Lots of games. We had a ton of fun (adult+kids) ! They also have slushies and very clean restrooms. The staff was very helpful as well Spent about 2 hours there and loved it.
So much to do, so little time to do it! Great place for the whole family. The staff was amazing, Chelsea was very helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely come back!!
Go see Tom at the Big top Arcade in pigeon Forge!! He set us up with a great deal! Fun little arcade
What a fantastic spot. Lots of games and fun for all ages. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shout out to Chesea for helping out when we had questions. We will definitely be back.
Good fun for a couple hours for the family! They keep it cold inside so it's a great break from the heat! Games work great and there's also go karts, and rides outside!
This is in my opinion the best Arcade in Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg this is a must stop for us EVERY TIME we come. The variety of games is top tier but nothing is better than the service the people that work here are so kind and honestly make the experience that much better. Tom is amazing and makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in. Thank you for making our family trip one to remember. You really went above and beyond and you are so appreciated ??
I went to the Arcade taking my 5yr. old grandson. It was amazing, we had a great time. He won a lot of tickets and got prizes for his tickets before we left. It was a wonderful, memorable experience. I will definitely be taking him back.
We had a blast here. The games were fun and reasonably priced. The games were great for tickets. The staff was top notch and the place was very clean and well kept.
Great way to escape the rainy weather while we were visiting for Spring Break. It was very clean and almost everything was in working order besides maybe a couple games that I noticed. The kids enjoyed it. The employees were nice as well especially the young man that helped our kids cash in their points for prizes. We didn't feel rushed at all for them to make up their minds on what they wanted. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit!
Extremely fun and pretty easy games! Large selection of prizes and fun for all ages. Reasonable prices and a nice stop on our vacation! As a former chuck e. cheese employee I'd say this is a nice arcade ??
Big place our kids loved it and so did we you can feel your inner kid come out to play
The arcade was amazing and the staff was very friendly and understanding. Had an issue with my son's game card and it was fixed after the mgr came from the back. He had a really great attitude about it and said if it happened again to let him know. Visit was during our vacation on 7 Jan about an hour or so before it closed. The lady at the gift counter was so sweet and nice and very soft spoken. She sped along getting both kids taken care of at the same time. They have great prizes and the games don't brea
The arcade was clean, well run, and friendly. We went with our kids and Greg help explain the payout on one game and was very helpful! We had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone!
Good selection and the staff was really nice! For a smaller arcade we had a great time.
This is by far one of the best arcades that is in Pigeon Forge. We have been there several times on our visits there. It's in a very good location. It's very clean. It doesn't have the defunk smell like other places do. We were there rather late on a weekday evening and the staff were super kind of patient while my nephew and niece picked out what they wanted to get with their tickets. My nephew is super excited because we were able to collect a complete set of the wizard of Oz cards from the coin push m
This place is right off the strip with parking right out front. It has the latest games and plenty to do. Prices are on par with others in the area and the facility was really clean.
Cool designed building and fun games for all ages. Good on tickets back / prizes. Courteous staff! We'll be back for sure
Great arcade! The staff are very friendly, and the prices to play the games are very affordable. Some minor maintenance issues were present, but this was overall a nice facility I would visit again!
While I didn't play anything in the arcade, I would like to give a massive shout out to a wonderful employee named Selena for riding Slingshot and Skyscraper with me, and I am beyond thankful Selena rode them with me since I came alone. Please tell Selena I am beyond thankful, I am forever thankful for her customer service she provided, and I will be coming back to see y?all and the wonderful customer service!
Smaller arcade than expected. Half of the games didn't calculate properly causing you to earn less tickets than what you were supposed to receive. Employees think giving a free play will satisfy the customer. Prizes aren't the best.
My wife and I stopped by Big Top today (9/4/24) like we usually do during our annual PF/Gatlinburg trip for our birthdays. Ita going to sound like an exaggeration, but this is truly the best arcade in a 50-mile radius. The doors are ALWAYS open. If it's during their business hours, their doors are wide open. If that wasn't inviting enough, meeting Thomas at the front desk always makes us feel like we're family. Again, I'm sure it seems like I'm the king of hyperbole, but this kind man genuinely makes sure w
I took my two sons here to get out some energy before we started back home. Lots of games to play and everything was up today. Staff are all very friendly.
