I'm 40 my son's 3 we both spent time having a blast in here really great to break up the monotony of shopping the kid working was great he helped us and saw him enjoying his job a lot so that says a lot in itself about the atmosphere here. So glad to have an arcade back in the mall.
What a fun place! We went here for my son's birthday and had a great time. The games were all in good condition and functioning well, the staff was over the top friendly, and we felt like it was a good value. The way it works is instead of tokens, you load a card that you swipe in the various games to pay for them. If you win tickets from the games they are loaded right onto your card. This was really convenient for the adults, but to be honest the thrill of watching hundreds of tickets stream out of the m
This was quite a riveting experience. I laughed. I cried. I was deeply moved. The employee who helped was a flipping legend and made sure we had everything we need and left no questions unanswered. This is a solid arcade with tons of fun games. The VR games here are unparalleled.
Awesome place!!! Our family loves it. Us 80s kids love having a arcade back in the mall again!
Most the games are broken and the staff just sat in there butt and didn't do anything very expensive to
Great arcade with alot of different options. We've had a birthday party for our daughter, played a great selection of arcade games, and played virtual laser tag in the new VR room.
Took My daughter to a birthday party at Big sky arcadia so much fun they just just opened up there laser tag we love Thier VR games and the arcade games
Love this place. We go here almost every weekend!
My son lost his card (or had it stolen). The girls at the counter were amazing and helped us find our purchase on the kiosk so they could access his card number and transfer his balance to a new card. He had been saving up his tickets and was super bummed. They really made his day AND mine by going above and beyond to replace his card. Tip: take a photo of your card number. If it's ever lost or stolen, they can pull up the balance and transfer it to a new card for you!
I work at a non-profit and reached out to Big Sky Arcadia in the spring to see if we could bring out a summer camp group to the arcade. Not only did they accomodate for our group but also waived fees so the kiddos could play. The arcade was clean and had a wide variety of games to play for all ages. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
This is an awesome arcade! There's so much to see and do here and write the array of games to play. This is way better than arcades used to be and these guys keep growing and getting better all the time. They more have a huge vr room in the back on to of so the fun things to do up front. We always have a blast when we come here!
Wesley saved the day! He most definitely sounded like a younger guy and I just wanted to say the way he handled our situation was perfect. He showed empathy and an urgentness to make sure we were taken care of. Management - good customer service is extremely hard to find these days, great service is a rare gem.
Basically a Chuck E Cheese, but way better. The staff was really nice and polite. There was a decent variety of games. They even have some VR games! And the prices weren't that bad. $5 for VR games, and $1 for everything else. Tickets are digital, so you don't have to worry about keeping track of them, and they're pretty easy to get. Plus they even have a place for parties! (Though the party rooms are $50 per hour, and the minimum time is 2) Had a lot of fun with other people that came in. I really recommen
One of the best places where you can take your family. They have great games and the staff is amazing. We had a small issue of one of the machines wasn't working and Sebastian helps us and got it fixed right away. My kids were able to continue playing and had a great time.
I stopped in last week with my family to kill some time before dinner. We've been in several times to play all the different arcade games but hadn't tried their VR laser tag in the back. This time it was open and we gave it a try. It was a blast! Usually VR makes me sick to my stomach, but this didn't seem to affect me like that. The room is a bit smaller, so I think a group of more than 6 might be a bit tight, but it's amazing what can be created in that space. My youngest is seven, but I think a kid as
A good size arcade and friendly staff. $8 got us about 60 credits; most of the games are 8 credits so the credits were spent quickly, but an overall good deal considering we spent only $8. Wish there were some 2 credit games for when credits are running low, but good arcade overall.
Love the update to Fudruckers. The new games are great and the kids had a great time. Our ONLY complaint is that the game prices changed in the middle of our visit, right around 6pm. We assumed this is a dinner vs lunch price which isn't totally unreasonable but the fact that there's no notice anywhere that there is a cost change based on time feels a little sneaky to us. I'm sure we'll be back, after calling and getting details on when we can expect to pay which prices
Place is very clean and the staff is attentive and professional if you need help working the games they always are right there to help This one woman Theresa she's the best Helping out with my kids birthday parties I'm rebooking my kids parties for next year because if how easy and stress less she had made it for us the parents. And the kids had a blast! Thanks again big sky Arcadia and thank you theresa!
Super fun, particularly the VR game. Looks like a fun choice for birthdays. Better for younger kids than teens/adults, not a great choice of games for older players. But it's clean and the staff is really nice.
All transactions are via prepaid cards that you can load at a kiosk or at the prize desk. Anywhere from 1-4 dollars per game, everything from first person shooters to carnival style games. Your tickets are loaded on your prepaid card, so keep your card if you want prizes! I wouldn't come here unless work paid for it for the youth that I serve, just doesn't seem worth the price per game.
