Outstanding experience, great place to have fun. The employee Hannah is amazing, very professional and kind. We were under tornado warning and was quick to respond, knew safety protocols and did great under pressure. Reassure parents and children that their safety is her own priority. Dry nice and clean , came on a Tuesday so it was half off , had my grandchildren, they had a ball , the food was delicious L.J did a great job with the food chicken was off the chain and the pizza was great ! They serve drinks there (alcohol) and L.J. was the bartender?s also . My drinks were delicious L!

Hannah made our walk in group event so much fun!! She was super friendly and accommodating making sure all the kids got to do everything they wanted to! Thanks to Hannah our boys had the best birthday!! ??

Has to be one of the best experiences my son and I have had at an arcade! Not only did we have an amazing time but the staff was unbelievably nice. Never met a staff as nice as them! They were patient and generous. We really love this place and we're definitely gonna be back. I never leave reviews but this time I need to show my gratitude!

Wow! We had our daughter?s 8th birthday party here. The staff were AMAZING!!! Naila, Kaitlyn, and Angele were extremely attentive and helpful. They stayed on top of asking us for food and drinks. Lots of the adults stayed with their kids, and enjoyed themselves as well. The kids had a blast at all of the attractions, and they thought the pizza was delicious. Thank you LJ for making such yummy food! It was a wonderful night! Thank you!

The rage room was so much fun and definitely worth the money and time! Hannah one of the managers was so sweet and respectful and made the experience much more smooth and fun! Definitely recommend and will be coming back :)

Cece at the Sterling Heights location, is absolutely amazing! I was having some trouble with a game and she fixed the issue quickly and was very helpful and so nice. I really appreciate all of her help! She is the best!

Janaya and Arnel were excellent hosts! The Friday night party package was a great deal and they even upgraded us to a bigger room. They were super accommodating and kept our ice cream cakes in the freezer for us. They checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. The large play area is kept safe with regular safety checks. There were just a few negatives; there was a lack of worker help with the mini golf and parts of mini golf were broken (where you get the ball and also where you return the ball)

My daughter and I had a wonderful time in the rage room!! DJ was amazing at explaining rules and everything to us. She also had a very kind and fun energy, making nice conversations and making sure everything was safe while also being a good worker.

We had so much fun there! The AC was nice on a really hot day and Duce was accommodating and patient with my kids! This was a great place to have a birthday party and the play place was extensive.

JD or DJ is probably the most knowledgeable in that entire place. She gave us hints on how to double up on our tickets and half off Tuesday. Never knew about these options! I appreciate her enthusiasm.

Pizza was great with thin crust and well seasoned pepperoni, wings were delicious and sauced well. Fries were a bit salty but cooked well. Service was off the HOOK!! They tended to us well and never forgot to ask if we needed something else.

Kayla was so slay and helpful. She was kind and helped me put the vest on at laser tag !!

The zap zone employees treat you like family and I love it! The whole experience was amazing and I felt so welcomed the entire time. You guys should def go