Not only did the kids have a blast, they had great deals, they won a ton of tickets, for once went home with good prizes not just candy, and I have never in my life ever been to an arcade with more patient, friendly, people..The employees were the nicest, they deserve a lot of credit! We will definitely be back next month when we come to town again!
We are adults but we love to visit arcades when we are in the area. We are addicted to the Wizard of Oz coin pusher machines and were able to get the jackpot both days we visited on these machines, I would say this is better odds than other arcades in the area. I also found the prizes to be more fairly priced in terms of how many points they cost and the arcade was clean, smelled good and the employees were all nice. I can't recommend this place enough.
Edit to previous review: My son left his glasses at one of the games. The next morning we called to see if they were turned in and we were told that they were but broken so they threw them away. I was and am very disappointed they did not even wait 24 hours for a lost (expensive) item to be held, broken or not. As a single mom on a teacher salary, the broken frames would have only cost me $50 because they were insured. Now I am forced to pay $400 to replace them. We even drove there when they said the bags
Wheelchair accessible with challenges *(lots of people.) If you have an extra few dollars to spare, this is a very fun place to spend it. Holy cow that coin game is addicting but we scored some big prizes with our kiddos. They have games for all ages. Their air hockey game is the Pacman air hockey machine on steroids. It spits out 20 or so pucks at the same time. The employees are super patient and helpful when loading cards and choosing prizes. Highly recommend if you have time and cash to blow before leav
Had a 40th birthday party here. Was able to play games and ride go carts. Was a little on the pricey side. Had things for kids all the way up to adults.
Games were typical arcade games, but there was a lack of shooting games. There were 3 and 2 of them were VR. My son loves shooting games, but was limited to one. He made do with the other games, but there isn't a ton for younger ages to play. Decent atmosphere and everything was clean, so I won't complain about that. I recommend trying another arcade if you have young kids (4-7)
Great place to let your kids go and play. The staff was friendly and kind friendly. I will definitely come back to this arcade.
lots of different games for the kids to play, friendly staff and they keep the place super clean.
My husband and I had a great time at your arcade when we visited Monday on our first vacation in years. My husband is a disabled veteran and does not do well around a lot of people so the time of evening we went was perfect for him. We felt like teenagers on a first date having so much fun. Both employees we interacted with were very friendly and very helpful. It smelled good and was clean. We look forward to playing again there next time we visit which will hopefully be next year!
Says open till 11 two days in a row we wanted to come in evening and been closed. We came earlier it's 7.30 and it says closes 11...no notice to tell us and now I'm getting very annoyed. Change ur times if to let people know
Kids had a GREAT time! Lots of fun & friendly staff.
This was not a planned stop on our weeklong stay in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. The weather decided not to cooperate as we were heading to Dollywood so off to the Arcade! My husband and I haven't been to an arcade in MANY years but we had a blast! Space Invaders on a giant screen, A Nerf shooting game, Plinko, wheel of fortune, and so much more! It was very clean and everyone was very helpful. We bought the $50 play card and was given $65 credit. Most games range between $1-$3. This amount was perfect for the
This place was the perfect stop for our family at the end of our fall break. Our 3 boys had an absolute blast. The variety of games was great as there was something for all ages of our boys. The prizes are awesome, too, if you happen to score some tickets! Tom and the rest of the staff are super nice and so helpful. Most importantly, this place is sparkling clean, including the bathrooms. On top of all that, this place was very reasonably priced. We will definitely be coming back!! We hit up the go-cart tr
The workers are very nice here and the prices are on par with other places. A great place to have fun. And you can walk to other places from here. Great location. :)
I cannot even begin to express how much fun we had here!! We had such a great time winning tickets and killing zombies and waiting for that Toto card to drop! The staff were simply incredible. Special shout out to Scot, Josh, & Dorreen for going above and beyond to make our experience so fantastic. Good, clean (and inexpensive) fun! Thank you Big Top Arcade.