We came we saw we left feeling like little kids again in April and saw they were expanding soooo of course we had to go back! We did and were left rather saddened in comparison to our first visit. They have more games but somehow it looks emptier and the prize station is smalle. The games we played months ago have fallen into disrepair and need a little love. The prices a bit high but we still had fun just felt kinda ripped off because the games are in such need of repair alot have nothing to do with sk
An amazing place to take the little ones. They absolutely loved attending the birthday party their friend had. The manager, theresa was incredible! Can't reccomend highly enough.
lots of cool games but the vr games cost WAYYY more credits than other games. makes sense but i still think that if you're spending that much to play beatsaber... i'm pretty sure you don't even get tickets for it
I had a great time with my lady, we were being kids in an arcade. Loved the virtual reality games. Oh and the Walking Dead was awesome.
Great experience!!! Try out the VR games!!!!
It is always fun yo play arcade games and my kids, husband and I really enjoy this arcade. Shooting games, axe throwing game, air hockey, ski ball. Lots to choose from and a lot of fun!
So much fun to just have some good laughs with some friends. At any age! Don't forget to try out the fifteen minutes for five dollars massage chair!
Big Sky Arcadia in Missoula was so generous and great to work with. They donated a play card for one of our school events and the students were so excited! Thank you Big Sky Arcadia!
We love sharing the mall with the arcade, great place to spend our breaks! Always super friendly and positive vibes
Such a fun arcade with a wide variety of games. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this place!
Super duper ripoff. Spent eighty bucks and my family of 6 were able to play for about 10 to 15 minutes. We could have seen a movie with snacks for that.
We had a great time! We came and played for 20 minutes just to kill time and had a blast! Super nice staff and well priced!
I went there and felt like a kid again! The games are fresh and new. The staff are wonderful! I'll be back for sure!!!
Glad to see an arcade back in the mall after almost 10 years. Smaller than I expected but still fun & it has a very energetic vibe
Good games. Lots of fun! But pricing is a little high and ticket payout isnt great for prizes.
The digital cards and tickets is awesome! Great selection of games and I won 1k tickets off the spin wheel!
It's great to see an arcade, especially in the Southgate mall! I loved to come spend my lunch break playing some games with my girlfriend!!!
Me, my son and my wife had fun playing the games we kinda wish there was more to play but had fun none the less.
This place is super fun and has a great selection of games! My son loves the Rabbid Rabbit VR coaster!
What a blast. This place is awesome. The best arcade in the Big Sky! You are missing out by not spending time at Big Sky Arcadia.
This is a great thing for kids im glad to see them bring a arcade into the mall as a kid i loved going to the arcades this is an amazing environment
A fun place to hangout and there are all kinds of activities there for everyone. With this in mind me and my friend have gone there twice and have enjoyed every minute
It's an enjoyable diversion in the mall. I'm glad to see stores opening instead of closing, and it makes it more enjoyable to bring kids to the mall.
Games are overpriced at $2.00 a game! The prizes for the game are cheap for what you spend. The other arcade in town is much better.
Good place to burn up some time with the kids. Some of the ticket machines don't work well
Fun,but some in family became sick after being there. Not sure how often they clean games or sanitize there.
Great place for a kids party. Really awesome staff and super clean
Great selection of games, few pinball machines, and very kid friendly. Worth visiting while in Missoula!
We go to big sky arcadia a couple times a week! It's our 3 year old daughter's favorite place and the staff is always so friendly!
Lots of fun for the kids. Great arcade for 12 and under, heck even dad had fun too.
Small, but there's nothing quite like spending the day in a mall arcade. Beat Saber is especially fun.
Arcades should be more prominent. I wish they had more games like Mortal Kombat or Soul Caliber, but they have a lot to choose from.
It's a pretty awesome arcade' not big but still lots to do.
Love the variety of games and ease of using a card instead of physical coins and tickets!
It was a fun stop in the mall :) Loved it! The only thing I would like to see is even more games!:)
Great arcade tons of fun for the whole family not just the kids
What a hangout spot, tons of great games and the manager is suuuuuuper cool. Would recommend to a friend.
Fun arcade, they do have one vr machine that is pretty cool, bring your wallet
Great place for fun. Only had a few hours to play and this filled that for us.
Great place, but your money gets spent quick!
The lady running the ticket counter was incredibly rude to my nephews, if you don't like kids don't work at an arcade.
Recently had a issue but was quickly resolved the owner is a great person I would so recommend ??
Fun and clean arcade! Lots of good prizes and crazy VR games
Fun place for the whole family...I love the wabbits vr Rollercoaster.
It's about time we finally have another arcade in Missoula. This one is pretty decent sized one also.
Good vibes all around. The employees are super nice and help make it a fun time
Love it, just wish there was more game's to play and have fun.
Very nice arcade. Good game options

Awesome for all ages! Not to expensive either!
Great place to play games, good environment for kids
Arcade is back at the mall! Wooo! Come play games to win tickets for prizes!
Had lots of fun here, the blacklight looks great!
Had an absolute blast here. Made me feel like I was a kid again
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
