Maybe a little pricier than I was expecting but considering how clean and nice it was for the kids to be able to run and play, I can over look that. WONDERFUL service and a great place!

We had a fun time. The playground was large and entertained our kids all 10 and under. The ball pits could use more balls. The mini golf is fun! The course felt homemade, but really well done. I attached pictures of all pricing, including food, as of June 2023. The employees were kind and helpful.

We took our kids in to celebrate our son?s birthday. We save for this! There are a few games we won that wouldn't pay out. We brought this to the owners attention. He openly admitted his game won't let us win. My wife asked him to make it right. He said he won't cheat his game, then looked at my wife and said you think I'm deceitful? She said yes! You allow multiple families to come in here and pay for tokens to win games that won't pay out! That is deceptive! He admitted that he has had to reset this machi

Wow they charge the parents to be in the building with their kids. I went there for a birthday And just because myself and another parent stayed they charged our friends more money. Also I'm pretty sure the owner came up to my friend who was the mother of the birthday girl and freaked out on her because I chose to sit outside of the party room with my two year old and 3 year old because there wasn't really any room left inside the room. I will never go back there again.

This was our first time going here and we loved it! We brought our 3 and 1/2-year-old and she was thoroughly entertained. There was plenty to do and even more so. Took my 1 yr old today to play in the play area and he loved it!! The ball pits, climbing through the play area to the slides and finding the way through was lots of fun!!! The littles area was a blast too!! Will definitely be back.

The place was great! Took my 2yr old and 5yr old and they were fully entertained for two hours and didn't want to leave. There was tons to do and the place was clean. The drinks were good and they had several fun options. I do wish they offered more than just dominos to eat but I get the convenience of it.

I have never seen a cleaner indoor playground & they even ask the kids to wash their hands before entering . What a wonderful place for kids and adults alike. The owners, and workers bring something grand to this spot. We were 1st time visitors yesterday and were BLOWN AWAY with how much you could do there, how clean everything was and how nice the staff was despite being short staffed! Positives and negatives: We went in today because our 7-year-old had her own money and wanted to spend $10 for tokens. Pros: Their facility is clean and well kept. No real food, the arcade isn't great, miniature golf is nothing to get excited about, laser tag is okay, but if all you want is a place young kids can run around inside, this is your place.

Older gentleman kicked my daughter out for not wearing a wrist band while standing with us watching her cousins and siblings play the last 10 min of time. This is a wonderful place for kids, it's so much fun, there are tons of games and rides that suits kids for all ages. They have dedicated staff in all areas. Delicious foods. We were first time visitors and took our 2 year old and one year old. I was a bit skeptical whenever I seen the reviews but our time there was great the staff was nice and there's definitely a lot to do.

I wish you would use some of the 20 dollar minimum fees on ice melt. I fell hard in your parking lot on my way out and I am a pregnant woman Luckily I fell onto my hands and knees and not my stomach. Super cool place. We are a family of 4 children aged 12 down to 2. Something for everyone. We were passing through and will stop again. Sessions start on the hour and last an hour or two based on the package purchased. We recommend this facility and had a great experience. Very clean! Prices are extremely reasonable. On a side note, we entered mid-session, and there was no issue. We still ended on the hour but had plenty of fun. Served the purpose of letting some energy out and breaking up our drive.

This place used to be cool but now they're worried about nickel and diming you. They say there's no cover charge but it's $5 per person even if you are just there to supervise the kids. There's a minimum of $20 a group even if it's just two of you. The staff can't fully explain it, they're passive-aggressive about it and keep saying we must stay afloat. With this business model, they'll sink in no time. I bet they'll be passive-aggressive in response to this review. Too bad, we loved this place.

Love the playground here. I think the prices are reasonable. Bring your own socks though because they are 2.50 each which racks up fast. I understand most of the policies. You should allow people to pay for more experiences during their visit though. It's pretty lame to say "you pay for everything now or never" at the beginning before anybody has experienced the venue. Overall I will be back but the owners attitude was tiring and kind of stressed us out.

Update in 2024: Blast Off hosted our son?s birthday with 14 rowdy eight year old kiddos hopped up on pizza and soda. They were extremely courteous to us and beyond pleasant with every child I heard them interact with; including those that weren't in our party. We had an absolute awesome time! We were in town on vacation and stopped by just on a whim. Reasonable prices for both admission and tokens for games. We came here for the mini-golf and were disappointed in what we found. The area was very small dedicated to the mini-golf. The course was only 9 holes but we paid the rate for an 18 hole course. There wasn't much more than few bumps and as features on the course. The staff was cheerful and helpful... the took very good care of us. The course left a lot to be desired...

Took my 9 year old child and a friend for some fun one Saturday morning. They had a blast. The facility was very clean. All the arcade games were working. The play area with climbing areas slides and ball pits was large and fun. The rock climbing wall was a hit for 2 9 year olds. They really enjoyed using the laser tag area and mini golf as well. I love taking my kids to blast off, here's why: 1. They don't make you pay for the adult to play 2. It's perfectly priced 3. It's super clean, I feel fine climbing around the tubes with my kids. 4. The laser tag is best around, the soda bar is great, and the arcade is amazing. Great workers too, they ensure safety without being stingy. The playground area is a little small, but is still clean and well made. The Rock Climbing wall is great too. The only bad thing is the pizza, you have to order it from Dominoes and there are restrictions and fees with it. They have great family deals, birthday parties, and a great unlimited pass too. Customer service matters and you will NOT get that here from the owner himself. He was rude and impolite. We came as a big family group and are a lively bunch. The owner checked us in and overcharged us for an imaginary child (counting is hard), put wrong wristbands on the kids, and was so disorganized. He blamed us for the chaos and would not remove the extra kid we didn't have! If you wanted repeat customers you failed. I'm amazed anyone would ever go back.

My son has a ton of fun here. It is very large and he could spend hours there playing. I wish the toddler area would be updated with more toys and wonder is they accept donations and the management could be more friendly but, the prices are great and it is a great place for a birthday party. Such a fun place. No where else in the U.S. I've found 4 seperate ball pits in one location! My son loved playing on the indoor playground and loved the skeball and selection of prizes. I think this was one of the cleanest kid play places I've ever been. It's an older building but the owners do a great job at keeping it clean and organized. My kids had a blast. Great prices. I'm from out of town and I'd never be able to play for this price for even an hour and you get two here.

They order pizza from dominoes and charge 4 dollars extra per pizza. They even charged us for plastic forks. The service was on the lower side of adequate. This place is an absolute rip off!! We were quoted $150 for the amount of people and time for my grandsons party. We did not deviate from that amount, where served three cardboard dominos pepperoni pizzas that gave some of us diarrhea, and they charged us $263. The kids were only allowed to try to fit in Lazer tag, mini golf and limited arcades within an hours time for thst price. Terrible, don't waste your money!

Blast Off is a fun place. My kids adore playing here. I gave it four stars because I feel like it's a bit overpriced for the area, considering the other options for kid activities, though the combo passes help to make it more affordable.

I loved this place as a kid and it's so nice to see it's still a wonderful place to bring kids of all ages. The workers are all very friendly and attentive. I love that blast off has something fun for every age. My little one isn't even 2 yet but still found plenty to do, we probably could have stayed all day. It was expensive though, the initial fee isn't terrible but then you have to pay for arcade games if you want to play those, and you can't bring in your own food, so if you want to play arcades and eat food there it starts getting pricey.
