Bette's Family Fun Center

We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter's 2nd birthday here! She absolutely loved all the toddler rides and the bounce house. Her guests had a great time too?there's something fun for kids of all ages, from 2 to 9. The only downside was the wall decor in our party area, which featured some odd pictures from an old show. But that was a minor issue compared to how much fun the kids had!

We had a party tonight for my son?s first birthday. Joey went above and beyond to help us before, throughout and after the party. The space was perfect and everything was clean. Would highly recommend to others !

The VIP room was amazing. Private area for your party to have fun. There are video games, a half basketball court, bouncy house, ping pong table, shuffle board and many more. Area to sit and eat and a bathroom. Highly recommend this place for a party.

Our second time booking and we had a ball! We rented out the main center for our daughter's 5th Birthday party and it was perfect! The staff are great and super helpful. Great place for kids! We have a 1.5yr and 7.5yr old, both had a blast. In my opinion the max age for the activity sections would be 8. The arcade games provide fun for all no matter the age. Toddler zone is nice for the younger ones. My youngest was enjoying a little bit of everything. There were the small mechanical rides and they even had the little tykes push n ride vehicles, the little ones could cruise around in. I had my sons 6th birthday party hear last Saturday and it was fantastic! Everyone had a blast! Special shout out to Lily our party host! She made everything a total breeze and practically did everything for us we barely had to lift a finger! We had our daughter?s communion /8th birthday party at Bette?s vip room. It was the perfect space for our event. The kids had a blast as did the adults. It's the perfect room to combine adult comfort while letting kids be kids! The staff was helpful and accommodating, the rooms were clean, and we had plenty of space to set up our food, beverages and desserts.

I would have loved to give 5 stars for our party on 4/5/2025. Coordination of booking the party was easy. We also received party area we requested, but unfortunately our party host left us feeling sour. Upon arrival she shoved paperwork in my face while she could see I was rushing to decorate by myself with my 7 year old, who was the birthday girl, and my 2 month old baby. Had my son's 5th birthday here, the staff was so eager to help, loading/unloading the car, setting up, loading the mini fridges, helping with cake and putting our gifts away, seriously all the help we needed!! The kids had such a blast, clean and such a fun space for all ages, even the parents had fun with the arcades!!

We just celebrated my daughter?s 5th birthday, and having it here was the best decision I could have made! We had 18 kids ranging from 2-10 and they all had a blast! Riley, our party planner, was so great and attentive. The entire staff was wonderful. So many of the parents had never been here and they loved the size of the areas, game selections, the automatic prize machines, absolutely everything really.

My son loved it here. There are plenty of stuff for the kids. There is a toddler section and then a separate section for the bigger kids. There are arcades, air hockey and other games. They sell candy, ice cream and other items, which you buy separately. My friend had a birthday party and had the whole place booked. It was a great time.

Walked in to inquire about a party for my son. They have a VIP room along with the open play room. VIP is nice but doesn't come with access to the open play area. No problem, I ask if we can add that on as 90% of the activities are in that area. My family has been coming here for many years and have hosted a couple of birthday parties here as well and it is always a smooth and fun! They definitely care about their customers and it's a really well run establishment and clean, which is always a plus!

Never been here until today and I'm kinda mad i never went here before lol 10$ per kid to play all day. Im just leaving from my daughters first birthday party!!!! It was awesome!!! Kids really enjoyed themselves, clean, organized and my hostess was so sweet, caring, and delightful!! It's a great place with lots of stuff to do but their website give inaccurate descriptions of what is in the party package. I had to pay extra for a few things and there was stuff listed incorrect so the website needs updated. Make sure if you're having a party to ask every question before booking so you know what is included and what's not!

My three and five year old had so much fun here. We went on a weekday morning and it was pretty empty so they enjoyed having the run of the place. The giant play structure was a really pleasant surprise. I was just expecting standard bounce houses and arcade games. We'll definitely be back when we need to burn energy on cold winter days.

The best part was it was just us on Friday around 3 o'clock great time to come but the worst part was they put up very scary Halloween decorations, which in my opinion is inappropriate for a place that is for small children. Our 16 month old had a blast running around and jumping in the jump house. They have an area for 4 and under which was nice.

Me and my family went here for a "fun" family trip turns out it wasn't very fun. Me and the rest of the family got fungal infections, and had to get put on a multitude of antibiotics. The worse case is that my aunt booboo got a kidney disease, also the bathrooms had feces smeared on the wall. On the play area there was lots of pee stains and roaches? Me and my family noticed that the life sized Elmo on the wall was moving and it frightened the kids. 0/10 do not recommend unless you would like an infection.

I tried to upload my card with $10.00 plus $5.00. As i was leaving I stop at the front desk for a refund. the The young lady checked the card and was willing to give me 8 credits. I explained I had been there for a few hours and was leaving. She refused to refund the $10.00 so I had to submit a claim to my bank!!

VIP room was SO bad. Took my daughter here for a birthday party and it was extremely underwhelming. All it was was an empty room with a few wall decorations, games, and bouncy houses. Although it sounds like a lot, it's really not. Spend your money well folks, and DON'T have a party in the VIP room. I have one suggestion for Bette's, being that once the normal center closes, VIP room people should be allowed to enter, because that room was outrageous. Never coming back again.
