Blairally Vintage Arcade

Went here last night in the early opening hours with my boyfriend, had a really nice time! Vibe is definitely on the down-low but still plenty of personality, interesting arcade layout, and as a pinball nerd I absolutely loved the selection they had, I was very surprised to see the 70th anniversary edition Godzilla pinball machine they had and I was absolutely glued to that thing. Games are also really well priced and you can get a ton of plays out of just $20 on a game card. In terms of service and food,

Blairally has changed. They no longer have the range of classic pinball games that attracted me to visit pre covid. The beer was good. The service was okay. But I was disappointed with the lack of the classics. Also, I couldn't hear any of the pinball games. The music playing in the bar wasn't too loud. But the pinball game volumes were all turned way down.

WARNING THINGS HAVE CHANGED! I used to go occasionally and could have fun on $5 to $10 of quarters. Real American coin that is legal tender and you could use elsewhere. They have recently changed to a card system with "credits". I put $10 in and I only got about 3 games worth of play. I was shocked, it has turned into more of a carnival style and its a system that did not need to be implemented. On top of that you are left with cards with partial credits that you cant use. We had a gathering to bid farewell to a coworker. I'm not into video games, but fortunately the patio was open, it wasn't raining and it was (just barely) warm enough to be out there. That way we didn't have to shout over the live music. The food is OK. I would recommend getting a plate of fries. The sauce is good and the little bits of fried onion are yummy. The drinks are weak. Service was good, customers were friendly.

The worst part about this is that it is actually a fun vibe inside. All ruined by the guys working the front door. I've rarely encountered people with such capacity for rudeness. We came in with a group of friends - each interaction more rude than the last. I cannot in good conscience recommend you come here. It could be such a good time - so long as they get rid of the guys working the front! Once they do, would love to come back.

I had a blast last night at Blairally Vintage Arcade. Seeing walls of Pinball Machines brought back childhood memories. I saw Sweater For An Astronaut and they slapped! There was delicious Dark Beer on tap at an affordable price. Local shows are the very best and I appreciate seeing a show on a Thursday. The Whiteaker Neighborhood is a cool place to hang out.

what a pathetic excuse for a bar. I was refused entry because I had a red Solo cup in line that i threw out upon request. They didn't care. It was obvious they were just looking for an excuse to deny me. Watching them wave other people in while lecturing me about ?rules? was insulting and transparent. This place is trash. Don't bother giving them your money if you expect even a shred of fairness or decency. Go literally anywhere else, namely, Sam Bonds just a few minutes walk away.

The only clean machines are out of order. There are more clean machines than you'd expect. A lot of machines that are working have burnt out bulbs or broken controls. The Mario game's timer runs more than twice the speed it should. Centipede's ball control is unusable. There are no out-of-order signs... Come here for concerts, but don't be surprised if games take your credits and are unplayable. Not cool.

I didn't have any food or drinks there as I was told typical bar food and drinks were not the best. But I did enjoy 80's night with friends and a wide range of people from different walks of life.

Great pinball collection in fun retro arcade setting. Most pins from the last 25 years are $1 per play, $2 for 3 plays. Some of the older machines are $.50 or $.25 a play. Great staff and patrons. 4 out 5 stars because the machines are less than generous on difficulty setting, outlane width, matching, replay values. Sometimes there are even concerts. Check it out when you're in Eugene!

The crowd is a bit heavy for my liking on a weekend at the beginning of summer, but it's an amazing space otherwise and the variance of atmospheres always keeps you guessing for what you're getting in a night. (Which is a plus)

I used to really like the vintage feel of this place with their retro games. Now, it's mostly focused on pinball machines and has lost its old-time arcade feel.

Although I love the pinball atari era, I wanted more than one new game. All good. Drinks food games. Too bad about the neighborhood. We saw the guys who did the stabbing that night.

This is an amazing community hub with an array of amazing vintage pinball machines, arcade games, events, and colorful patrons. This is my FAVORITE place to go when I'm in Eugene. If you want to fall in love with the neighborhood in NW Eugene this establishment will assist. I've acquired a new found appreciation for this up-and-coming neighborhood due to unbelievably cool places to hang out like Blairally! GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!!