I was able to win a lot of tickets for my daughter so she was able to win prizes but the prize are too expensive, we still had fun and all the kids loved it. FYI: we were able to get 4 of those blasters, can't wait to shoot her...lol
Go karts need work... If you don't know what your looking at they're fine... I did 1 lap in mine and parked it because the front tire was bad... Told the attendant and he put someone else in it from the next group... Hire attendants that care about the safety of the customers... Cause the ones from November 1st sure as hell didn't.
We absolutely love Big Top!!!!! Everyone there is so friendly. We usually go in the early afternoon so it is less busy. The games are so much fun. They also have go kart tracks, mini golf, and a few other fun things to do all in one spot. Highly recommend!
Me and my wife like going to play games and pass some time in between our other plans. Our only complaint is they need some higher points prizes. We saved our points or tickets up and had a massive amount but they removed all the nicer higher ticket items a while back. This place is always nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and attentive.
Super fun putt putt! The holes are not too difficult making it fun for everyone
Kids had a blast. Erik was absolutely the best! Very welcoming, incredibly helpful. Overall great experience and we'll be back again!
My son and husband had a blast on the go carts : And that was after playing in the arcade for 2 hours. I definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.
Every year on vacation we come to the big top arcade and ride the go carts. But this year they had a cashier that was so rude to me and my family. She wouldn't even look at me when I spoke to her she was too worried about what people were saying about her in the parking lot. Kept saying she wasn't gonna lose her job over letting my son ride, even though he rode them the day before( see pic). no one was asking her to lose her job just an explanation why yesterday he rode them and why he can't ride them t
Clean, fun, friendly. The kids had a blast. They even have arcade games that my 3 year old could play. Was a lot of fun and they made it easy to get tickets and just a really friendly atmosphere from all staff we talked to.
Clean, a lot of games at good prices, and a good selection of prizes
Nice and clean, very friendly staff! Race cars outside. Ice cream parlor next to it.
This place understands how to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere! Anyone can open an arcade but here, the attendants are personable, helpful and we saw them open the claw machine to gift a girl her choice of octopus stuffie she had been trying for. We saw another attendant give a guy extra credit on the wizard of oz machine when they were trying to get one last card. We always come here and support this arcade because they treat their customers so well!! Always impressed with our experience there an
Tom and Dakota was super sweet I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to do an arcade this was a 100% beat arcade we have ever been too
Great atmosphere, our favorite arcade from Gatlinburg - Pigeon Forge! We always stop here when we are in town. Pablo was extra curtious & the rest of the crew were good too! Pablo went the extra mile from helping us when our machine broke to making sure our tickets were counted correctly. Go there now to play! Make sure you play The Wizard Of Oz game! ??
Nice selection of games and affordable prizes if you have enough tickets, also if you like crane games there are tons of options here for you. Not to mention the go carts and mini golf and other stuff outside!
When we visited the big top arcade Zack was the best host. He made us feel so welcome and treated us amazing. We had an issue with one game but Zack made it right. My kids had so much fun with him. Big Top Arcade is our overall favorite place to go in Pigeon Forge and Zack is our favorite employee.
I have to say this is the best arcade I've ever visited with my kids. All of the games were in perfect working order and looked brand new. The amount of tickets earned per game was great and they have great deals when purchasing credits. The restrooms were immaculate. Lastly, the staff were all super helpful and friendly. Tom made sure my family and I had a wonderful time, and the sweet girl behind the ticket redemption counter was extremely patient and friendly with my kids while they chose the prizes the
Super fun arcade! Staff was amazing!
Not a very large place. Pricing online says up to $3 per game however they have one that is $5 per person and its 2 player. Most of the fun games were vloser to $3 per person. Half the games were claw machines or try and win tickets. Overall for $100 to get $145 in play we were there an hour and wouldn't go back. Also the place smelled terribly of fake air freshener. We only earned 800 in tickets which we redeemed for a couple plastic slinky, and a handful of suckers/tootsie rolls. Wouldn't recommend.
My son and i love this place. We had ao much fun. Great place for your kid!!!
