YOU AND KICKING YOU OUT, EVEN IF IS JUST ONE SECON THE VIDEO FINISHES

When by the place Sat the 24th and four or five guys were standing on the steps in dirty t shirts and shorts, two or so on each side. it gave off a very seedy vibe. Also a car had backed in and parked right in front of the ramp walk way. Leaving only the stairs as an option to get in. We were like Nope not going in. Uncomfortable situation. Not spending money there! Clean it up, get security or keep losing business

I enjoyed meeting people who were well enough EDUCATED to be getting that stuff done for me in the basic art of fundamental language arts in economy standards.

I've been there before and had a wonderful time. There's always going to be bad apples but there are a lot of good ones too. As an individual it would be great to be judged by individual merits rather than being judged by the merits of a few with ill intentions. We are not all the same.

NOT a swinger club. Very shady is an understatement. 85-90% of the clientele in the ?theater/play? area are 3rd tier men with old blue jeans and work style black t-shirts, many standing around with their Dickies in their hands waiting on any woman to walk in. First time I was there was a Sunday about 11 am run by owner n tall guy with white hair it was run much better and was cleaner that time. This time rooms weren't very clean. Last time the guys hanging around were respectful this time not so much. My fiance and I had a great time! We actually wenton a Monday night at that; when normally its a little slower then other nights from what I was told. Place was grosser than an Eastern Europe Hostel. A syringe was inside a lamp that didn't even turn on, the ogling from some unfriendly people alongside them not minding their own business when we obviously wanted privacy. If I wanted to traverse dimly lit hallways filled with dirt and grime that looks like a front for a murder-house, I'd be Courtney Love's butler.

I went last week on Thursday morning about 10am I was with a friend so we went straight to a room clean for the most part vary wide selection of videos coming out definitely saw a lot of eye candy I'll definitely be back !
