I recently purchased a new pinball machine from Birmingham vending. The process was very easy with no surprises and everyone I dealt with was very nice and polite. Great! Bought a single arcade game from them. Everyone there helped me load it into the van. Buying the cabinet was a simple and easy process, I even got a chance to look around the warehouse. They do not price match to online retailers despite advertising that they do on their website. To clarify, there is no misunderstanding. I asked for a price match for an online retailer. The response given was ?Why don't you just order from them instead of asking us to price match?? The reason was freight but the other company was very understanding and worked with us. Where do i start, i have a lounge that's open 3 days a week and do between all 3 nights over a 1,000 people thru the door, i contacted a rep named David W. in late Nov he came we told him what we needed witch was 4 different items and agreement was made, half way thru Dec i called wondering when were they coming and was told 1st week of Jan, ok ? 3rd week of Jan he states that his boss isnt sure if the machines will do good ?