The 20$ for 3 rounds and the 25$ for 3 rounds + 10$ in Arcade is a nice deal. The carting route was great!
We have visited this arcade several times in the past but last week on our last day we wanted to play. We were met at the door by a very nice gentleman named Tom. He helped load our card and gave some helpful information. Tom was outstanding with customer service and repeatedly stated he loves his job! We will definitely return and hope to see Tom again! Thanks Tom, you are a gem!
Stopped in on a rainy day to play ski-ball; we all had a lot of fun playing skill games for 'tickets' stored on a play card. Redeemed the tickets for some prizes. A nice clean arcade with enough to do for a couple of hours. Plus helpful nice staff (especially thank you Erik).
Zack was an amazing guy. Very friendly made you feel like family. Also knew his stuff and was very helpful. Love this arcade. Games are fun and the place is clean.
We took the kids here. Is was great. Fun games good prizes. There are go carts and multiple rides. Alot of fun to see the lights at night.
It was so fun and great prices
Small but fun and good times.
We truly enjoyed our Go Cart experience at Big Top. The price is very competetive and the carts are quick and stable.
Great fun for the whole family.
Tom was very helpful..had a good time
Fun place for the kids after go carting. They often have deals for arcade points. Its not huge but good for kids of all ages. Easy check out at the ticket counter.
This is a good arcade! Perfect balance of old school games with the new stuff! Had a blast!
Friendly stuff. Great place! Brought our childhood memories back
This arcade offers all of the normal "play for tickets" type games, as well as, regular shooter and racing games. Skill games like skee ball and crane games are classics and there is a great variety of prizes. Spent about $40 dollars here and my kid left with a bag full of goodies. Staff was extremely friendly. The whole place only had one machine that wasnt working, which is rare in arcades like this. I will definitely make this my go to arcade everytime I go to pigeon forge!
Clean and well kept. Won a few items for the kids.
This place is great for riding go karts!! The game room isn't huge but they have a great selection & the prices are great too!! All of the staff from the arcade, to the go kart tracks were amazing!!
Smaller arcade with mostly $1 plays for the claw/crane machines. Very hard to win and made harder by a taller barrier that they added to the standard barrier. Not worth the price for me but my kid had fun.
Great place for family fun
The kids had a blast but they did complain about the smaller track carts hurting their back. The bridge is great for picture taking.
What a superb experience! We went with 13 kids and it moved along without a hitch because of the super impressive staff!
Decent little place. Staff was very nice to the kids. Games were decent. The free play is a rip off though. Other than that I can't complain.
The kids had a lot of fun!!! Enjoyed it
This is a fun little place a good variety of games. The only thing that sucked was when we were checking out they have a new machine and it took like 20 minutes for it to count our coins and cards it was the most frustrating thing ever. I would recommend it counting your cards but if u have any kind of coins especially a large amount I would recommend u handing it over the the cashier they will do a faster job counting. But overall we enjoyed it had an awesome day spending it with family.
Lots of great games, every team member we came into contact with was extremely nice. It was a wicked hot day, and the air was perfect. I will bring my kids there when we return to the smoky mountains.
Prices on the games were a little high, I also had an issue with one of the games not registering points. Then like half an hour later it was, which let someone beat a low high score instead of my high score. Left pretty annoyed, but the staff were friendly and helpful and the place was clean and air conditioned.
Go see Scot! Hooked us up and had a great time! Kids loved it! Afternoon well spent!
I know everyone says this but everything has practically switched to claw machines or games that are rigged to cheat you. Fun place for the family and little kids but don't spend more than $50 in this place it's not worth, create your memories and move on folks.
Good arcade. Satisfied my 4 yr olds arcade needs
Had a great time with the kids. Some of the games setup not to win.
Most amazing and most fun place to play Arcade games in all of Pigeon Forge. You might spend a few dollars, but it's very fun and games for every age group. We come here year after year enjoying ourselves on the games and cashing in all of the points we earned while doing so. Definitely will continue to go back year after year too. ??
We had so much fun here. All the games worked, and the people were super friendly. We will go here again when we visit Pigeon Forge.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
