BitBar Temple

BitBar is my favorite place to hang out after work or on the weekends! It's easy to drive right by it though. Go into the parking lot for Dynasty restaurant and look to the right. The atmosphere is chill and drinks are priced well. They have the usual bar food: nachos, fried mozzarella sticks, etc. You'll pay $5 to get in but all the games are set to free-play. Heads-up: all ages are allowed in until 9pm so this is also family-friendly . . . at least until 9pm! lol They have events throughout the week like

Love hanging here with my kids. One got into the DND meet-up on Wednesdays 6pm-9pm, the other loves the car meets every Thursday 6pm-9pm, and I want to try their Karaoke night Sundays 7pm-12am!. They have daily drink specials and some food. They offer a discount to eat at dynasty next door too! Games on free play so no worry about tokens or quarters!

Definitely a 10/10 experience. love the atmosphere and the incredible staff! easy to talk to and joke around with. they treat everyone like family highly recommend

Very clean and friendly, although several games were out of order, we still had a nice time. We did not try the food during this visit. There were arcade games, reto Nintendo and Saga games, multiple board games available, snd an outside patio with some popular outdoor games. We will definitely go again.

Had my son?s 11th birthday party here. Matthew was super helpful with prepping us for the party on what to expect and what options we had. Him and his team were super helpful before, during, and after the party. They were auper patient with all of the kiddos running around, keeping popcorn coming and cleaning up the messes that kids inevitably made throughout the party. Bartender is very bias. They eavesdrop on conversations and kick you out for even speaking one one "wrong" thing but let's another off the hook. Would not recommend coming here. Please find another good drinking spot.

Cool people, they have family night, so you can bring the kids. Also it directly behind Dynasty, which is also a good place to eat.

Best place to play games and drink. Awesome retro arcade games, board games. Highly recommend if you want to be entertained. There are family hours also as well as adult only hours.

Was just traveling through and decided to stop for the night, came here for a couple drinks and was NOT disappointed. The bartender Rhi was fantastic and knew her stuff, best long island I've ever had. The retro game machines also sent me down a memory lane bender I didn't anticipate. Kind of tucked away behind the restaurant. The place is a lot of fun to have some old video games. A lot of them have something broken with them but I guess they're old. The drinks were really good. I didn't try any of the food. Lots of games on the wall. Have lots of fun. Great atmosphere.

Was looking for an arcade and found something better! Great customer service from everyone, they were nice, helpful, and fun even on a crazy night with Comic Con going on today. So a small bar behind dynasty restaurant. Classic arcade games, with a small bar. We enjoyed the one set of cornhole, Pac-Man, & Mario cart. Unfortunately about 5 games out of order. Not enough classic arcade games. No promotion, Galaga, joust. No pinball. Mario cart versus did not seem to work, the game worked but only single player. This place is my partner and I?s new hangout spot. The atmosphere is cool and there are lots of activities both indoor and outdoor. Harley is awesome and Robert provides great service as well. I definitely recommend you check this place out if you haven't already. There is a cover charge, but it's well worth it. Also, ladies get in free on Wednesdays which is pretty cool.

I used to be a long time customer up here at Bitbar. Since then I've been coming up off and on to have a couple drinks here and there. I love the service, but I just left the patio to get a refill and the inside area completely reeks of weed smell. I'm pretty sure this is against TABC to allow these people entry (not completely sure of the law) and decided against getting a refill and left. This used to be a really good place to be, but now it seems like every time I come up here it just constantly reeks of

Absolutely fantastic place to hang out, especially if you are a lifelong nerd like me.. They have everything from 90's arcades to giant connect 4 to the actual jumanji board game. Staff is amazing and always friendly. The drinks are very well made.. My personal favorite is the liquid marijuana..

Bitbar has done nothing but get better and better as time goes on. Huge shout out to Harley who has completely changed the vibe of this place since she started. Much more welcoming, a lot more upbeat. And a hell of a lot more fun. The bar is definitely lucky to her on the bar.

It's fun to play *unlimited* video games there! It's more of a dive bar feel than a secret hidden cool spot, but they have a fun selection of old 90?s video games. They even have a mini fooseball for basketball. Decent beer selection, nothing to write home about.

Ordered a margarita that tasted horrible and took one sip and felt sick and asked nicely asked if maybe I could get a different one. Was met with a rude female bartender in green makeup who said twice ?uhmm no I can take it and you can pay for another one?. And didn't decide to work with me at all

Got some surprisingly great crafted drinks! The games are awesome and an amazing throwback! And the food tastes homemade! The chicken sandwich looked depressing but it had a surprising personality!

I love the (Old-school) Classic Arcade games that I played back in the day! The place is clean,games are wiped down, several Games to choose from, a Bar & non-alcoholic beverages.Good customer service and (very nice) place to take the Family/to compete one on one from a "Old School" angle??

I like the Temple bitbar better than Killeen bitbar... The atmosphere is much better in my opinion and they have a great buffet next door!

Absolutely superb. Great environment, music, drinks, and old arcade games!! Only dissappointment is that they don't have ice cream so I couldn't get an ice cream float but not in their power so 5 stars it is!!

BitBar is a great place to grab a drink, listen to some music and relive some nostalgic gaming experiences. They also have fun promo nights and celebrity meet and greets every so often!

$5 dollar cover for a dead bar...we wanted to game...you lost good money for a $5 cover charge. Even on dirty 6th cover charges are rare. Bitbar, get a grip you are behind a Chinese buffet! You should be free to enter!

Harley the bartender was awesome. She memorized my name and order super quick and was very knowledgeable of the slots and other games in the bar

I was highly disappointed, I paid $15.00 to walk in and walk out, they have fifteen arcade games and nothing to do. Compared to a real arcade place, I would have to say this is a bar with twenty table with only 5 food items to order and I just will never go back ever again. 4.8 stars is misleading.