If I could leave less than a one star, I would for the customer service and treatment we received. A couple of my friends and I arrived last night for 80s night. The bouncer checked our IDs and bent all of them in half, leaving my girlfriends with a permanent crease. This is her Montana State-issued driver's license and REAL ID, which is needed for domestic flights. Blair Alley has some great classic arcade games and a good food selection. Their venue is fun and engaging and larger outside shows fit well.

Really cool place. Went here for the first time with a friend from our of town. We loved it. Tons of arcade games and a funky 70's cover band. Just a chill place with friendly people.

I only go for 80s night. The service at the bar is amazing considering how insanely busy it is. The bottle-neck where the pinball machines and tables pinch near the bar is just dumb.

I go here all time and always have a great time the bartenders are always super fun and friendly but last night one of the bartenders seemed stressed out which is too be expected with how busy it was, their vibes felt pretty unfriendly because of it and handed my card after paying to a man I didn't know, they didn't even turn around to look at who they were handing my credit card too, thankfully I was sober enough to notice and retrieved my card but in a place so busy it easily could?ve been snatched.

If you get Ash an Cassie workin yer in fer a treat. Cassie is a very attentive bar tender an Ash knows how to work the kitchen, excellent chicken and fries fer $10, well worth it for one or two or to share. It's my after work treat, outdoor drink and smoke, friendly people and relaxed atmosphere , enjoy.

This place is so neat I really like it they let kids in till 9pm I went to see a friend place so music there it was amazing. I would go back here any time the stuff is friendly and you can't go wrong if they got music going on. Price where okay the arcade is really cool if your a pinball lover like me. Took my 17 year old little friend out and just had to take her here. Haven't been here during the day in years and was happy that it was the same cool scene as I have experienced on slow nights. This place defines the fine line between vintage and kitschy. It rides that line like a drive-in delivery boy on skates. Always unsure if it will be delicious or disaster. My vote is delicious. Worth checking out if you're hankering for an 80s arcade experience.

I came for Bingo, which was a blast. Sadly the service here is SEVERELY lacking. Two separate orders to our group were messed up. Me and my partner had a really disheartening and hurtful experience at Blair alley. While we haven't had any issues in the past with other bartenders , this Halloween left an unfortunate sour taste that prompted us to leave and likely never return. We were served fine at first, though she closed our tab out without asking. Friday night and they won't sell me $5 in quarters. They want you to get one of their cards. If you don't want the card , I guess you have to bring your own quarters. I thought this was an arcade. ALL the pinball games take guarters. Never coming back here. Bad business decision not to sell guarters.

Came out for 2000s music night and damn this place got crazy fun. Lots of fun people, great environment, great music. The DJ was amazing and entertained very well. The drinks were priced reasonably and the bartenders were energetic and matched the overall energy of the bar. Definitely will be coming back again.

The epitome of old school. Just enough grime to give you street cred for going there but not leave a mess on your shoes. Great music, good drinks and cheap PBR. The pinball and retro arcade cabinets really tie the whole package together. This is a must stop if you plan to go to the Whit.

I can't get enough of the free arcade games. 80's dance night was definitely more like 90s dance night. However everyone was drunk and dancing and having a great time. Street fighter 2 was on fire. Gravitar might be one of the greatest arcade games ever made. Mad props for keeping the arcade scene alive.

Last night Rortron was spinning & oh my gosh, his mixing is on point & his music selection is unlike any other DJ. The Hot Dog cart was outside selling their famous dogs, the staff inside & out was nice & friendly as always. Went on a Friday cuz heard the pinball is free. Unfortunately only the older machines they own were, still fun to play em. Cool place and one of the best options for dancing in Eugene. Warehouse feel that has some decent DJs coke thru. Service was quick and friendly!

My favorite bar in town whether you're looking for somewhere to have a casual drink with a friend or looking to turn up on the weekends they have amazing shows on the regular. They have tons of vintage pinball games. The bartenders and security there do amazing at their jobs I've never had a bad drink or bad experience at Blair. 11/10 highly recommend

Pretty alright arcade. Half of the pinball machines were in working order. Another arcade machine was not working and another her really needed some maintenance. Prices for games were alright. Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Nice selection of drinks on tap. There were two dogs off leash inside. They didn't approach us, but there were some barking fits at times. Kinda strange.

Amazing EVERYTHING!! Never had a bad time. A great place to be lost and found, riding the rollercoaster between the amazing people, fantastic games that take us back to middle school when we used to actually have fun, and great bartenders always ready for a good story :-) Always a GREAT experience. First time here! I was here to listen to the band(s). The atmosphere was great with lots of arcade style games. I really enjoyed the Grilled Cheese Sandwich Pizza Style! Trust me it's delicious. I was only disappointed in the fact that most of their menu was out-of-stock. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. I will be back to try out the arcade and sample other parts of the menu ??

Huge fan of this place. I come here every Monday night to play fighting games with the Eugene FGC. The fact that this place lets us have locals here with no cover charge is simply amazing. Thank you for letting an organic scene thrive.

I really want to give this place 5 stars but it is always so SUFFOCATINGLY HOT in there every time I go. And they don't keep the fans running, I can never stay for longer than an hour because I feel like I'm dying, and also probably getting COVID due to lack of ventilation. This place has it all. Vintage arcade, live music, dance party?s, reasonably priced bar food and drinks, and a supper friendly and helpful staff. It is in the Whitaker neighborhood and is walking distance from delicious pizza, smoothies, Mexican food, Ethiopian food, and multiple food trucks. My only complaint is the door guy takes his job a little too seriously and most the time I leave when he shows up because he is so annoying ?? won't stop me from spending my money there though lol.

I like the event selection, drinks, staff, and food. Don't like the lack of mask enforcement with customers. This evening I was one of only a handful of patrons wearing a mask.

Found this gem on my first visit to Eugene and had a blast.

This is the best hang out spot in the whit. One of the best barcades in the country and the spot that makes me think of eugene the most. If your a beercade or pinball fan you have to visit. One of the only places i have seen the 1992 bally dr who machine in great working order.

It's a great place for all ages of kids from the old to the young they cater to all ! Although I'm not sure how late the youngsters can be there my grand nieces were showing me up on the games as it's been awhile since I've seen as many pinball,video and table games but all an all had a great time they also have adult beverages for those parents who could use a brief moment to their self's enjoy !!

This place is pretty cool. If you go on Friday's it's really busy. It has a full bar, video games, loud music and a dance floor. My roomate invited all of her close friends to celebrate her new job. Let me tell you.. we had a blast here. I would definitely go back and I recommend to others who are interested in having a good time.

I love this place! Great music, lots of great people. The bar can get overwhelmed on busy nights and it can take up to 45 or so to get a drink, but the music is good to dance along to while you wait. I especially enjoy the 80's and 90's nights because that is the music I grew up with.

Really like their set up. Lots of stuff to do and the staff was very friendly. My friend's band played there and they got the sound balanced very well, really helps showcase the talent. Definitely one of the better venues I have been to.

Super rude lady serving at the bar. She denied my real ID because she thought it was fake. She went looking for the blacklight but couldn't even find it. Didn't even offer to have her manager come take a look just flat out refused service. I was totally sober and there was absolutely no reason for her to believe my IN STATE real ID card was fake.

Very cool bar with lots of old school pinball machines. There were a few Pac Man style games throw in as well. I had a blast! All the machines need quarters so be sure to bring cash to make change.

Friendly staff, decent food and experienced bartenders. They have a wide array of pinball machines. Some old some new. All fun. They also have a ski ball machine and some vintage arcade games. Less crowded with college students than Level Up most nights. Very laid back crowd.

Fun place. Great theme nights and entertainment. Local DJ's, and musicians play here regularly, making a lively atmosphere for hanging out with friends. The bartender singled me out in a group of three and took literally 5 minutes to look over my ID when I'm definitely over 21, she then wouldn't stop touching the other two people that were with me making them extremely uncomfortable. Everytime I go here, the nostalgia sinks in (in the best possible way). It's all ages until 9, so you can bring the family if you want. I've also gone a couple dates here and they were fun. Nothing like pinball, brew,and the chance to catch a local performance from time to time. P

I was in town and was really looking forward to checking your place out with a friend. We showed up and were stopped at the entrance and informed of a $4 cover charge. OK? No problem. Went to pay the cover charge and ya?ll wanted cash only and would not accept card payments. We were instructed to go inside the arcade to pull cash out of your ATM as you took our IDs from us. We went inside and after multiple attempts found out that your ATM inside hasn't been working. Came back outside and given back our IDs

Always love coming to Blairally. Wide selection of vintage games, and the day we went, many of them had 100 credits loaded on them. Attentive wait staff. Delicious food and drinks. Smoking section is far enough away from the door (and covered!) to keep the smoke outside where it belongs.
